When I first walked in, a nice girl named Ella greeted me offered me a drink, I had my hair appointment with Kylie and she was so great! She was very focused and took her time doing my hair, I havent had blonde in my hair since 2018, and she was able to get my blonde as icy as possible and cover up my grays!! I highly recommend her or any of the other ladies there!! I will definitely be back soon!!

Kylie was amazing!! This was my first time getting a haircut in over a year and she was incredible. My hair feels healthier than ever and I dont know if Ive ever loved how much my hair looked. Everyone there was professional and nice and they did a great job of sanitizing everything (because of COVID). Kylie was friendly and nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this salon and about Kylie. Ill definitely be back again!

Jessica Green was great to get me in at last min, I dont have much hair but she took her time to work with what I had and then when something wasnt up to her standards she worked it a little more to make even a short hair half bald guy look better.👍🙂

I have been a client of Mandy’s since 2012. We met when I was in college and dying the under half of my hair black (eek!). She then helped me transition my hair to a beautiful beautiful blonde. This was my first and, very unfortunately, last visit to this salon.The place is very neat and staff is very professional and polite. I was able to get the same day appointment, which is unbelievable, especially the same week that salons started opening after covid-19 closures.My haircut on the other hand - quite disappointing. I now have hair with blunt ends that looks incredibly heavy at the bottom even though before the hair cut I mentioned that I wanted my hair to be lighter at the ends. I pointed out that the hair was too blunt at the ends and the stylist tried to fix it but it did not work for some reason. After I came home I was able to take a better look and it looks as if I chopped it off myself. Now I’m going to have to find someone else to fix this.

I am in LOVE with my hair! Teresa did a fantastic job with both the cut and the color (balayage), and I honestly haven’t left a salon feeling this good about my hair in several years. There was a little mix-up with her schedule, so she was running behind, but she made sure to communicate with me so I knew what was going on, and one of the owners came in on her day off to help her out. Trust me, it was worth the wait. I will definitely be back! Also, the salon did a great job keeping up with cleanliness and sanitation throughout my visit. I highly recommend Teresa and Salon Inspire!

Natural curly hair...cut is right everytime

I am writing this review to warn anyone that has curly hair. This is not the place to go. I spent the last two years growing out my hair to get the style I wanted. When I called to make the appointment (three weeks in advance) I let the receptionist know that I had extremely curly hair, that I didn’t have a preference who did my hair, just someone that cuts curly well. The day of, I discussed with my stylist the hair style and color that I was looking for. A medium length cut with a slightly darker color, then pulled up a Pinterest picture for reference. With the picture of what I wanted, it left no room for miscommunication. I went about my business and when I looked up I had shorter than shoulder length hair.. I started to panic and ask her again if she understood what I was wanting.. she then said “umm let me consult with the gal that cuts curly hair”. At this point I’m so upset that i wasn’t paired with her in the first place as I specifically asked for someone who had experience with cutting curly hair.When it was all said and done I left crying, disappointed, hair color all over my $40 shirt, and with a $100 bill.

I started going to salon inspire when the news mentioned that they were doing parking lot hair cuts worked great for me when I needed another hair cut I called got a 17:00 appointment was in & out in 20 minutes Sporting a new cut, ear hairs & eye brows trimmed lookin good when i need another cut guess who going to get my business

This is a nice salon with staff that are personable and helpful. The salon is clean and well organized and my stylist, Rachel, has been a great! Its easy to be a repeat customer with service like this!!

I finally found the right team and hair salon close to my home!!! Rachel did an amazing work and made me get my confidence back when it comes to exploring new hair color and treatment (balyage and keratin complex). The whole staff are nice and made my first time experience with them awesome. They have an ambience that is relaxing and is well ventilated. Definitely going back for my future visits 😁

I want to first start off with when I had called to make my appointment. I called and made an appointment for the following day and was able to get in. The biggest thing is the fact that they took me in knowing that I had previously colored my hair with splat. If you don’t know what splat is, it’s a horrible product and you should just stay away from it. I told my hair dresser what I wanted and boy did she deliver. My hair looks fire! If you want a place to get your hair professionally colored this is the place to go. Mckenzie did an amazing job

Mandy talked to me this AM and explained what could have happened and what we need to do. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. This Salon stands behind their work. I will continue to get my hair cut and colored at Salon Inspire.A friend recommended Salon Inspire for highlights. I asked the stylist to match the top half of my hair with the color of blond that is on the bottom half. Two days later I washed my hair and I couldn’t see any difference between my color from before I went. I talked to my friend that recommend the salon and she agreed that my hair was not any lighter. She suggested I text Mandy to let her know. I texted her right away and never heard back from her. Expensive lesson to learn. I hope I can find a Salon north of the river that does highlighting.

Wonderful salon atmosphere! They care about staying up to date with the latest trends and education! The salon owners are sweet and amazing as well!

Asked to go from a dirty blonde to a warm medium brown and showed a picture of what i was wanting. I even specifically corrected her when she said I wanted the highlights to be my natural blonde and the rest to be darker and said no, I want them to be darker and the rest to be much darker. Everything should be darker as in the picture I showed. She brought out some different colors for me to look at to see if i wanted a gold or a copper or some other undertone to and I chose from the samples to have a gold undertone to the brown to give it the warmth. Despite me choosing a color and showing pictures the stylist dyed it just one shade darker than where I started. She stated at one point when she was cutting it that she “mixed 6 and 7 together to make your color since you’re naturally a 7”. It is nowhere near as dark as i asked for. Many people can’t even tell I got my hair colored. I said i had thought it would be darker when she started drying it for me and i finally got to see, but then the stylist just went on about how it matched my eyebrows so well and “looked great”. This was frustrating considering it matched my eyebrows so well because it essentially was not any different. At that point i was not in the mood to argue as it took a little under 4 hours and i just wanted to leave. It is crazy that it took her nearly 4 hours to do an all over color and haircut on shoulder length hair. To add on to that, it’s been 1 week and the color is already fading to the point I (and other people in my life) have pointed out my natural hair color coming back everywhere but my roots.

I highly recommend this salon & stylist Cailyn! All the stylists were very friendly and it is a nice salon environment. Cailyn spent 4 hours taking my grown out blonde and making it more manageable and gorgeous! Since my hair is so thick, some stylists I’ve gone to just do the minimum to get the process over with. Cailyn took her time and did a great job! I’m glad I took the risk and went with this salon! Also love the lighting! Most salons are so dark you can’t see how your hair looks till you get in natural light, the lighting they use my hair looked just as beautiful in the salon as it does outside!
