I was looking for new nail salon, and tried at Serenity Nails &Spa. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff was friendly and the prices are SO MUCH better than where I was going.. VERY IMPRESSED ... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE🤩

Got my nails done the other day and I love them! They gave me exactly what i asked for and the nail tech was very nice. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they are perfect! I had a great experience here!

Ive tried many places in Denton but I always end up coming back to this salon. Excellent service each time!

Made a last minute appointment today at 4 for some well needed pampering and relaxation, and both nail techs Amy and Lan did a perfect job!! I got the Gel Color with Select Manicure for $49 and the Signature Pedicure with Gel Color for $60. Very reasonable pricing. There is also a drink station where they offer soft drinks and even margaritas! The entire staff had masks on and sanitized accordingly as well. The manager and nail techs were all very welcoming, and I cannot wait to come back!!

This was my first time coming here. Nathan did my pedicure with gel polish and he did an awesome job. I will ask for him every time. I am OCD about my gel polish and he made sure it was perfect as he did it. Also, he did a great job with the pedicure part so I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love going here for my nail services. Lynn did my nails, and Johnny is such a great manager! Lynn took her time and make sure i was completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Best nail salon in Denton. My daughter and I have been going here for about 6 months. No wait, if you make an appointment. Beverages are furnished, but sometimes have to ask.Best is that they are reasonable. A good pedicure is $32 plus tip. I always leave here so relaxed!

I have been coming to this salon ever since I moved to denton I love all the staff however the front desk girl with short hair really needs an attitude adjustment. There has been multiple occasions where this employee has been disrespectful in her tone, and looks.This environment is supposed to be relaxing and it’s very hard when you have an employee like that.wish u the best serenity, please teach your employees what serenity means. 💕

Appreciated the customer service but the quality was not really worth the price. I’ve done my nails way better on my own before but ended up paying $27 for this. Disappointed because I believe they could’ve done better. Paid another $20 for my 2 year old son’s pedicure and aside from the exfoliating and scrubbing, there was nothing really special about it. I guess you have to be a big spender for them to care enough to do a good job. The polish was clumpy and they didn’t put a top coat (The guy tech asked me if the lady tech had put it on or not yet but I wasn’t sure) which amazed me bcuz it took two technicians to do this. one of them looked confused and didn’t know what they were doing (I guess). When I got home after I showered, the paint started chipping. Not sure if the service is like this all the time but my experience wasn’t that great. Won’t be coming back or recommending.Side note: these pics were taken 2 days after I got my pedicure.

This place is friendly and great customer service. Their ethic work is phenomenal and they based to their customer needed. Their creativity is so well done. Come and enjoy the great atmosphere.

Yen did my nails and after showing her the design I wanted she nicely suggested a different shade of pink so it would look better and she was right. She’s done my nails twice and did an amazing on both occurrences. She very sweet and shaped the nails perfectly.

I went in for a dip manicure with tips. Hannah did such a great job. She helped me pick out the colors to best match the inspo pic I had. She was really thorough and made sure I was happy with how the nails were turning out each step of the way. She was really great and I love how my nails came out!

I had a very relaxing experience. Phil did awesome with my nails and Minh did my pedicure. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Facility was clean. Staff was very friendly.

Yvonne painted my gel nails and did it quickly and did an excellent job. The staff was kind and considerate. While waiting for my friend to finish with her pedicure, Yvonne let me sit next to her in the massage chair beside. Overall a great experience, I would definitely come here again.

This salon was recommended by a co-worker. It is by far the best salon experience I have very had. They start you off with a wonderful warm neck wrap followed by an awesome pedicure, massage, and finishes with a great manicure. My co-worker made an excellent recommendation. I will return.

This is my place!! Its beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and when I dont have an appointment they are always able to get me in without a long wait. Amy is my girl!

I’m kind of astonished at how poor the quality of my manicure was and at how the staff tried to charge to fix the mistake. Then they used acetone and a file to get the polish off leaving my nails rough and thinner than they already are. Would not recommend, especially after trying to communicate and get the issue resolved.

First they did pedicures and it was so very nice i dont feel rushed and massaged was astonishing.Then Johnny did manicures and help me to decide the colours. They are very professional. Thang did my Pedi and it was AMAZING, Jacob did my Mani as well as the dip nails; also AMAZING!! This was my first time there and everyone was nice, professional and courteous. Jacob was gentle with my nail beds as they are very, very thin. He listened to me and took what I had to say in consideration. Thang was also very gentle with my feet and toes. His massage technique was HEAVENLY!!! Minh did my pedicure. He seemed a bit off & was extremely rough, but I came to relax so I blocked him out….until he cut into my cuticle several times with the cutter. And he knew I was bleeding and never said anything. I hate to judge the entire salon off of Minh, but it was my first and last time.

Johnny makes sure you have the best experience. Ivy is amazing at what she does with nails. Henry did an amazing job in my pedicure. Love this place and can’t say enough good things!

My youngest daughter and I went here and we had a very good experience. I only got the pedicure and John was my person. He was very kind and was able to help me pick out a color that would be the base color because I had chosen a silvery glitter one. My daughter had Ken to be able to do her pedicure and Jacob did her manicure. She also was very happy with them. Everyone in the salon was happy and greeted us as we walked in the door and also said goodbye and or have a nice day. That kind of place really means a lot to me.

This was one of the best salons ive ever been too. Their prices are not too steep and their staff are extremely friendly. If youve ever gone to a nail salon where the staff were speaking to each other in a foreign language the whole time and you felt like they were talking bad about you, this place is the complete opposite. Truely a place where you can come to be pampered and relax. Very clean inside and out and a very wide selection of services. Very professional. Exelcellent!

Being 6 months pregnant I have been pretty uncomfortable so I decided to treat myself to their best pedicure on their menu along with the nexgen on my nails. Got in a seat right away (great because I wanted to utilize the massage chair) and the girl up front helped me color match the nail polish for my toes to match with my nexgen color on my nails. There was a little bit of a wait but I did show up roughly about an hour after they opened with no appointment during spring break and they already had quite a few customers. The place was very nice and clean. Everyone was super friendly. Music playing and TVs going but at a good volume to where it was quiet enough for it not to bother you but was also loud enough to hear.  The man who did my pedicure was very nice and offered to do my nails as well. He really helped me out with my swollen feet and gave me some tips and tricks that worked for his wife when her feet got swollen during pregnancy. He expressed a lot of care into my massage and my feet and legs feel soooo much better after that visit. Will definitely go again.

Do not go here! They must being using old polish right now or something. I spent $55 on a French tip pedicure, only to have it ruined the next day. I went back and I was told I should have done the gel polish for French, which is an extra $20. I was not gonna give them even more money so I decided on a basic pink instead. Only 3 days later and they are already awful again! I will not be back 😕

I went to this spa excited that they offer a student discount but the services done were done very poorly. While the staff was nice, I had NexGen and a pedicure done. The lady who did the pedicure did not do well at all; she did not completely remove the nail polish off of my feet before completing the pedicure and did not paint the nails correctly all the way. She seemed rushed and the service I received was evident of that. Within one week, three of my nails with NexGen cracked and you can tell that it was poorly done. I have gotten my nails done at other salons and have not had such problems. I was excited to try this new place but I will not be going back.

I got my nails done for a wedding I’m attending this weekend and Amy did such a great job. Definitely visit her the next time you go! ☺️

I got a acrylic fill and was charge for shape and length with cat eye 48.00 when I got my original set I paid 55.00 and you’re telling me a fill is 7 dollars less then a set. I’ve been coming here for over a year but today would be my last!! These people crazy I paid it today since you guys so hard up for money! Damn shame

Attempted twice now to get services done here. Both times I have been left waiting for over an hour each time.

I came here in November 2020 for a mani/pedi and the service was tremendous. I was very pleased with the care on my feet and the way my nails and toes looked. However, I came back today, January 2021, for a pedi and was so unhappy. I had a different person this time (I have no idea of her name because she barely said anything to me) and I was so disappointed that I had not made sure I had an appointment with the man who did my previous pedi/mani. First of all, the water that was run in the pedi tub was cold and had to be scooped out and run again. Then, she barely scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and my feet are almost as rough as they were before coming in. When she painted my toes, for some reason she thought my toenails were too short and she built up the gel polish over and over again until she made my big toenails so much longer than they were. I was very upset about this, as she didnt even mention that she would be doing this. Then when she gave me my massage, she was very unattentive and barely rubbed. I am assuming this was because she was upset because I had her cut down the gel polish she had built up on my toenails to make them longer.If this was just a little inexpensive pedi I probably wouldnt have been so upset, but this was a $65 Serenity pedicure. Money and 2 hours of my time wasted. This is very disappointing because I thought I had finally found a place that could be a regular for me.

Love coming to this nail salon! Just got my nails done by Mimi, and they look perfect! She’s one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. We had wonderful conversation. The shape and color were amazing! She suggested a sparkly color and I’m so glad I listened! Thank you Serenity nails and spa for always giving such wonderful service!

Immediately greeted with smiles and assistance, there was almost no wait for a walk in. Picked out a pedicure pack and color. Unfortunately the massage and color didnt turn out exactly how I imagined, and Johnny took care of it immediately by finding a color specifically for me based on what I liked, and personally redid the massage himself (which was heavenly). Not only with no extra charge, but a discount too. I was extremely pleased the second time around and will never go back to another place. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend!

I absolutely love this place! We used to frequent Bella salon, which is great in its own right, but Serenity is just a better experience for me and my girlfriend when we go.Some places just have that “warm feeling”. Serenity has it. I think it’s the way their shop is set up and the staff they have. I walk in and it feels like one big, happy family. Everyone’s happy and warm and inviting. We always end up having nice conversations with everyone around us. Bella didn’t have that; it was pretty and relaxing, but just a little “cold”.But, above all, Serenity does the same quality work on manicures and pedicures for much cheaper. At the end of the day, if I’m getting the same high-quality spa work and my girlfriend is happy because of it and we save some money while we’re at it, then it’s Serenity every time!I highly recommend Johnny, Tommy and Nancy!

Serenity nails is my go to. The nail tech, Quinn, did a fantastic job on my nails! I will definitely request her every time I come! I love designs and jewels and they always do great. Definitely recommend this place!

I have been coming to Serenity since I started school in 2017. I am in love with the customer service and their work ethic. Many different nail techs have worked on my nails and they are all amazing! Plus we love a student discount during the week!!

The people were very nice. I got multiple things done during my visit and they all look great. The reason for 3 stars is that my nail tech doesnt practice good sanitary habits. I got dip nails and she dipped my nails in the main container versus a small bowl. I also got a cuticle infection on both of my thumbs due to her cutting them with the drill.

I visited this place twice. The first time I had a good experience. Yesterday was my second time, and I didn’t have the same experience. The man in the front desk didn’t even greet me. Didn’t offer water as he did everyone else. Because of this pandemic, we supposed to keep our distance. this man allow another woman to sit next because she want to be close to her friend, without even asking me was it ok. It seem like the man at the front desk had a small attitude with me, I didn’t even get a goodbye. Hopefully, next time I’ll have a better experience w/him, if it be a next time.

It was such a relaxing experience to get my nails done. They took me at closing time. Jacob recommend the right color just for me. My nails look amazing.

I had a gift card from this place so I decided to go do the basic manicure and pedicure. I was so looking forward to be pampered today. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case at all. The girl who did my manicure and pedicure was very unpleasant. She clearly wasn’t happy to work there and her attitude was unacceptable. She was very rough and abrupt with me. Her tone was very commanding. She would angrily tell me to move my hands or feet. It was so unpleasant and awkward. I almost wanted to leave. I felt like an unwanted guest. On top of all, she did a mediocre job. She unevenly polished my nails and the nail polish was all over the cuticles. Also, with basic pedicure and manicure, you supposed to receive a 10min foot massage and 5 minute hand, however, she only did 5minutes for both feet and barely any on my hands (I timed her out of curiosity). Let me remind you that many other salons have a timer next to the workers so the client can be assured to receive the full promised time. This salon not only didn’t provide the service advertised, but the manager, who was a guy, also refused to acknowledge it and basically called me a liar, even though I had it on my timer. Frankly, the reason I decided to time her because of her terrible attitude.During the foot massage, I asked her if she could perhaps put a bit more pressure. She replied: “No, I can’t. This is the strongest I can do.”I have never had such unpleasant experience in any other salons.Unfortunately for me it was the most unpleasant experience. I was in a such a good mood when I got there but left with great frustration.There are much better salons and more friendly staff to choose from than this place. I will not go back to this salon again and will not give them my business. Even the manager wasn’t friendly. Go figure!! Go somewhere else that are more professional and friendly. I read that many other reviewers complained about the service and the manager too.

I love Quinn and her creativity, patience, and awesome personality. This place always makes me feel at home and they go above and beyond to make me feel like I’m getting A1 service. She will have a customer for life.

Mimi is the best! Two other techs tried to do my nails, but I’m so picky. Switched to Mimi and she salvaged my nails from the other tech and redid them. Perfect length, perfect shape! Very happy. If you’re picky, ask for Mimi.
