I got shellac on my natural nails. There werent that many colors to choose from. My nails came out really nice & I loved them. Then a few days later, the polish started to chip. Im not sure if the polish was old or what. I went back the next few days to tell them about it & see if they could re-paint that nail, & they wanted to charge me $3.00. At any other nail salon, they would fix it for free. The staff acted like they didnt just do my nails days ago. She really didnt want to re-paint that one nail & demanded that I get all my nails redone. There was nothing wrong with the rest of my nails!!! The lady wanted to charge me $20.00 & I had just paid $17.00 days before. No thanks, Ill take my money to another nail salon with more options & better customer service that wont charge me for every single movement they make.

The staff is a little slow, but they are nice.
