OT provides a variety of workouts throughout the week- I can go 6x a week and everyday is a different day! The program and coaches do the thinking to keep it mixed up and prevent boredom and repetition! The staff are knowledgeable and always offering variations to each exercise to help me get better! They gently encourage you to compete against your self to improve each day.... each rep!

They figured out how to be safe AND fun, which is different than when they opened for a month last fall. The classes are full length again, the atmosphere no longer feels like a lockdown, and the workout kicked my butt. The instructors and management are super nice and helpfulI saw people of ALL fitness levels there today- new, pregnant, heavy, light, athletic, slow, all were welcome and feeling that Orange vibe

Im so out of shape and was very scared to start because I felt very intimidated because of course many members have been going for awhile and are in really good shape! But when I went in I felt very welcomed and I didnt feel out of place. Having a coach say you only have 60 or 90 seconds left it makes you want to push even more!.

Coaches are super nice and professional, but still fun. I appreciate the coaches answering questions and providing guidance when I need it. Workouts are fast paced and not boring which makes the time go by super face and keeps you focused on what you are doing. It’s a fun time.

I LOVE Orangetheory! These classes have helped get me through the wintertime blues. Going to class is the one thing I look forward to that I know will leave me feeling better, happier and healthier. Plus the staff and other gym goers are all so supportive and positive. I highly recommend joining, it’s unlike any other gym experience you’ll have!

Everything about the workout is amazing. I love not having to think about what I’m doing because someone is always there to show me what to do and how to do it. I’ve lost weight but gained so much muscle and confidence. Best gym ever!

The best! I love the way the workouts change and evolve each day. I love that I can see my workout progress (calories burning, heartrate, etc.) while I am working out, and it inspires me to push and stick with it. The coaches are so fun, knowledgeable, encouraging, and help you achieve your goals. Each week I see and feel my strength and endurance progress and that makes me come back for more.

Coaches are great, classes are never the same and the energy is motivating! I’ve been going for over a year and love it! Hour classes go by so fast, there is always a personal challenge or goal to keep you pushing! Best workouts I’ve ever had.

Such an amazing experience and a welcoming environment! I am so addicted. After every class I feel accomplished for pushing myself. Plus everyone there is so encouraging, be it the trainers or the person you are working out next to.

Pros: Great workout. Different everyday. Not boring. Big calorie burner. Cons: Limited scheduling availability. The app only allows you to sign in to a class a month at a time. By the time it allows you to book again, often your first choice for class time is unavailable. Cost is another con.

I dont have to think about what to do, they clearly lead you thru the workout. Its never the same and I get cardio and strength training all in one hour. Its the best gift I can give myself to fight aging!

After being a college athlete I’ve been searching for the right workout for me. OT made me feel the competitive component I’ve been missing in my workouts, whether that’s with the person on the treadmill next to me, or trying to beat my own previous numbers. Awesome vibe.

I started attending OT little over 1 month ago, and I love it. I have tried multiple gyms around tri-cities and OT is the best. Ive struggled with motivation and workout routines for years now and could never find one that worked for me. At OT the coaches are awesome, every workout is challenging and makes the hour go by super fast. The price point is pretty steep, but when you break it down compared to what is around tri-cities and what you are paying for at OT, to me its worth the extra $$.

Ill be honest, I hate working out. Why have I stayed committed to OTF then? Good question. The answer is the intense energy the coaches and members bring each session with a different workout every time! Ive also built relationships with my 5:45pm crew, people that care about me, and I for them. The best part, I have lost weight and inches, built muscle, but most importantly, my workout spirit has changed. I now actually want to challenge myself, with the coaches pushing and supporting me, I am succeeding. I went from strictly a power walker to mostly running my first mile run. I am pumped for what this year will bring! I dont focus on my weight, but I do focus on my body. I love how it is becoming a shape that I love! Thank you for bringing this studio to the TRI! And for team of athletes who encourage us all to be better.

Results is what they are about! Positive atmosphere! Great people and very motivating. I love challenges and I love competition. I get both at OTF! Only feedback is more consistent good music. Sometimes it can get repetitive (the music).

Its a very energetic environment.Without the energy and motivation, its just another workout. Your staff has a LOT to do with that...do what you can to keep them around :) I recently paused my membership for two months so I could recover from shoulder surgery. During that recovery time, I had a membership at Planet Fitness so I could at least maintain some level of conditioning...but running on the treadmill with only headphones for motivation is not anywhere close to the same. What I DONT like is that there is really no space to warm up / stretch out before the workout.

Coaches: I love that the Coaches ALWAYS address us by our first name, they are incredibly helpful and they make following the ever-changing workout very easy with their prompts. Daniel and Patch in particular seem to be able to observe every client, all the time. They are constantly offering a “good job!”, “nice work”, or helping to make sure that we are using the right form while on the weight floor.Workout:I am not self-motivated enough to stick with an individual workout plan. The OrangeTheory workout is so fast-paced and ever-changing and so easily adaptable to individual fitness needs that the hour seems to fly by and when I’m done I’m exhausted, but I don’t hurt. I’m seeing changes in my clothing and in my own reflection in the mirror, especially on the weight floor.Membership:We started out with the 8-workouts-per-month plan but my husband and I like this format so much that we moved to Unlimited. I’ve been going 5 times a week and there is no way that I’d do that at a traditional gym. I’ve become one of those people who are hooked on working out!

This is my go-to studio when I visit family in eastern WA. Coach Emily was enthusiastic and motivating. Music on point. Front desk staff is ALWAYS warm and friendly, and greets you-they make me feel welcomed. Love working out next to members who go hard. Keeps me pushing hard as well. ALOT of splats and cals I will be back here for more splats the next time I’m visiting eastern WA again!

The workouts are fantastic. Never the same, but always fun and energized. The trainers are great, helpful and always available to answer questions. My favorite part is you don’t have to think about what your going to do when you get to the gym, it’s already planned out for you. You just have to show up and follow the plan, with a trainers help. You can modify it to your needs, you can go as hard as you want to, or as light as needed. That one hour is my favorite hour of the day! Thank you OTF!!!

Love the classes and the coaches.I’ve lost weight for only being there for a short period of time BUT the app system for signing up for classes is VERY FLAWED people have different billing cycles, they don’t get billed all at the same time . Because they are billed at different times they are able to sign up for classes before it’s even available to others . So if you can only go at a certain time you maybe out of luck some days(which is super irritating because it’s expensive.) because it’s a very popular place. If this system was fixed then I’d give it five stars . They do have very amazing helpful staff and the work outs kick buttUp date ; to cancel since I no longer live in the area I keep getting the run around, only person that can give me answers is always busy . They don’t have a customer service to help you out . I paid to cancel they said I didn’t so then I have to pay for another month (175$) and am waiting to get paper work emailed to me ... it never came . Irs a b!&$? To cancel

Fast and effective workout! The classes are one hour and done in a group setting. The coaches are amazing and have your workouts set up for you for you so you dont have to over think about what your going to do. Ohh and they have an awesome playlist to work out to!

My wife was a member there for quite some time and shake it was great but once we moved further away and it became harder to go she decided to freeze the account for the month of the move to settle and set up the house then we tried to cancel. Being that only one person at that location seemed to know anything exactly correct ( being that we would call get several different answers on any question that we had cause no one had the same answer ) was the manager ( Monique) we would try to get ahold of her but was never available or never in ( kinda weird to have a manager that’s never there to run the place or available for people who use your services). We finally were instructed what to do. And when we had a trip followed by bad weather that we couldn’t complete those task in the time they tell us have to pay for another month of those services we don’t even use. People have a life outside your gym. You should be assist your members even when they leave not screwing them over just a helpful hint!Thank you!

The workouts NEVER get easy, that is why I think they are so addicting. Thanks to the OTF family in Richland I have lost about 35 pounds and I am running in my first Bloomsday Race! I have never been this strong and healthy!

Love our OTF! We moved here from Seattle a year ago and missed working out at Orangetheory. We were so happy when we heard there was going to be a new orangetheory opening up late summer. They did it right with this gym. Great facilities and equipment, coaches are friendly and helpful. Being that we have tried numerous orangetheory gyms in Seattle and while traveling, we knew atmosphere was big with these gyms and they have not disappointed here. They all have done a great job establishing an OTF Family that my wife and I are happy to be apart of.
