Horrible experience! I was there on a Tuesday for a gel manicure the next day one nail was peeling off. I called to tell them and they didn’t even want to see me on the same day to fix it. I had to go the next day “when was convenient for them” as they told me on the phone. Went back on Thursday had to wait 20 minutes before someone helped me, they “fixed” my gel manicure and by Saturday evening all gelo polish peeled off except for 3 fingers as shown in the photo. I called AGAIN and they told me they can’t fix it until TUESDAY!!!! I’m never going back there and I want a refund.Horrible horrible job and no customer service at all!

This spa is awesome. The ladies are very nice. I heard about this spa from a friend and wanted to give it a try. I have social anxiety so I was nervous but I was helped very quickly. The girls gave me a few options since I couldnt make up my mind on the gel glitters. The manicure &pedicure was amazing and I love my nails. Thankful for these ladies making my nails beautiful again and making me feel comfortable.

Because she was masked, I had difficulty understanding her name, but it sounded like TeKe. She was wonderful. When I explained I have arthritis in my fingers, she took care not to squeeze them; She was very gentle. Her gel applications are perfect! I’d go to her again!

All of the ladies are so nice and do beautiful work.

I went there at 5:00 pm to do my nail and toes. I was waiting 1 hour because I was walking customer, however she did my toes and she told me you are done. I asked her what about my nails, full set. She told me no one can do it come back tomorrow. She charged me 42 dollars for classic clean with pedicure, and in list is showing 27 dollars.In addition of that some of them they don’t respect customer at all . Really poor service

My Wife went there and she made an appointment, she was told to come after three hour, she came and she checked there and nobody took her, she waited 1 more hour and nobody talked to her or response back, however my wife is pregnant,Poor customer service,Poor coordination,Poor caring of clientsNo respect,Don’t waste your time there

I love my girl Im not going to say her name cuz then she will be too busy to get in with. I had GEL polish and it still looks as fresh as the first hour it was done. My favorite is the foot massage. See great job M****!!

I came here the other day and I talked about the prices before I did my nails, and when I finished they were ugly, poor, and not worth the price. When I asked for the price, she changed it all around. When I came in another time, I had an appointment with one of the nail artists and they said to come at 10:30am And when I came, They had me waiting 1 hour an they took other costumers, when I asked the nail artist that i booked an appointment with, Are you going to take me in? she replied No im busy I have an important party to attend and 12pm and she didnt take me in until about 11:40.

I’m NOT giving them any rates due to the UNPROFESSIONALISM!!! I’m calling the shop to set up an appointment and once the call is picked up by an employee they hang up right away. Why would you turn away business like that? I have 4 other people plus myself that would love to come and have a spa day.

I came here after calling and asking if brought my own holographic would they charge me she said no, it was 35$ full set gel nails. I got there and when I was finished she said its gonna be 5$ more are you kidding me I brought my own holographic and have never had another nail shop charge me to use my own polish or something to that sort. It was very rude. They did my nails good though but I was going to tip. Definitely not, and just because I may not be back.

I went to this place for the first time because they were the only place that was open. Lyn gave me a great pedicure! I’m very picky about my pedicures and have tried 4 other places in the area that were okay. Lyn gave me a great massage and my feet are so nice and soft! I’ll definitely be returning!

I was a walk-in today and was seen right away. This was my 1st time at this salon. I got a great manicure. As I sat waiting for my nails to dry in front of a little heater, I thought about all my other manicures and sitting at a cool fan to dry my nails, but I didnt question the expert. As soon as I got out the door of the salon, the polish slid off of my thumbnail. I went back in and she redid my thumbnail and put me back in front of the little heater. When I got in the car, I held my nails in front of the air conditioner and the polish set. If they put you in front of a heater to dry regular polish, ask them to turn on the little fan instead.

Its pretty good.

I absolutely love Lynn! I always show her a picture of how I want my nails and she does them exactly how I want them. Never disappoints me 😊 shes been my nail stylist for about 5-6 years now and I always get compliments on how pretty my nails look ❤💅 shes def the person to go to!

Linh Ly is incredible! She is fast, friendly and efficient. I wear acrylic nails and they have a large selection of colors and very nice massage chairs. The salon is clean and recently remodeled with reasonable pricing. I also get my eye brows waxed here and I always leave satisfied.

These ladies know what the heck theyre doing!! I wanted the coffin look. Everywhere else I went they kept screwing it up. These ladies took me, they fixed my nails!!! Awesome service and they dont hurt your nails. Reasonable prices. Polite and nice. Keep coming again and again. Many compliments on my nails!

It was clean I like that, but my nails are not cute. not sure if not a good quality nail polish, but my nails look horrible so I guess Ill be paying more tomorrow for a polish change

They got me in right away. Very nice! I had a nice relaxing manicure pedicure. And this is how I rate nail stores: super clean bathroom! They did not try to hard sell extra services or product, which was also VERY NICE! Thank you. I will be back.

I had strong long Natural Nails. I had previously got them done at another shop in which there was maybe three coats on top that needed to be changed I went in for a gel nail. Instead of soaking them enough to loosen the old polish completely she did it half way and then she got impatient and started to file the old polish off with a nail file which started to file into my nail causing them to become weak, sensitive and bendable. After 1 week my nails begin to break one after another, Ive lost 3 nails and the rest feel so weak I cant even scratch my head without filling them bend. I am very disgusted with this shop will not return I even left her a tip for spending extra time and wish I hadnt because of the

I’ve went to this place twice the first time the girl was really good and my nails lasted a while and I didn’t have any problems removing them and they didn’t hurt. They were red and coffin shape. Then recently I went again to get my nails done since it is really close to where I live. The girl that did my nails was very rude and aggressive with my nails when I chose the height she kept saying it was too long and kept cutting then without my permission. After that her and some other workers kept talking in their language like nonstop. My nails lasted 10 days and now they are chipping peeling off and my nails hurt. My actually nails are really dry which is never the case.idk how to insert a pic but if I knew I will definitely mostly will. I do not recommend this place they are clean with how they use their tools but their is mostly just old people there no offense. But I thought that was kind of weird. The color that I chose was also off and not correct. I chose of a pinikish color but she gave me an orange peachy color.

There technicians are very good but your time means absolutely nothing to them because I have made so many appointments only to arrive 5 minutes early and have wait 30-45 minutes past my appt. time. If this happens once, ok, twice not good but I will roll with you again, but 4-5 different occasions? I tip well 20%, am respectful and kind to the technicians and I am a very loyal customer so I stopped going. Unfortunately I cant find a nail salon near me where the technicians are as good. So I am back today with an appt and didnt get in a chair until 35 min after my appointment time.On the plus side I love how clean and well appointed the salon is, tasteful colors and decorations, very spa like ambiance. And the spa chairs work, are comfortable, clean and newer.Best compliment of all, they do great work FAST and they never hurt me!!!2 stars for timeliness of appointments 4.5 stars total for skill of technicians, salon decor, salon cleanliness and furnishings and customer service.
