I will be going elsewhere next time I need a haircut. I asked for a simple fade and what I got was uneven and choppy. You can see from the photos very clearly.

Brought my step daughters here to get their first big girl hair cuts. both women were lovely and amazing. place was clean. prices are not unreasonable.

Julie is awesome and over worked! She cut my hair a few weeks back with no problem. Walked into the store today with a 2 min wait. Manager said she was booked. With not a car in sight. Great clips across the street took us right away and had to apologize for them! Lost a customer and a tip

The new person Nancy was very nice and I liked my haircut. I will book with her next time. The assistant manager was great! There were some problems with computer and pmnts., but she stayed calm. Love it!

I always have a great experience here. I usually have Julie as my hair dresser. She is very welcoming, personable, professional, and talented. Ive never had any issues with the service she provides and she gives great recommendations for hair supplies. I 💯 percent recommend going there.

I was in there a few weeks ago to get my hair cut. Waited in line, wanted a simple trim with a fade out on the sides. The woman had cut my hair before, and it wasnt exemplary but not terrible. Im picky with mistakes and my hair grows in different directions so i tip well to make up for it.The last time though.... Was an..... Abomination is the only word I have for it. The thing that really annoyed me was because she wasnt paying attention the whole time. She was talking to her friend in the lobby and looking away the whole time she was cutting. And it was awful. Just horrific.She cut it to two different heights on my head by about 3 inches, so the whole thing looked lopsided.My mistake was I asked her to fix it. So she went higher on the other side understandably, but then cut a whole line across the back of my head. And then didnt even it out so I looked like I was wearing a helmet with three edges going down. And even that was horrible because that line had crooked angles, a hook and a few right angled corners that were shaved into the back of my head. And even worse than that they were completely different lengths left to right on the sides (and still uneven). You couldnt have made it look worse if that was your intention from the beginning.It looked worse than if I had done it myself....while drunk..... With one arm amputated. It was so bad I just told her to stop. Paid and left. I got home and my girlfriend started laughing hysterically as soon as she saw me asking what the hell I did to my head. I replied that I had it cut. She said it was nice of me to hire a blind person to cut it.Between my girl and I (shes a dog groomer mind you) we fixed it.... Sorta. It still wasnt good like still really bad but it wasnt laughable.My advice is never come here. They dont pay attention to you, they talk to their friends in the lobby (looking at them and not at what they are doing). And they ruin your hair. And you will have to shave about 2/3 of your head to try to make it look human again. My coworkers thought I joined a Bhuddist temple.

Was super easy to make a quick appointment, staff was very friendly and cleaned the chair and everything. She listened very well as to how I wanted my hair and didnt go chop happy with my long hair. I told her how much I despise going to get a trim because most places Ive been to are quick to want to cut off 6+ inches and she also made me feel comfortable and the price was great too! Im not sure about all these little boy hair complaints but the young boy I saw get his hair cut there the lady did a nice job!

My wife took my son to get a before school haircut and it was honestly the worst haircut weve ever gotten for him. Weve been getting the same haircut for him from multiple places and supercuts were the only ones who somehow didnt understand a simple short on the sides, finger length at the top. Not only did the hairdresser not understand a very basic cut, my wife actually had to guide her through the entire haircut. We could of had the same result if we cut it at home with rusty scissors. I would not recommend going here for a hair cut. She was also commenting on how squeamish a 5 year old was during a haircut and kept asking him to stop. she was super disrespectful and should not be cutting hair if shes worried about a little movement. we will not be back. we will tell everyone we know to find another place. I never do reviews, but this place did not deserve any of my money. 0/10 would not recommend.

My mom took my toddler in for a simple trim today, I dont know what the did but it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. There was a distinguished uneven line all the way around his head, no fading at all and the top that they scissor cut looked like an uneven mop pad. I was mortified when I saw it. We had to go to another salon to fix it later on because of how bad it turned out.I know cutting the hair on a toddler isnt always easy, but this was so bad even the hair dresser who fixed it was stunned at how bad it was.
