I think my manicure tech was having an off day. She cut two of my cuticles to where they were bleeding, did not apologize and just kept wiping the blood away. My manicure as in shape and quality of job was great but the blood on my fingers was not so great. I then had a pedicure with a different tech and she made up for the bad experience with the first one. That is why I am giving 4 stars. She was so nice and friendly, she tended to my cut and was super nice...did I say how nice she was? I will go back but I will schedule with the second tech and avoid the first one from now on. The salon is very relaxing and I really like the atmosphere.

Eyebrow waxing review:The price was great but my first time waxing my eyebrows here and I had skin peel off my eye lids and she was so fast and handled my eyes with NO care! I was burning and actually had scaring a day later.

Last but never the least, my nail tech is Loan, she is extraordinary about her craft as a licensed nail tech. She is detailed and her work is always and I mean always on point. Today was the first time I have ever visited this nail salon. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door till I left. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

Went to another nail shop before this one where there was an hour wait during lunch time. There was only two technicians there.. I say for a minute and began to Google and found this one, read the reviews, and called I asked if they where busy, he said no come on in! It was way out of my way but they took me as I walked in and did a wonderful full set shellac for me! They where nice and conversational. And I was very impressed with cleanness, the decor. They have it going on on Country Club!! Thank you for the perfection. I will be back! And recommend!

I went in to get my acrylics removed and the nail tech just pried between my real nail and the acrylic with a nail tip. (?) I’ve never heard of doing this and it hurt very much. She also cut my nails very short to do this which I didn’t ask for. Instead of wrapping each nail with acetone and foil to soften the acrylic she poured acetone in a dish which seemed to be meant for food and I soaked my nails that way. Finally she used an old cuticle cutter to cut my cuticles and also used this to chip away at the remaining acrylic. Lazy and unsanitary.

My nails came out perfect! I think this will be my go to nail spa from here on out. I wouldnt get my lashes done here again though because they burned and she used entirely too much glue. My eyes were burning for 2 hours after I left which isnt normal at all! I went home and took the lashes off! So although that didnt work out, I will continue to get my nails done here... Just not my lashes.

I have been going here since I have moved to Lake Charles so about two years. I have never had such a bad experience the lady that did my nails was so rough and she messed up my nails so bad my nail where sticking to my skin underneath I had to go home and dig that stuff out from underneath my nails. They where so thick it looked like my fingers where swollen. There was polish left on my fingers and she drilled my cuticles after the polish was dried not sure why. I told the manger that it was the worst nail job I had ever had there and that I wouldn’t be back she looked at me smiled and said sorry!!! Needless to say I will not be back.

I’ve been living in Lake Charles for almost 4 years now, and I have never had my nails done like Tee did them today. Phenomenal job! This is coming from a person that is always OCD about their nails, they’re all shaped perfectly! Sweet pedicure too.

I had an awesome time at Country Club Nail Spa. I felt pampered and that my time was important to them rather than feeling like I was being rushed like at other nail spas in Lake Charles. The salon was very clean and the new pedicure chairs are great! I can’t wait to go back!

So Im from Oklahoma down here visiting my husband whos here working and decided to get a set of nails done and a pedicure. They are the best place Ive got my nails done everything. Im so sad that theyre 7 hrs away from home. If Im ever back in Lake Charles Im definitely coming back. Very friendly and professional services and people.!!!

This place is AMAZING! I have a nine year old and they aren’t suppose to do acrylics on little kids but when we asked them they make an exception every time! All of the staff spoil her and they are so kind.

I have been to quit a few nail salons upon moving to Lake Charles last January. But this place has won me forever (asomg as I am in the city). They are clean, friendly, inviting, reasonable and have nail colors galore. Lisa is my favorite but they all are great!

Love this place. I bring my daughters and they always make us feel comfortable and spoiled. I have to mention that Lisa does my gel manicures and I am always happy. I have had consistent great work from many of the technicians.

I took classic pedicure, but the girl just filled it and brush my feet no cream no massage in 10 mints she was done, I will never come for a pedicure, although I had my shellac nail polish, the guy did it so well and with perfection

Ying took so much time and had so much patience when she was doing my nails! I love that she took her time and corrected everything I asked her to! I will probably be using ying at the nail spa for life now!

Tee & Duyen were awesome as always. Tee did a wonderful job on my deluxe shellac polish pedicure. Hot stones, minty, relaxing leg rub topped off with hot towels was the perfect end to my week. Duyen gave incredible customer service. Dip powder is my favorite manicure and Nuyen gave great service. They look so good!! Thank you ladies
