I hate giving bad reviews... but Im getting a pedicure 8 days after visiting this place because my feet looked worse than before getting them done. Im sure she is probably better at manicures. Im not big on those. But my gel polish came off within 30 minutes on my hands anyway.

Amazing mani-pedi experience!! Love the fun mood-changing gel colors. Staff were so friendly and attentive- they really know what they’re doing here!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -4 STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!!! Tried calling to reschedule my appointment, because there’s no way to do that online and no answer. Then I was charged 22$ for a “no call no show fee”! When I finally did get through to someone on the phone, the lady was incredibly rude and I could tell she was just trying to get off of the phone call the entirety of the time (sighing, & telling me that I didn’t call.🤷‍♂️🤣 When I absolutely did call to reschedule and no one answered) Nothing was done for me at all, I refunded my Groupon and will be taking my business elsewhere…I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I’m twenty two dollars in the hole…but I guess you live & you learn.

I had an absolutely amazing pedicure by Kendra. The entire experience was delightful! I was so relaxed throughout my appointment. Kendra was so attentive and meticulous while doing the pedicure. I got the sugar scrub and it just took the pedicure to the next level!!! I’ll definitely be back! This is my new MUST self care!!

I used a Groupon to come in to get semi-permanent eyelash extensions. The eyelashes were very very low quality plastic and so they were very itchy and hard and did not feel like lashes at all. You cant decide what shape you want, it took 2 and a half hours to put them on I had to wait 2 months to get them on because they had no sooner appointments and I really hated how it looked. The Groupon came with a fill session and Im not using it even though I already paid for it. My eyes have been itchy and miserable for a month now. She wont use different eyelashes if you ask for them she wont use the mink ones even if you offer to pay more on the spot. I asked how I can schedule an appointment to get the eyelashes I *actually* wanted and she said go to the website but on the website you dont have a choice but to schedule with a Groupon for lashes and with a Groupon appointment you only get the plastic lashes all the same length no other options for anything else. Site was set up bad, scheduling appointments was a nightmare, the end result was bad. I had a lot of eyelashes to begin with it was just the false lashes she put on that were very VERY low quality. She wouldnt shape the lashes by using different lengths. Very VERY disappointed. Dont recommend at all. Dont waste your $100. Please go anywhere else other than here. Dont waste your hard earned money on plastic lashes. They are so uncomfortable and they look bad.

I made an appointment for 2:00pm to do a gel manicure and pedicure. I was there on time, but was told they were running a little behind in the day. That was absolutely fine, but I was sitting for 40 full minutes before being taken back to start my pedicure. The pedicure and manicure then took an additional almost two hours. The women who was helping me was continuously looking at her phone and editing the store song playlist. She didnt soak my cuticles or trim them before starting my manicure. Just pushed them back dry and started painting. The next bit is my fault, but the gel color I picked was on a ring without the brand clearly labeled. It only had each color name. -I had 40 min. to look at it. The color I chose was heat activated color changing. Which I didnt discover until washing my hands once I got home. The women helping me didnt mention that detail once. Just confirmed the color name. Overall, not a good experience. I wont be going back.

Mysti is awesome! she went above and beyond to make my experience amazing! She is passionate about what she does and does her best to ensure perfection! The studio is exceptionally clean and the decor is beautiful. Her color selection is amazing! Go see her! You will NOT be disappointed. Appointments only but this experience is WORTH the wait!

I see MJ for individual lashes and have weekly for almost 3yrs. Shes professional, fun, and great at her job. Definitely the best Lash Tech and friend!

I highly recommend Misty, at Ten and two! She was such a sweetie, worked efficiently and my nails look fantastic. Cool, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I will be back!

Worst experience and customer service Ive ever received. Their operating hours are 9-5 during normal work hours, which arent specified on the Groupon offer. Although they do have a written policy which effectively covers the inept service that was provided. My gel manicure was chipping 3 days after receiving service, but their policy conveniently states gel isnt for everyone and may last different time periods. When I contacted them upon my return from vacation to inquire about a possible resolution they referred me to the policy and didnt bother to offer a solution or at the least extend an apology. It was a total waste of time and money, and I would never patronize them again.
