Informed that they only lease trucks to commercial operations and not owner operators. I guess that surprised me, because O/O are commercial, they just have a smaller fleet. Its your choice to decide who you will make a customer, but feel free to leave money on the table. All of my previous experience with their truck maintenance has been shady at best, anyway.

A company I work for rents trucks from this company. I had expected that when they receive a truck back from a previous long term renter they would have a check list of things to check for before rerenting it. They do not. I have now spent three days in shops trying to get the truck road worthy. Slave master, brake adjustment, repair mirrors that vibrate so badly you cant see behind you, AC, latch on interior cabinet that wont stay closed. Had they done a road test they would if discovered these issues and fixed them before renting it to a new customer.

Zero customer service, worst trucks, worst lease experience of my life. They don’t even deserve a one star. STAY AWAY 5 years of hell

The shop is horrible. Takes forever to get anything done and most times the problem isnt fixed. Dont waste your time if you dont have too.
