Extremely dissatisfied! Overpriced! Poor customer service! Nails were too long for a 13 yr old and she ask him to cut them down. I have tried reaching out to them through messenger and have not received a response. They could have made this right and offered to cut them down. There is such a thing as age appropriate. Take your time and listen to your customer. I will never return to this establishment!!!I give this business Zero stars!!

Me and my friend got there signed in at 5:26 they didn’t start my nails until 6:50, didn’t start my friend till 7. they did a acceptable job on my nails could have been better. They are slightly rude and I wish they would take appointments so it wouldn’t be so packed.

The shop didnt take appointments, cool.We were greated by a fast talker with an attitude, no worries we stated want we wanted and patiently waited an hour.I get to the chair and show a picture of what I wanted done. They (2 techs) tried to talk me out of what I was asking for.Then I was asked if it was my first time there. I replied, yes, I found you online because I couldnt get in my normal place. The reply of the tech, you can make an appointment for tomorrow. I asked her to clarify and basically she was getting smart with me telling me I could go to my normal place. I got up and walked out, her response, yeah thats best.

Today I did my nails at this location, And the lady who was doing them messed up my pinky from the left hand it was Messed up to the Side. Also they are very bumpy but I do like the colors and her service was not very well she kept getting distracted and talking to her other clients. Overall her work was fine I didn’t like how they turned out except for the color.

The nails start lifting after like 2 days, very bad. i’ve had them on for about 4 days and there’s a bunch of lifting like the nail is about to come off now

Amy did an Ombre set for my nails she was very informative and professional. I would recommend her. They make everyone wash their hands before they sit down. I would have liked more space between customers but overall great experience.

Nails came out to thick, I asked if Andy could make them less thick and he said no because of the glitter, yet the nails without glitter were still thick :/I’ll just stick to getting eyebrows and pedicure here.

V and ALL of the ladies and staff are so great at what they do. Not just Mani/pedi/brow but they care, theyre meticulous and so warm and inviting and funny! Theyll be honest with you if something isnt right and they respect themselves, each other and especially their clients. Definitely a gem in KCK and Im lucky to have come across Nails Art when I did a few years ago. Even if Old Man tries to charge me double for my toes 😉

It seems like when you just want add on services like in my case just a wax its always a problem. I try to adhere to the rules of their hours of operation. But when I come its obvious if you are trying to get big services this rule doesnt apply. The last time I came a little early the owner stressed how she didnt want me to set around due to covid. Today I get here on time and like 20 people are already getting serviced. Somebody lying.

My daughter and i used to go here and then life happened, several deaths in family so i stopped but my daughter started going other places which she loved. Drive to mo was getting to be to much so i said go to V again. She did. 9:30 appointment it was closed but a few minutes later V got there and did my daughters nails a fill in while i went across tge street to grocery shop. The work was so bad, nails were NOT coffin shaped, paint didnt look Gel, clumps dried in paint, it was just awful. My mouth dropped open cause V always used to do a great job. My daughter didnt say anything but we will NEVER go there again which is sad because theyre really nice people. V knows coffin so to have my daughters nails big thick squares was really uncalled for and just not cool at all. Wasted time now shes making an appointment to get them redone and its been 2 hours since we left therr

This is the most archaic nail salon I have ever been in. They have a poor selection of nail polish. The nail techs are rude and misleading. They overcharge for basic services that you receive for free in reputable/upscale nail salons.$118.00 for basic services!!!! The little girl had the nerve to throw my receipt at me.When they discovered that I was from Florida, they became extremely rude stating that they arent like Florida. I have to agree. In Florida when you tell the nail artist that you want a French Manicure...they give you an actual manicure along with the polish. Not just polish.I will NEVER make the mistake to go there again.

Honestly, it was probably the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had when it comes to trimming, cutting and massage. Painting is hard to mess up. They rushed through everything and it quit honestly wasn’t worth the money I spent on it.I would say I payed for a mani/pedi and only got a color change. Which I could have done at home.

2/24/2019Today was the worst service Ive ever had. The place was super packed and all I really wanted was my eyebrows done. I wasnt being rude or anything I simply asked how long was the wait. I was trying to see if it would have been better to come another day. One of the nail technicians who does eyebrows got upset that I asked how long it would be and started talking about me to another customer. Then she proceeded to lecture me about asking saying I was being rude to the other customers as she was doing my eyebrows. When it was time to pay she charged me more than it was for the fee for eyebrows giving herself a tip and then as I went to the car to look at my eyebrows she didnt even finish them. My eyebrows are two different shapes I will never be back. If youre wondering why did I sit through all of that. It was my second time coming there and the very first time she did my eyebrows she did such an amazing job that I wanted to return to her. But not anymore

The service was nice, the lady I got was a girl in station 4. She was nice as well and gentle. She told me my color nail polish was pretty (thank you). She did an okay job on my nails, I wish I could have gotten someone better but oh well. On a scale from 1-10 I give her a 7. I do recommend it here.

Overall the service is good. The younger guy did my full gel set and they were cute. I went in for a fill before prom and Nina did my nails and they weren’t filed right. They came out crooked and I was kinda upset but I didn’t have them on long after prom. I went in today for a fill set and I happened to get Nina again. She was doing good until I got under the dryer and saw my nail was filed crooked. The polish kept on getting messed up and she kept doing them sloppy. I would only recommend the younger guy and Michelle.

I took my little sister here to get her nails done. Everyone was nice but its always busy and quite a few people being their small children, making it hard to relax.Her nails turned out pretty cute!

No stars. They had me sit at booth 4.,The tech left without saying anything to me. After 10 minutes I asked about him, A female tech in 1 told me he went to the restroom then to lunch by then Im applauded. Then I see two of the techs doing nothing. The part that made me walk out Is she started doing an employees nails has I was still sitting there. They didnt even care I walked out. 02/14/2019

I personally didnt have a great experience. I got my nails done on Tuesday and its Friday today and Im already experiencing lifting of my acrylic on my nails. My nails on one hand are not at even length of the other hand. Paint job looks like I did it not a licensed professional nail technician like it should look like. Not good at all. The lady I had didnt really care about how my nails looked at all she just wanted my money. So Im assuming thats how they all are. I like for someone to take their time on my nails she was rushing which led to her nicking me on my ring finger really badly. Would I recommend this place to one of my friends definitely not. I hate writing a bad review but I wish someone would have told me honestly their experience before I wasted my money.

Sent my girl and her friend to get nails done. They came back looking like a amateur had done them. My girls friends nails where smudged and crooked. My girls nails are crooked and when they put the stuff on to make them shiny the woman wiped it off so they look dull. I would advise any man who is sending their chic to get their nails done, do not let them go to this place.

It was so packed because they are so good... worth the wait...

They dont even deserve one star. I called in advance and was told there was no wait. I came in and was not greeted but yelled at to pick a color, and there was a long wait. I make it to my chair and the woman immediately cuts my nails off without asking. Then she hurriedly glues on the set and does the acrylic and burns my untrimmed cuticles, which she didnt take the time to trim. after drilling it smooth she asks if I want gel or polish, I opt for gel and she goes to paint my nails (that are covered in dust, not to mention Im getting clear.) I ask her if I can wash my hands and she says no I shouldnt, then proceeds to argue with me about it and when I tell her to just paint them she refuses and yells at me to go wash my hands. She finishes painting my nails so fast she smudges one because shes rushing, so I got double polish on it and its different from the rest. My sister also had hers done and by the time Im done she is too, I look at hers and they are crooked and different lengths. Mine even have spots of glitter from the dirty brushes she used on me. NOT IMPRESSED AND WONT BE GOING BACK.

First time I went to get my nails done here I paid $55 and they messed up but I had plenty of details so they still lookes pretty and I liked then... second and last time I paid $45 I dont think it was worth that much... they were plain matte color no special design and they were still crappy. Bumpy and color was uneven. Some nails were too wide others were crooked.

They changed me $5 too soke off my gel polish. I didnt know so I thought I would ask. Then after I told them never mind Ill just pay for the soke off then it became $10?! how? I wasnt even acknowledged by the teenager doing my nails and (they) wasnt doing the proper procedures for nail care. And gave alot of excuses to why it was changed from $5 to $10 🤔Kinda disappointed

Extremely rude nail techs and when one of them tried to reason with them and help me, the others didnt let him!The tech REFUSED to do my nails because according to her I was asking for a shape change, when all I asked her was to not file the top sides too much. She yelled and yelled and then said she would NOT do my nails. I went home with chunks of the nails she had cut off from my previous set. Rude as heck!!!!!
