I dropped in for a quick oil change in my new T bucket hot rod and had an amazing experience. Knowledgeable staff the district manager was there too and was so friendly and amazing. We talked hot rods while the staff made quick work of the oil change. Highly recommend. I didn’t even have to get out of the car.

$88 for a basic oil change??? I took my other car to commercial tire the next day and it was $42. The guys at jiffy lube werent even sure how to check fluids on my hybrid... i was underwhelmed.

I have never in my life paid so much for an oil change and they wanted to charge additional fees for everything even to top off the coolant it was more. I had a 10.00 off coupon and my bill was still over 100 dollars I will never ever go back to this rip off place. For an oil change with a coupon. I will go anywhere but there. Never again. And they were not friendly to top it off either they all acted like they were miserable and hated their jobs. Good luck at that price for an oil change you won’t be in business a lot longer!

Over 80 bucks and they dont tighten the skid plate. It came off less than 2 miles from the shop. I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes on the side of the road and while they came to assist me, no offer to refund or discount. Not even an apology. Thats not cool.I accidentally called a different Jiffy Lube when it first happened and the lady there was 10 times nicer and more apologetic than these guys. TERRIBLETo be honest I dont even know what they did to get the thing back on. When we got back to the shop it took them about 20 minutes. Im going to have to go to another mechanic to make sure it was done properly. In the meantime Ive got to head back to Oregon via the freeway and I feel very uncomfortable. This is BSEDIT: In all fairness, the guys were relatively nice guys. I BLAME JL! Poorly trained and overpriced. Thats the companys faultEDIT AGAIN: I just got my oil changed and was informed that only three screws (One was not factory) were put in to secure my splash guard. There are supposed to be 10. They literally put me on the road as a hazard in an unsafe vehicle. I am appalled by Jiffy Lube

I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Canal in Kennewick. The guy that helped me was Jose. He was very friendly, explained everything, answered my questions, and smiled. He was very knowledgeable and speedy in his work. The only thing is for the extras like wiper blades, ext. the pricing is a tad high, otherwise this is a great place for oil changes.

Needed a quick oil change and a transmission flush. The team here was quick knowledgeable.

They couldnt manage to figure out how to reset my oil light or turn it off. Im not sure what they used to whipe down my windows but they left oil gunk around my window. They also didnt want to pull out my cabin filter because it was tucked down behind some stuff that would require some effort. Would not go back.

Not a fan. Bought the oil and filter change special. My vehicle took six quarts and they only put in 5. I understand the special was for 5 quarts, but ask me about the 6th quart of oil before sending me away. I would have paid for the extra quart of oil instead of driving my vehicle without it.

Jose was awesome and very helpful. And they are minding all the COVID laws.

They were true to their name. Went in for an oil change, there were three people ahead of us and we still got out in 45 minutes to an hour. My car was actually in the bay for less than 20 minutes. The ladies working were very nice as well. Much better than the four hour waits I get when going to Walmart.

Very friendly staff, Amanda guided me out of my car and helped me inside. After about 5 minutes or so, she came back to the lobby and told me exactly what they were doing and recommended me to replace my radiator cap and for a engine flush. She informed me that it will increase the life of my vehicle, which I am not opposed to. Didn’t take long and was happy

I had a bad experience at a Jiffy Lube. I contacted the district manager, Mike Austin. When he came to the Tri Cities, he personally repaired my problem. As he repaired my car, I witnessed the employees at the Canal location do a very awesome job taking care of their customers. The Canal Store has my business for life.

I was down the road and my car wouldnt start... I didnt know who else to call so I called Kandyce at jiffy lube. She sent someone right away to help me. I asked how much I owed her and she told me nothing. She did it out of kindness.

This is by FAR the cleanest Jiffy Lube in the tri cities. The women who run this Jiffy Lube are some of the nicest people you will meet. Would recommend.

Great and fast service

Tried to sell me unnecessary services and lied about the condition of my serpentine belt. Probably lied about other things, too. Their safety inspection was somehow finished before the vehicle was even over the pit, and they told me with certainty that the coolant was two gallons low while the reservoir has less than a gallon capacity. Also got the oil capacity wrong, Ive changed it myself a dozen times (its 19 degrees this morning, Im not getting on the ground today!) and know my truck takes 7 quarts, while the other engine options for that year take only 6, which is what they insisted mine needed as well. I will never go back there, no matter how cold I get doing it myself.

I will never go anywhere else. Kandyce and Amanda know what they are talking about and always provide consistent and thorough customer service. I don’t trust anyone else with mine, and my family’s vehicles. Give these gals a raise!
