I just moved to the neighborhood and thought I would check this place out. I did a walk in and did not wait long. The nail technician was very nice and listened to what I wanted. What I really appreciate is, she took her time to make sure my nails were done correctly and did things other places do not do. I did not feel rushed and that makes me happy because my nails look perfect 🤩 I will be back ! The entire salon was clean and all the employees were very nice and I felt very comfortable.

Never had a good manicure here. One woman cut the side of my finger. Another trimmed my nails square when I wanted them oval. Another got polish around my cuticles and didnt take it off.

We have been coming here for years and love it. People are great pedi are awesome. Great prices.

Perfect nails has the largest collection of color options by far for the area. Pretty much anything you want done, they have the capability to do. I usually get my shellac done here every 2 weeks and it generally stays in pretty good condition. If you ever need a repair they will do it on the needed nail for free. Even after a full week, my nails look well trimmed and solid. Just be prepared for a wait when you go because they are almost always packed.

I’ve not had a guy do my nails before, and it made me anxious. However, he was gentler on my hands than any girl has been and my nails turned out beautifully. The previous day I had gotten a full and the acrylics were too thick. He took the time to smooth everything out. He gave me the most beautiful holiday nails. ☺️☺️

I went in to set an appointment and they took care of me right away! A little pricier than others, but you pay for the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Also appreciated their input /recommendations. My shellac came out beautifully! Will definitely be coming back

Not the shape I wanted at all...they were not even shaped well. Awful. The lady did the cheap way to do the dip powder & it wouldn’t stay... kept ripping off, she had to keep redoing it. Also she filed by my cuticle so much it looks like I’ll need a fill within a week... next day 2 nails broke... went somewhere else to have them fixed & even that nail salon was I. Shock at how bad they were. I have never had my nails done so poorly. I’ve done them better at home..

Ive seen Cindy for the last year every three weeks for a shellac acrylic and she does the best job. The price is very comparable to the area, they are quick, painless, and consistent. If you want to get in at the time you want make an appt, they are very good at keeping the appts. And if you want a design or special color they can do it or they have it for you

My first time in..they were super busy.. within 5 minutes they started on pedicures, TEIN, really took her time..I never felted rushed at all. I asked for a manicure. She was really good at her job.did an fantastic job on both! I havent enjoyed a manicure and pedicure this good in 10 years!.

Im so disappointed i got my nails done here with my mother and just um wow. As i was getting my nails done, more people kept coming in and the lady doing my nails picked up her pace as more people kept coming in. I look to my mother and the owner had just filed my mothers nails to where he had just cut her. He didnt say sorry until my mom had just told him. Long story short my nails werent the same shape and length along as my mothers whose nails werent filled in correctly and she was cut twice.

This place ALWAYS goes above and beyond to take care of anyone who walks through their doors. They really value their customers and treat you like family here. I have a preferred lady I love to see when I come here but they honestly ALL do an amazing job. Times when I drop in and my girl is busy I know I can have anyone do them and they will always turn out great. I highly recommend them💖

Ive come here a few times now and love coming here. Tim is my favorite but they all do a really great job and are very kind. An added plus if you are like myself and like to not talk alot the dont force conversation like most do I love that!! If Im quiet so are they but if I make conversation they are very nice. Highly recommended!!

I loved this place!!! The staff was really nice. I went to go get an acrylic refill after my horrible experience at Tj Nails (my thumbnail snapped off and 2 nails lifted and one came off BEFORE I EVEN HAD THEM ON FOR 2 WEEKS!!) They did an excellent job and I definitely will come back when I need another refill😊

Trash nails, but especially trash service.they will talk about you and laugh at you sitting right in front of them ! if you have a question or comment, they will roll their eyes and rudely answer or just straight up ignore you. if other people come in without an appointment they will rush through your service, mess it up, and finish as fast as possible to get these other people in.save your time, money, and energy and please go somewhere else.

Disappointed in my Imperfect Nails visit as the male owner was super rough and hard filing on my nails he cut the side of my middle finger til it bled. Its been a week and my finger is still healing. Not to mention he cut a second finger. He didnt even apologize until I made it known he was being rough. Both me and my daughter are never going back!!!

Great service! I came in early in the morning at 9:45ish with no wait. Love the massage chair! Make sure you brought cash to tip the staff. I thought I could add it on my card payment, but it was not an option....

Tien did my nails, I asked for the SNS dip powder. He really took his time and made sure they weren’t too thick or wonky. It only cost me $35. I will definitely be going back 😊

They did a okay job it was spotting but the customer service was very bad. I do not recommend coming here since they also were very rough with doing my nails. They are sore from how hard they had treated my nails and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. 1/5 stars

I have been going to this salon for about 15 years. I will not even try somewhere else to get my nails done, in a pinch. They always stay up on the latest trends and are CONSTANTLY getting new polish colors. The salon is always so clean and always updating equipment. I mostly get my toes and nails (shellac) done, but my mom and sisters also always go there for waxing. I highy highly highly recommend this place!

I must say, though the nail tech was courteous...Her capability to do her job, didnt show up in the job that was done on my spa pedicure. I was extremely disappointed by the outcome of the work done on my feet. I am not in the business of instructing, though I found myself instructing her on how to do her job. Lets just say, it was an Imperfect Day at Less than- Perfect Nails. I wont bless them with my presence ever again. I have to give them two thumbs down, and a L to the forehead for my trip, it was less than ok. My daughter was also dissatisfied with the job done by her nail tech, as well.😕😐😞✌

Ill keep it quick.Didnt like how the technician kept grabbing my hands so rough without warning. Yes, youre doing my nails but youre grabbing me like Im your kid about to get into trouble.I got a total of 3 cuts & when i started bleeding, she was trying to hide it. Also, didnt apologize or acknowledge she made me bleed outLast, she cut my nails way too short. The pinky nail was okay but the rest of them look like little nubs, like Im related to hobbits. Smh.Overall, not satisfied & wont be going back.

I literally felt like I was run through the mill. Just a #, not a client. The pedicure was painful, and I felt like the woman who was serving me wanted to be anywhere but there. The only redeeming thing was that I was there with friends.

1st time visit today. I live next door so wanted to find new home base. Initially my lady was nice and listened to my request for thin acrylic nails. But with time she ignored the fact i wanted thin staright nails and made them all different lenght and super thick. Once she was done i said i need few minutes to look over all shellac colors. She was so openly annoyed with me and that i need few minutes to pick my colors. I apologized but it did no good as she says hurry we have lots of people. I dont have time to wait pick a colot then rudely her co worker starts laughing and they all start talking Vietnamese and laugh. She was so inpatient that she pretty much pulled the color samples out my hand and made me chose as i wanted to leave. They all continued to talk amongs eachother in theur native language and laugh and she never said one word to me but kept pointing and tuggin kn my hand to make me put them under lamp. SO RUDE, NON PROFESSIONAL and honestly if i wasnt already mid polish i would have walked out. The customer next to me acknowledged that they were rude to her too and shes recording them now and using a translator on her phone and has proof they are talking about the customers.Sorry but im bilingual and if you own a business speak ENGLISH its so freaking disrespectful to speak your language when you have customers present. I walked out highly dissapointed with the sharp nails, color is blotchy, and they are all diff lenght. Will never go back and will discourage evrryone from going. If you own a business in USA speak the language and if it wasnt for clients you wouldnt make a cent so if i need 5 minutrs to pick a color its my damn right. No one else makes $25 for 30 min of work so settle down.
