Staff was super nice but the quality is incredibly poor and sloppy. I got dip powder taken off and reapplied to my natural nail and the tech was so so rough on it :( instead of letting me soak in acetone he was constantly drilling and wiping between me dipping in acetone. Wayyy too many layers of dip were applied and the results were very thick, very poorly shaped nails. I asked for coffin shape and instead got thick blobs. Would not recommend this place :(I called after the owner said they’d like to make things right and was denied a refund multiple times. They say the only thing they can offer is to fix my nails, however I find it impossible for them to be fixed after my natural nail has been butchered and wouldn’t trust them to work on it any more.

I got acrylic nails done here a week ago and already 4 of my nails lifted and two fell off. It is ridiculously overpriced for the quality you get (I paid $80 for these) I’m not one to complain or leave reviews but I constantly had to worry if my nails were going to pop off while typing throughout the week. I do not recommend going here if you want acrylic nails done right.

Appointment was made and I sat still for a hour before they were ready. Then I spent just as much money on my fill as I did my nail art. Which wasnt a problem other than I asked for them to pick four nails to design as the picture I showed and I got the same design on every nail. Nails were still pretty but not what I asked for.I would have liked a little more creativity.

I got a full set done on a Monday. The following Thursday morning (THREE DAYS LATER) I had 3 nails lifting. I called and they said they would fix them the next day but I got called into work and worked on Saturday so I couldn’t get in until Monday which would have been a week from my first visit by Sunday my nails had completely fallen off except for my thumbs and at that point I was so upset that I won’t go back ever again and took the $75 loss because they said no refunds and how do you fix something when they all fell off before a week even passed of getting them done. On top of that when getting them done she used a used file and buffer and in the 6 years of getting my nails done every place has always used new ones and it just didn’t seem sanitary to me. I’m so disappointed in my experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The pictures posted are from Friday morning so four days after my set.

I brought my best friend here today. Her and I both wanted full sets and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. She went to her nail technician and showed him the picture of what she wanted. He said ok and began doing her nails. The nails she had picked had a design on the ring finger in white and small pearl like jewels on the middle finger. After he had painted all but the ringer white he said he couldnt do that design. If she had known that she would have done a French manicure. So she said well can we just take off the white and do all a French manicure? He said no, that would take too long. I would understand this if she hadnt shown him what she wanted when she first sat down but she did. She left with nail polish on her skin, spots that are missing polish and gems that are not equally spaced out or straight. The shape of her middle finger is really off also.Saturday is her wedding, her one day and the technician couldnt be bothered to make sure her nails were perfect for her. Instead he just wanted to get to the next dollar sign.Definitely will not be returning here and I will be taking her to get this mess fixed elsewhere.

I got my nails done at Karens in Ravenna and they did such a bad job that I went to Halo Nails the following day they not only had to take my nails off but the lady that did my nails did such an amazing job they look beautiful even a week later. My daughter also got her nails done and hers look beautiful as well

First time I came here it was super good. Had an appointment started a little after. Second time had an appointment at 11 and never got seen. Was waiting for an hour and a half when I left because 6 people that had an appointment at 11:30 or 12 went before me. When I said something they said “we will see you when we’re free” never coming back

I booked an appointment for a full set, and after checking in, I was seated at a nail station and told it would be a few minutes. The guy then went and began a full pedicure, while I watched others walk in and be immediately served. After thirty minutes of sitting there, I walked out. I was willing to accept their high prices, as I have come here previously, and the work was decent enough, but not exceptional. After this visit, I will NEVER come to this salon again, I will pick a place that honors their clients appointments over a walk in.

I stop in for pedicures every once in while and daughter gets a manicure. They always get us right in with little to no wait. They do a great job and the new girl that checks people in, is very funny and polite.

I have used this salon many times in the past (pre-Covid) and was always satisfied- We moved out of the area and I had yet to find a nail salon near me - so I drove the 25 minutes to this salon-I had booked a pedi online and on my arrival was told the person I booked with was not available- so I had another techIt was in the mid 80’s outside- yet the door was wide open- and of course the flies were enjoying the indoors with me!😳The pedicure was ok until the exfoliating part- where she barely worked on the bottoms of my feet and the tips of my toes were untouched- the the topper was when she went to polish-She had just put lotion all over my feet but never cleaned my nail beds before painting- I said something but she said it was fine- I should of insisted! As it was my money paying for this!Sure enough my polish was off within days!I will NEVER return to this salon!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance with AnH. I arrived 5 minutes early only to be told I have to wait 30 min. She wasn’t apologetic at all and very unprofessional.

Not worth the price at all. Waited over an hour even with an appointment. Then, the lady that did my nails rushed the entire process and I had glue and acrylic all over my fingers. I got an acrylic full set with gel. Now, four days later, 2 nails have already fallen off. My full sets usually last at least a month, so I’m highly dissatisfied with the work done at this nail salon.

They each have something that they specialize in. They are super friendly and always welcoming!! Mindy did my arylic fill and color change! Abosutly love my nails and her. She was gental and made sure I liked everything. Definitely 10 out of 10. I did have a small wait even though I had an appioment booked and It was a little pricy but besides that great service and experience.

Tried this place out last week, my daughter’s choice to get acrylics for prom, and had mani/pedi services for both of us. They were all really nice and professional and really did do a great job, but their prices are not worth it. They upsold us on our pedicures- telling us we needed to get the $75 pedicure to take care of callouses. Now today, my gel manicure is lifting after just over a week. Definitely not worth paying nearly double what we normally pay at other area salons, and we still had a lengthy wait even with an appointment.

I had previously gone there and taken myself and 4 additional girls for a deluxe pedicure ( i am a nurse who works 70 hours a week and barely have time for anything so this was suppose to be a treat) with 4 people i paid 280 for deluxe with gel and a french tip on 1This time 2 of us were told 50 for pedi and 15 for gel polish then at the end the said 25 for gel and 5 for french the other person was charged the same with no french and instead of simple math theyargue and say we were told this NO thats not true its not the money its the lies!!! I had literrally recommended 20 people there and now am embarrassed to tell anyone!!! Oh and they blamed it on the new american girl!!!!! Who actually was trying to help them understand the error..such a shame.

Good service, but made me pay for a manicure when I wanted a polish change

I went in with my 4 year old for a pedicure & full set for me, and mani/pedi for her. When I was checking in, I asked if that was the price for her and the lady said “no she’ll just count it with mine” so I said okay. Checked in. My 4 year olds feet couldn’t even touch the water all the way. She tells me I have to get the more expensive pedicure to get the callouses off... isn’t that what a pedicure is? So I get my full set and he tells me for my length and stones it’ll be 100.. my feet were 60. My nails were 100. (He could’ve at least done cuticle work.. he didn’t do any.) and when I went to pay, they said $230... I said how? $45 for my 4 year old, and $160 for me should’ve been 205 ... even though she said she wouldn’t charge me that price for my 4 year old & did... that’s $25 extra ... didn’t make sense. Too expensive to be that rushed, not do cuticle work at all, and my 4 year olds nails were messed up before even leaving... wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was cut in two places and not even offered a discount. The first tech butchered my shape (stiletto) and did not fill them properly. The tech he asked to fix my shape did a much better job but did not fill/build the nail right. Two of my nails are chipped by the next day. Both techs were very kind. The establishment is clean and service was prompt. Pricing typical for services.

Everyone was really sweet there and handled the covid properly. My only issue was i was set at the dryer for 15mins i had regular polish that was put on 3 times plus a top coat. Also, the design i got was supposed to be green and white...but after she put the top coat on the green mixed with the white, making it a patchy light green. When the 15mins were up i didn’t leave because they weren’t dry but the woman at the front desk insisted ...by checking if they were fully dry she gently rubbed the back of her finger on my nail and said “ you should be okay they are dry” which they weren’t. Since they were not dry now i have imprint on my nails because they were indeed not fully dry.

I ask them how long is the wait and they said 10 minutes after waiting for almost one hour they told me I have to wait little longer and I walk out of this place without getting my mail done and I was the trying them for the first time. This is not the way to do the business 😡

Expensive you really do pay for every little thing but the nails are quality. Just know that you wont be paying 35 for just basic acrylics.

I went here to get my nails done today. I got a French manicure acrylic fill. Just a regular French manicure (white painted tips) with gel polish. The woman who did my nails did a decent job but this was way too expensive. I didnt get anything special just a normal French manicure. No designs. No pink and white. Just a regular fill and it was $55! For a fill. Full sets at other places are cheaper than that. If I had fancy artwork on my nails I could understand the high price. But my full set done at a different salon was cheaper than this fill. I wont be going back.

I went for the very first time today! Ann H was very nice and did an amazing job on my acrylics! I told her that my natural nails are sensitive to the e-file so she went really gentle! She even took the time to ask me if it was okay, or if she needed to lighten up on the filing! I will for sure come see her again, and maybe even try some nail art!!

I’m usually quite dissatisfied with my nails when I go to nail salons, they never look right, but Ive went to this nail salon twice now and I don’t think I will ever go to another! I am so happy with my nails, I think they are amazing! Customer service here is amazing! Very well trained workers. Even helped with me choosing what I wanted! They always ask after each step if that’s what you wanted or if you want them to fix anything, which I find very helpful because sometimes I might just let it go and not say anything Bc it’s not that big of a deal, but I love that they ask you! Environment was very clean, and relaxing. I would suggest this nail salon to all my friends, I’m simply impressed. Worth every penny! These nails lasted me 2-3 months while others I’ve only lasted 1 month! I highly suggest that you spend the money to get your nails done here.

I have been going to An H. for a while now, but she is a new tech at Halo Nails. She’s the best! My nails are always done perfectly by An, she’s skilled with designs and different techniques, and she’s very efficient. This was my first time visiting Halo Nails, and I really liked their facility. One of the cleanest “walk in” salons I’ve ever seen and following COVID-19 guidelines very well.

I was charged 90$ for a full set with gel she said the extra 30 came because my nails were long and she removed old nails which she just ripped my old nails off and I only had 5 nails on. She very much rushed my nails and they look awful. I told them I wasn’t happy but I was ignored. There were other costumers that were also very unhappy when i was in there too. I never am unhappy with my nails no matter where I go but i was very unhappy here. WAY too over priced for the quality. Never returning.

I have been going to Hali nails for over a year. I have Quinton do my nails and Ann do my lashes, Nguyen does my pedi! Everyone is great there no matter who you get.i always make my appointments and get in on time w little or no waiting. Staff is super nice. They do all your fancy nails you see on Pinterest. They make you wear a mask and that’s great! They always give you upfront pricing so no surprise. Nail needs fixed they get you in right away. Love this place

I went in there this morning and had my nails done by Dawn and she was great. I really love how my nails were done and shaped like I wanted them. Her and her staff are very nice and funny and made me feel really relaxed and yes I will be going back the next time. In additional, they are very reasonable priced.

It was nice and clean and very nice people, but the lady who did my nails didnt do so good as i thought, she made my nails crooked on my one hand, and when I told her I wanted a coffin set up, she barely even shapped it. Not to mention how crazy expensive they are. Never again:(

I sat down at 3:49 and they finished at 4:08, I mentioned in the chair that it was supposed to be 45mins and they argued with me saying it was supposed to be 30. Then when I mentioned it to the lady cashing me out that I was not satisfied and they cut my nails too short, didn’t give me callous scrub, my nails werent completely painted not mention the uneven nails on each foot. She said that they would only charge for a basic however that is only $5 less and STILL 30 mins in the massage chair. They didn’t care that I was upset and still made me pay and walk away unhappy and not satisfied. I told them I would be leaving a bad review and that I wasn’t happy no one cared and it turns out the owners were the ones handling the situation. The only reason I went to this location was because of the good reviews and the desire to make customers happy clearly they’re not professional and only want to seem this way on reviews. Also the ones dealing with the issue were the owner and her husband was the one who did my pedicure his name is Quang.

Today, I visited Halo Nails for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I requested a dipping powder manicure and it was done exactly how I wanted it. The nail technician Lily, did an amazing job, she took her time and shaped every nail precisely, layered my nails very good and took her time which I truly appreciate. I will be back again, see you soon Lily!

I had an appt at 1pm and they were running behind. Did not get to me until 1:40. I paid for a regular pedicure and they did not paint my pinky toe! They also try to charge for every little thing.

Foxy Nails was recently purchased by the owner of Fancy Nails also in Kent. The nail salon is now called Halo Nails. Some of the staff from Fancy Nails came over to work there. The salon has been remodeled and major upgraded. The place not only looks great but they have top notch nail techs there now as well.

I’ve been here twice and had a good experience but this morning was terrible,, my Appointment was at 10o’clock and my nail tech wasn’t on time I waited until 10 after 10 and then I left for five minutes and came back to them telling me that my appointment was at 10o’clock and they couldn’t do my nails I just thought it was very rude considering she was late also
