This is by far the best Salon in the neighborhood. They are always professional. They have very reasonable prices. They don’t rush you to pick a color at all. They are very accommodating and extremely helpful.

I been looking for another nail shop and i think i dine found it. The gentlemen was nice and good work. I like my nails.

Make sure you get a tech that listens to you. Some will try to push you this way and that, but stay firm on what you prefer.

I had a horrible experience with this place... I’m just tired of going to a establishment and get treated poorly. Got a full set done and a informed the Chinese man, the older guy, he got soooooo upset with me and started talking unprofessional and the tone of his voice made me feel uncomfortable. They need to respect Black ppl because if it wasn’t for US, this wouldn’t even be an establishment because it’s majority of blacks that get their nails done. I will be finding an independent Black individual that I can come to... They always talk about US anyway. Never again!!!! And btw the person that did my nails, is the older Chinese guy that can’t even do nails because his hands are always shaky... he needs to retire

Low prices and great service

I use to be a regular but the quality has decreased. I go back and forth, on and off hoping that it would be better. After getting a gel manicure numerous times, my nails became very brittle. I feel like they only care about the money. They are good for pedicures.

Terrible experience, I have been a customer for years and I will not give this business another dime of my money ever! The manager told me to come back to get my nails done the following morning because they were leaving before closing time and he would take care of me, the next morning he’s trying to charge me for every little thing and playing games. They are all about a buck and unprofessional. I had an important event to tend to, and this screwed up my time not once but twice. Word customer service

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. THIS IS ANOTHER NAIL SHOP THAT TALKS HARSHLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AS IF YOUR PRESENCE ALONE IRRITATES THEM. I sat patiently observing them for over 45min while waiting for service. The older lady in the first chair was abrasive to every customer coming in the door. 35min after being there another lady came in. As I saw that I was next I asked permission to wash my hands. As soon as I walked to there sink they serviced the lady who had just walked in. I immediately informed them I had been waiting long before she arrived. They only apologized and said I would be next. Of course I immediately left. The service here is terrible. They treat you like an agitation, show no common courtesy and expect your money. Seems that most Asian nail salons treat their urban customers like this. Just feeling disgusted and hurt...

Went in to get a fill on nails i had done elsewhere. The tech who did my fill was great, unique personality, good conversation and he made my nails look very natural. I recommend this place for their quality work on my nails

I went yesterday and had my eyelashes done. She used hair glue! I’m so disappointed. I will be going up there tomorrow to have them removed. What a waste of $25. My eye itches so bad and I can’t believe she lied to my face. Never will I come here again ..

Just went there to get dipping powder nails removed. Every time I’ve had this done at other places they gently remove first layer and wrap in acetone using cotton balls and foil. This place didn’t. He ripped my nails off using manicure pliers and an artificial nail! Ruined my natural nails! I will never ever go to this place again!

Was my favorite place to go to get the full works, pedi,medi and eye brows but NEVER AGAIN!!! my mother and I are there every 2 weeks faithfully and last week Tom had the nerve to refuse service to my mom because she didnt want them to take the gel polish off her toes so she went to the car and removed it herself. When she came back in Tom told her to get out and no one was doing anything for her all over $3!!!

I use to love here but thingd certainly change. The men workers are rude they put a very thin coat of acrylic son your nails break easily. They charge for cerrain shapes cant do good designs Ive reach my limit no more manicures for me from them and my eyelashese fell off

Don’t know the guy name but he is usually the 1st person you see when you walk in and he ask what are you getting and too sign in. This is my second time going my 1st experience was good and the woman did a good job but this go round wasn’t 1st he rushed me to pick a color when I did pick I️ could tell he was rushing to do my nails he spent no longer than probably 45 seconds to a min on each nail than when he began to polish my nails I️ really didnt like the color so I️ picked a different color he didn’t even remove the 1st color he just painted over it with the new color that I️ picked I️ was to upset to even say anything but o will no longer be going to Mimi nails.

This place is horrible didn’t have the colors I wanted had to change my nail designs 5 times and I only had my nails done for 5 days and they are breaking. Worst place ever I will not be returning or recommending anyone to them

I actually felt assaulted by a staff while waxing my eyebrows at this unprofessional establishment two weeks ago.Tacky staff, impatient staff, belittling staff, and greedy staff. Never will I bring you business again.Their business should be permanently closed.
