This place isnt that bad depending on who you go to.Let me start off by stating I made an appointment for 10 am. However, walk ins kept getting picked before me. Which was frustrating in itself since I had somewhere to be at 1230. Finally, I got in the chair around 1045. The lady was cool & all but she didnt prep my nails. She didnt clip them, push back my cuticles, or get my hang nails. Its only been a week and my nails are already lifting. Other than that she did alright. Now pricing is a little off. I asked & got a medium length but got charged for extra long. I got just matte black acrylics and it cost me $78. Its an alright place just not the place for me.

My new favorite nail salon. The nail techs are so kind and it just felt like a really great atmosphere. Theyre very detail-oriented and did a great job with my pedicure and acrylics. I cant wait to return

If I could give this place 0 ⭐ I would.Im pretty sure that its the color of my skin that got me the service that I recieved from this nail salon. Nothing they used during our appointments were properly sanitized at all. And we were openly treated differently from the other Caucasian women in attendance. Not a safe sanitized welcoming environment for people of color. Nasty and disrespectful. These are reasons why we choose not to tip after services like this.

My tech did my nails. I showed her the design I wanted and she executed better than the picture so Ive continued to go to her. Great service! I will recommend this place for all people!!

Mia is the greatest so is Kion!!! Kelly is starstruck with the nails. If you want friendly, quick service and quality nails go here. Was $200.00 for my daughter and I told get or nails done. However worth it. $165.00 for a touch up! They do Ombrè Nails.

My experience at Plaza Nails was wonderful from entry to exit. I had the luxury pedicure. I was adequately pampered. The staff were friendly & efficient. They have an ATM and the fee is only .50. This was extremely convenient.My wait was under 2 minutes to receive service. They were moderately busy but had plenty of staff on hand. It was very clean and bright.

This was the best experience I have had. Van (spelling?) Gave me the upmost best pedicure I have ever had. She did not rush through it. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Van, for my birthday pedicure! You were awesome!!!!!

My boyfriend and I came here on May 21st and we both received pedicures— we spent about $100+ (plus a $40 tip) and it was worth it!I got a pedicure with white tips, but it was suggested that I get gel since it’ll last longer. Still to this day, my toes nails + the polish still looks good. That was my first time going and we will definitely be returning.

Long wait time even with an appointment on a Saturday. Recommend going during the week for the best chance at a quick visit. Love the finished product though, my dip nails look amazing!

Got my toes done and Jenny was amazing. I complemented her on her nail color and decided to choose the same. She was very engaging and did an excellent job. My feet were horrible and she made them summer sandal ready. The salon ambiance is inviting and spacious. I love the set up. In the midst of COVID 19 the employees took all the necessary precautions, and extreme sanitation. A++++ from me.

I asked for a Gel Manicure and Pedicure. The pedicure experience was okay. However, when it comes to my manicure: all my nail tech did was paint my nails. He did not give me a “manicure experience” IE: lotion, massage, etc. And the customer service was horrible. My Gel nail polish was soaking off, so I was unable to grab my belongings. I had to asked him to help me with my belongings. I’ve never experienced this lack of customer services at a nail salon. Heck, I’ve had better customer service at the most ghetto nail salons. I am disappointed. Especially for the price of my tab. What a rip off. Lesson learned.P.S. I hope the $10 tip does you well. And do better. Next time, I’ll read the reviews. I bet you would not treat your white clientele the same way. If you knew who I was connected to, you would not have treated me that way.

The people are very nice and beyond that nothing unprofessional. I paid $ 60 for gel nail polish and a pedicure, I always had to tell the gentleman to fix my nail polish, I got a two-minute massage, my dry skin was not removed and when I turned to the lady she told me she could remove all the dry skin at once which is really Lie, this is not the first time I have had a pedicure. Do not recommend the place.

I have been coming here for about 3 years now and not once have I had a bad experience. My nails have always looked fantastic, and the customer service is top notch. After moving here from California, it took me nearly 2 years to find a nail salon that I liked, but after the first time here, I was hooked. I see Kevin for my nails and Van gives the best pedicure. She (Van) scrubs your feet better than any one else I’ve ever had leaving your feet baby soft. Kelly does the best nail art, but Kian and everyone else there are excellent as well. Being on the Plaza, they can get very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment, but they take walk-ins too and are very accommodating. I’ve referred multiple people to them and they’ve all loved them too. I’m very picky about the shape and them being thin, and they always listen to you to get them exactly as you’d like. I decided to treat myself to a pamper day and went to this salon that was recommended by a friend of mines that’s a regular. I got both a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure went well. I just wish the lady that was doing my nails would stop turning over the service sheet trying to make me do the $60 service. The “massage” lasted less than a minute. Now as for my nails…she was doing great until it was time to cut my cuticles. The lady didn’t know when to stop cutting on one of my nails & ended up cutting me. She acted like I wouldn’t notice and tried to quickly wipe away the blood but I already saw it. She didn’t apologize or anything. She just kept talking to her coworkers the entire time.

Everyone is super friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend making an appointment because they stay pretty busy. My tech did an amazing job on my nails, he was so fast too!

I love the way they design nails,,BUT I didnt like the quality of my last set the paint chipped the same day I called and they fixed them and the same day the polish was chipping again. Kelly dont take criticism to well but I feel the price they charge for their services one should be able to express what they like and dislike. I would recommend this place. Its just not for me.

Loved everything about my mani/pedi!!! Clean, friendly, fast and efficient!!!

Went in with my family. The man who did my nails misunderstood what color I wanted my nails so he had to sand off what he had done. He did this all in a rush to finish my nails so the black was not completely removed and the blue splattered on most of the nails. The lines are not straight and the points are not centered. On top of all of that, everyone I show my nails to say that the gel is layered on very thick. I reached out to the salon about all of this and they offered to just fix the lines out of all the grievances but honestly Id rather just go somewhere else and get my nails redone. All in all, I would not recommend as they were not cheap either.You can see in the photos the splattered blue, the black residue, and even some bubbling or chipping in the gel.

I think nice people are here but you should focus more on customer experience. The girl who did my manicure asked me if “I had something in my stomach “ meaning if I was pregnant. And I’m not it’s just fat but it’s something you just shouldn’t ask someone. She told me my skin is very dry and I should put lotion on my hands everyday. I work on houses every day so I doubt that would fix the issue. It’s just a part of the work I do. Also, you cannot do a very good job on my manicure if you complete hands and feet at the same time. It feels rushed. I will not be back to this nail salon.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always told my friends about this place with hope to give them more business because some of the staff that have been there forever are actually still somewhat nice. But this last time I think I’ve had enough. I called to make a reservation for ONE nail fix after only been two days of getting them done and she told me just to come in and was only to be charged 12$. I ended up having to wait almost 40min and the lady who did my nail did a horrible job and on top of all of that she watched me put in my PIN number and tip on the screen and charged me 18$..

My daughter had this wonderful idea to have a family photoshoot for Mother’s Day on behalf of my 84 year old grandmother’s wish! My daughter told me she’d already booked our appointments, so when we arrived, I expected all of us to be seated & serviced upon our arrival! That didn’t happen, & we didn’t get a chance to be seated with each other & my grandmother, my daughter & I never got our nails done because we ran out of time. I had a design on my big toe & I had a design on my big toe and the lady who did it, did a poor job because all my stones fell off the next day. It ruined my whole Mother’s Day! Not too mention the photoshoot that me and my family went there for in the first place, even my son got a manicure & pedicure. I went to the shop the very next day & let them know what happened! They seated me ... & finally fixed my nails! The stone massages are wonderful, i would love to know the name of the man who did my nails since he was better than the lady.

It was our first time going to Plaza Nails. We werent from town but we figured since we were shopping around the area we would stop by and get our nails done first. Both my mom and my sister asked for gel and they came out really nice. My nails on the other hand, looked like a 5 year old did them. My nieces AND nephew probably couldve done a better job. I did not complain about them because I hate embarrassing anyone for their work but the lady that did my moms nails knew I wasnt happy with them. She came over and asked if they were messed up and I showed her... thankfully she was nice enough to do some of the nails over but I was still not very happy with them. Everyone in this salon seemed very nice though, which made it harder for me to complain. The guy that did my nails at least tried but I will not be going back.

My mani/pedi was great and they are taking good COVID precautions, however the nail tech cut me three times near my cuticles which was less than ideal. Edit: went back and had great service, no issues. It was $80 with tip for signature mani/pedi.

I had a awful experience my daughter and myself got pedicures while lady that did my daughters pedicure was awesome she did great, The lady that did my pedicure was terrible she massaged my legs the whole time barely touched my feet at all I literally paid $60 for a leg massage but asked for a pedicure. She didn’t scrub my feet or anything If you want to go and get a relaxing pedicure this is not the place for you I would not recommend.

We arrived as a group and were upsold on the packages as they would not take no for an answer. They provided the shortest Pedicures without doing some of the things they offered in package and only did one coat of polish then rushed us out. We will not return as this was a very nice gift that we were given by our boss but did not feel like it was the luxury plaza experience we thought we were getting !

I got a manicure, pedicure, and full acrylic set. They were really quick with a lot of the service but it didnt feel rushed. The staff made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, Im really happy with the whole experience and the prices are great.

My daughter called and scheduled us for 2 appointments @ 10am. She was getting a full set and I was getting a gel manicure. This was the WORST service Ive recieved in the KC area. Ive never had a manicure where there was no soaking and cleaning of the nails and no cuticle trim/treatment. The man who did my manicure clipped and shaped my nails and went straight to polish. Very rushed and not relaxing at all. Very disappointed as we were very excited to try this place out.

I refuse to go to another nail salon. Everyone is so friendly & professional. Service is quick and accurate - they’ll accommodate for you and do whatever they can to make your nails look bomb!! Always clean and I never wait longer than 5-10 minutes. For faster service, schedule an appointment!

Worst expiration ever. When I finished I went to pay and it told me to rate the guy who did my nails 40% being great of course I picked that. It automatically paid for my nails after I pressed it. I looked and they charge me 50$ for A TIP!! It was 158$ for my nails I called and messaged for a refund on the tip because the tip I was going to give was only going to be 5$. Never got a response. Not only that but they keep speaking chinese or korean and you never know if they are talking bad about you unprofessional. I didnt even like my nails I want something specific to a photo and at the end it looked nothing like the photo. When I went he thought I couldn’t afford my nails giving me looks. Bad place and wont return my money the FIFTY DOLLARS I NEVER WANTED TO TIP!! Do NOT go here. I want a refund on the tip I never wanted to give but they dont respond to my messages or calls.
