Just went here.. it had a different name (as a heads up it was 7 nail salon and said it had new management ) I’m super picky with nail salons and have only found one other place in WA that I love. This just became my second!I appreciate the detail to my pedicure(the actual scrubbing of my feet and for digging deep around my big toenails) I will def be a regular at this place.

I love this place. I have been going to this location for a few years now. I love the atmosphere/ vibe of the place.For toes I always ask for Nancy. SHE IS GREAT. she takes her time and makes sure to leave your feet feeling great. She is also friendly and makes you feel comfortable.They now offer free coffee with your service. Idk what kind of coffee it is, but it’s great!! I love it. I had two glasses. I now live in West Seattle but drive to Kent for my nails. I tried a few places out here but it never compared.

I love this nail sailon. Great service and the girl - Quinn did a good job for my nails. Theyre gorgeous. Highly recommend this salon 😘Edited: new owner but the quality is not good as when Vee took this place.

BEST nail place ever! I have been looking for a good nails place in Kent. They did a really good job with my pedicure. No rush like other nails salon that I have been to. Love the music and the atmosphere here too. Really relaxing..For people who may not know! Their Vietnamese Coffee is bomb! I had 2 of them lmao. Definitely come back

Anna is no more working here, but I think the new owner is nice too. I come here to relax and get a Pedicure. Great people who take pride in what they do. Great music to enjoy while in the chair. You can also enjoy a glass of vietnemses coffee during your experience. I love it so much and it’s complimentary.

I never leave reviews but after my experience here I felt the need to, The people here are amazing, most of the time i’m never able to speak up at nail salons, but the second I walked in this place I felt completely comfortable, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and they did a fantastic job on them. While I was looking through some of these reviews I was baffled to see people leaving mean comments, Because this salon is so amazing that I would never think bad about this place. My friend and I both got a full set with gel and a design and we were so happy with what we got that we couldn’t stop showing people our nails. The first time I got my nails done here I spent so long trying to figure out what colors to get because they have such an amazing selection. I LOVE this place and I recommend it to everyone. My experience here was the best. I will definitely be coming back.

1st time in here. They are treating me like royalty. Ive never experienced a nailsalon as good as this one. Plus the complimentary Vietnamese coffee is 100%.

I arrived and it felt off, the nail techs didnt want to speak. I told them hi and what I services I needed. I should have walked out, but I said they might just be having an off day. I waited about 20 minutes. I wanted t get my pedicure done before my nails, the nail tech says I am going to do your nails now. I am available now, or you can wait longer. You do pedicure after. I was like wow, okay kind of rude. I just let it go and proceeded to get my service. I was sitting next to an older white woman, and she asked if I was going to keep my nails long? Why is my nails any of your business???? I just looked at her and said no, we dont need to talk. Some people just cant contain their ignorance. My nails are un-even, they look like they are not filed down. Anyways I am done with my nails, time for pedicure, the water was fine. The nail was kind of lazy, I told her my issue and she was rough and didnt listen. Now mind you I know about nail care. I had to tell her you need to have me soak my feet a little longer. She didnt even help with the issue. I will not recommend this place and or go back. They talk about EVERYONE in their language. I find it to be rude as f####. I hope people really see these people for who they really are. The wicked.

I use to come here all the time! The last two times, I had horrible service ! I will never come here again.They always take people that gives them good tips first before anyone else. And then when it’s time to tip they except you to leave a goood tip(when giving them a tip should be a option not a must!)Even when their service was horrible!

Normally I would give 5 stars here because I usually have Timmy ( hes gentle and friendly) do my nails. Not today. Today I had Amy and she did well enough for 4 stars but she was very rough. She ground on my nails until they were hot, she kept bending my fingers in ways they wouldnt go. I had to point out several imperfections in 3 of my nails and she seemed perturbed by it. She shaped my nails without asking how I wanted them done (not the way she did it, I dont like it). Then in the end she smeared lotion on my palm and walked away. I felt like I was at a nail farm. Ill go back but only for Timmy. I want to enjoy my manicure.

I’ve been going here for several years and it became the only place I’d go to for my nails and toes. Until yesterday. Idk if they changed owners but there’s also new staff. I got a full acrylic set last night and made an appointment for today to get them fixed. My appointment was at 1:30. There was 1 lady for the nails who was just starting a full set for another lady at my appointment time. By 2 pm I still was not assisted. My nails look like they already need a fill. There is acrylic build up underneath and on the sides of my nails that was not filed. The shape of my nails are all different. Mind you they close at 7pm and I was there before 6 and they closed 10 mins early after finishing my set. Don’t waste ur time or money.

I love this place! I used to go every two weeks. Now I live in Tacoma and still if I am going to get my nails done I will drive all they way here to get them done!

Love the service they provide & great customer service. I will not go anywhere else but with them. Timmy is who Ill recommend very prolite and outgoing takes his time. Tina is wonderful shes also outgoing and always treats her client with great service. Check them out youll never be disappointed. They have the best variety of polish also have essential oils for pedicure. Great job guys

My shellac only lasted 3 days before it started coming off. When I got acrylic nails they also did not last past 4 days and when I went to back the shop to let them know another 3 days later the lady told me I was due for a fill anyways. She did not offer any apologies or try to offer me a deal for the fact that my nails didn’t even last past a week.

They are the best for ANC powder dip nails! They last so much longer than anywhere else. Love them!

I absolutely LOVE coming here. The service is excellent. Timmy the manager is very polite, soft spoken, and works very patiently. I would recommend him for a manicure. Nancy is a must for pedicures, does a very thorough job.

I was excited to get a spa pedicure at this establishment. When I looked into the water that was supposed to be for my spa pedicure the water was very dirty with skin and other dirt floating inside. The staff immediately became defensive and said the dirt came from my feet. Black women do not have dirty feet at least this one does not.Instead of the staff admitting that they failed to properly clean their supplies, they stood firm in their denial. I walked out after letting them know I no longer wanted a pedicure. How unprofessional and unhealthy it is to not properly clean supplies.Lesson: Please check the water before you put your feet into any spa pedicure.

I have been going here for about 4 years. One of the first to offer the dipping powders that are so much better for you, your nails, and the tech. Very busy salon. They also do a great pedicure.

So far my favorite nail place. Love Tina, Timmy, Joan, Lina, they all do a great Job. Only place in Washington that does ANC. ice been getting my nails done for over 15 years and the ANC is the only way. It makes sure u dont get nail fungus and looks amazing. They have a great variety of Pedicures and love them... I will be moving soon but Im willing to travel to make sure My nails and feet are always done right.. :)

My toes look amazing! I just said French tips with a blue flower and let them do whatever they wanted. It turned out lovely!My fingers however look a little sloppy, and the lady (a different one than the one who did my toes) was a little rough.

I am beyond disappointed in my experience here. I got an eyebrow wax and dip manicure. I said not to shake my brows, just a clean up. I walked out with half of my brows gone. I look like Im from the 90s. For my manicure, I chose an almost white color. I look down and my nails are hot pink. After showing the sample and my nails side by side, they tried to say I was wrong. They refused to redo it, but rather dip white over it. They did so be nail twice and it was much whiter. The lady continued to speak rude about me in her language. God forbid I want all my nails the same color, Joann.

I am very disappointed I have been going to the shop for years however recently my favorite nail lady quit so a new gentleman did my pedicure. He was very inexperienced they were instructing him step by step and one of my toes is now infected and very painful. I am going to now have to go to the doctor to deal with the infection. Very disappointed after years of great service. There new male worker needs to be let go!

The worst manicure I ever had, sadly. The staff was friendly but they werent honest. I asked if they used SNS, they said yes.They dont, they use a knock off. They claimed it was so much better, so we stayed.My neighbors nails were chipping the very next day, as we mine.SNS lasts me at a minimum 3 weeks. Their knock off didnt last even 1 week for me, my neighbor only 4 days.

I have been going to this place for the past year and half and really liked the place especially when all the girls spoke English and never talked in Vietnamese to each other that makes the customers feel like they are talking about them. Also they were fast and did a good job.However lately the have hired few new employee’s, and I personally have had bad experiences last two times, this review is only about yesterday.I arrived there around 3pm (THURDAY wanted to make sure to go on a day that they were not too busy). They had only one customer who was getting a pedicure and ANC, her nails were already in foil, I too Wanted to get an ANC, no pedicure, which it usually takes ½ an hour or a little longer, but the technician who started to do my nails took her sweet time I am not exaggerating, a ½ job took 1 hour and 40 minutes, while doing my nails she checked her phone, kept talking to another co-worker in Vietnamese got up and moved around several times didn’t even wrap the foil correctly on my nails so it took longer for removal of the ANC, she tried to make the decision for the color also told me I shouldn’t get Ombre coloring, told me it costs $10.00 more, like it was her place to tell me what I can spend !! (in reality she probably didn’t know how to do it), she filed the nail on one figure and missed another I tried to tell her, but she made me feel like I don’t know anything, finally I was so tired and wanted to go home that I told her I don’t want the hand massage. Also I noticed she did not even use sanitized tools for my manicure, because when I asked her to do a manicure, she took her tools out of a clean plastic bag, (I thought oh good she uses clean tools) but then after doing my nails she put it back in the same bag and place it in her drawer, after she was done I decided to talked about my experience to one of the nail technicians who is usually there (Tahra) but she made up some excuses and told me this is the way they work over here so I should not complain. when I was ready to pay with my debit card, she processed my card and without asking me she gave herself an almost 40% TIP, I am glad I looked at my receipt, made sure they voided that transaction, left her a $2.00 tip which she didn’t even deserve that..… for the money they charge they should make sure of a perfect customer service every single time a customer comes inside not just once in a while. I have spent 100’s of dollars there before because I thought they did a good job. But the way they treated me yesterday by being rude and thinking, they could fool me with a lousy and incomplete job especially not using sanitized tools and take my money also give yourself a hefty tip just like that!! Let’s think twice… I don’t think so! I will not be going there again. And I suggest for you not to go there either.

A girl named Leena dug into the side of my big toe so bad that it got infected and had puss seeping out of it for the next 3 weeks! She was rude when I would cringe at the pain and didnt take it any easier after that. Ive been getting pedicures for over 10 years religiously and have NEVER had this happen before. You couldnt pay me to go back there. I posted a picture the day after in their image feed.
