I’ve loved this place. Everyone is excellent at nails here. They are so busy all the time, so often there is a wait. But they are quick to get to work with you. I recommend it to everyone.

I like the he way they turned out. I finally started taking care of meI might not have the prettiest feet. But Ive worked so hard and been rough on them. Today they made me feel good .

There is nothing I hate more than a rushed pedicure. I’m giving 3 stars because it was not terrible and he was gentle and everything but he handed me a sheet of different types of pedicures and then never even asked which one I wanted and gave me a basic pedicure and I was hoping to do wax and hot stones. So that was sort of disappointing. Everyone else at this place was kind and friendly and thorough. It’s upsetting to be the odd one out who gets “That person” who doesn’t do as much as the others and just is trying to get through. I wish that all employees worked as diligently as the next. For a basic pedicure it was great!! But I wish I would have been asked what I wanted.

I made an appointment, showed up on time then they told me to come back 30 minutes later. I arrived 30 minutes later and still waited another 45 minutes before the beginning of my pedicure. Once being helped the nail tech didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, took way too long to do every step. I understand when they answer their business phone for appointments but 2 different people were on their phone making personal calls while helping a client while I was in. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic place, very timely and perfect quality. The shellac never chipped even after a month. They somehow managed to get no polish on my skin and they did not rip out my cuticles. Every place I have ever had have been way to aggressive on my skin and cuticles.

Luv this place. Never disappointed, always quick and efficient. Prices r decent, and weve never been turned away or had to wait to long. Will continue to go back

AMAZING!! Not only did my nails turn out even better than I expected, but I came in having a bad day and left having a good one!! Definitely ask for Tammy, she is so personal and made the experience so fun! She took her time on my nails and got every detail perfect. Definitely going back!!

Easily the best nail salon Ive been too! Im super picky about my nails, I get acrylics and gel, but this salon does it perfectly so I never have any complaints!!! I move around a ton and have never been more happy with a nail service. GO HERE FOR YOUR DREAM NAILS!!

I look for natural looking nails and although the nail techs are nice here the nails are not quite what Id like. $40.00 for a fill and two nails replaced.

My nails are the smoothest and best shape ive ever had! Tammy is THE BEST! She listens to what you want and is very careful to do it right even if theyre super busy. She was patient when i wasnt sure what to get and she gave me good truthful advice about my options! I dont live anywhere near this place but can honestly say its worth the commute! We had a bit of a wait eventhough we called in for an appointment but it was still way worth the wait!

I can in for gel nails and for them to fix my broken nail. The guy just painted over it.. so I’m now in more pain than I was in before with the broken nail, it is in the cut. He was also very rough. I was in and out in 10 min. And it was expensive!!! Currently heading to another place to have them fix it... DO NOT COME HERE. I’m also finding all sorts of cuts on my hands. Beyond terrible experience.

No one can really match these guys price and skill. Theyve made it 3 weeks so far with no lifting.

The first technician—they switched me halfway through the service—was very slow. He left my nails “soaking” to remove the shellac for over 20 minutes, much longer than necessary, and left me to perform a service on someone else.My next technician was sloppy, cut my nails too short, did nothing with my cuticles, PURPOSELY MADE AN EFFORT TO PAINT UNDERNEATH MY NAILS (??), didn’t paint anywhere near my cuticles on some nails, but painted onto my finger on others. He left shellac bits everywhere that I’ve been picking off undeneath my nails and on my hands. One of my nails also has a ton of excess paint on one side that makes it looks awful, see photos.To top it off they were reusing tools without cleaning them and the place is not clean.One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Go to another salon.

This place is awesome. Love the detail and attention they give each and one of their customers. It was my first time trying this place and they treated my daughter, boyfriend and myself with a lot of respect. We felt very welcomed ! If I could rate it more than five stars I would!

Called today to make a nail appointment and was told to come in at 12:00. Planned my day around that and when I showed up, they didn’t put on the schedule and were rude. Kind of upset that my time was wasted like this. Will not recommend or come back.

I LOVE this place! Great prices, amazing service, super sweet people. Hazel did a great job on my nails, paid a lot of attention to my dry cuticles, talked to me the whole time and before I knew it, she was done! I came here two years ago and got the same quality service from another nail technician. I barely recognize my hands, they have never looked so good! Definitely plan to keep coming back!

Prices are great, however, the guy that did my nails did not do a great job. I could have done a better job of myself at home. Although he did do a good job with removing the dry skin and the paraffin treatment. I just didnt like the Polish job.

My girlfriend and I have been going here for about six months. Between acrylics and pedicures they have been amazing. We had one issue with the acrylics bubbling and they redid them the next day for free.

This place is the best nail salon I have been to in Utah County. I got an acrylic nail fill here today. They have good prices for their high quality work, a super relaxing environment, and extremely nice employees. I also didn’t have to tell them to fix the color or nail shape, which I usually find myself doing at other places. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

I have had my nails done all over Utah County and this place is by far the best. I usually only get my nails done a few times a year because the places I have gone have been such a horrible experience. After finding this place by chance I’m now getting my nails done every few months. The service is great but the employees are really who make the difference. I have been to several different nail salons over the years and Model Nail is the best Ive been to. They are very professional and friendly, its just an overall enjoyable experience every time I go. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON - WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Do not waste your money. I sent one of my Latina clients to this salon and they treated her terribly. Poor customer service. When she approached the front desk before she could get a word out the attendant told her We cant help you! and shewed her away with his hand. When she asked what the wait was, he said Didnt you hear me, Im not going to help you! And then another lady walked in (white) and asked what the wait was, and the attendant said very nicely 10 minutes. My client is from LA where they get their nails done all the time. I expected that Utah salons might be a little different, but not THAT different. If we want people to stop thinking were racists here in Utah, we have to change this mentality. This attendant should FIRED!! And Im telling everyone I know - all my clients (500+), all their family and friends, all my family friends, and anyone else I can think of to STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL SALON.

I am hard to please, first off but I will have to say I like this place a lot. When I entered, I was pleasantly greeted and offered a beverage. Everyone that works here are pleasant people & took great care and did a wonderful job on my Pedis. Its a refreshing ambiance & clean. Cant wait to come back soon and I was very happy!

I wish I could leave 2 reviews. Because part of my experience was wonderful!First off, they were late to the salon, I had a 10 am appointment and they did not show up until after 10:20. I understand, everyone runs late sometimes, but when they got there, only one employee was running around trying to get everything ready, everyone else sat on their phones.Second, I LOVED my gel pedicure. The young man who did it was very kind, and gentle. I wish I could leave a 5 star review just for him. I would definitely consider going back just for a pedicure from him.Third, I wanted an acrylic french manicure, and I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. When I sat down to get my nails done, the girl was buffing her own nails and did not stop until she was done. If this is something all manicurists do, Ill gladly revise this portion, but I have never seen anyone do that before. I then showed her my picture, she looked at it for maybe a second, said great I can do that, and then proceeded to give me a manicure that looked nothing like my picture. I was already running late for the rest of my day, so I didnt say anything, I just went with it, which was my mistake, but I feel like if she had looked at the picture just a little longer, it could have been avoided. She also got acrylic on my cuticles!!! When it started to grow out, there was a large ridge that caught on everything! I had to file it. My nails starting lifting after a few days around the edges. I was not impressed at all! I will not be getting a manicure here ever again.

Made a appointment because we had plans after but then had to wait 45min! The worst part is, after we were done we asked for some sort of compensation for our wait and this older gentleman was really short and kept saying, “Everyone has to wait!” The girl that did my nails was really nice and I like what she did. :) But the other staff and their inconsideration of their customers time was not okay. I will never go back. And just know, they’ll say you can make an appointment but that apparently means nothing.

I have been getting my nails done for 10 years in Utah in SEVERAL locations, and Model Nails has had the BEST costumer service. If you dont like something theyre doing, tell them and they will fix it. They will accommodate you. The owners are amazingly friendly.

I have been going to Model Nails for a few months and I love it. They do a great job! I make an appointment because they are busy but they have always been on time for me. The young man Alex is great and I always request him for gel nails!

Disappointed I paid $41 for coffin nails and they look chunky and don’t look like the coffin design. This was a birthday gift & I was recommended to go here and I won’t be coming back. I even set up an appointment to have enough time so the nail tech could do a good job. The paint look bad they didn’t even bother cleaning it up.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Out of 7 techs ONE treated my mother in-law and I with dignity. I couldn’t believe how rude they were to us, not to mention both of us hate our nails.. they came out horrible and I’m pretty sure they did that on purpose as well. we also made an appointment and they had walk ins get theirs done before my mother in-law. Some women were telling me how they loved this place and it hurt my heart when we were treated sooo terribly.

I love this place!! Best most honest people I have met. I am a regular customer and Iv seen almost every situation they have encountered from teenage picky drama queens to people who dont speak English or a language they dont know. I honestly love them. They will do everything they can to make their customers happy! I honestly never had much interest in getting my nails done but they have done so well with easing me into bolder colors. They have always done what I have asked for and they know my personality enough that the times I just leave it up to them, they know what I will be comfortable with :) love this place so much!!!

I went here for the first time last week. They were busy but seemed to get everyone in. When the nice woman who did my toes finished my pedicure, there were sharp edges and also chipped/missing paint on other nails. This was fixed by another staff member who was very polite. Nails still look great after a marathon. I’d go here again

Love it here such sweethearts. Ana is the best one there. Always takes her time and does good work, Ive probably been in 6 or 7 times in the past year and she recognizes me. I always get acrylics. The last guy had a bit of a language barrier, but was super nice and we were able to communicate exactly what I wanted. He also did great work. He thinned out my nails at the ends so they would feel more nature and I havent ever had anyone do that. I really love it

Really good location. Expect a bit of a wait. Really pretty nails. Only 3 stars cuz I spent forever picking the right color. Then it changed to a weird grey color the next day.

The kid that did my Mani/pedi rush through it and did the minimum. It was a Saturday, so they were busy, but really could have been more thorough, since I was paying 75 for both services including the gel nails. My sister had a lady and she did a much better job.

I’m entirely disappointed at this place! Like angry. I made a reservation for me and a friend to get our nails done together and catch up. But.....they took walk-ins before our appointment so they could only take my friend at the time and then when they had someone available to do my nails she was halfway done and they tried to place me on the opposite side of the room. I explained to them that we had made a reservation to have our nails done together and to be able to sit and talk. They could of cared less and said that’s not how they do things and weren’t the least bit sympathetic. I waited an hour after my reservation time and then it was super uncomfortable because they had been rude to me and I was upset and just not good customer service.

My person talked with me liked wed known each other for years and I loved that. Great experience.Loved the place. Will recommend and return!

This place was amazing. They took their time cleaning, massaging, and painting. They were very friendly. I called and made an appointment for four and right when we got there they had four people ready to work so we could get our nails done at the same time. When we left my friend tripped getting into the car and chipped her nail polish so we went back inside and they repainted it and fixed it right up and were very friendly about it!

The Pedicures are thorough and relaxing. Ive taken my smaller siblings here as well and they enjoy the light pampering.Ive been here a few times and its always a nice experience.Thanks

Ive been going here for years. My mani/pedis last longer than anywhere else and thats what brings me back - its so worth it. Theres a huge color selection, a big beautiful space in the back, and its always clean with very friendly staff.

Walked in only to be told they were closing early for a family party. I understood, yet, as I was walking out the woman in charge asked me what it was I wanted done and I said shellac nails. So she said okay we can do that. So I sat and waited for about 20 min then got called back by a different woman, she then looked at my nails and spoke to the woman in charge then the woman in charge told me they couldnt do my nails because I already had shellac on them (3/10 nails had shellac) and it would take too long... Very unsatisfied with their no then yes then no service!!!

Ive been a few times, and have decided not to go back. Each time Ive gotten a full set of acrylics, and this time, my nails are all different lengths, and Im taking a file to them myself to even them out. Also, the guy who did them cut my finger tip right under the nail with the sanding drill and made me bleed, and now there is a chunk of skin missing on my finger. I saw the girl next to me getting a full set, too, and hers looked much better, so I guess you just have to take a gamble every time you go in and hope you get a good technician. But too many bad experiences has made me decide to find a new salon.

Awful job! I asked for coffin nails and they did a horible job, they are so crooked and just dont have the right shape!

I would give zero stars if I could. This place was terrible. The lady who did my nails started my manicure without saying a word, filed my nails for two seconds and started putting my gel on. I asked her if she could cut my cuticles and she proceeded to tell me that to do that I would have to pay 30 dollars instead of 20. I told her I would pay that I just wanted them cut and she said Sorry I just dont have time for that. If you tell a customer you dont have time to do your job, you are extremely unprofessional. She didnt even offer to do them if I waited. I am NEVER going back.
