Permanent makeup. She says she has a license but wont show you and botched my eyeliner. I look like I have 2 droopy eyes. My lips are blown out so its over my lip line. My brows she used a peach color to underline the tails for some reason. Its all aweful and costing a lot to be removed not to mention the pain. Use an actual licensed not some certification tattoo artist and check out the ink they are using. Lynn is not qualified to be doing this to peoples delicate faces. Shell tell you she is microblading but you clearly hear the tattoo motor. Do not do this to yourself find a professional not a nail salon.

I was in town for work and stopped in for a pedicure and SNS nails. Absolutely fantastic!! I wish I lived in KC so this could be my primary nail salon. I’ll definitely go back and recommend all my friends!!

I will NEVER return to this place! My pedicure was terrible, the lady doing it slapped my feet extremely hard due to myself dozing off after a 13 hrs of flying and changing planes 3x. I still tipped her a nice amount because that is the type of person I am....but they lost a customer that day.

They made her sit there and wait for over an hour after she signed in and never asked her back to the table to give her a fill after multiple people walked in after her and got serviced while she was sitting there waiting.

I absolutely love this place! I have tried a couple other places in the Metro area and no one compares to Majestic!! Everyone is always so nice and they make you feel like family! They continue to be my favorite place to go.

It was my first time getting a pedicure. It was a strange experience in that I didnt know what to expect but it was a great pedicure! My fiance got a manicure and said it was fantastic as well. I think it looks great! She said the price was great compared to other local shops as well. Id say give em a shot and enjoy the massage chairs at least.

They do a wonderful job! My nail tech really knew his craft. I could tell from his movements that he was highly skilled and had created beautiful nails many, many times. He made sure my nails were perfect and that I was happy with the results. Great place! I will definitely return.

I have been a steady customer at Majestic for over 4 years. Everyone there is very good. They all do great work, and are friendly, professional and accommodating. My only complaint is that they keep the salon too chilly for my tastes. Do try them. You wont be disappointed.

I have been coming here ever since I moved to KC. I drive by multiple locations just to get to this shop. Everyone is friendly and says hi when you come in. I go specifically to Michael he is anazing and does a great job. Only thing is he gets packed so book an appointment other than that its always A1 service there!

I have to say Im pleasantly surprised! The guy who did my nails Ty did really really great. He took off my old set, and was able to save my real nails. So I ended up getting the gel overlay. My nails look so pretty. The shop was clean and nice, and they greeted me as soon as I walked in. I paid $45 which I think is kinda high, but I guess considering all that he did Id guess its fair.

Mai does the best manicure and nail design in the world

The nail techs are all very good. I like the powder dip product as it is very durable. Michael does an excellent job in applying the product.

I love this place, especially Mai. Everyone is super friendly and very professional. They use a new pkg of tools for each client. Recently installed new chairs and each one is lined with a new plastic, sanitary liner for each new client. Wont even try another place since I know this one is clean with great service and prices.

I love how my nails turned out, and my feet feel great. I tried this place for the first time, I used to go to another nail salon where they had hurt me so I looked at the reviews for this place. Great work but Im unsure whether Ill be back, I had asked the woman how long theyd been open and I want to believe it was a language barrier when she answered 730. So I asked how many years, again the same answer only this time she looked toward the other nail techs and says something in their native language but I also heard 730 and lots of laughing. I feel highly uncomfortable knowing they were talking about a perfectly reasonable question and what felt like they were laughing at me. Maybe Im reading too much into it, but at this time Im not sure Ill be back.

I had to come here to get my nails fix after a different nail salon did an awful job. They fixed my nails and made me feel so comfortable! I cant wait to go back!! Great staff and my nails look soo much better! Very very happy!

I assumed because this place was rated so well it would be good to try. Wrong. Its a churn and burn. While they get you in and out and are cheaper they are not friendly. Alot of men working so Ive been scratched bruised and even bled. They didnt say sorry offer a discount. Oh yea I my big toenail fail off and that has never happened. Also my new set and folls are always with cracks. They dont fix just paint over

My nails look great. However, the nail tech kept rudely laughing at me and making fun of the type of nails I wanted. Then she tried to charge me extra when all I got was a plain full set. Ill go somewhere else next time.

LEE IS THE BEST!!! I used to go to Pink and White where I had a great nail stylist but after she left I decided to check out nail salons a bit closer to home (Gladstone). All I can say is OMG there are so many bad places out there! on average it would take a week or less for chips and cracks. It was so consistent that I almost gave up all together! 4 different salons in 4 months and I was exhausted with the poor quality! Then I saw the reviews for Majestic and decided to give it a go and Im so glad I did! I was lucky to get Lee as he did and continues to do an exceptional job! No cracking, chipping, breaking - nada! I highly recommend Lee!!!!

I have been here several times and always am pleased with the results. I wish the staff wouldnt communicate so loudly with each other. Its a bit off putting. They sound like they are mad at each other, but I think its just the language intonations.

Not sure if I caught them on an off day, but I was not impressed at all with this salon. Went here with a friend and the technicians seemed almost robotic when doing our manicures and pedicures. Thought the fact that they never spoke to us at all to be very RUDE. The pedicures were not well done- callouses and rough areas were not addressed. There was no focus on what they were doing as they rambled on speaking to each other in a different language despite the fact that they could speak English. They also seemed angry, rarely ever smiling. We had to walk barefooted (no inexpensive sandals to get us from the pedicure area to the manicure area or to the sink to wash our hands, which seemed both unsanitary and dangerous on their slick tile floor). Watched the lady clean the pedicure tub with nothing but a little bit of spray, which is not going to sanitize anything. The manicure was rough for one of my friends. My manicure was actually ok, however I needed to touch up my cuticles when I got home to remove the areas my tech missed. I go for biweekly manicure/pedicures and this was well below any treatment Ive received from other salons. I would not even think of returning to this salon. Bad experience on so many levels.

The problem is no one tells you who they are. Plus I felt like I was in a daycare center. Lee does amazing work and I highly recommend him. That’s about it.

The lady that was doing my nails didn’t talk to me the whole time, the only thing she said to me was “how long” she never asked what shape I wanted, nothing, then she was talking to everyone in the store and not even looking while she was doing my nails. Then she put a fan on my nails and walked off and was on the phone the rest of the time I was there, the manager or whatever had to come and tell me to go put my hands under the light thing. Moral of the story, don’t go here they aren’t very rude.

I was very disappointed in the quality of my pedicure. Two days after I needed my toes repainted. I did not feel like they spent time on my pedicure. I will not go this salon in the future.

I have been a devoted client here for 6+ yrs & plan to stay!I have never walked out of the salon disappointed, if something isnt to my liking they fix it on the spot. Some may say they charge to much but hey, you get what you pay for. I once had a set that lasted 5 months on two fills!Lynn, John, Ty, Megan & Michael are my ALL time favs!I walked in tonight a little after 5pm in need of a full set & Pedi (they were busy) so I opted for a polish change instead of pedi.Lynn got me right in & went to work. She didnt rush. I even offered to come back tomorrow for the pedi/polish change so she wouldnt have to stay late but SHE insisted I get the polish change (since Sundays are busy) she & John stayed until after 6:30pm to finish me up (long after all customers & employees were gone)I have NEVER had such FANTASTIC customer service!!!I could go on & on about how much I love this salon & the amazing techs, all Ill say is if you want a clean, relaxing, personal & high quality nail salon youve found it!
