Terrible, everytime i get a ride these poeple dont wear a mask and even though you tell them they dont care. They just get mad. Like i understand they need to eat but were on a pandemic!! And its for our safety wear it!

Called for a taxi today 5/12/2021 @ 10:28 representative never requested a phone number to call, thought it was odd, but did not say anything, stated the wait would be 20 minutes more then an hour passes, call back she argues and says that they have picked up already, had not and insisted we were going to Chelsea I advised we were going to Lynn stated well now you would need to wait another hour and it’s your fault for not providing us with a call back number, poor customer service, never apologized nor took responsibility of not doing her job by asking all the information needed, worst experience ever, whom yells at there customers she should learned what customer service is

Worst service ever! Always lying when estimating the arrival like if it’s 15 mins shouldn’t take 30-45 mins. Just be honest if it’s going to be busy obviously it’ll take longer, best answer is 30-45 mins.SAY THE TRUTH!

Literally trash. The company’s horrible first off, the employees are so rude it’s non comprehend-able. I’m 8 months pregnant and the driver was speeding and I kindly asked him to stop because he was going to fast, and he didn’t stop and we ended up getting into a car accident on the highway because we crashed. I called the company to speak with his boss or somebody and they literally told me it was my fault and I shouldn’t of gotten into the car, WHAT?? And I’ve always had other problems w/ this company as well from the drivers being disgustingly rude. Save your money people it’s honeslry not worth it, especially for your safety! Take another cab or an Uber because this, this is not professional let alone safe with horribly rude drivers. Very disappointed 👎🏻

This is the worst cab company. It is ridiculous that they are still in business. They are rude from the second they answer the phone to when they come to you if they come to you.
