I got a gel manicure here a few weeks ago. The customer service is excellent - they are super friendly and I got lots of candy and free water; but I will say my manicure wasn’t great. I was a walk-in and it was busy so it was very rushed, and my nails definitely looked a bit sloppy. I would suggest booking an appointment during a slower time and maybe the results would be different.

Very friendly. They are a hit and a miss. When they are super busy they rush and sometimes mess up. When they have slower days they are very detailed. My daughter and I go there all the time and if they were consistent I would give them more stars 🤩.

This place was great! This was my first time there and it I like it They are super polite and professional and my pedi was good only thing will be the lady was a little bit on a hurry when doing the massage because they had other clients waiting othen than that this is a great place.

Over rated. You call to make appointment they say we not take appointments. Only walk in this is at 9:00a. I get there at 9:30a all seats are filled and the a lady says what you need I say pedicure and then owner comes to the front and says we have no appointments come back tomorrow. And mind you it is 9:30a and I called before coming they could have told me that then. Really! His own employees leave and go elsewhere. SMH!🤦🏼‍♀️

My favorite nail salon! Everyone does a great job on nails and theyre always super friendly. This is the go to nail salon. Theyve handled covid well and cant wait to go back soon! Just have to call to make an appointment right now but if you know when you want to go making an appointment is easy! Highly recommend!

Definitely not unhappy. The work shaping and polishing was great. The lotion and hand massage left a LOT to be desired though and thats my favorite part. Still a beautiful job, but the poor massage is what kept it from being 5 star.

Pricing is standard compared to other nail salons. They are always busy but you never have to wait long because they are never under staffed. They let me schedule appointments and come in 15 minutes before they open, which I appreciate. The owner has great customer service and always is friendly. They offer you a soda or water and the owner comes around passing out candy like Swedish fish and sour patches. I can get a pedicure and manicure done at the same time by two different employees which is nice because it speeds up the time I spend there so my session doesn’t take over an hour to be finished. They do charge a $2.00 fee if you use debit so bring cash. I always tip the ladies and they are all very grateful. They don’t talk to me much which I like because I like to watch videos on my phone and not have someone talking to me while I’m trying to relax. Love love love this place!

DONT GO HERE. I LOST MY LEFT PINKY NAIL AND MY OTHER PINKY NAIL OS DOWN TO THE MEAT! ALL MY NAILS ARE LIFTING!I got new acrylics on and its only been 1 WEEK AND MY NAILS ARE FALLING OFF! I wanted to try somewhere new and it was the worst decision! (non of my acrylics fit my real nails) Im in so much pain, I paid $100 for a new set and now I lost a pinky nail (my real nail and the acrylic nail) also lost half of my other pinky nail (real and acrylic) . all MY NAILS ARE LIFTING THE PAIN IS A 10 ITS SO BAD PLEASE DONT GO HERE! I AM IM SO MUCH PAIN

Ive been using this shop for nearly three years. The staff can be very kind and very accommodating. They are a very busy shop. So much so its best to go on a Monday morning when they first open. Weekends are the devil! My nails are usually very nice and I get lots of compliments. Sometimes they can file too hard/too much. There are language barriers, but manage to understand what you are asking for anyway. Clean shop and they give out complimentary beverages and candy.

TLA Nails Tom is very professional very pleasant and polite. The nail text I had today was Kim who was absolutely fabulous she has 22 years experience and Lee has 23 + experience my nails were fabulous I had a jail Ive heard yall done with the mood color number 35 its blue and then when it warms up it turns like a pink with glitter it looks like its covered but I think its gold when it lights up. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone. Prices are excellent for the work that was done. The atmosphere is beautiful they do wonderful pedicures Ive had one done and I had the one down with the clay mask of Wax not just a normal pedicure and I had gel polish put on Im So Satisfied feet were like baby feet I love TLA nails.

Nice place, super packed and busy, and expensive for mediocre work. They seat you quickly for how busy they are but then the quality of work suffers in the rush. You pay the extra for the atmosphere/decor instead of the quality.

The worse experience I have had there. The woman that did my nails took so long that had I to leave before polishing them because I had an event to go to. She didn’t seem to care all she kept doing is looking around while doing my nails I asked her to focus on my nails please so I can get done. She did not even care she continued to keep looking at everyone else while doing my nails plus didn’t do a good job my nails were not completely filed smooth even though she buffed them. I will never go there again..horrible I give 0 stars for this place

I usually get my nails done at Luxury Nail Spa which I love so much but being it so far from where I live now I need to find a new place closer to home.I tried this place out yesterday TLA Nails. The owner is very kind, offering water and candy to people. Which his customer service was on point.The lady (KIM) who did my nails seemed nice at first, after I started asking questions about their services like lashes and facial her neighbor to Kims LEFT kept talking to her in their Vietnamese language. Most likely about me. Later when I was paying I notice they charged $2 extra for using your cards which totally sucks and I gave KIM a $3 tip since really I believe no customer should be paying $2 for a card transaction. Kims neighbor to her LEFT started laughing and giggling. Both started talking in their language. Her neighbor was instigating the situation not minding her own business. Customer service is very important to me and its RUDE for anyone to talk to their own language because it makes the customer feel uncomfortable its just common courtesy. Anyhow as much as I like the owner and his customer service, his employees in the other hand is just impolite. I scheduled a facial with them next week, Im going to cancel after my first experience with them. I guess my hunt is still on to find the best nail salon near me, but for now Ill stick to what I know Luxury Nail Spa if anyone is interested in giving them a try, I highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to TLA for a few years now. This is our favorite nail salon in Kent!Megan and Thuy are our favorite for pedicures and Tammy (spelling may be off in this post) does amazing manicures and full sets. The price and quality make this one of the best places to come, but also makes it one of the busiest! Never have to wait long to get service however. We love this salon and its entire staff!

The staff at this establishment went above and beyond the call of duty. Each customer who came in was greeted promptly with a wide smile, were actively checked in on, and former customers were remembered.On top of the amazing attention to their customers, they did a spectacular job. The woman who assisted me was gentle yet decisive in her actions which made the final product come out perfectly.They seems to genuinely like each other, which is important to to me. I never felt like I didnt belong or was being rushed. This is my new place.

Im giving 2 stars because the technicians were nice and there were a ton of color choices, however Im super disappointed with the quality of work. I got a shellac manicure on Friday and 3 of my nails have chipped (2 days later). Ive been on a road trip, so I really havent done anything to put stress on them. And, even if I had been doing dishes, cleaning, gardening, etc., Id expect the polish to last at least a week. Alas, another nail salon checked off the list in Kent. :(

They did awe full pedicure. I ask for mat but ended up glossy. My thumb nail was messy I ask for to clean up . Lady didn’t even moisturize my feet after clean my feet’s was still dry at the side and bottom . Will not go again there.

This has to be the best nail shop I have ever had to wait for my wife or girlfriend. The provide water, soda or wine. Its super clean with a great staff. Check them out!

I got a full set manicure and they came out perfect. They lasted for more than 3 weeks and still looked amazing. The only reason I needed to get them done again was because of grow-out. Gorgeous. Ive been to many places and this is my favorite by far. The staff is so nice and the prices are great too! You wont regret it.

LET ME TELL YOU! I Needed last minute down to the wire nails I needed a fill and my cousin needed a full set Kim and Linda CAME THREW we showed up at 6:30 and they finished our nails and had us out in no time. Amazing gel color choices have been to a million places in kent this place takes the cake. The guy who picked up the phone and seats you is amazing! Will be bac .

I give them 2 stars for one of the artists who is a guy, my favorite person and very sweet. Other then that, I have been getting my nails done for years and I have NEVER had an infection nor a problem. I went in recently and my nail tech was not there, I had to settle for another person. I had a air bubble in one of my nails and so she ripped off the old one and put on a new nail on it. Week later my fingertip was constantly itching, and my finger was throbbing. I started to soak the nail so I could get it off but instantly hurt so I had my doctor help me remove the nail. I had an infection, so bad that it took partial of my actual nail with it. It was so painful and sadly my ring finger is ugly now. I defiantly think the way she removed the other nail and than borrowed another nail techs tools, wasnt clean at all. Very rough, been going here for years and I am sad that I wont ever be coming back.

Im treated like a Queen! A free glass of wine, a great foot rub and pampered from head to toe. This is the place to get the full treatment.

I treated my wife to a Valentines Day gift at TLA Nails. The appointment scheduling was easy and the people there were friendly and knowledgable. My wife says that the establishment looks like a brand new Nail Spa with new remodeling, brand new chairs, new staff and a superb look and feel. I only stopped in here to grab a brochure for my gf, but just the moment i was there i could tell its a very lovely and popular establishment. While not packed full, always seems to have some people there, and even though i was clearly a guy, and probaby not interested, i was greeted immediately, by a man who was very kind, polite, and helpful.

They were very Professional and efficient..They did a great job on my Ladys Nails while keeping a friendly professional attitude I Will definitely take my lady there again as she enjoyed the experience of being there and not having to worry about every time she progressed to the next step.Thankyou T.L.A for pleasing my love so in turn she pleased me

Very good job with the acrylics. Went to 3 places before here and all 3 resulted in very thick and uneven/disformed acrylic nails. Tina and Cindy have done my nails so far and have by far done a better job and for much cheaper than other places. For a fill with shellac I only pay 30 before a tip. They offer acrylic, shellac, and powder and it is very clean and comfortable in the store. The host is very attentive and offers free drinks and candy. Definitely worth a visit!

Thing to be better at is, at the last minute and of pedicure or whatever that was women that was doing dropped the hot towel while I was looking and still brought the same one, but I dont really care about, some people would.

I recently went here and was greatly disappointed. The techs seem like their personal conversations are more important that the services they provide. NEVER go here save your money. You can probably do a better job yourself.

Sadly, the picture below is within the hour of leaving the nail shop. It seemed the technician was being very generous as she was applying the Polish. So much polish on the brush tip,it seemed to be running off the brush and down my nail. I realized that would be a problem when time to dry. After sitting underneath a hot dryer at her station for 30 minutes I finally let the nail technician know it seemed my nails were not drying and at that point i asked her If i could sit at the actual drying table. The prices are fair and they offer you Beverages and Candy. That technician can definitely lighten up on the Polish and the use of that hard-ass electric filer.

Hospitable with talent

Walked in, stood in the middle to be greeted 2 mins later. Asked if they had room for pedicures and was immediately shut down while I looked over and saw 6 empty seats...Rude.

Would not come back here.Got a full set and all of them were smaller than my nail bed. Also four were crooked. The guys who did my nails nicked my skin with electric filter multiple times so my fingers look hella crusty. The nail polish was not fully on the nails and didn’t go to the cuticle and fell short on the sides. It’s only been 4 days since I’ve gotten my nails done and it looks like my nails need a fill. Customer service was great but quality of nails was not very great

Great nail salon, great staff. Pedicure is not painful and they always ask if everything is ok. Someone always comes around and offers water or soda plus a candy treat. Great prices and very clean.

So my friend and I walk in and there is already like 9 women, 4 kids, 2 men in there with a few chairs available here and there but all technitions hard at work. Its noon thirty on a Saturday and I dont have an appointment, thats my fault so Im willing to wait. We pick a color and get sat within minutes. Im guessing Ill be soaking for half an hour before were seen however to my surprise a well dressed man is over offering me wine, beer, or water! A few more minutes we have technitions. I dont know about my friend but my nail artist had these small but strong hands that gave me a wonderful foot massage. (Not for the faint footed) it took a total of 45 minutes, the place was clean and decorated with live plants which is always nice. 5/5 stars!

The first time I came is my nails were amazing! I was in and out in 30mins with an awesome manicure. The second time wasn’t so good. I will say they were extremely busy and they didn’t turn anyone away. My mani/pedi took close to an hour and a half/ two hours. And some people who came in after me left before I did which sucked. Also I requested that they wrap my nails to get the old gel off to prepare for my new manicure and they refused. So once my pedi was done I had to wait and additional 10-15 mins with my nails wrapped. The lady that did my pedi fussed with me about the shape of my nail and she was extremely rough while cleaning under my nail. My manicure is uneven but I really think on a normal day they do good work meaning if they’re busy maybe come back a different time.

I went to TLA Nails on Tuesday during a busy time. I was treating my cousin to a birthday manicure and pedicure. We were seated and left to wait for over 40 minutes, which we let go because as I said before they were really busy. Anyways, the woman comes over and begins giving my cousin her pedicure. She starts making small talk asking her how long Weve been here in the US and telling us about her story. She goes on to tell us that I like Africans not African Americans shocked we asked her to repeat herself she proceeds to point to my cousins skirt and say I dont like black people. Shook, we both told her we are black and told her she could stop so we could leave. She seemed so surprised and kept repeating you dont understand me, I dont like black I like Africans in the end we told her you dont like black people, regarldsss of us being African you dont like black people you dont like us goodbye. Never again will I go to this salon and I will make sure no one I know goes here and will be posting a review to all of my social media platforms so that everyone knows the truth.

Excellent customer service. I always get exactly what I ask for. Everyone is polite and professional. Some days there is a bit of a wait, but it is totally worth it.

I have been a customer of Vivi Nails in Burien for 4 years. I have been to at least six other nail salons and I love this one! The owners are wonderful and very attentive. They really care about the customers. They know my name every time I come in and remember things we talked about the next time I come in (e,g, how was your visit with your grandkids). The nail salon is always clean, they have many colors to choose from, and I have never gotten a bad nail job here. My polish always lasts for at least ten days, and I also get my eyebrows waxed each month. I highly recommend this nail salon.
