I’ve come here with my mom and grandma since we moved to kc 15 years ago. Cindi is the best pedi lady. Sometimes Tony has an attitude but they do a great job. You can’t be sensitive, it’s a get in, get out kind of spot. They do great work, they’re friendly and it’s clean.

Tony and his staff make sure you are taken care of quickly and professionally. I’ve had only good experiences here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve been doing my nails for two years and I love going there. It’s like being at home. ❤️

Ive been coming to Lynn Nails for 8 years now. Ive tried 3 other places in Overland Park and KC but they dont even compare. Lynn Nails does an amazing job. I only get Pedicures (including color polish and massage) which are only $25! The weekends are extremely busy but most days during the week there is no wait.

Stopped by the nail shop at 6:15, the sign’s open light was on and on the door it stated that they were open until 7pm. I went in and they said that they were closed because they were busy, which was fine. The issue became when I called to provide them feedback stating “if you are no longer accepting customers, you should turn your sign light off so people would not be stopping thinking that you are still open and taking customers.” Tony the owner was the person who answered the phone and when I provided my feedback he hung up in my face, which was very rude and very bad/poor customer service. Needless to say, I will not be going back if that is how they treat their customers!

I adore this place! A local treasure in the heart of Waldo! If you live in Kansas City, have gross feet, and havent been here, youre missing out. I go in with gross feet and come out with feet softer than a baby! In my 5 years of going here I have not once had a bad experience! Also they just got some really great new chairs!!!:)

I have gone there for many years with my mother and daughter. But I will no longer go there since their employees made a complete scene and shamed my family member for having scars on her hands. I would expect more compassion and professionalism from them while working in this business of skin care. Youve lost a customer due to your inconsiderate behavior. Kristine

It was like my best visit ever the people there are soooooo nice and Im 9 and me and mum go there alot and I get pink nails normally but I got blue to show in the picture with a design

Would like to let them know Tina should never be allowed to work on elder customers. bad attitude, and not careful. Ben very good. took my elderly mom in for pedi. Tina cut her toes and cuticules in several places. This is just sloppy and uncareing work.Had to go by medicine for cuts so she wont get infection. And now her toes hurt. Do not let Tina work on people.

I had the dipping power done and after 1 week 7 nails had chipped and/or cracked. They fixed for free but after only one day I already have a chipped nails again. I work in and office all day at a computer, so no hard work as they implied. Frustrating!!

Ive been going here for probably 10 years. No, its not the fanciest spa in town but the staff is friendly (still the same people as when I started) and they do a good job at a good price.

I have been a regular with Tony and his wife for almost three years. I typically spend $45-$65 here, depending on if I am getting a full set or a fill, in addition to my pedicure. Not including tip.This review is solely based on the lack of customer service.

I am not the type of person to post many reviews unless they are magnificent. However, I have been to Lynn Nail 3 times since I have lived in KC (in an almost 3 year period). Once it was recommended and twice out of convenience. 2 of the 3 times--the last 2, Their techs were rude and they have given me 2 infections now. The first was on my finger and it had to be treated with antibiotics and the second was on my big toe that is still healing from a bad toe nail cut. It has been almost a month and a half and it still hurts. I would not recommend them.

They did not do a good job on my nails, I got acrylics and my left hand looks like a different set than my right hand. Total waste of money. Will never be back.
