Loved everything about my first experience there. Been waiting 10 months. Worth the wait. Quality work and very hygienic. Pedicure was bit quick but he was alone and clients began coming in. But great leg massage. I was extremely happy with my nails, lashes and brow waxing.

Cut my finger with aggressiveness and rushing through a basic manicure! Drew blood and everything, then still had the nerve me to charge for the service! I would avoid this place if you can.

I was persistent on what color shape and design I wanted and was pushed into a different color with disappointing designs and they were RUDE!! The only reason I went to them is because they are the only salon in LC that does Milk bath nails and I wanted to try them!! I showed 2 different examples and was specific on my color and down to the flowers! The shape is beautiful but the red blobs for flowers on my middle fingers and the sparkly pink the tech pushed on me when I stated I wanted MILKY WHITE ruined the whole experience!! I will NOT be going back!!

I love my overall experience. I definitely will come back. I brought my Grandma for a glam day and she definitely enjoyed herself. She is 79 and this was the first time I could convince her to add color to her feet and hands. She was feeling herself and looked very beautiful ❤.

This place was a disaster, I was in there for 4 hours for a simple manicure and pedicure, the nail tech that did my manicure was great however the older gentleman that did my pedicure was horrible he cut me on both feet on the cuticle area so bad they would not stop bleeding, the nail polish job was worse, and when I pointed it out the the cashier all they said was Im so sorry, bottom line this place does not accept appointments and if you dont have time to do a service just say so and give the customer the choice to either wait or come back another time. I will not be returning and they lost a potential loyal customer, we just moved here and Im a regular at getting my pedis and manis.

They are so good & very friendly my toes are pretty and my nails are amazing. My nail tech even helped me pick. I love it here & definitely will be coming back ! 🙂

I went got my nails done. Nails we’re all different sizes and shapes. The acrylic was so thick. They kept bothering me about getting designs and what have you so I did. Biggest mistake of my life. I tried to get chrome on my nails. They tech didn’t even know how to do it. She didn’t even ask for help from her coworkers. So she just took it off and basically said too bad and sent me on my way. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SHOP IN TOWN!!! Have nerves to charge a arm and two legs. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people.

The best staffs, services,friendly,talented, honest,funniest, cleanest, and professional nails shop in town. I was here visiting from out of town, but tumble into the place and I’m glad I did. Every time I visit I will stop by every time. Thank you all you guys and keep up the good work 👍 . If I could give 10 stars I would.

My mom and I just got a manicure from here. They definitely did not know how to do a dipped power set properly. My mom’s skin got cut multiple times and the lady was filing her skin off instead of her nails. The materials they were using were not sanitized so I asked them to put alcohol on her cuts. They were just going to ignore them. Also, instead of soaking my dipped set I had on from a previous manicure to take them off, he got an acrylic nail to pry them off, taking off some of my nail layers. Then after he was done with the acrylic nail, he put it back in the box to be used again! Not sanitary at all. Then they charged us $40 a piece! One of the most expensive dipped sets I’ve ever had.

I went to this place one time so far and they’re very professional. Great customer service and the nail techs take their time with you and your nails! I love this place and will be back again and again! I would definitely recommend!

This place is just as bad as Avalon right down the street. I literally left Avalon in the middle of a pedicure because I got cut more than once and they use the drill on me more than six times when I asked them not to. So at this place I had to go through four different polishes because he did not know how to polish toes that involve the glitter. He also used a drill on my tires when I specifically asked him not to. Went to get a manicure and he did not even soak my hands before he started cutting on them he was cutting on dry hard skin. And also use the drill numerous times on my hands When I specifically asked for no drill. I just don’t understand why somebody wants to use a drill on your hands when you have no acrylic and its your own nail. I definitely do not suggest this place or Avalon they are both horrible.

The staff is very nice but the quality work they do is horrible. Plus they are expensive. I should have just went to my nail salon Milani . None of my nails are the same shape. Plus they already look old after a couple of days. Which I told her they would because she left to much of the cuticle out. They need more training but service is good. Will not be returning.

I have never heard of anywhere that wont let you use 2 gift certificates together. Not coupons, GIFT CERTIFICATES! And she knew I had 2 walking in but she held on to them until I was finished THEN she let me know I couldnt use them together. The nail tech was great and very friendly, cashier... not so much.

Best eyebrow wax Ive ever had. He was a pro. I mean I was in and out in 5 minutes from the moment I hit the door. I told him what I wanted and it was perfect! He had that wax on and off and was done before I even knew what hit me and they were perfect and it was only $10. Very impressed. There was even a separate room and a clean table to lay down on. None of this lean back in chair bs. Will definitely be back!

I went to vip nails and they did a horrible job on my pedicure and when I complained they wouldn’t fix it, and rushed me out the building .They where not clean they didn’t not Sanitize after every client with this covid going on please don’t waste your money there go else where .

Classic case of “what I asked for vs. what I got”. I’m giving them two stars because of how nice they were, even after I expressed my displeasure with my nails.*update* the picture of what I actually wanted doesn’t want to upload, but just know that what was done was not even remotely close to it. THIS IS NOT OMBRÉ!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The staff was more interested in watching tv than the service. So much so, that after cutting my toe nail so short to the point it was bleeding and then leaving a jagged edge nail and the remaining toes untouched, she then told me it was my toes fault bc it has skin growing under the nail. Ummm... here’s a human anatomy lesson, every persons toes have skin growing under them! Stay away from this place.

I have never ever had a shellac manicure chip. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure here on Monday. By Wednesday I had several small chips. Today, Thursday, I have two peeling off. My toes are fine, and the lady who did my pedicure was very nice. But I will never go back.

Got my nails done like a week ago in that week I broke 3 different nails. Like I would just look down and they were gone! The staff was rude to me also they kept rushing me and the man who works there didn’t even ask me how long or short I wanted them. Cutting them too short so we had to take them off and apply new ones. The polish wasnt even thick enough you could see through it still and also had little bumps in it. NEVER GOING BACK! don’t waste your money here. Try Le Nails in the mall they do the best ever and they aren’t as expensive as this place. They also aren’t stingy with the acrylic! So your nails will last long!

They charged my friend $138 dollars and my pedicure was horrible as well as my nails most of my rhinestones are already falling off and it hasn’t even been a week. The shaping is also horrible . The lady even called my guy friend cheap

My first time I went there I got the best treatment did really need to explain very much what I want done or how short my nails I wanted they know exactly what I wanted I will keep going back to them.

Went in for a pedi and overlay... I will keep this short and bitter sweet. The pedi was the best. This mess of an overlay thats on my nails, I will have to pay someone to remove or fix it. During the application process, I ask the tech to please apply the powder evenly or its not going to look good, she ensured me she would fix it. But I knew better. There is acrylic powder over my cuticles and excessively wider than my nail bed, nails were not shaped properly and she made my cuticles bleed on two of my fingers. Dont Waste your Time or Money!!!

If I could give 0 I’d give them -100🙄 Cut 2 of my fingers, one of my nails were crooked as hell. Got mad because I asked them to fix it. Will never go there again. First and last‼️

After driving around lake Charles for 2 hours looking to get my nails and toes done and having the worse experience I passed VIP nails and I had the best experience there! Linda took great care of me! The only place in lake Charles to go bc the rest are horrible...

I had a special occasion to attend on Sunday. I went to get a mani/pedi for $40. By Sunday morning the nail polish was chipping off and I had to pay another spa to have it redone. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I got a gel French manicure and a few hours after getting it done there were cracks in the polish and the next day the paint started chipping off. I wouldn’t recommending spending money on your nails at this place unless you’re okay with it chipping off the next day.
