Brad, the dude that sprays for my wasps, bees etc. is super friendly and attentive. I don’t know the name of the dude who does my mosquitoes, but equally professional. I love that I get both text emails and phone calls letting me know when I can expect them to show up to spray.

My experience with Orkin has always been above and beyond and always fair. The service worker Shawn that services my house is always pleasant, fair regarding any issues which there rarely has been, and he’s very helpful. I didn’t check up above timely, but I would say most of the time he’s actually early.There are times he has a full day and gets behind which happens with any service work they can get behind sometimes, but I have also been late getting home and he has waited on me too. Overall I would say most times he’s been early or right on time. They or at least my service worker are also very flexible with setting up a time that works best with my schedule to come and spray. Which is helpful and appreciated.

We have pesky ants every year around this time and through spring. I’ve finally had enough and decided to contact Orkin to fix our problem.Booking an appointment was very easy. The lady I talked to was very nice and had a lot of information. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule to get me an appointment.Jacob D. from Champaign Was the “Orkin Man” who came to my house. He notified me when he was on his way and when he had arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and polite. He practiced social distancing spraying inside my home while wearing a mask and shoe covers. He also did a full inspection and treatment of the exterior and crawl space.He was able to inform me of what type of ants were causing the problem and of the other services they offer.Although we have to have multiple treatments, I was not disappointed with how our first appointment went, and I will have them back if any other pest problems occur.

Ive had bi-monthly service for a few years, now. We love the technician and have zero complaints. We have had a siting of spiders in between services, and they send our usual technician out asap. We recently moved into a new home with lots of plants. I called Orkin to come out for start up service. I don’t do bugs of any kind so this is a huge deal to me. The tech that came was very nice but he wasn’t local.One week after the treatment I started seeing some critters again. Called the local office (this took several attempts as they don’t answer the phone) and was told someone would contact me about coming back out. 28 hours later and I’m still waiting.I called the 800 number and cancelled my service completely. I was told I’m out the $160 fee. I find all of this to be very poor service.*Edit*The manager (Nick) called me later this same day and was so nice and apologetic. I feel he is going above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I didn’t expect this response and am so appreciative of this.

I have a bi-monthly service of pest control. I also had work done in my crawl space by Orkin. It is time for my yearly maintenance feel. However, the mice continue to get into the crawl space, which not sure why....and the service performed is only provided food for the mice. Please help.

The guy who came was very nice. He gave some good advice considering I was renting the property and the landlord was making me pay for it. And my lease ends at the end of the month. He came in fixed what he could and set traps. I will continue to use them.

We needed to take care of some ants and other bugs/potential mice in our new home that was vacant for a year and had a pleasant experience with the first treatment. Price was comparable to all the other services around town, slightly less. They guarantee free visits if we have issues between now and our next treatment so I felt at ease about the money we spent on taking care of things up front before they got any worse.

Bad experience. The lady I originally talked to on the phone was extremely nice, super friendly and very helpful! But we apparently had a misunderstanding on the time situation. She told me they’d be there from 12-2 and I guess I thought she meant they would be there for those full 2 hours, but I guess that meant they would be there sometime in that time frame to start. No big deal. Except they didn’t show up til after 3! And we have 3 animals that we made arrangements for to go to a groomer in that specified time frame. I was also told we wouldn’t be able to be in the house for 2 hours. The guy came and told us 4 hours. So now we are at a loss on what to do until 8pm with 2 small children, 2 dogs, and a kitten. It’s been a nightmare of a situation and I’m highly disappointed with this service. Will not recommend to anyone.I will also add, I can’t remember the guys name that came but he was very nice!

He pulled up in front of my house. Sat in his truck taking on the phone for about 15 minutes and then drove off. I never saw him get out of the truck. I understand why they cant come inside but I dont think I should be charged for a service that hasnt been performed.

They have come to the house & have always been extremely nice & helpful. Always asked if I have any questions & make sure that I am okay before they leave.

Had x2 appointments for them to come out and spray. They changed the first appointment which was totally fine and then no showed for the second appointment. We had arranged our life around making sure we were available for them to come to our home (making sure the pet wasnt at home, etc.).We attempted to contact the tech the day of the no show and was told that the offices were closed (office hours were Mon - Fri 8-5 and the appointment was for between 12p and 2p on Saturday). The main 800-Orkin number said they had no way of contacting the tech (thats bizarre....).We ended up going with a local private provider and the money for the initial service was refunded.

He knew what he was talking about and thoroughly explained everything so that I could understand. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service. The gentleman who came was a real good listener and listened to our issues and what we have done to prevent it. He was only out here for one particular pest and treated for others which he saw upon his inspection.

We have had a great initial experience with Orkin. The sales representative I spoke with (Morgan) was very friendly and able to schedule our first pest treatment within a few days of calling. Zach was very friendly and professional as well and explained the entire treatment process and what to expect to me before he started. Have had a few issues with communication and it took forever to get someone out there that would actually go in our attic and crawl space.
