Never again after paying $130 and in less than two weeks, the nails look like this. Awful workmanship. That is my my cuticle, the gentleman left the acrylic ragged at my cuticle line. My daughter had one that came off after one week. She has previously had a full set that lasted up to 4 weeks.

I only go to Diva nails. My technician is Kim. She’s amazing. I can give her an idea or show her something I want and she delivers above and beyond expectations. She takes her time. She never rushes through no matter how busy it is. Quality service and she is simply the best. I won’t go anywhere else.

I got my nails done by a nice girl named Bell. She doesnt do acrylic just yet. But it you want a nice gel and no pressure for a full set, shes your girl! She definitely took her time making sure I got the best service. Im so thrilled!

Basically what I asked for but when I sat down the table was still dirty but otherwise pretty good and fast!

Four of us went for a pedicure last week. I think they set the speed record for completion. It felt extremely rushed, not relaxing at all; like they had better things to do. Water was cold and service was too.

I went and got my nails done here about 12 days ago, I had already came in because a nail had lifted after a few days. Then came back because another 4 lifted within a week. They said it was too close to being 2 weeks for them to fix it for free after 10 days, then told me they would give me a discount when i came back. They had to remove my whole set, cut me in the process and charged me $60 for the new one. What discount? lmao. So not pleased, have went here a few times before and had great service but after the last two visits never again. Would definitely not recommend.

I was a walk in looking to get a nice, simple dip manicure…the experience I got was far from pleasant. They started off by soaking my fingers in a bowl of pure acetone for 25 minutes while the woman went and worked on a different guest. I barely have finger prints since an entire layer of skin seemingly burned off in the process. Then a dip manicure process that normally takes an hour at a decent salon, was done in 25 minutes, rushing to put tips on crookedly, filing way too harshly and not even fully removing the past dip before starting the new one. Not to mention, I asked for a simple smiley face on two nails and they managed to do that poorly too. I wouldn’t go back. If you are too busy to take guests at the end of the day, just tell them no and allow them to find a salon that will put in the necessary time and effort to create a decent manicure.

Today (5/8/21) I brought my 9yr old daughter to have a pedicure with me. I’m not one to leave a negative review, being that I’m in the service industry myself but I feel as though I was Completely taken advantage of. We waited 1hr for our service which is not a problem. We were made aware of the wait time and were okay with waiting with the assumption that we would receive a quality service. They never gave my daughter any lotion/foot massage which I was Made to believe she would receive. They also insisted on giving her gel polish which is a $10 up charge to get her out of the chair quicker. I should Have held my ground and insisted on traditional polish but was tired to arguing with him. My nail technician did sloppy work, gave me a cold towel instead of a warmed one, and applied lotion to sopping wet feet. If you’ve ever had a pedicure you know it’s to be applied after the warm towel removes any product, and your legs and feet are dried. My final complaint is that he said that the traditional polish I chose could not be used and insisted that I MUST use gel because it dries faster and I could Be out of the salon quicker. If this is policy on busy salon days then you should be made aware upon arrival. I know this is not the case due to the numerous people around me drying in their chairs. This nonsense cost me $74 not including a tip. We will not be coming back.

Great for pedicure, but if want polish to stay on please bring your own. I get natural nail manicure 💅. Well getting someone to actually admit that there was a problem is worst. I did get a response from the owner, I called back and the answer was, you shouldve said something, if you want to come back in to get a re-polish, you can. But when I tried to set it up, she disconnected the call. Not satisfactory at all.

I went here because I liked the different designs they did but after a while they stopped soaking my nails off and started to rip them off even when I beg them to soak them off. The reason they didn’t want them to be soaked off is because they illegally use MMA instead of EMA for their acrylics. I would not go here MMA is illegal in the United States and is so harmful to your nails!

Claire does the best nails. She is so sweet and I love going to ser her. Her work speaks for itself. Also, Han is great too. Very clean environment.

I went in to get a pedicure late afternoon with my son’s girlfriend. We got the deluxe pedicure and did the gel nails. I wanted to get the top of the line service as we were leaving for vacation the following day for Memorial Day weekend. The tech who did my pedicure was very rushed and hardly even spent any time massaging the various creams and hot stones on my legs. After the pedicure, she skipped my cros back on and I guess I couldn’t tell from the angle I was sitting at, but she had forgotten to paint the last two toes on both my feet!!! I didn’t realize this until after I had gotten home. I immediately called the shop, but they were already closed. We left early the next morning for vacation so I had to look at my feet and feel completely embarrassed about them for my entire vacation week.When I got back in town, I went in and shows the owner my feet and explained to her what had happened. She was extremely rude. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow, she was too busy to fix them today. I explained to her that I had to work the next day and that wouldn’t work for me. She turned around and continued to work on her customer and told me there was nothing else she could do. I said then I want half my money back as you only did half the job. She said “no, I can’t do that, you can come back when I’m not busy.”Never before have I been treated so poorly with such disrespect! I spent 70 on a pedicure and tipped the tech 15, for 5 toes to be painted!!Do NOT go here!! Terrible service, rude and poor quality.

I walked in and was taken right away. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. James did a fabulous job on my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it perfectly. I have been in before for pedicures and always happy. Thank you so much!

I would of given 5 stars if the nail tech paid more attention to detail..the tech who did my pedicure was amazing, but had another appointment so I was sent to another tech for the nails. Also this is a beautiful shop.

Andy is amazing!!! It is rare that I find a nail technician that gets the coffin shape right, but he did it perfectly!! I was hesitant about trying a new nail salon today, as my regular one is still closed, but I am really glad that I did. He took his time, and was really skilled doing the ombre with colored acrylic. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I must say, my happiness is worth every penny that I spent. Moving forward, I will definitely be utilizing this salon and going back to Andy.

Lisa is absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet and seemed to really care about how everything turned out. I had a manicure, pedicure (which was amazing!) and I also got my eye brows waxed and I was in and out in probably about an hour and a half. I will definitely be going back.

Had both good and bad experiences here. Most recently was overcharged for a basic fill in by nearly double (solution was reached after standing ground of the cost being incorrect) just to have the nails lifting by the next day. Overall the establishment is clean and most of the staff is friendly.

Friendly service all the time. I have never had luck with nail salons in the past and always did my own nails, Im really picky about my nails if Im paying money. I cant believe I can just walk in at any time and know that any nail tech Im put with will do a fantastic job. Very clean salon with a well educated team. Would strongly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and professional & got to me quickly . A little expensive but it only bc what I want was very hard to do and on every nail. If you’re looking for a great nail place at the beach and that does really cool designs and the gold flakes check them out!!

I was optimistic about going here because I wanted to get a certain design. When I got there I was told only the owner could do that design. I said I dont mind waiting for her. She then sent me to someone else who she said could do it. After he applied the acrylic and filed it down I thought ok hes gonna file some more he then began to polish I said there is acrylic all over my cuticle and it hurts. He didnt pay me any mind he said Ill fix it only to polish the nail still. He couldnt do the design I asked for and instead decided to just give me a full polish without asking me. Right this minute my fingers are hurting because the acrylic is still over my cuticles and I have to go somewhere else to fix it. Worst place Ill never come go back.

I went today for a pedicure. I felt as if my service was very rushed. I felt pressured to get gel, which I didn’t get because I like to get a pedicure every two weeks and don’t like the removal process. I told the tech that I would need separators between my toes and I was told that I didn’t need them. I told them that I did need them or several would mess up. So he put paper towel pieces in between a few toes. Sure enough as soon as I got up one of my other toes rubbed and messed up. There’s also no drying table, so I sat in the parking lot with my car air conditioner on my feet to try to dry the polish. Once I got home I can see that the polish job was subpar. I will continue to go to my usual nail place in my hometown. I was hoping to have a good experience here since I own a home here as well.

So like I haven’t even came here yet and the reviews scare me cause half are good and half are bad, 🤦🏾‍♀️ I think I might just pop in and literally document my experience sounds like a good vlog moment

The absolutely worst experience of my life. There was a customer that wasnt happy with the service the nail tech and customer went back in forth arguing. It made me very uncomfortable. The service on my nails were absolutely horrible. Left there in all of my nails were bleeding from where she hit the back of my cuticle so hard. I couldn’t wait to leave that place.

You guys dont really care like my nails were awful and yall didnt have the color orange like how do yall not have orange :/ yall are overpriced for horrible product go to happy nails instead

Casey does an excellent job. I was unsure of what I wanted and she made a suggestion so I went for it and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely be back to see her. She also did my eyebrows and I am very pleased with that as well.

I go every 2 to 3 weeks and its always great.. sometimes are busy and there may be a wait but Im still very satisfied when I leave 😁

Made an appointment 5 days prior to visit. Came in at appointment time and was asked to write my name on the list and wait. There were at least 6 names above my name. Staff was rude, waited for 20 mins with others being taken before me. Walked out and went elsewhere and was immediately served at that business. Will never go here again and advise against others doing the same. If you have an appointment you should come first, no matter if others have been waiting.

My biggest complaint is they are constantly changing the prices. i never get anything different to my nails just a fill in and gel polish. i’ve paid from $45-65 all on the same service. not worth it.

I was on vacation and wanted a relaxing time for a mani/pedi...I think the quality was good...but I felt a little rushed during my visit. The lady that did my pedicure took her time with details and was very nice and friendly. Then I got switched to a man for my manicure and he hurried through it and made me feel rushed. I think next time I will use my home town nail stylist instead of going to one Im not familiar with.

Does not take American Express. Does not have a sign that states this. Got nails done then was not able to pay since I use American Express. was treated like a criminal. Told I was not allowed to leave to get cash unless I leave my cell phone with them. Totally rude and unprofessional.As far as the service it was rushed- there is no drying table and they don’t do separators between the toes literally paint your toe and send you out the door for $45 with nails still wet.

Made an 11:00 appointment and did not have to wait. Salon is modern and clean. Prices are reasonable. Got a gel manicure and the young lady did an excellent job. In and out in 50 minutes

I have been going here for 7 months and the service was really good up until abt 2 months ago. i get a fill in on my acrylic nails abt every 3 weeks. (my natural nails are as long as the acrylic nails) up until last month they were doing fabulous on my nails. except one time they tried to over charge me, typically my nails are $55-$60 depending on the design. this time i got the same design as the previous visit just different colors. SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME 75 DOLLARS. i explained that previously i was charged $55 and she would not budge with the price. i was not going to pay $20 more for the same set. i gave her $65 with no tip and went about my day. but my recent visit they RUINED my nails, the sides of my nails are sharp and jagged. the man charged me $45 because he knew how bad they were. i gave him a $8 tip because he tried his best. but if that the service they are giving out i’m not going any more.

Took my girlfriend here for mani pedis. My pedicure was good and the massage chair was nice. Unfortunately, they got polish all over my girlfriends cuticles. When she asked to have it fixed the lady fixed it but was very rough. My manicure felt rushed and they didnt even clip 2 of my nails.

Did a fantastic job on my pedicure

My appointment was at 11a.m I didn’t leave until 2:10 pm the tech cut my finger and my big toe. Then used the large brush and went over my bleeding finger didn’t dispose of the brush afterward. I had product all over my skin the chemicals should never even touch your skin only the nail. I received eyelashes, brow wax and tint, pedicure and nails it cost me $222.00. It wasn’t the fact of the price but if you cut me twice they should of given a discount. On top of my fingers covered in product.

The man who did my nails did not listen to what I wanted at all. Took a hour and 45 minutes just for a full set and one color all over, also gave me gel without asking to charge me more than used to. I called to complain after I left because I was so upset and Taylor asked me to send her a picture of my nails and even said herself she saw how lumpy they were and gave me 30 dollars off my next set and told me to message her for an appointment. I’ve have messaged her the last 3 days and she has left me on read every time. Horrible service in every aspect. Will never go here again!!

I went in yesterday to get a fill in and before going in I looked up the services. A fill in with just plain gel polish was $25 on their website, after the lady is done doing them I go to pay and she tells me that it will be $40 so I asked why it wasnt $25 like it says online and she just kept repeating $40 so I just paid and walked out. What I received was definitely not worth $40 (no designs, no extras, just plain gel) . Will never be going back again.

I had been going there for quite some time. Now none of the technicians speak to me while I am there for over 2 hours. They speak foreign and do not interact with their clients. Will never go back.

The 1st time I went their it was great. I thought I finally found the perfect nail salon for me. The 2nd time I was their my manicure looked like dust was left under my polish but I was so busy with work I couldnt go back. The 3rd time I went back the nail tech was not to friendly and didnt wrap my nails to take my gels off while I was get a pedi and she assumed the tech before used dip and I told her no now my nails have water spots under the polish. I am not sure I will go back.

Horrible lip wax-the wax wasn’t too hot the lady that did it just wripped off the tape underneath my nose to hard. Normally I’m given a mirror to check after the wax is removed but I was told there was no mirror and I’m sure it’s because the lady didn’t want me to see. Never Again!!! Travelers beware!!

The manicure and pedicure were ok, nothing special but adequate.

I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and wanted a good manicure. The young lady I got was in such a hurry. She pushed back cuticles on one hand and was not going to do the other until I reminded her. She put one coat of something on my nails and I asked her, you are only putting one? She said that was all I needed. She didnt give me a hand massage and when I said to her, I dont get a massage, she said no. I know it may have been the end of the day but every business owner knows that your last customer gets the same service as your first customer. You have established your salon as a great place for nail service but now your clientele has increased and your quality has decreased.

I have been to Diva Nails several times and have been pleased. After today, I will not be back. The technician was rude and not friendly, especially when I said I didn’t want gel nails. They don’t even have a drying table anymore. Not everyone wants gel nails, especially in the winter months when you don’t wear sandals.

I love the result. They are the best. Will definitely be my go to nail spa.

They have some great nail techs here. I havent had a bad experience. Bring a picture and ta-da... appointments are more time efficient.

Ive had my nails done here several times and they have always been fine. I got my nails done less than a week ago and within 3 days one nail had already broken off. Not to mention every nail was crooked, all different lengths and the gel polish was chipping after just a few days. I understand they were busy but for $50, I hoped they would look good. Wish it could have been better as I enjoyed going there previously.

To start off i do my own nails. I wanted to have some me time.so i said Ill let someone else do my nails.i wanted duck nails, no one seem to know how to do them.i went in and asked if there is someone here that know how to to them. A lady came a up and said yes. I had to make a appointment.so i did. The same day i may add.she did just as i asked her to do. Very nice lady.

Great place, very clean, and very friendly staff. The only problem is the language barrier. I asked for decals on my nails no less than 7 times, only to be told at the end when I had chosen no decals, that I need to ask for decals before the top coat is put on, which I did, 7 times but apparently she didnt understand. I am happy with the overall nail work but didnt really get what I came for this time. :(

My first time trying Diva Nails and I was impressed Tina was great the previous shop that I was going to started lacking in professionalism and the care of my nails so I had to move on and I believe I have found a new establishment for better care of my nails thanks to Tina @Diva Nails

Diva Nails is a very clean and bright facility. However, I felt rushed as I was not given time to select a color and instead she selected the color for me. I received a pedicure in which the technician was rough and cut back skin around my toes to the point that I feared getting an infection. The scrub and massage were rough and at points painful.

Kim did a great job on my mani and pedicure.

They do the best acrylics here!! I had a picture of nail art that I wanted (cow print) and she did it even better than the picture I love !!!!

Top notch salon. The nail techs are wonderful & their skill set is the best Ive seen in the area from classic, traditional, new age, & designs. They do it all. I do recommend you make an appointment if you prefer new age or special designs, as that takes more time. Pedicures are amazing & the massage chairs will put you to sleep. Taylor is my nail & pedicure guru. Thank you for taking the time to make sure Im relaxed & happy with my visit.

Seeing some great reviews on here brought me in. They were busy on sun afternoon but I only waited for 15/20 min till we got started on my gel fill in. Not really impressed overall, but Im new so maybe thats why. Cost was $45 for my fill in and not sure why. I didnt ask...., but for a fill in and regular gel polish (nothing added) seems expensive.

The best nail salon on the beach. Im 150% satisfied every time I leave. Casey is my nail tech and I love her to pieces. Every one there is so friendly and make you feel welcome. And it is so clean. Prompt service. I will always be a loyal customer. Visit them and enjoy the experience

My first time going to diva nails and it was everything I could have wanted and more! I was greeted by a friendly staff. Decided to go with acrylic full set and she didn’t disappoint. My daughter and i were visiting from out of town.. The high reviews took us here. We called got an appt went in they took us promptly.. I ask for a new set as I do hair and typically get a new set every 3rd time because hair color stains my natural nail and its unsightly. The technician said. Oh no i can fix that and make look new..no need for new set.. I got a fill in gel polish and my toes ..just polished.. And my daughter got a fill in with gel polish. Their pricing said ..20.00 for fill ins. It took her and the tech beside her, whom was doing my daughters nails 30 mins to complete our service. As she finished polishing my toes and ask for my card.. I said how much is it.. She asked if it was all together with my daughter..i said yes.. She quickly went to register with my card and before i could get up from chair and get there, she had ran my card for 110.00! And handed me the receipt to sign and said..oh 110.00. I know this is a long post and honestly the second review I have ever done.. But being from out of town and talking with the tech about just visiting, i truly felt taken advantage of.. The service, quality of job and not just the pricing, but they way she handled checking me out was all just wrong. Dont take advantage of out of towners because we visit frequently and family lives there as well. I will post pics

I love this place! ♥️ I have been coming to Claire and Hahn since we bought our condo at Cherry Grove in 2017. They treat me as if I’ve known them for years! I spend a lot of time at the beach and they always accommodate me with whatever needs I may have. Love them!! You will love the entire staff here and at Cece Nails. Give them a try! I still tipped her the $20 I normally tip. She is new and learning. Anyway tonight was enough to make me say I am done with Diva Nails. A nail Tech actually tried to blame me somehow for being forgotten. What I think happened, instead of saying they were to busy and couldn’t do it. They were greedy and made us sit there thinking someone might have time. Should not have happened.

Im giving one star because my daughter is very careful with her nails. Day after she lost one nail. Then the next and next. After paying $65, which I felt like was too much but I felt like the nails were Beautiful but for someone who literally is not rough with her hands or nails... It was not worth but $65 !

I have visited this nail salon numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. Yesterday I met a new nail technician, Elvis. I have never been so impressed with a technician at any salon. He was extremely thorough and kind. I highly recommend this salon and especially this nail tech.
