The absolute best nail shop so professional && polite

Kim is the best in town and her mom is the best to. Shes been doing me and my moms nails for the past 11 years. And would never go to anyone else. She like part of the family. Need any thing done she the go to person.

The owner did amazing with my 3 year old. She did a great pedi on me and is so sweet ;)

Such a wonderful place! I got a pedicure here today and it was so nice. The lady that did it was very gentle and fast but spent plenty of time on me. I will definitely be making this my regular spot.

Iv had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Kim for the last 6 years!Shes awesome and the BEST in town!Always takes her time and my polish NEVER chips and my nail NEVER breaks.Shes really good at what she does!Mama Tammy also does a great job with pedicures and eye brow waxing!!This nail shop has a quiet and calm environment and we are all like one big family!

Im new to the Lake Charles area. Ive gone to Polish Nails twice. Both times I was turned away. Ive only seen1 lady each time Ive gone in. She tells me come back in 1 hour or hour in a half. When asked if she takes appts she said no. If I cant make an appt and you turn your walk-ins away. How will I ever get serviced? Will not go back there again.

I walked in today at 1148 am and said I wanted a refill the lady stated we don’t have time bc she has to pedicures coming the absolute worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!

They are the best in town. When my nails are done, the polish actually stays on. It doesnt chip of break.
