I love Blume nails. I drive 40 mins just for my nails because they are the best around!! Jenna is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! Every single picture I show them it comes out even better!!! Highly recommend

Clean and friendly environment. Today was my first visit here and would definitely come here again! Pricing is reasonable, and the staff are very polite and friendly. Steven did my manicure today and he did an excellent job! Also the room is well decorated and relaxing; the stone wall and glass chandeliers are a nice touch.

I got my nails done here for the first time and i really like them! the nail tech was quick and efficient and i only had to wait a couple minutes for her to start. since it was my first time there i was a little confused and the staff helped me get seated. the nail tech was gentle and she did everything i asked. i will definitely be back :)

My first time here, and I couldnt be more satisfied!My nail tech, Nikki, was very attentive, professional, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be going back.

I booked an appointment for my friend and I to go get our nails done before I have wedding photos taken in a few days. We walked in right at our scheduled appointment time and the place was already packed. We waited about 10 minutes until we were told to go to the back of the salon to wash our hands which we did. I had to catch the attention of one of the many nail techs that passed us to figure out we were then supposed to go back to the front and pick out colors. We then waited another 20 minutes before we were actually seated at a station, another 10 minutes before one nail tech came to help out my friend. A few minutes after that another nail tech came over, while I was talking to my friend, and asked if I would be willing to move to a different station where he was already set up. I said I would rather stay with the friend I came with and he seemed inconvenienced with my answer but obliged with a smile. The whole thing was just a bit off, the color ended up not being what I wanted but didnt realize it until it was too late, and my nails were started after my friends but were finished before hers. Overall it seemed that my friends nail tech did a good job with her nails but I had a series of problems with mine. I ended up having to file my nails myself after the appointment because they were all different, lopsided shapes and there was a bit of over-spill multiple layers thick on about 4 fingers and now, only one day later, the gel polish which is supposed to stay on for two weeks is already peeling off. I havent been picking at them and they are peeling at the cuticle so I dont think its from my after-appointment filing, he just must have not done a good job roughing my nails before applying any polish. I feel bad because the tech was nice but just did not do a very good job. ESPECIALLY for the price. Now I have to go to a different salon to get the polish soaked-off and re-applied before Wednesday.

They have great nails but every time I go, I end up waiting an hour. One time I even went my nail tech left for thirty minutes to eat her lunch without telling me.

I am not ordinarily that particular about my nails because I figure no matter how bad a job is done, its usually better than the way they would look if I left them natural. However....this is the exception. I asked for shorter, rounded and thin. They are fine in length but they are so thick that they look absurd. The thing I HATE is that they dont fill in at the sides. She used some sort of triangle tip that I mentioned didnt reach the sides and she said, no..I will fix that. which turned out to be the answer to everything I tried to correct at the time it was being done poorly. These are so awful, I came home and took them off within 3 hours. I take it back, my own natural nails look better. :( What a waste of $60! I will never go back. So disappointed.

Jenna was so fun to talk to and everyone was so efficient and did a wonderful job. They were very receptive to my idea for the design! They also directed me to something durable and worth my money. Will definitely come back again.

I got an acrylic set there yesterday and paid $70 just for that and the quality is very poor. I had to file my own nails again once I got home and they do not look like I should’ve paid $70 for them. I am very unhappy with the amount that I paid for such low quality work. My nail tech was very nice but the others workers seemed very rude and dismissive. I have been to Blume before about a year ago and I had the same experience, low quality nails for a very high price. I’m not sure why they charge so much when their services are very poor.

Best nail salon! I’ve been going to Jenna for about a year, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I can show her a picture of what I want, and she delivers every time! Had my whole bridal party there for a private session. Everyone is so nice, and professional! I would definitely recommend Blume nail salon! They take pride in their work and it shows!!!!

I have been here before and my experience was good, but it all depends on who you get. I got a dip manicure here yesterday (with an appointment) and the girl was flying through my manicure and rushed everything. There is sticky stuff underneath all my nails and the sides of my nails look horrible. She filed my nails so aggressively, that at one point I was bleeding and she never even said anything about it. I paid $75 for such a horrible experience.

Don’t try to schedule your appointment online… I booked an appointment for 7:30 online, received a text that they would confirm my appointment, and they never called. I showed up at my appointment time and the gentleman at the front desk tells me they are closed and they can’t see me. I showed him the appointment text and he says “just because you can book it online at that time doesn’t mean we can see you”. He asked what I was coming in for and I told him a pedicure. Now all of a sudden someone was available and they can see me! The demeanor of the gentleman at the front desk, and the man who came to do the pedicure, was so unpleasant and unprofessional that I felt physically uncomfortable. I left. Horrible customer service and communication!! And shame on you for making me feel like I’m the one who did something wrong. Fix your website!!

They are great here! Friendly and quiet atmosphere. I’ve had Tina do my first pedicure and I loved it. Lasted weeks with just normal polish. This was also where I got my first dip nails and it lasted 4 WEEKS without so much as a chip. I only got it redone due to grow out!! I made the mistake of going somewhere closer to me to get dip done again and hated it. They ruined my nails. It wasn’t as thick or smooth or precise. So I came back 3 weeks later for a fresh dip and it was gorgeous. Tim did a fantastic job!! Such attention to detail. Can’t wait to wear em on vacation!

I love Blume, most nail places you have to send deposits and do a bunch of extra shi*t . You calland they can most likely get you in the next day. I’ve only ever had ONE set be chipped. I got acrylic toes done here too and I’m getting them filled tomorrow the one thing I can say about that is my toe was crooked but I didn’t notice till afterwards and I know they will fix it tomorrow when I come in. I don’t think they do acrylic toes all like that but they did it for me! I drive 40 minutes every two weeks to go here because it’s my favorite ! Pricey but you get what you pay for . Excellent🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Our experiences at this nail salon have been very disturbing…..We were some of the original customers when Jimmy and Jenna first opened this salon 2 years ago. However, I have watched this salon fall apart since then.None of their good nail techs want to polish toes! Your toes will most likely be polished by someone unskilled that will leave polish all over your skin.Most of their skilled staff has turned over, because of ownerships attitude and treatment towards them.Our breaking point has been watching my wife and numerous other African American clients get treated as if they were annoying the staff for wanting an appointment. However, when young Caucasian women come in they are treated nicely. It got to the point where my African American wife had to call me a Caucasian man to talk to them, because their approach was different with me.This is an unprofessional environment, and can be very degrading. We will not be returning. Many times I have watched them book appointments with a specific experienced tech then try to change it to a less skilled tech when you get there!My wife is an emergency room nurse, and they have ruined what was supposed to be her biweekly relaxation time away from our four children with their rude and unprofessional behavior. Please be very cautious when dealing with this establishment.

I got dip nails from them and they are absolutely amazing!! The service is so kind and fun to talk to. They are wildly talented and can basically do any type of nail design you are looking for!! Seriously recommend this salon

Horrible customer service! Dip powder didn’t last 2 days before it chipped, by day 5 I had a total of 3 nails that had chipped! I finally called to complain and the manager asked me to come back. I scheduled a time to return. When I went back they sat 4 people in front of me and told me I would have to wait! I left immediately! They need better training! Dip is the easiest thing to do! It was the worst experience I have had. The tech did not scrub my feet, what he did I could of done at home. My gel nails look like a 8 year old did them. I only wanted my nails shaped and polished, and that made him angry. He basically told me to get out. I never complained to the owner just paid and left. Will never go back.

By far thee best pedicure Ive had in my life thus far!!!!! It was a nice, professional, calming and relaxing experience. I was very impressed for it to be my first time. I had the premium pedicure and it was best. Emily did a great job on my feet! Ill definitely be returning!

I visited Blume nail salon on Thursday July 8th for a get pedicure and dip manicure. I had a 5 pm appointment and was not serviced until 6:15. At 6:15 the receptionist put me in a pedicure chair and turned the water on. After about 20 minutes no technicians came to start my pedicure and I had to yell for someone to turn the water off before the tub overflowed. The technician that did my pedicure was professional and respectful but was clearly rushed. I then waited another 30 minutes after my pedicure for my dip manicure. The technician that completed my dip was so rushed she did no manicure steps and didn’t even touch my cuticles. I paid for gel polish on my toes so they would last but the polish started chipping 3 days after my pedicure.During my wait and my services several other customers audibly complained about services they received, rushed or skipped services, and having requested a specific technicians appointment but having a different tech complete their services. Management was not polite or respectful when hearing and dealing with these complaints.The salon clearly takes too many appointment or takes to many walk ins therefore not respecting their clients that reserve appointments. Technicians are visibly stressed and overworked. Would not recommend.

Got my wedding nails done here

I had a great experience at Blume Nails! The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. I love how my dip powder manicure turned out! My nail technician did an awesome job. I also noticed that the salon took social distancing and sanitizing very seriously, which is super important during this time. I will definitely be returning!

This place was a great find went today!! Took my mom and she enjoyed it also! Great rewards when they use square check in also you can make appointments through their website or just call! Which I love and they actually have lots of techs on site during the week unlike many other places I’ve gone to. I always like to try many local places just to see what is out there because my schedule is always different and I am glad they were able to fit me and my mom in!! They had so many colors and combos can’t wait to go again!

Love this place! It was my first time going there and Sisi did an amazing job. Ill definitely be going back to her. They were able to get me in the same day I called but this does seem to be a very popular / busy place. I got dip nails which I never had before but they are the way to go! More than one week later they still look as awesome as they did the first day. No chipping like gel and they are stronger than acrylic. Plus acrylic nails always used to pull up and fall off for me. I was very pleased with my experience.

Terrible customer service. They are more interested in taking your money than to ensure a positive customer experience. I paid $81.00 for a full set of acrylic nails (which is outrageous). I wanted to have them redone because I didn’t think it looked right with clear nails that exposed my natural nails. I asked to have it redone. Instead of redoing the nails, they offered to cut corners and apply a base to the nails and still charged me $60 for it. So in total, I paid $140 for some acrylic nails. All within 4 days of each service.

Rush job! After being told to come 40mins after my app time, I still sat for 30 mins for a pedi and a rush job on dip and then I was told that I couldn’t get a discount because they where over booked! Not going back and I’ve been there plenty of times this was the worst experience I’ve every had! For 80$

I am disappointed as I write this complaint because I was a potential loyal customer to a nail salon (Blume Nails and Spa - Solon, OH) but that mindset changed quick once I noticed I had a Fungal Infection on my natural nail under my acrylic nail. I started going to this particular nail salon during the pandemic around the second week of April 2021. My first experience getting serviced at this salon was interesting due to me having an appointment and I waited for 20-30 minutes to be serviced. Secondly, I noticed when customers call the salon, they automatically put the phone on speaker. A customer called the salon inquiring about purchasing an E Gift Card via phone. The owner, Jimmy Hoang, took the customers confidential credit card information via speaker phone. He also had her repeat some numbers several times to verify. This struck me as something odd Ive never heard or seen before in a business establishment.On May 22,2021 at 3:00PM I had an appointment scheduled to get serviced. This was my third time being serviced by this salon. I never had issues with them until this point. I arrived 15 minutes early and got serviced instantly, so I learned to come early and you wont have to wait. The man who did my nails did a horrible job, he lacked confidence and was very uncertain which made me question his capability throughout the service. I hated how my nails turned out but I didnt complain, I just dealt with it.On June 1,2021 I was looking at my nails which are shy of two weeks old and I noticed something black on my right pinky nail. So as I became more curious, I managed to take my nail off and sure enough there is green and black discoloration on my nail. This has never happened to me in the 9+ years that I have experienced getting serviced at a nail salon. On June 2,2021 I went to the nail salon to notify the owner about my concern. He was very unprofessional and nonchalant to the point he had a worker step in to communicate in his place as the owner. He initially asked me who serviced my nails when I came, I pointed the man out and shortly after Jimmy disappeared and had a worker step in as his voice of reason, claiming she was the owner. The website lists Jimmy Hoang as the sole owner of the salon. Jimmy Hoang simply treated my concern as it was minuscule and not an issue. The worker Jenna then approaches me and begins to ask what the problem was. As I start explaining the issue, she asks why am I just now coming in about this and I got my nails done May 22nd. She also made me feel like my concern was minuscule. She began trying to educate me about acrylic nails and how you can get fungus if your nail set is old or if your nails lift and get moisture inside. None of these factors apply to my nails as I have had them on for little over a month as well as I just had them serviced on May 22nd so they are not lifting. I felt as they did not want to take accountability for their mistake.I also feel as though everyone that works in the Beauty/Cosmetic Industry had to take a Barbicide course especially because of COVID-19. This strikes me as a very concerning matter due to the fact we are still in a pandemic so you have to worry about a virus as well as nail salons who are not properly sanitizing their products and tools or if at all. I was very disappointed with my service and this place of business. They tried to put up a fight about refunding my money as well. They were very unprofessional. I also took pictures of my fungal infection as well. This matter needs to be addressed immediately because I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else!! Blume Nails Spa - Solon, OH are not following the CDC Sanitation Guidelines as well as breaking every rule in the Board of Cosmetology guidelines as well.

This place is AMAZING...This was my first visit. I do powder (Dip) and they have a HUGE selection of colors and can do amazing additions to your nails. This is my go to place now. As they say you pay for what you get. Ill pay for perfection!! Thanks Jimmy l. Had a pedi as well and it was great!

I will never go to another nail spa again! I’ve been coming here since August 2020 and every single time my dip and pedicures have been wonderful. They really take the time to do an excellent job and want to give you what you want. I love being able to make an appointment ahead of time as opposed to waiting to be seen for what seems like hours at other places. My husband won’t let me get a pedicure without him after coming here (he loves it too lol) also Jenna and Jimmy are incredibly professional and friendly :) they call me by name which is super appealing to know that they pay attention to their customers that much! Just show Jenna a picture of what you want done and she will make it happen!

This was my third visit to Blume. I am new to having my nails done and had on previously occasions received a dip manicure. They had done an excellent job. On my visit a couple days ago I was given a manicure using a technique I wasn’t familiar with. From my research it seems I was given acrylics. While my nails look good this is not what I asked for, I even asked while my nails were being done if it was in fact dip and I was assured it was. It makes me sad bc I thought this was a great place with excellent quality work. It’s also worth mentioning I booked online asking for dip so there isn’t a chance I miscommunicated.

The owners actually care about the clients and are the best. Whatever you want they will do the best to their ability which you cant say for alot if places Ive been to. Hands down the best place to get either your nails or your pedicure. Thats why I drive 25 minutes out every time. A must try if youre near or far. You wont be disappointed.

I have been here twice. Both times Ive had the most pleasant experience. The customer service and professionalism is amazing. I like the fact that appointments can be made online or by calling. Everyone was friendly and kind. And the decor was beautiful. The salon was clean as well.

Went here twice and really wanted to like it, but I won’t be returning. First visit—paid $70+ for a set of acrylics and 2 nails broke within the first week. Second visit—paid $95+ for a set of acrylics and 3 nails broke within the first 10 days. Online pricing of services is also very misleading. Typically with acrylics, your first visit you get a ‘full set’ of acrylics and subsequent visits you only need a ‘fill-in’. Here, ‘fill-ins’ don’t exist... you simply have to pay for a new set every visit.

If I could give Blume Nails Spa less than 1 star I would, since this salon does not even deserve the one star. I really tried to like this salon. I really did. Since my first terrible experience at Blume last year I went back several times in the hopes that maybe my experience would change, but I have sadly been mistaken. I have been getting my nails done professionally for over twelve years, and I have never been treated as rudely, or unprofessionally as I have been treated at this salon. Let me start by listing the reasons why you should take your time, and money elsewhere than to spend it at Blume Nails Spa in Solon.Let us start with my very first experience at Blume in November of 2020.The salon states on their IG page Appointment only so I made an appointment a week in advance. When I went in for my 5:30pm scheduled appointment time I was stunned to see that this nail salon was PACKED. Let me remind you that this was during a pandemic when a nail salon should not be so full. When I checked in with the girl at the front desk she told me there would be a wait, which as my first time at this salon I was ok with. Two girls came in behind me with the same appointment time, and the front desk girl seemed to know them since she told them to go wash their hands and that their appointment would start. She then looks at me at tells me to GO WAIT IN MY CAR, because the salon was too packed for me to wait inside. I WAS STUNNED. I have never been asked to go wait in my car, or known anyone that has had this happen to them either. I decided in that moment to entertain this, and went to go sit in my car. Only because it was late, and I wanted my nails done for my birthday (in the next couple of days) that is why I scheduled my appointment when I did!30 MINUETS go by and I still have not heard from the salon. I then decide to leave the parking lot and go home because at this point I am truly appalled. 45 MINUETS LATER I receive a call from the front desk girl at Blume Nails Spa not telling me that they are ready for my appointment, O no. Instead when I answer I am asked by the girl Uhhh what was it that you wanted done to your nails again? I responded with the fact that I left, and I no longer am in need of getting my nails done there. I have never been so upset in my life after leaving a nail salon.All of the other times that I went to Blume Nails Spa *surprise surprise* they did not see me at my scheduled appointment time.As a little disclaimer if you are planning on making an appointment at this Nail spa, do not expect to be seen at your appointment time. Be prepared to wait between 30-60 min each time you go in because it appears this salon is so poorly run. Basically if you have any other obligations for your day/night make sure you cancel them. This is due to the fact that this salon appears to have no sense of time management.This salons prices are also not consistent. At all. From what they show online, to their brochure, to what they actually charge you at the end of your service when you go in. One time I went in with my short real nails, the girl did a dip treatment for me, with three different colors for my nails and charged me $90! I was shocked! The price made no sense. Another time I went in and I was charged $50 for my nail service, which I thought was more reasonable. Soon after, I went in I was charged $59 for the SAME nail service! I asked for the breakdown as to why I was being charged more for the same nail service. It made no sense, and the woman explains to me how she charged me additional to shape my nail.They state no where online, or in their brochure about charging for shaping your nail.In conclusion, Blume Nails Spa is more expensive than the quality they produce, and one price one day could be another priced the next.The cleanliness factor is also lacking in this salon, and they need a better ventilation system.

Literally got my nails done not even a week ago and the acrylic is rising.. I’m so confused because it looks like I need a fill in ALREADY!! I got my nails done 5 days ago. I’m beyond upset because I paid $87 for a full set!

I really wanted a clean, simple manicure before my wedding. My niece recommended Blume based on their IG posts. She went online and was able to get same day appointments. We walked in and were seated with a manicurist who quickly and efficiently did my manicure while my niece got a Blume detox pedicure which she said was so relaxing. The highlight of my experience was when the salon manager heard that I was getting married, he extended a 10% discount to make the experience even more special. The discount is available for weddings and birthdays (with ID).

My sister and I were walk ins and we walked in at busy time. We showed them what we wanted from their Instagram and they said they were happy to do it, but they didn’t have enough employees and didn’t want to rush through it. Instead of Making us wait or doing a rushed job,they booked up an appointment in a few hours! My sister and I walked out peaceful and relaxed and excited to go back for our second appointment!

Amazing place. I will go there again with a heart beat. I am not a big fan of dip because not a lot of places do it the way its supposed to be. They know what they are doing. Jimmy did an amazing job. Prices are genuine tooI am a regular now. Thanks guys. ☺️

I wish could give this place 10 stars! This was my first time here and they were amazing! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and most importantly honest about what they were doing and the price. Not like some places that wait till the end to tell you its 35.00 extra for something you didnt even know was an additional charge. My nails look and feel great. I got the dip done for the first time and I LOVE IT!! I will DEFINITELY be going back.

My first time going here and the experience was Phenomenal. I had my nails done by Ellie amazing nail tech who knows what shes doing. This was the first time in years someone actually shaped my nails perfectly. Leo was amazing as well he did my toes and my feet look and feel so smooth. I highly recommend trying this place. Got my nails done by Kelly with all the girls for my friends wedding - I received French paint pedi and French dip mani and I could not be happier!! She did an amazing job - the quality is amazing and the timing was very quick! The staff was very accommodating and professional :)

I got the dip formula on my nails and they cracked and chipper literally a week later. The next week they started breaking off completely. 1 out 5 for sure.

This place is amazing! I called at 2:30 and they were able to get all three of me and my friends in for three pedicures, two gels and a dipping at 4:45! They were able to get ya all done by 6:30! They were so friendly and were able to save my nails that were almost ruined by another salon! Will definitely be a regular here!UPDATE:After coming to this nail salon for the past four months I can honestly say I have never been happier with a salon experience. I feel like family when I come in, and now my best friend, mom, and step mom all come here. You guys are the best!!

This place is gorgeous! Even the staff is gorgeous! I was pampered from start to finish. Everyone was so kind. It was my first time and I will definitely be back! They have only been open for 5 months. The 1 star reviews are from the old place. There is nothing 1 star about this place!

This place is great! I’ve gotten several dip powder manicures here with various techs and have always had a good experience. My nails look absolutely perfect every time, the salon is extremely clean and the employees are all friendly and professional.

The absolute best nail salon in Cleveland. I have been going to Jimmy and Jenna for YEARS and I am so excited that they have finally opened up their own place. Treated myself to a birthday gift and Paid 80 for their delux pedicure, my toes turned out cute. A few days later I had pain in my toe area and upon closer realization I had athletes foot between my pinky toe. Never in my life have I had athletes foot and the only thing I done differently was gave their shop a try. I rarely even go to a shop and this happens. Ill do my own feet from now on.*update. Spoke with the owner just to argue about where it came from. Why have me call to debate?? Very rude. like I said I hardly ever go to a nail shop. It was a gift to myself to go here and within days I had athletes foot! You tell me where it came from. NEVER GOING BACK.

I absolutely love this salon. All of the employees are really talented and very friendly and outgoing. Tom is by far one of the best nail artists I have seen and he has not failed to impress me with his skills. I walk out thoroughly happy with my nails every time. I am happy I found my new go to salon!

I made an appt here because a girl I work with goes here. I made an appt at 5 they didn’t see me until around 5:30 (totally fine I get it - they were super busy) my nail tech cut every single one of my cuticles and made me bleed. My finger hurt SO BADLY. I was supposed to go engagement ring shopping tomorrow with my bf and now my fingers are all swollen and red and hurt. I sadly will not be back. And I’m very upset.

Jenny and Jimmy are so talented. I will NEVER go any where else.. Jenny shapes my nails the best and my dipping powder can last a month without a chip! Amazing talent!!! They are also so kind and sweet! Love them#

Paid $61 for dip manicure with extra length added just got them done on Friday 18th, 2020 . On my left hand 3 came off already. It was rushed and not done properly waste of money now have to get them redone somewhere else. This also isn’t my first time getting my nails done here I’ve been here atleast 3-4 times already here.

Went to get a gel manicure with my friend. We were pretty nervous since we don’t go to nail salons that often. Everybody at the salon was so nice. They gave great advice about the type of polish being used and how they would do things. We had such a great experience and would definitely go again!

Relaxing environment, great selection of gel, dip, and regular nail colors. I recommend calling and making an appointment, or calling before doing a walk-in. Even when they were busy, the associates were all super friendly, and did a great job of balancing taking care of their clients, while still acknowledging the people who were waiting. Jimmie did a great job on my manicure!

I was able to get in for an appointment the same day I called. The business is beautiful and has beautiful chandeliers. It was very clean. My nail specialist was very respectful and did a great job on my nails and I will definitely be going back

I’ve gone to Blume nails several times and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, they have a great selection of polish and my nails usually look great. However, i was disappointed with my service when I visited today. I requested a specific color dip powder. I was told that they’d run out of that specific color, but had a new color that 99% similar to the color I requested. I agreed to the color. The color ended up being dramatically different from the color I requested. I left the salon very unhappy with my nails. BUT, I called the salon owner and he offered to fix the nail color the next day! I would say this great customer service!

This is my go-to nail salon! I had heard from numerous people that I needed to try Jimmy & Jennas new salon, and they truly do such amazing work. They are always so kind and considerate, remember all the details about you, call you by name, treat you kindly and fairly, and always go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. They are AMAZING at dip powder manicures. If youve never had one and are currently getting gel, this is THEE place to try dip! I will never go back to gel. Im so thankful I found them and will continue to go to them regularly! My nails have honestly never looked better.

Had a lovely salon pedicure today. the salon is extremely clean. I was pleased to see that all tools used were either one time use (disposable) or sterilized. The rates are reasonable and the staff was personable. I will definitely return again.

Every time I come home from California I stress about finding a place that will do my nails exactly how I like them. Being a cosmetologist of 12 years has left me incredibly particular. This was the first time I left a nail salon so happy I wanted to leave a review right away. Jimmy, the manager was so accommodating for all of my wants and not to mention very friendly. Best part is he did one of the best paint jobs I have ever had and that’s saying A LOT for how detailed I am!! I didn’t even need to go in and detail after.Thank you Jimmy for giving me a place to go when I visit home, stress free, lol and for the amazing customer service!

I found this gem after trying a few different local places in Aurora that I just didn’t feel were “my person” I read the reviews and there were so many about the dip powder. It’s rare to find a salon that does mainly dip but here it is! Anna did my nails and they look great! I expressed my concerns from my previous places and she talked me through their process. I love it! Thanks Anna! And Jimmy was a rockstar at organizing everyone to keep the wait time to a minimum.

Amazing service every time I go. My coworker/friend told me about Jenna for dipping powder and I’ve been hooked ever since. All of the manicurists in the shop is friendly, they schedule everyone in a timely manner, and they deliver neat, quality work. I also love the wine. I have definitely found my new nail spot 💕

Clean, prompt, professional and courteous. They also have online requests for appointments. I cant say enough good things about this nail salon! The ventilation seems better than most Ive been to as I usually have issues after being in a nail salon for 10 minutes. I spent an hour here with no problems.

I got my nails done a few weeks ago for winter formal, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. My nails were done quickly and came out beautiful! I got the dip with tips and I will definitely come back to get the same in the future!
