They did a great job on my fills and the new design i asked for was perfect. Theyre very friendly and super fast!*Make an appointment before you go*Walk-ins are welcome but they very rarely have space open for them, unless youre willing to wait.

My daughter went in for dip tips. The dip is ultra thick and uneven. She also asked for them to be shortened and the nail clerk laughed in her face. When I called the lady who answered said the person who we said it was doesn’t work at Nail So Happy. We have been here before and was not satisfied, but wanted to give them another chance. This is not our normal nail place and we will never go back!

My nails look messy, cuticles aren’t trimmed well and the polish is splotchy as well as not covering my full nail. The whole experience felt rushed and definitely wasn’t a relaxing one. Very disappointed.

Sloppy job. She was really rushed, Which was weird since there wasn’t really anybody else there. She didn’t cover my whole nail, which is a pet peeve of mine, she got polish around my nails, she didn’t really do any shaping, and I tried to order a pedicure that was a higher level than the one that I actually got. I mean they didn’t charge me for the more expensive one, but they also didn’t do any of the stuff. I’m going home to remove this nail polish, and I will not be returning.

I went in for a pedicure and I told the lady that I wanted a design. The only design she knows how to do is a flower and I wanted lines. She said that the guy who knows how do them was too busy. I offered to wait and they were not helpful or willing to work with you at all. I told this lady at the very beginning I wanted my toes a certain way and she knew she couldnt do but still proceeded. My friend was also getting her toes done and both the ladies were rude.Update:I went to Tiaras Nails to get my design and they ended up taking the nail polish off all the nails on my left foot and had to file down my great toenail because the great toe nails were uneven and then she had to paint the left side all over again because the first job didnt look very good.

I usually give businesses a couple of chances when I’m dissatisfied but I’ve given them more than a few. Each time I felt rushed and the work was unbelievably horrible. Very bulky and shaped poorly. Almost everytime I would get home and fix them myself. I’ve also been charge the amount of a full set, when coming in for a fill. What followed that horrible service I ended up with fungus. I’ll never be returning to this place ever again. I try my best to be optimistic snd see the best in businesses, but I highly recommend not going here.

Extremely rushed even though we had an appointment! I payed for the deluxe pedicure ($37) & essentially had my feet washed & nails sloppily painted. There was no massage, no callus removal as advertised, lotion was smeared on & immediately wiped off, mask was also applied quickly & immediately removed. Overpriced & extremely poor service. I will not be returning.

Worst dip powder manicure I’ve ever received. There is cured powder on every nail’s cuticle. Several nails are visibly not smooth. I also did not need my nails cut down or reshaped but left with inconsistent shapes. Extremely disappointed.

I do not recommend this place. I got a gel manicure and within two days it chipped and peeled. I went back they “fixed” it by just putting paint over the chips and again two days later it all lifted! They charged over $40 for this 😡

This place is absolutely horrible! My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures and they left paint on our skin surrounding our nails! Before my nails were painted, he dumped a bunch of acetone on them! The paint started chipping less than an hour later! My daughters nails are chipping too! Way too expensive for the poor quality!

Update the rating system to give 0 stars! I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again!!! Please follow suit. Got a gel mani/pedi, 3 days later my nails started to chip. Went back on the third day and decided I didn’t want the same polish because it chipped to easily. They tried to charge me an additional $26 for a polish change after just spending $88 for the gel mani/pedi 3 days prior. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!

So the experience we had here was needless to say unique. Tony is a great guy and knows his stuff is very personable and super funny. However the other ladies we had were not at all nice or good and thats being nice.

Went to get eyebrows done and the guy said to busy and we’re about to close think if the other guy who is usually at the front was there he would’ve found someone for us it doesn’t take that long to do eyebrows someone could’ve helped us out

My fiancée went in to get a set of nails done, when told that gel polish would cost $20 ($2 per nail) she promptly told them she would not like them. The technician proceeded to apply gel polish to her nails without her consent or knowledge. When it came time to pay she was informed she was charged for gel despite not wanting gel she was given them. Then told the only way to fix it is to sit down and wait another hour to get the nails redone (mind you she was already there for an hour and half getting them done and waiting) I find this establishment grossly over priced charging $67 for a simple full set of a single nail color, nothing fancy. Avoid this business at all cost.

I love coming here but after a while coming Ive noticed their prices arent stable I just paid $26 for a gel polish for my daughter and my niece. The other day I went in with my mom to get a fill us both and they charged her $35 and me $41 and we basically got the same service. What a let down I really liked this place but not enough to over pay.

I go here all the time for a gel manicure. But today I decided to get a over lay with gel polish. Well that was the wrong thing to do. I was cut three times with the drill 🤦🏽‍♀️and after the first cut I told the man to slow down please, but nope. He was such in rush to get off work that he was very ruff. Which made me decide to leave without my services competed and 45 dollars paid for trash nails.

I love getting my Mani and pedis here. Everyone is so nice and professional. You can feel safe because they are taking every precaution to make safety their top priority.

Vu was amazing he made the design I wanted and was even awesome to conversate with. Another young lady painted my 3 year old nails and was awesome with even my 3yr old!My best friend even had a good time and got what she wanted as well!We will definitely be back again and again!

I have been going to Vu at Nails So Happy for 4 years, and my nails are always perfect. I’ve never had any issues, and I get so many compliments all the time! Vu does the BEST for me!

They say they wax eye brows but don’t believe them. Came out with two totally different brows. One had an arch and one didn’t have an arch. Had to go home and fix it and wait for my brows to grow back in some. Shoddy work at best.

It was pretty cool. I went during a busy time because it was everyones homecoming season. Alright the lady that did my nails she was very helpful she also recommended some unicorn dust that made my neon yellow nails pop. I will see the lady who was working on my friends nails was pretty rude to her because she could not get her nail polish off easily.

Will never go back! The lady that did my nails did awful. They were uneven and not filled in completely. On top of that, she cut me to smithereens! I left and had 4 fingers that were bleeding around the cuticles. The cuts were pretty deep too. She also was on her phone during my manicure.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in at 715 with only 45 minutes left until closing time. They were packed, but still worked us right in. During my pedicure I decided to add on a manicure, which the staff was incredibly accommodating of. Towards the end, a heavily pregnant woman came in at 5 minutes until closing and they stayed late to get her in (she looked like she could really use it) and to finish my manicure. Excellent customer service and my nails look adorable. Would gladly return.

Would give no stars if I could. Pushed gel on me several times after saying no. However its been a long week so I asked her to upgrade me to their best pedicure which was number 5. She said yes. However she did not to the heat therapy per the menu and did not do the jelly in the water which was literally part of the title of the pedicure. Then she keeps telling me I need my eyebrows done because they are too long. I told her... Wax breaks me out. My husband literally does my brows. No means no. She charges me for the highest pedicure the number five then argues with me continually because she massaged me longer and didnt m...girlfriend with the step down got a longer massage. Which is irrelevant because the number five was supposed to have heat therapy and powder that turned the water to jelly. she lied and said she put the jelly in the water and both my girlfriend and I argued with her that she didnt. She literally put the green tea in the water which comes with the deluxe package level 3. I ordered the level 5. The green tea and lotion came with the level 3 yet she charges me for a 5 and refused to fix it and just argued. I finally stormed out. Im so upset and angry. I hate when people are dishonest and she literally robbed me of my money and lied about it. So upset. Total rip off.... oh she also charged me $15 for a soak off. This is so messed up.

The nail was very nice, however, she hurt my foot as she was filling and scraping the dead skin and she forgot the design on my big toe. Hopefully when I go back they will be able to redeem themselves.

I usually do not write reviews and I have a high tolerance for workers especially since I used to be a waitress. However, the nail technician was very rough with my hands and made three of my fingers bleed. He seemed to be in a rush even though it was not busy at the time. I had winced and he would not say sorry, but rather just jerk my hand back. He was so rough with my hands that my fingers are still sore and I had gotten them done 6 hours ago. He was very rude when I would try and ask him a question and responded very shortly. I have never been so disappointed and treated so poorly by a company ever. My nail color is pretty, however, there is quite a bit of nail polish and glue on each finger. He painted them so poorly by leaving the edges rigid and doing the second coat so unevenly that you can clearly see the difference. This was a terrible, hurtful, and overall lazy job done. It is not worth your money.

Got my nails done in the new dipped procedure, it proceeded to come off the next day I went in to have it repaired she cut my finger nail off and told me that I maybe needed to go shorter. Needless to say all my nails started chipping that week AND I LOST 3 REAL NAILS! I had to go get them done somewhere else when I did she told me that they had too much stuff done on my nails that dipped, acrylic, and GEL do not all go together.

I go and get my nails done regularly. This is by far the best nail place out there. It’s super sad how I was there yesterday and the customer that was in with me wrote a review that wasn’t fully right. This business is very professional and WOULDNT want to see a customer walk out unhappy. If you want to relax and have an enjoyable time this is the places to go. I just love this place, I have known heidi and her husband tony for years and they are AMAZING people and do an amazing job at what they do!!!!

My daughter and I visit this salon twice a month. We could not ask for a more friendly staff. Karen and her brother are very attentive and do fabulous work. It doesn’t matter if it is our normal mani/pedi or if I have a big event, they always go above and beyond. I always leave the salon feeling great! They’ve become part of our family. I recommend them 100%.

I went on Christmas Eve as something to do and had a wonderful time. The nail technicians were personable and friendly. It was my boyfriends first ever pedicure and it was nice to share this experience. The pedicure was very well done and I am happy to have spent money here.

Horrible customer service by manager Heidi! I called and spoke with the manager and let her know MULTIPLE nails (5) were peeling after receiving a gel polish just 2 days before. I asked if i could get a different color just to ensure it would not happen again. And i was told to come in because she needed to make sure that i wasnt lying and just wanted a polish change due to not liking the color. When i came in she told me she would only fix the 5NAILS that were peeling. After a heated conversation she finally decided to change the color on all my nails. But proceeded to talk down to me. I may not do nails but i have trained people in customer service for over 5 years and i have a degree. So i know how you should treat a customer, I was looking for a new shop to get me nails done but this one clearly isnt it. They should be ashamed for how they treat their customers.

Ask for Vu! I hear you guys about some of the other techs work but not with Vu he is the ONLY reason I go here. The shop is out of my way but his work speaks for itself!!! Also guys I noticed gel polish will peel more if you wash your hands with soap right before they paint them. It’s not the shops fault it’s happened to me with other shops and I have realized it’s certain soaps(I believe it’s more with moisturizing soaps). I just make sure to wash my hands with soap before I head out there then when he’s done with my fill I’ll just rinse with water Before he paints and I have never had a problem since!

They were all so nice. They did a great job for me, my daughter and granddaughter. Very sweet and accommodating. Nice work!

The lady in seat 3 is not good! I’m discussed with my nails . Different shape, the painting is a mess, they’re lacking acrylic. If you go here ask for Tony or someone different.

I’m pissssssed. I paid $70 for a beat down full set and pedicure. To make matters worse, It is my birthday and the one thing I needed (my nails and toes) to be perfect ISN’T ! I have never in my life seen such a horrible job done for such a high price. My cuticles are cut up, I have air bubbles in the polish, they aren’t the length I want after having corrected it once before, the utensils were not properly cleaned... the list goes on. I just was so irritated I paid and left which I shouldn’t have.

+/-... The lady (short curled hair, glasses) who did my moms pedi was REALLY nice, and did a great job! The woman who did my pedi was overtly rude and actually snapped at my mom. She did a decent job on my toes, but she was so pushy and tried THREE times to get me to upgrade to a more expensive service, and when I declined the $5 callous remover, she got an attitude and barely scrubbed my feet, even when basic callous scrubbing was included in the Express. No means no, nobody wants to be nagged to death. I dont know her name, but she was between 50-60, with light long hair tied in a low pony tail. My mom still gave her a really nice tip because she figured she must be having a bad day to be so rude to a customer, but that was way kinder than I would have been. So to the first lady, THANK you! To the second lady, leave your attitude at home or find a job where you dont have to interact with other humans. We unfortunately wont be coming back. Management, I hope you see this and tell your employee to lose the attitude. And if SHE is management, NO way to treat a customer.

Rushed service. Terrible polishing. They did not trim my toenails or even use cuticle softener. Ill never return and if youre smart, you wont either. My nail tech was Cam and her skills are awful. Dont waste your money!!!! They deserve a negative 1 star, but Im forced to at least rate them as 1 star. #TheWorst

Vu is amazing. He is the reason Im giving 4 stars. If it werent for him I wouldnt go here. If I was only rating him it would be 5 stars. He always does am amazing job on my acrylics and is great with pedis too (takes his time, cares about his work and great conversation). He always charges me right too. I cant say the same for any other worker here that Ive had here. If I dont have him as my tech I generally leave disappointed by the job fine or end up getting charged a ridiculous amount.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are money scammers and do a very low quality job. I went here for my birthday and was quoted a completely different price than I was charged at the end. My nails were not even and had color discrepancies. Very bad quality and overall sloppy job. I will absolutely never return and I would advise others to go somewhere else. I did a pedicure for $ 42, the girl took exactly 20 minutes to do something that was intense, she put on the most disgusting towels they could have when I remove them from my legs, I could not with the bad smell that the towels released, she used on my Hot towels that sucked, I dont recommend it. 🤮

I called to see how late they were open. 7:15-7:20. They said go a head and come up they will do a set. The manager really had the nerve to say that it wasn’t ok after I got up here at 7:30. She said ‘we close the door at 7:45’ it was 7:30. Why couldn’t I have gotten a set after you said it was ok on the phone. You waisted my time and my gas. Never going there again.

I made an appointment 2 1/2 hours prior and they told me on the phone when I got there they would get me right in. When I got there everything seemed okay at first the lady told me it would be just a few minutes and I was perfectly fine with that. After a few minutes went by two other ladies came in to get service she told them It would be a couple hours I asked if I was ready then she told me it would be a 3 hour wait. I told her I called almost 3 hours ago and had made an appointment but she got an attitude with me and told me there were 4 other ladies that made an appointment before me. I left immediately! Very rude and uncalled for. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Absolutely the worst nail salon I have been to. Started out good enough-- no wait, friendly staff. Ended with me being charged 3x the agreed upon price, and everyone pretending that they couldnt understand what the problem was. The staff made me get up and put my shoes on before my nails were dry! My technician accidentally used regular polish half way through my shellac manicure-- then refused to fix it. The polish was literally peeling off as I was walking out the door--- again, they pretended that it was my fault and refused to make it right. Would not recommend to anyone!

First and LAST time ill ever step foot into this nail salon. $45 was spent to have all 5 fingers cut on my left hand and 3 fingers bloody. The lady left her seat in the middle of doing my nails to do somebodys eye brows. Never, never, never again will I return.

I have been a valued customer of nails so happy but after the experience I had today I will never go back or recommend them for anything! My daughter was taken here as a graduation gift to get her nails done and after having them on for 6 days 4 nails popped off, when I called and complained about it Hydie told me “well we can figure something out with the cost after she gets a fill”!!!! Now I have been getting my nails done for years but first thing why does she need a fill after 6 days 🙄 and 2nd if her first set was horrible what makes you think I would allow you to waste my money and do another set. Really going to miss John doing my nails but the service I got today sorry I’ll be at the nailery at oak park mall with the rest of the people.

Very sad with this place, the lady that was doing my nails cut my 3 times with the drill and slapped my hand acting like she was rubbing off the left over of filling nails. I have some red dots on my neon nails when I just wanted neon green nails. They were just dirty.

The waxing was awesome! HOWEVER be careful about checking your DEBITS. I gave my tip in cash and they charged my debit card $5.40 over my cost. I cant get the manager to answer my calls and because of this fraudulent act I WILL NEVER go here again. I basically paid $38.40 for a $27.00 job. NOT SO HAPPY!!!

Id give no stars if I could. I went in to get my first set of acrylics, and they were done so poorly we spent our Valentines Day dinner date getting them removed. They were terribly thick and misshapen, my thumbnail was especially poorly done. The technician actually injured my finger with her nail file, causing me to bleed. She never threw away that nail file, just put it back in her drawer. None of the items she used were cleaned in any way. I should have known to run from this place when I walked in to ask questions about acrylics and the lady at the front desk was too busy on her own phone paying personal bills to answer my questions. My nails are anything but happy, and the technicians are rude.

This place is such a rip off and theyre shady about it too. I went in last weekend to get a pedicure with my 6-year-old daughter, for my birthday. The technician who was working on her toes asked me if I wanted her to have a manicure which I declined. Her follow up was to ask me, would it be OK if I just painted her nails? to which I responded, OK. Then they asked me if I wanted her to have a nail design. Again, I declined. The next follow up question was, Can I just put some polka dots on her nails? Again, I responded, yes. I was also asked during my pedi, if I wanted the technician to use a sugar scrub on my legs which I thought was included (I found out later that it was not.) When I went up to pay for myself and my daughter, the bill was $75!!! When I asked why it was so high, the technician told me that it was because my daughter had gotten her nails painted and had received a nail design (the polka dots). I was infuriated to say the least. What started out as a simple pedicure for my daughter and I as a birthday treat for me turned into an expensive disappointment. My service cost $30 and my six-year-old cost $45. I have always gone to this salon but will NEVER go back. They way they up-sale their services is dishonest and sneaky. Beware if you go...make sure you ask how much EVERYTHING costs before you say, yes to anything. One final note, they did a terrible job as well. The barely scrubbed my feet and my daughters nails and toenails were chipping the next day.
