My tire went flat late at night didnt have a spare. Called High Gear and for a really good price they came out and was able to get it towed to a tire shop. Jim was the employee who came out to get my truck. Very friendly and professional told me I didnt need to follow him to the shop he would get it there unhook it lock up my bronco and put my key into the mail slot at the shop. Tim is a life saver. Not to mention saving me a ton of time and money. I have a 15 year old Pontiac which I unfortunately allowed to sit stagnant since we went into lockdown. Naturally I expected the battery to need a jump. I called AAA and a different company came yesterday and said my starter was bad and possibly the alternator and I’d have to tow it to a shop. NOT on my budget or agenda. I called for a tow and TIM with high gear fixed my situation right in the driveway. He jumped the battery and showed me the reading so I’d know for the future how to tell if the batter, starter or alternator were bad. Now I know who to call when there’s trouble. Knocked out a couple tires after hitting a curb the other night in the snowstorm. JIM from High Gear came after I called AAA. Holy cow, talk about a nice guy. Friendly, took a couple playful jabs at each other. Honestly just a great guy. Would get a beer with him if he ever wanted to. Also, on a side note: has anyone seen the needle on that guy?! Jesus Christ, that thing was hanging down to his kneecap! I could see it even through his heavy duty work pants.

Driver (i forgot his name) called immediately after i hung up with AAA and arrived within 15 mins. He secured the exhaust to move the vehicle and got it on the truck within minutes. Jim came out to move 2 motorcycles. He helped push one out of a shed that had a ramp. He also took another bike on the same trip.He was very helpful and friendly. I dont remember the last time I had a tow truck driver so willing to help out.When the bikes got to the shop they were going to Jim let me know they were there. They were in one piece and not damaged at all, which does NOT always happen. Last time I had a bike towed it was damaged because it wasnt strapped down properly.I HAVE USED HIGH GEAR TOWING in the past and I will use them again. If I could use them every time I needed a tow I would. I would especially request Jim. He was the best !!

My RV wasnt starting and the diesel mechanic and 2 other gentlemen came out and worked on it for over an hour trying to get it started. How Jim saved our weekend: As I was driving to NYC from Philadelphia my wife and I had a blow tire and got stuck in a restricted area. By he time we were able to get towed out by a different company it was nearing 7:30 pm on a Saturday by the time Jim got to where we were towed off the restricted area we had Pep Boys in Pennsylvania as an option to get our tired changed and drive home that night. Jim worked it out with his dispatch and got us there just in time to have our car serviced. He was patient, kind, and understanding. I don’t live in the area so I hope I won’t have to use High Gear to tow my car again but would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you Jim!

Had to cancel one road service that my insurance company sent, they were nearly 3 hours late. Yes, 3 hrs. High Gear was there in 20 mins. Rich tried his best to get our car running but it had to be towed in the end. Highly recommend High Gear. Super Professional
