Worst experience ever!I show her the picture of what I wanted to make sure that she was able and ok to do it, she told me Yea we can do it, thats super easy, come come take sitAnd well, this is the result.... I totally hate it, I was polite and respectful but she was all frustrated telling me... Oh this is too difficult, at the end on my last nail she only do 2 simple lines that look so bad.Picture speaks for itself.... I saw a Latina woman doing nails next to me and she was so good at it, but the other ladies were terrible and they only say they can do stuff just to gain customers.Paying 40 bucks for a horrible experience!!!!

I had to use my mothers account to leave this review....I came in one day and gotten medi and a pedi. She rushed my feet due to her takinh forever on my nails and didnt fully complete all the steps for a pedi. I came back the next day wanting her to redo my feet. She threw an attitude amd ended up cutting my toe n it was bleeding. And SHE TRIED TO PAINT OVER IT..thats where good customer service comes in when your customer is unsatisfied. Horrible n now you lost a customer.

Nice and clean nail salon, owner Lynn is very personable, greets customers by name.

I called it had and made an appointment when I arrived to get a fill on my nails everything was fine at first.As people started walking in the owner told me I needed to come in on Wednesdays because its not so busy that Saturdays are just too busy even though I had an appointment. as she continued to file my nails she rambled on about how I need to come on on Wednesdays and that the color choice I wanted to do was fine but she didnt want to put rhinestones on because I didnt need it even though thats what I wanted. So at that moment I was like okay what the heck is this so I proceeded to tell her Im a paying customer and I had an appointment and I said if you dont want to do my nails thats fine. Now she continued to keep on wanting me to do my nails I told her to stop several times .I am like you obviously do not want to do my nails you do not want to do what I want and you do not want my business so stop how much do I owe you? I never in my life encountered a business so rude I paid her the money and I never will come back !

They cut my cuticles many times blaming it on me when i wasn’t even moving and then grabbed my baby sister without permission from my mother and pulled down her mask she also had many nails uneven and not coated with nail polish evenly and i was charged 60$ overall would not recommend poor service and quality.

The nail lady was very rude kept talking in another language that I couldnt make up my mind and she didnt like I put so much black on my nails then left them a mess the shape was all over the place there was black all over my finger and its just so unprofessional.

My nail tech was on her phone a couple of times and hand long conversations and very distracted. Completely unprofessional. She even asked me to lift my leg up and hold it for a long time where it was very uncomfortable for me just so she wouldn’t have to bend any lower. I didn’t enjoy my time here. I do not recommend this place at all. There are Tons of places who are dedicated to your experience. This is not one!

I like it here. Been coming here for almost 10 years since they first opened. Depending on the nail artist you could get great nails or some that arent satisfying, Im kind of picky so I like to ask for Jo to do my nails. But just depends on how you like your nails done. They all do them differently. They have all been pretty good so far. If I ask them to fix, they will. The more you go there the more they give discount.

Tina is amazing. I have my nails dipped and they always turn out perfect. She takes a lot of care in the details when she does my nails.

Terrible service! My nails are very thick and wide, when I mentioned it she just it looked nice and proceeded with the tacky job. Would not go to this salon again. If you want a good job avoid this place.

Ive tried this place several times. The staff is very nice and the prices are decent, however I am never happy with how my nails turn out. They are never shaped very good and they dont seem to last long. It could just be my experience, but I gave them several chances and it hasnt gotten better.

Had a full set done. The technician didnt pay attention to the size of the tips she put on my nails and I had to make her redo it. Then I told her I wanted the nails oval and short and she didnt make them oval enough at all. I actually had to file them into the shape I wanted. Then during the last filing, she cut my finger from filing so hard. Then they had the nerve to charge me full price. Im never going back there again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my nails look good, thanks to me.

Every 2 weeks my Daughter and I come for mani pedis I get my nails fill with shalic color and my daughter get a manicure with shalic everyone there does an excellent job they make you feel comfortable and do a great job this nail salon is a very busy place everytime i come they are always busy but they are straight up with you about the wait time and believe me it is worth waiting for this is the only place I go to now after searching for a decent salon I finally found mine excellent staff im a customer for life!!

I walked in and was ignored. The man at the desk was sleeping and even though the ladies working looked up when I walked in no one greeted me. I expect to have a wait when I get my nails done but I dont appreciate being ignored.

I went here, and they changed me way too much for a crappy job. I literally paid $70 for shellac and it started chipping the exact same day ! I am very picky on my nails and by far I am very disappointed in the lack of quality they had ! I will never go back.
