After going to this salon for the better part of a year I have become disappointed over the last several months….. I used to adore it because they made it easy to see the nail tech I wanted but it has become next to impossible to get consistent work there now. My favorite tech, Andy, is still there and still does a truly phenomenal job but I can never get in to see him without waiting 1.5hrs as they refuse to let anyone schedule appointments and get visibly irritated if you wait on your preferred nail tech. They have also raised their prices while not providing consistent results.Paying $60 for a new set where my nails are differing lengths and having to ask for a simple, short, narrow square shape that does NOT flare and is straight across the tip is not acceptable. I understand new nail techs need practice, but paying top dollar for uneven nail lengths, flooded cuticles that will cause lifting and giving poorly shaped nails is disappointing.The first photo provided is exactly what I requested and the next few are what I received in the end. They look similar, but overall, not worth the money paid.

Extremely unprofessional. Argued me down as to why the nails I got done the day before was messed up already. Was told its because Im washing my hands was the reason its messed up. I DO NOT recommend them. The work is not all that for the price but I came out of convenience to my workplace. Never again. Its understandable when things happen but its how you handle the problem that makes the difference.

I really love my nails every visit all though it really seems like the price changes with every single visit. For example I can get the same type of nails and one time its 125 or 130 and the next the price is 140 or 145 I give a cash tip every time because I love the service but I know for a fact Im getting screwed. I have asked on several occasions who the owner was and I have never received a honest response. I even went to the Nelson road location and received the same service as I did at the prienlake location and paid 80 to 90 dollars. Someone needs to advise the owners that they are ripping customers off they have lost my business for sure.

I’ve been going here for a bit and just not totally happy. About 60% of the time I’m happy with my nails, but can not get over the prices they charge. Prices there to me are just way to high. I got a fill and what they charged you would have thought I got a whole new set and I’m not the one to get all kinds of crazy designs at all. I got a little different design painted for a white tip and was charged $65 ($30 for fill, $5 for shape, $30 for design). Don’t go when your in a rush, the wait most of the time is pretty long.

I use to go to this location when it was Ultimate Nails and loved it so I was excited when I saw it was a new nail place. After seeing that you must wear a mask to receive service it was a go for me. Its beautiful and clean inside and the staff is helpful and kind. The first set that I received wasnt strong enough for the lifestyle that I live as I am very hard on my nails BUT after talking with Andy (my new nail tech at this nail salon) we got the perfect set! He did exactly what I asked for and they are beautiful and strong! I look forwards to seeing how they look and feel in the next two weeks and I already have my next color ready for when I go back. Make sure when you go to get your beautiful set of nails you bring a picture of what you like and TELL them to make them thick or thin of how you live your life so they will work just right for you. Got a pedicure & manicure with just nails painted. They were very quick to get us in & started on our pedicures. Very friendly and accommodating, but the quality of the cut of my toenails and paint is terrible. Toenails are uneven, polish has been chipping since the day after and was applied unevenly. My husband had the male working there doing his nails and he was done at least 25 minutes before the rest of us when we all got the same thing and started at the same time.

THE BEST IN THE LAKE HANDS DOWN! IVE BEEN GOING TO MILANIE FOR YEARS AND WAS SO EXCITED WHEN THEY OPENED A NEW LOCATION WHICH IS CLOSER TO MY HOUSE. HALEY & ANDY ARE MY FAVES 💅🏾❤️

The fact that nobody greeted me when I walk through the door was sad! They just stared until I told them about professionalism! How it’s appreciated when a establishment greets u!

Cant ever get my nail tech. Will not let me make appt. Hardly ever answers phone. I have to get a new place. Dont go. They are very rude. I had a terrible smart elic tech did a terrible job. Didnt. Follow directions. My toes look terrible. And VERY EXPENSIVE. CHANGE PRICES ON YOU EVERY VISIT. ITS AWFUL.

For all the hype to appear updated the services are antiquated. They dont even offer Gel nails, but charge like they do. They are no different from a rinky dink nail place.

When I first heard about Milanie Nail Bar, of course I checked it out and fell in love with the place and the people who does these amazing work of art. Now that they branched out into M Nail Bar, I had to see if it was just the same and they did not fail. I had my first experience with them yesterday and it was very nice. Nice clean place to get pampered and the staff is very polite. Also shoutout to Andy on my nails, he really past my expectations such a great gentle guy...definitely will be back😊
