Best place to get your nails done ladies

Nope, this is not it! If you want a dirty, unprofessional encounter with less than stellar service because they prices are fair- then go! But dont say you werent warned.

I have not been to this place in years. Do not ever go here when its nearly closing times. It was a male that did my pedicure. He did a rush job. He was more concern about leaving and getting paid than doing my nails right. this is why i dont get my nails done because i cant never find anyone to do it right. I guess you will have to spend extra money to get the services you want and if i do this place is NOT on the list.

All around Im disappointed. Havent had my nails done in over a decade and I can say this is a bad job. They are 1 and done

Do not come here. Worst place ever and getting worse over time. Save your money and go somewhere else 🤮 I was charged $15 first and it wasnt even okay. $40 the second time for just the same manicure and got this mess🤮 I took the pic not even 30 seconds after she finished and she said I was done. I told her this was unacceptable she said $35

Will not go back....been going here for years and the quality of service keeps getting worse. Last time I got a full set all of my nails lifted. Just got a pedicure today and as soon as I get home notice the polish is dulling and not on the edge of my toe nails. Im done with this place.

Great price point. Always ask for Anna, she does fantastic pedicures.

My nails kept breaking . Most of the time I went there to text did not even want to open the door and let customers in they had you wait in your car they were never on time to open the shop. They talk about you while youre sitting right there because you cant understand their language but their mannerisms and how they treat you let you know clearly that they are talking about you. Overall terrible experience I went there three or four times just to give them a chance and support their business through this pandemic but I wont be back.

My finger nails looked like toe nails when done and my daighters nail only lasted a day because they sister use enough glue

I drive 48 minutes to come here!!! My nails always come out absolutely amazing!!!! And the prices are sooooo good I can get all the extras I want! I recommend this place to everyone who asks about my nails which is almost everyone everyday!!!!

Great Job, But Bad Customer Service

Stay far away they told me they were using gel polish and it was regular polish and chipped in a week. And they charged me extra but didnt fill my nails the just shaded them down.

I would not recommend this place. I won’t come back either. I’ve been here a couple times, and I break a nail each visit. I haven’t even got good use of my full set and I’m back again for a repair. Very bad customer service. Cheap prices and cheap service. They lie about wait times, and appointment times. They lie about nail decor and accessories just so they don’t have to provide the work.

This nail shop has BEEN having poor Customer Service for years and they change nail techs every other 3 days (Every Male nail tech there is named Jon, as for Jon the next time you go in, hell f you over for sure). This particular tech clipped my nature nails so fast, he was almost to the next hand before I noticed. Weird, they rarely make eye contact with you, but offer you every nail upgrade in their book. I cannot believe I have been going here for so long. I quit!

Went into this place and asked lady if she could do my feet said I could ask this other lady who was working on 2 people asked if she was done for day said yes she was and then asked some other customer when she walked in if she wanted her feet done and as she was doing her feet i was sitting there before the other customer had walked in mind you that there is a paper you sign in on and I had already signed in before customer walked in. I been going to this place since I was 17 and never ever experienced bad customer service.

Being going to thus place for 1 5yrs never had a problem until today i ask for gel nail she gave me different i told her short she gave me long i asked for three different colors of pink and got brown asked for them to change the polish three time didnt until another customer ask in my behave to do so and then they said yes still not the right one but i guess it will do paid 40 dollars for something i didnt want will never go back to this place again they truly lost a good customer

Unfortunately, they need an update and a better sanitation process. If you like the powder dip they do not have it here. They also need to properly trian new employees. I hope they make sure thier staff is certified. If it wasnt for certain nail techs that take their time and listen to customers I would give them 1 star. I guess you get what you pay for.

I only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. This place has the WORST customer service. I paid $25 for a shellac manicure that shouldve lasted 2 weeks, but barely made it 4 days. I went back to get 1 nail fixed and everything was fine. The second time was a totally different experience. The nail tech was extremely nasty and rude, and felt like it was okay to yell at me. She was extremely disrespectful, and I never raised my voice at her. All I wanted was a refund, or to have my nails polished again. The situation was completely mishandled. I will no longer support this business.

Dirty in there. Really needs updating especially their nail designs. Good to come get nails and feet done Mon-Thurs they arent too busy then.

I always get my nails done here with good service. The lady that did my nails was in a rush and didn’t do her job right some of my nails came out bumping.😡

Ive been going to this place since I was 16 and I had my very first job I love it.

They are very affordable and good at what they do!

They were fast and did an amazing job!

I went on nye and the lady rushed my nails and they looked horrible she wouldnt fix them so finally john fixed them which i was there probably an hour longer because of everything but john did a good job fixing them.i would not recommend this place to anyone also when i got mg pedicure she didnt even put a top coat on

I dont like to be nickeled and dimed out of my money why are you going to charge me extra to take the polish off my nails before you do my nails no. Somehow my $10 fill was going to be $13 to take the polish off is going to be extra dollar to not use nail polish remover and use the file,which is they were going to have to use anyway was going to be a extra dollar no!!!!!!
