Did the dip nails here for the first time. She seemed to be in a hurry. They didnt look that good. The glue was all over my skin and she didnt really clean them off. I had to at home. She missed a few edges of my nails too.It looked pretty though from a far.My toenails were gel and it was a different lady that did them and same thing, she missed the edges of my nails. Didnt look as nice.

I always have a great experience when I come here! I usually get the the works (eyebrows, lip waxing and full set or fill) absolutely worth every penny to be pampered! Julie is one of the best and everyone Ive ever seen there are always pleased when the leave this shop. I will definitely be back!!!

I met Angie who happened to be the owner one day by surprise. She was the nicest person i had ever met. She nailed exactly what i was looking for the first time and was FAST. and being fast is a big thing for me. She recently had to go on maternity leave and i was worried just because i hate change but i was actually very impressed with my nails. Everyone there is very nice and funny. Since discovering this place over a year ago when Stephanie used to do my nails i now have multiple friends and their friends and family now going to nails and beyond and love it every time. I recommend making an appointment or don’t complain and be rude when there is a wait. They put the appointments first and try their best ( normally gets them in right away) to work them in and make everyone happy. It hurts my heart when people are rude because they have to wait when they walked in. Be nice people! Have a great day and go get your nails looking great! I took my husband in for a manicure and pedicure for his first time and everyone in the salon was so welcoming to the both of us. They made sure we were treated well! I would highly recommend going here!

The pedicure was not the best. Its only been a few weeks and it looks like I have not had a pedicure in months. I should have asked before hand but they charge $20 for gel IN ADDITION to the $47 pedicure I picked. The margarita they made me was delicious and the women giving me the pedicure was really nice and friendly.

This place is wonderful. I LOVE the environment. My only complaint about my visit is that it should take MORE THAN 30 MINUTES for a pedicure. I walked in & instead of letting my feet soak into the water, my lady just started working on my feet right away. There was not much time spent doing my pedicure. The equipment they used were very cheap. They had nothing strong to remove calluses. My experience here was not great. I felt like my $27 could’ve been better.... This MY review. Ty❤️

Since the new management, I have had poor quality work done here. My nails chip and dont stay on long. It has happened multiple times with different nail techs. Ive been going for over 4 years, when Stephanie used to own it. I will never go back.

The staff here are great.. my daughter and I got stranded there and they waited so patiently for us to be picked up. Sadly we did leave before the ride came however it was by choice.. 🤭 one of the waiting techs is pregnant and was ready to be off for the day. I couldnt be mad at that. Thanks again staff at NAILS AND BEYOND!!

I had an excellent experience here. I was in KC for a wedding and booked an appointment for eighth bridesmaids and our bride. They opened an hour early for our party and got started taking care of all of our manicures and pedicures right away. The first thing that I noticed was how fresh and pleasant the salon smells- it’s like walking into a clean home. They have a large selection of colors for dip powder, gel, and regular polish.

I have been going here for the last year and a half. I loved it. They were always really nice and treated me well. Last time I went to get my nails done (about 3 weeks ago). All I wanted was a clear gel polish. Not because it’s my style or I prefer it. I had to for work. It’s a uniform requirement to not have color if you are traveling to open a new store. I didn’t think anything of it when my nail tech told one of his co workers about it. Until he told all of his co workers about it one by one calling them over to tell them and have them look. He continued to tell co workers that were coming in through the door. They all thought it was strange and judged it. Then when it came time to put polish on he insisted that I get a light pink color because it would look better. After I said no and explained it was for work he turned to his co worker and told her it was for work and she proceeded to say “maybe that’s just their style.” I still left the same tip that I always do. Even though I sat there being ridiculed for not getting a color. He made me feel so small in that half hour he did my nails. I will probably never go back to my favorite place again because of this experience.

Horrible! Not only did I wait for ever and soak for over an hour...when the little older lady got to me she did not clean my feet...barley clip cuticles and I still have a bunch of dead skin around my nailbed....NEVER COMING BACK.

The ladies here are very kind and make you feel so comfortable. I got a gel manicure and it was an amazing experience with a wonderful finished look. The places has a variety of colors and options, from regular nail polish to dip powders. They can give you a mani and pedi along with a full set.

My first visit was yesterday and let me tell you everyone was just so nice and welcoming. When I was getting my nails done I love how she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. And should I mention the fact that the place is absolutely beautiful. Nails and Beyond is definitely my favorite nails place to go to. I give this place 1000/100 stars it was just that good. When your getting whatever you need done they ask you if you would like a drink which I thought was awesome. They also have to many color and dip powders it crazy💕.I will most definitely be coming back!!!❤️

Stephanie does a fantastic job on my hands and feet. She takes her time pays close attention to detail and even massages my hands with scented oil after my fill is done. The customer service is excellent and she allows thanks me for my business. I really appreciate this level of care. I recommend this place to everyone and she will continue to get my business.

This was my first visit to Nails & Beyond, and it was incredible! The customer service was impeccable. From the foot bath for my pedicure all the way to getting my nails done, I was pampered. I also appreciated the fact that the tech doing my nails held a conversation with me. At many of the other nail salons I have been to the techs hold conversations with each other in a language other than English. I am very appreciative that this was not the case here.

Its hard to find a good pedicure in my experience! Seems like most places want me to sped $50 for hot wax and cellophane wraps. Nails and Beyond met all my expectations with a basic $25 pedicure! Happy toes!

I come here to get gel powder. What I like about the service I receive here is that as soon as you walk in, you are treated with respect and they are very nice. If you are unsure of your colors or products, they are patient and dont rush you. Im a repeat client due to their great work and excellent customer service. Also this is the first time in a long time that Ive found a nail salon where my nails arent easily broken yet present a clean professional look that lasts at least 2.5 weeks before needing a touch-up.

Best Nail Salon in the Northland. They provide amazing service. They have a widest variety of dip powder Ive ever seen. They provide wax services as well. Very clean and modern. Sometimes there is a wait but I promise its worth it.

Establishment is stunning! Very busy but organized. I did not have a good experience with nail tech. She told me I did not need acrylic base. I asked for 3 coats. She told me I only needed 2. I asked for wider white tips. She told me thinner looks better. Started peeling after 3 days and broken nail at 5 days. I knew what I needed.

My pedicure was not done correctly. I still have calluses on my heels and the polish looked fine until I left and saw them in the sunlight. The top coat is so thick and bubbled it looks awful. There is still nail polish on my skin and I’m overall very disappointed I wasted $40 at this establishment.

Very clean facility.... They use gloves for pedicures and disposable covers for the water bowl. They are very friendly and accommodating! We had a pedicure party, and they had enough people to do 8 pedicures all at once! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy! Definitely recommend!

Lee was my tech and she was super nice and did a great job. The salon is very clean, well kept and updated. The offer a lot of different options and have a lot of colors to pick.

They did good work but once I tipped she left me in the pedi chair and was supposed to come back and never did. So I finally put on my own flip flops and ended up scraping the new paint. Once they move on your forgotten.

Nail tech took almost an hour and 15 mins after talking for a large chunk of my time there. Acrylic nails with no dip or gel should only take about 40-45 mins so I was very frustrated.

I love coming to this salon. I have only come as a walk in customer, but every time I have come they have been quick to begin working on my nails. They are always kind, quick, and do a great job.

Since moving up north from the Kansas side, I have been trying different nail salons. I am somewhat picky and Nails & Beyond finally met my expectations!! They are very thorough, friendly, and fairly priced. I get dipped nails and they not only look amazing, but last me at least 3 weeks with no issues! Would highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. Perfect for large parties (wedding parties, birthday parties) the techs are so talented and genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The literally have 2 walls full of pilish choices. It’s the biggest selection! The are very reasonably priced and I would recommend this place to everyone!

I wish I could put no stars. When I first walked in, I was bumbarded by Red flags!! A customer who had just finished getting her nails done, was complaining to the desk of her nail beds bleeding!! All they did was file them down, still paying full price. But, I stayed anyways. While they were doing my cuticles, they cut them off with scissors enough to where I was bleeding as well. It left a scab! Not to mention other customers in there were veryyy rude to me. From dirty looks, to even saying something so disrespectful to my face. My nails are uneven, too transparent, too thick with acrylic powder, and already chipping. I’ve only had them for 2 weeks! The lines aren’t straight around the edges, they look like they are ovals when I asked for coffin. I told my nail tech that they were uneven, and she simply said that they would turn out just fine. Whatever. It cost me $50, with no tip. Don’t waste your money.

I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL. They charged me $32 for a gel manicure and I literally still have dead cuticles on my nails. My technician cut two of my cuticles too deep and they bled profusely— her solution? Smash down on my cuticles with this blue solution, which only caused it to bleed more. The gel application itself was decent, but she didn’t push my cuticles down far enough to cover all of my nail.Lastly, they have a student discount listed as $3, yet when I presented my college ID, she said that they only give high schoolers student discounts.I’ll gladly make sure everyone I come in contact with knows how unprofessional this establishment is.

I got a mani pedi and boy was it not worth the money I paid. My toes looked like I tried to do them my self. An my nails I got gel and the polish came of two days later. The lady didn’t even clean my nails up after she was done. I will not be returning here. That’s for sure.

Called to make an appointment for my sister and I. You’d think since I made an appointment they would take their time. The lady i had, i believe her last name is Thuy from what my receipt said, did such a poor job on my nails. I will say the guy that worked on my sisters nails did a great job though. I showed the lady the color I wanted, using a reference photo. I also picked out a color from the dip basket swatches and I remember the color was a light pink and the number was 35. I told her I wanted that color and her response was “that’s glitter”. She then goes and grabs 4 different shades of pink that she thinks are the color that I wanted. Mind you she had also said that the colors weren’t even swatched yet. Dip powder is lighter in powder form than when you put the last top coat over the powder. As soon as I see the color I am not happy. The color is completely not the color I wanted and the lady knew this. She kept going and I’m not the type of person to make someone take off the product after they’ve already done my entire nails. She then tried using another lighter pink color over her mistake and it did nothing but make my nails look bulky. She then put a gel top coat over my nails which added more thickness to them as well. When she went to rub the sticky layer of the gel after curing, she wasn’t paying attention to whatever liquid she poured on the cotton pad because when she went to wipe off my nails she ended up messing up the top coat. She then sniffed the pad and realized it wasn’t the right liquid. Had to buff my nails and redo the gel 3 times because she kept messing it up. I don’t understand why I got a gel top coat and my sister didn’t but we both got dip. And I also don’t understand why she was rushing to do my nails when there was no one else waiting to get their nails done. The only reason I’m wroting this review is because the lady had tried to blame her mistake on me saying that next time I need to pick a lighter pink and I let her know I told her the color i wanted but she grabbed a bunch of other colors all because the color o wanted had glitter in it. If a customer wants a color, don’t undermine what they want. She also laughed at the color of my nails as she was showing the other worker the difference of color between the powder and the final look after the top coat was placed and that’s what really ticked me off. If I knew how to post a pic I would and I will definitely be writing a review on Facebook as well.
