I had a fill and was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail . No ooops or cuts. Beautifully applied gel polish. The gal who did my pedicure was equally talented and friendly. I think my daughter and I have found our place.

We were in Yuma to do some shopping and decided that we needed pedicures. Both my bf and I walked in and were called up within a few minutes. We both asked for deluxe pedicures and I added gel polish. The two ladies that worked on us were very polite and professional and did a fantastic job! Thank you! Highly recommended.

Cali Pro nails, centrally located in one of Yumas oldest shopping establishments. Mani, pedi, acrylic, gel...how about waxing? Yes they have it. What? You have your small child with you? No worries, bring them along for a spa adventure as well. They have the cutest mini-Yuman pedi chairs 💺

My manicurist was the one who I suppose does all the pedicure and she made me feel super comfortable and she was very professional and who knows what she is doing. LOVE how my toes look! If you want it done right and with sincere people come here! I will only come here to get my nails and waxing done from now on :)

Always have availability, staff acknowledges you right away, for appointment, wait time, and for services needed . Most importantly they follow CDC guidelines of social distancing, capacity, and disinfecting .

I searched and searched for a good nail salon, and found this place. They were very friendly and helpful. Though super busy, they tried to accommodate all their clients. I had the woman to do my nails. She was super professional and did my nails wonderfully. Must come if you are looking for a good nail salon.

THE BEST my nails have ever looked or held up. I received exactly what I asked for. Their prices are less than most places. They have convenient hours. Im happy Ive found this place. I wont be going anywhere in the foreseeable future.

Always a home run with Manis and pedis along with leg massages that include hot rocks and a steamed towel. I wont go anywhere else.

I’m only giving this place 3 stars for its staff because they are great. But the reason they don’t get 5 is their prices are so inconsistent. It’s $15 to get your nails cut and file but the last time I had the same service done it was only $8. The lady who charges has an attitude problem. I don’t know if it was because she had to stop watching videos on her phone to charge me and that’s why she doubled the price ? I don’t know and don’t care. I won’t be going there again, lord knows if they price will change again. I do like to only for their staff but I can’t afford to not know how much I’m going to pay.

Went to this place while I was in town for work, and I loved it! My manicurist did such an amazing job on my nails and pedi! She was so nice and easy to talk to and gave the BEST foot massage! The salon is super cute, clean, and everyone was really friendly! I will definitely return the next time Im in town!

Face masks a must, if you dont have one, are available for sale. Clean and safe practice by staff. Granddaughter and I are diabetes and Michelle caters to our needs, Tuan is another person who pays attention to your care. Staff perfect for pedis, mani, and waxing.

Super super awesome nail salon - really good nail techs who take their time and pay attention. I got a gel polish change on my hands and a regular polish change on my toes and both were impeccable.

I decided to talk a walk and go get my nails done and came in at about 4:15pm as I knew they closed at 5 and as soon as I stepped in the lady in front yells at me and says no no no!! Your to late dont have time for you. Before I even got to ask for anything. I was about to come in and spend 50-60$ and thats how I was shooed out. I will NEVER be coming back. And I will make sure everyone I know never comes here again. Ive never been so embarrassed and yelled at in front of everyone in the store as they all laughed. Poor service and i will make sure no one I know goes to them again.

Ive been going here for about a year and the service and outcome of my nails has seemed to go downhill. The employees do not listen to what you ask for. I recently had my nails done and during the process when the employee was placing the tip for my full set on some of my fingers they were pointing up. I had never had this problem before and she explained to me it would look better when the gel goes on. Thats was a LIE. Next day I went back in because my nails were done so wrong and uneven I wanted something to be fixed. The woman who did my nails was there the same day and she told me she explained to me it was because of my nail bed...but there was no reason actually for my nails to be pointed up. I went to a different nail salon and my nails looked normal as they should look. Even they said I shouldve got them fixed but they made such a big deal about it at Cali Pro I just left. I feel taken advantage of. Never going back here.

My first visit and I was impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism, and service. Every once in a while Ill have a pedicure done (yes, Im a guy and I get pedicures. Let me tell you, guy to guy, I wear steel toe boots day in and day out. I was just as skeptical about it when I did it the first time, but damn if your feet dont feel amazing afterwards. Put aside your ego, bro, and get a pedicure), and todays was the best Ive had yet. My feet feel great, and I know next time Ill be coming here again.

I come here many times cause it’s closest to the gym but not planning on coming back. The guy that’s always on the front does my nails and doesn’t seem to care for the customers since he is really unfriendly. Every-time he does my nails he’s super quite and never talks. I don’t really care as long as my nails look good. This last time my nails came out horrible.

Some of the workers seem really rude. The guy who did my nails didnt say one word to me the entire time other than wash hands. I like my nails really long and he was so close to cutting my nail super short until I pulled my hand away and said I like them long because of course he just assumed what length I wanted instead of asking me??? He also used a nail file that looked super old and dusty. Looked like they had been using the same one for months. The nails themselves werent bad I just wish they were a little sharper. The tips of my coffin shaped nails look rounded and when I compare my hands side to side some nails look different.

I have had both good and bad experiences. A gentleman who goes by the name Kevin does a PHENOMENAL job. He is very thorough and consistent. No flaws in his work. Soft hands, detailed massage, and very excellent in making sure everything is what you want throughout the process. He is very quiet, which I really dont mind, and STAYED OFF HIS PHONE (one of my my biggest pet peeves) However, I have had my nails done at this salon MANY times and have been disappointed in many of the other technicians. Many of the employees here are on their phones CONSTANTLY. Even stopping while working on paying customers to text or make a personal phone call. Extremely irritating. I had a gentleman one time who did one hand with rounded edges and one hand with square edges and when pointed out barely fixed the problem. I had a women who was very critical (criticized my shoes claiming they were old and my pants that they were too tight) who was very rough and drew blood. She also was sloppy, in a hurry, and the finished project was not even satisfactory. I would recommend looking at what INDIVIDUALS have the best reviews at this salon.

Highly recommend, fantastic service and knowledgeable employees. Always take great care and address my needs and wants.

Went to Elegant Nails and was decently satisfied. This place was reccomended by a friend, and I got French tips. The top coat was pretty bubbly and makes the nails look lumpy. I was say with a lady technician who kept pushing for me to get glitter powder instead of clear which was kind of annoying, but I was quickly reassigned a very older looking male technician because the lady had an appointment. He finished my nails, and did an.AMAZING job squaring them off, but when nicked my skin more than a few times when smoothing my nails out with the metal tool they use. Pretty pricey for gel polish there but my plain French tips were $28

Prices are great and the service is wonderful! Cant wait until my next visit!

My grandmother and I are regular customers. Every time we come in, we are greeted by friendly staff and taken care of with reasonable time. Our full sets and pedicures are always stunning. When it comes to our girls days out, this is the place.

I was very dissapointed with my nails they were done poorly, and in a haste.For the price i expected so much more. I felt so uncomfortable and awkward customer service sucked. I do not recommend.

The employees are very RUDE. The woman I got did not give me what I asked for and said she knew what was better. I caught them pointing and laughing at me throughout my pedicure. When she spilled nail polish remover on my dress, I thought that they would give me a free pedicure or an apology at least. However I did not receive either. I have been going to Cali Pro for years and everything has gone downhill. I do not feel comfortable there anymore, I leave unsatisfied and they are OVERPRICED.

Got a pedicure, eyebrows and Brazilian wax. Pedicure and eye brows were good but my Brazilian wax was terrible. The lady left Patches of hair and I asked her to pluck them or do something with them and she plucked just a few but there were still patches of hair. Probably wont go there again.

I went to get a full set and was told to wait because they were short on staff but here was one of their workers taking ladies to do their nails at least 5 times. The guy who finally did my acrylics he rushed the whole time. He didn’t file the way I asked. I asked for a clear pink shellac and after he was finished the polish kept coming off so he blamed me that I washed with soap when I was told only water. Instead of fixing the problem, he continued on and then said, “okay all done!” Never have I had a problem with them when I get a pedicure, but today I’m leaving upset and frustrated with the quality job they did. I want a refund...

First time here and Service was horrible. Waited for a very long time just to get a pedicure done. It wasn’t so busy and staff did not seem to care. Not coming again and will not recommend to anyone.

I have been going to them for years. They have nice, clean nail stations and pedicure chairs, and TVs throughout. They honor their appt times and I have always been treated well. I dont mind them speaking vietnamese amongst themselves. I highly recommend them.

I used to always come to get my nails done and every time I would like a dark color they would tell me it was an ugly color and pretty much shamed me on wanting black on my nails. One of the ladies was talking in their language and I turned around and found her pointing at me and laughing. I do not feel comfortable here and will NEVER be coming back. Do not spend your money on crappy nails and horrible customer service.

The worst experience ever took my daughter to get a full set and they tore her fingers up the man that was doing them was very rough and rude had her fingers bleeding i Did let owner know but all he said was sorry. My nails where all different sizes after telling the lady that I wanted them fixed she said it was to late and that she had another customer, shes asked me you like? And I replied NO! She ignored me and told me I was done! After being a loyal customer for YEARS I will NEVER go back!!!!

I waited for 2 hours to have my nails done in 30 minutes and after a week of having my acrylics they starting lifting and eventually coming off. Dont waste your money.

I’ve gone here for years but the service is definitely going downhill. The last two times have been horrible. One of the girls was scrutinizing my toes and kept asking if I had an ingrown nail. I obviously don’t and you can tell it’s just the skin on the side of the toes, plus the gel dried w weird bubbling and she noticed but left it. And the last time was definitely the last straw with me. I walked in around 7:09 and someone came and asked what we needed. So I told her and then Jenny (one I actually like) yelled “we’re closed” and rolled her eyes. I was confused as the doors were wide open w people in chairs still getting worked on and the door says they close at 8. I just said ok and the worker who asked what I needed was just staring like she didn’t know what to say and Jenny came back w a fake smile and said “how can I help you” I literally just gave her confused look and left. She was so rude and I’m there every 3 weeks for a pedicure. Not worth the embarrassment or mediocre service.

Bad service, nail tech was in a hurry and completed whatever he could and it was terrible. My nails are uneven and lumpy with multiple cuts only cuticles and i didnt even get an apology. I have been here several times, thinking it may be the tech I get and I just need to find the one I like but everytime is horrible. Oh...and if you go in to get a nail fixed because it broke not even after a wk you were just there, they will turn you away..they were very busy at 9am multiple employees sitting around watching tv... never going back.

I went today to get a fill. After waiting 35 mins they finally put me in a chair. The guy came over about another 10 mins later. After that he proceeds to tell me that I need to get new set. Ok. Lets do it. Mind you, he sits there and takes sweet time like he is no hurry at all. Talking and laughing with other workers. Then at 5:35 after a hour he tells me he had a dilemma. That he had appt at 6 and no one else available. I would have to wait another 40 mins to get full set. Are you serious? Why start something and then tell me I have to wait. I have already been there a hour, you have taken my nails off and I have to wait another 40 mins to sit for another 45 mins for new set? Really? Then he said for me to pay the full set now and just go back tomorrow. You think Ill be going back? Horrible service and beyond upset. Now everything is closed and I have all my nails removed. And then he told me that I had to pay 10 for the removal of nails. Never again

Ive gone here a couple times and the service is not so great. The workers are rude and are constantly on their phones. The last time I went, I got an infection from their dirty tools (paronychia). The tip of my finger including my cuticle was swollen and full of puss for a week or two.I had to see a doctor and was put on antibiotics. I recommend going elsewhere!
