I’m super disappointed in this place. I’ve been here quite a few times. My grandmother and I always make our appointments. Our appointment time was 12:00, and no one even started our nails til 1:00. The guy is the one who always ends up doing my nails. Every single time he rushes to get my nails done. And every time he’s constantly cutting my skin rushing with the drill. This time he cut me twice. Even after I washed my hands and came back to my seat for him to paint them, my skin was still bleeding and he didn’t even wipe it and still continued to just paint my nails. He rushes with painting my nails, even missed quite a few painting the sides of my nails. I told him I wanted them matte and not glossy. After I put my first hand under the dryer (I got gel) and when I took it out, it was glossy. I told him that wasn’t matte. He laughed it off and said “oh the bottles are the same.” So he then put on the matte. After I get out to the car and saw my nails in the sun. I was totally unhappy with how they turned out. There’s steaks on every nail. 4 of them have bumpy things on them and are rough. After paying $62 to this place, I won’t be back. I didn’t go back in to have them fixed because my fingers were so sore from him cutting my skin. In a few days once my fingers aren’t sore I will go back to my usual place, Anthony Vince and have my nails fixed, which will cost me another $30. My grandmother got a manicure and the lady who did hers cut her twice as well. The saying is true… “You get what you pay for” Just because this place is cheaper for a fill or full set, it’s not worth it.

This place is going down hill. Used to be my absolute favorite, I drive and hour and 30 minutes to come here. This was MY LAST. I waited an hour and 20 minutes before they even sat me in a chair, then they made me wait for two ladies the came in mad because they left before they were called to a chair. so I’m sitting in the chair as they hurry these two woman and work on them first, nothing was said to me, no apology or anything. my pedicure was rushed. my manicure which is gel started coming off the next day. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY MANICURE FROM HERE HAD DONE THIS. the first time was for my mothers wedding and did it hours after leaving.they raised their prices for safety equipment but there’s absolutely no safety equipment in this salon. $110 Manicure and pedicure. MY 3 year old could do better than this.

Did no design tht I wanted. I literally walked out ripping the polish off I hate my nails tht bad. The middle is supposed to be a butterfly 🦋 when I asked for ones in containers they had. Unfortunately this is the childish design I got. And the polish is sloppy have it all over my fingers and in my cudicls .UPDATE : In less than 6 hours I snapped a nail, looking noticed he basically left no acrylic on my nail so my real nail broke off 🤬 I am not a happy person cause now I have to go somewhere else and have it fixed !😡

I was very 😞 disappointed. The people seem nice. But. My pedicure and manicure were quick and not very relaxing. My nail polish came completely off the next day and a few of my toe nails polish chipped. I went back to have them fix my toes and gave up on the nails. I didnt even ask for my money back or a discount. The people were not very nice and my toe nails chipped again within a week. Needless to say I wont be back. $75. Is a lot to pay for the polish to not even last a week ??

I have never had such a painful nail experience in my life. While taking my old dip polish off, the guy let the file on my nail for too long, to the point it was so hot I felt like it was burning.I lost count after after pulling away 8 times.Then while fileing around my cuticle he ripped the skin on three fingers. I was bleeding when I left. I will not be back and strongly advise against this salon.

This place was terrible. I asked for a flame design and it looked nothing like I had shown a picture of. They acrylic was bumpy when he put polish over it. He also went way to fast not seeming to be very precise. do not go here

I was so bummed about my experience here. I read some negative reviews but wanted to give this business a try anyway. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning but apparently they booked 3 other people for the same exact time. So it took longer than an hour than my scheduled appointment to actually get my nails done. Then the wrong color was applied and 2 of my fingers were plucked to the point where they bled badly. I went to pay with my credit card and the guy asked me to go to the ATM because its easier for them. I wont be returning here.

Made an appointment to get pedicure. And I have never been more disappointed. Every single one of my nails is a different length, and they are all crooked. I said something, and it just made it worst. They are sooo short. The whole thing felt rushed. Will not be going back.

Im not the kind of person to trust reveiws or to write them.But I just wanted to give the heads up on this place....I had a gel mani and pedi.Day 2 the gel is peeling on every nail. I had one lady doing my feet and another doing my hands at the same time and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Felt rushed and like they didnt give a s*** for $87 plus tip.

Went and had my nails done over a month ago! Rushed my pedicure which was done in about 10 mins, my full set was okay. Nail tech didn’t consider the colors I chose instead chose her own! After a month in a half of soaking, biting, and more my nails are still on will not come off and half of my real nails are split down the middle which makes it horribly hard to remove!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst full set I have ever gotten. Didnt paint what I originally asked for, and he redid them twice. Cut not 1 but FIVE of my fingers to the point of bleeding, and the end result is bumpy and looks terrible tbh. ZERO out of 5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed tomorrow. I honestly should have asked for my money back. 😡

My friend suffers MS, the people were very kind, and helped her even though they were not able to understand what her disease was, but helped her walk, offered her water and opened their door to make it cooler.

So i had never been here before and thought Id take a chance since its right next to my work. Sammy did an amazing job. I showed her a picture and she killed it! A got a full set, coffin shaped, with a white and pink ombre. I was in and out in under an hour! I will definitely be back!

Took my daughter for her 12th birthday. Walked in and was helped very quickly. Nail tech did a good job but seemed a little high priced at 60$

Rushed to get my pedicure done, it was smudged and hours later still not set. They’ve raised their prices and quality is bad. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Normally I go to a different nail salon but my niece had a gift certificate so we tried it out yesterday. By the time I got into bed last night all but 4 of my shellac gel peeled right off whole. I went back today to have them fixed. He didn’t even have me wash my hands, made me feel like I was an inconvenience and then tried to charge me more to get the powder because it’s better. He wound “discount” it for me. There was no discount at all it was just the difference from my shellac to powder price. He continued fixing my shellac. Tonight two of them are already chipped and peeling! Tomorrow I will be coming in to get my money back and I will go elsewhere and have them fix this. It is very disappointing to have to go out of my way multiple times and have them fix what shouldn’t be a problem the first time.

I Absolutely Love this Nail Salon. I exclusively go to Sammy for my Pink and White Ombré coffin shape nails. I have no direct preference on who does my feet as they all do an amazing job. I Love my girl Sammy and the other ST Nails family there. It is Always a very clean friendly and relaxing atmosphere while there. Thank you ST 😘.

Terrible customer service and literally the worst manicure Ive ever received. I was shocked at the slap-dash mess the male technician left on my nails, the whole time telling me gel would be better, gel would last longer, gel better... While harshly filing down the tops of my very thin already nails til the edges were thinner than paper and tearing badly. He was literally was almost tossing each finger away he finished and didnt even get the basecoat on the whole nail, leaving big ridges under the color layer. Several of the nails didnt have polish to the edges and about five not even clear to the paper thin and jagged tips. I cant believe I paid someone to destroy my nails and paint them so poorly. Dont ever waste your money here. Its a rare treat for me to get a manicure and I feel I was ripped off big time (even on my low budget manicure).

I called ahead and said I wanted my nails dipped, I get there the person I talked to on the phone wrote down my name and that I was getting dipped. So the woman doing my nails is completely rude and when I asked why she was only doing one coat of the dip she ignored me. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and they always do 3 coats. She ignored me again. Then I go to cash out and she charges me 48 instead of 35 and says it’s because I got “the powder” “not the dip” which was clearly written down that dip was what I wanted. Horrible customer service, my nails don’t look that great, and they basically stole $13 from me.

Service is great and the staff is so friendly. My nails always turn out great! I wont go anywhere else. Sammy is awesome!

I have been going to ST Nails for nearly a year now and my recent experiences have been terrible. After one of my dip powder nails coming off for the second time in a week, I noticed a dark spot underneath. I asked my nail tech if I needed to be worried and if it was mold and was told no. A week later, another one came off and it had a huge mold spot. After taking all of mine off, six of my nails had mold on them. The nail tech should be talented enough to properly seal the nail, especially because I get them filled biweekly, and kind enough to let me know if there is a problem.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.I went to this nail salon today because my normal salon (halo nails) they’re great but pricey. It is worth it you should go there instead. AnywaysI walked in and I sat and waited, I sat down at the owners first section and waited some more. He came and started doing my nails. He was extremely rough, rude and sloppy. I asked for a coffin shape and I showed him a picture. He slapped the acrylic on and rapidly smoothed it out and left them. It looked like my acrylics were legos. He started to file them and he was so rushed they looked like someone took a knife and shaved them like a wooden stake. He cut my cuticles 4 times. He was not only rude and rushing but as he was going my nails he was watching tv. I told him the shape was not what I wanted so he argued with me. I got up and left before he even painted them because service was awful. If you’re going to sell acrylics you should learn how to do them first.

Awful. Got a gel fill on Thursday and it was chipping and peeling by Sunday. By Tuesday the polish on one nail had completely come off. I went in the same day & asked them to fix it.Fine. No problem. I told him I didnt want that color because the polish was peeling and he said it had to be the same color or they would charge me. OK fine. But then he grabs the wrong color & I tried to tell him it was wrong & he argued with me saying that it was in fact the right color. So instead of just fixing the one nail, He painted over my original color & they came out wrinkled & bumpy & you could CLEARLY see it wasnt the right color.

I love this place. Sandy gives the best pedicures around. Everybody is so accommodating and nice. I refer all my friends to them.

I absolutely love this place! I went here after another salon messed up my nails. I just needed a fill and two replacements. But they went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning.

Went there to to get a manicure and a pedicure and add tips to my toes and a full set of nails when asked to add tips to my toes the girl laughed and started talking in another language and then they all started laughing and talking and chattering back-and-forth she acted like she couldn’t do it and they’ve done it before so I paid for my pedicure and left did not get what I asked for done They were very rude but yet expects me to come back there she wanted to wax my eyebrows I would not recommend this place at all. They always seem in a hurry.

This place is bad news. The owner that is at the first section was on the phone several times . Cut me didn’t even say I’m sorry. Had to show him him a bad spot then had to back in for another place. My top coat is piling off and he cut my nails down shorter that my real nail. I said I didn’t want them long . I got a whole new set of nails and spent about 60.00 with tip. I will never go back. Tina did a pedi one time for me and it was really good. I saw a lot of people asking for her. I had never had my nails done there though. It was a poor job!!!! Stay off phone 1 and do what people are paying for.

I got my nails done at sunny nails, I got the powder with length. I spent $60 and they were AWFUL! I came here and a male did my nails. He was so nice and made my nails look AMAZING! He was gentle and I could tell his goal was for me to leave satisfied. I was! Oh yea I got the same thing here that I did at sunny nails, I just had to get them removed at ST nails which was an extra $10 but with everything I spent $42. I will be back for sure!

I went here while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. It was the worst experience I have ever had! The message chair was broken, and digging into my back! When I told Tom about the chair he just said to sit back relax, and give me your foot. I should have walked out then, but I was trying to be nice. The water was cold, and when I asked for it to be warmed up I was given attitude, and talked about in another language. As I walked out I was accused of not paying. I did pay in cash, and he was not tipped! I will never go here again. I encourage others to do the same! What a waste of my money my nails are not even fully covered in nail polish, he cut my finger enough to make it bleed, and my nails are all uneven! Ugh! Just terrible!

Took my wife here. She got gel acrylic french tipped nails and a pedicure. The lady who did her pedicure did a rush job as though she had somewhere to be, back in her chair with her phone i presume. The lady that did her nails could not speak or understand english very well and was quite rude. She also did a rush job and was very rough, actually caused my wife to bleed a bit. Spent $90 on all this amd her nails were far from impressive. She had different length nails, air bubbles and they began falling off after 2 days. Bad business.... Just bad

They do good work but dont waste your time making an appointment. You still have to wait.

If I could give negative stars I would. They obviously let someone that doesn’t know how to do eyebrows do mine. I’ve been coming here since last year and never once have I left disappointed but today the woman that did my eyebrows clearly had no idea what she was doing she kept dripping wax on parts on my brow that weren’t supposed to get waxed and when she couldn’t get the wax out what did she do? Waxed that area. I walked out with barely any eyebrows left I will never go here again instead of telling me the woman that does brows wasn’t there they let someone inexperienced work on me just so they could make money.

I figured I eogkd try a new place. I regret going. I dont like the shape of nails there too pointy. They arent even. My nails look lumpy. I will not go back.

I wont b back here,the guy,Tom,who did my nails,did not do such a nice job,was very rushed cause the shop was getting busy so he tried hurrying thru to finish my nails. my mom,daughter & moms bestfriend have went to him for atleast 5-6yrs and quit going,and started going smwhere else and I will be too,all for same reason. he was rough on my nails filing back past cuticles and pressing on my nail bed with file to the point it was burning my skin.i told him about it and he acted upset and kept saying, look,Im busy,I have other customers. I told him I understand but Im here in ur chair and want u to do my nails right first come first serve,no disrespect to other people,but we all pay good $ plus tip to them and i want my nails done right,and not rushed thru to point ur not filling my sides and/or burning my skin and grabbing ahold my hand to tight frm me pulling back naturally cause files burning me.I am sorry but not going back.

The male owner is awful, do not let him do your nails he rushes and is more concerned with getting people in and out than doing a good job. I’m not even sure they have nail tech licenses. They definitely do not sterilize their utensils and if you get a paraffin dip with a manicure, they reuse the wax they used on the last person, reheat it and use it on you! The place is pretty dirty and dusty. The ladies that work there are good, IF and only if, they aren’t busy, otherwise they rush, do a terrible job and get snappy. Not going to waste my hard earned money on having a crappy rushed mani/pedi in a dirty chair with dirty utensils and wax that has other people’s skin flakes

Got there right when they opened, and only one person who worked there was there. Finally, and 10:15, 2 more people showed up. I was the 3rd person there, and after me, they turned away every person coming through the door saying it was a 2 hour wait. I asked if I would have to wait that long, and I was told no. An hour and a half later, I said I could not wait any longer and left with no apologies or anything. Awful experience and awful customer service. Never had a problem there in the past, but this time was bad enough for me to never go back.

My pedi by Sammy went well. But the guy who did my full set rushed and my nails look like I tried to do them myself. You can still see the polish I had on before, they are uneven and a total mess. On top of that i was cut on 4 of my fingers from him being to rough and rushing. I walked out paying $91 dollars for a horrible nail job. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Awful experience! Idk the guys name but he was very rude and rough! I asked for black polish and specifically told him 3x what I wanted on each nail, still didn’t do it right. After he was done i had to have him fix 3 nails that weren’t completely polished....he seemed bothered.Theyre shaped funny. Then I leave and get outside in natural light only to realize he painted my nails blue NOT black! I wouldn’t recommend this place..n I won’t go back!!

I honestly wish I could rate this place lower than one star. This place is closer to my house so I decided to give it a try. Nope, never again! The man who did my nails didnt do them correctly, he was rude, and their children were just running around and had there cables for tablets and phones all on the floor. My nails were coming up the second day I had them on, he didnt clean up the edges, and it looks like the nails he put on are to big because they lap over onto my skin. He over charged me, with a terrible job done. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON!

The man-I believe his name is Tom-was very impatient with me and didnt explain anything at all. I got the wrong color put on my nails bc it didnt match to what was on the swatches and my gel polish (supposed to be unchippable) is already almost off a day later. I paid 40 dollars for a manicure with gel polish which is incredibly over priced and I was rushed through the whole thing while he periodically checked his phone and the clock and other customers. The women that work there are absolutely outstanding though, just not worth the chance.

Seriously worst nail salon. I got white polish and the OWNER did it. There was nail polish all around my cuticles and there was hints of red paint as well as black paint in my nails. I told the owner and he got an attitude, he advise I don’t come back to get my nails done by them. Very disrespectful & will not be returning

I usually dont do reviews, but this place deserves maybe 1 star. It started off great but ended so badly. I had a mani pedi with gel polish. The girl who did my toes did a great job! She took her time and had great attention to detail. A guy who I believe is the owner finished my mani and I felt rushed the entire time! He kept looking at his watch, and the one person waiting. I felt like I wasnt a priority and he was trying to manage everything besides the task in front of him... my nails! I showed him that he missed half of my nail on the one side. He again rushed through making it look terrible. Im sure the gel will peal off in a day or so. I will not be back and dont recommend anyone going to this salon. I wish I would have looked at the reviews for this salon before walking in! Absolutely horrible!

I asked to get a dip polish in clear he then started to put acrylic on me and when I questioned him he said no this is how we do it my nails are not dip polished they are clear acrylic and they are lifting I will never go back because he point-blank lied I questioned him several times never once did I dip my finger in anything, he use the purple man monomer clear acrylic powder and brush!

Owner did my full set acrylic gel nails. He was watching football 3/4’s of the time and had an awful attitude and was extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend.
