I absolutely love Nina Nail Spa and wouldnt go anywhere else. Sophia makes my nails beautiful everytime I go in and I cant imagine letting anyone else touch my nails. I have an appt every 3 weeks and I love that they always get me right in with no wait. I would highly suggest that everyone go see this amazing staff to see how great they are first hand. You definitely wont regret it.

Wonderful service. I have had my nails done for years. Sophia puts them on and they last and they look real. I talking dip nails. She is outstanding along with all the staff.

I was referred to this salon by a relative. I am so thrilled that I decided to stop by. I received the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. The technician was so friendly. She handed me a pedicure menu that listed several options for me to choose from. I chose “Signature Regular” and felt like she didn’t rush me and did a very thorough job. It was really neat that they use a sander attached to a hand held kitchen aid mixer to sand down the bottom of your foot. My feet have never been so soft!The atmosphere was very warm & welcoming. This salon far exceeded my expectations. I will be back! :)

Ive been going to this nail salon for over two years and highly recommend them. Excellent customer service, professional, clean and always kind and respectful. Not me mention my nails/toenails always look perfect! They are also very patient with my hyper 7 year old baby girl when she gets her nails and toes done. Love this place!

I have been going there for a while. So when the new owner took over Sophia started to do my nails. She listens she is great at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone.If you want your nails done perfectly, then I suggest you make an appointment to see Sophia.. She’ll get you in and she’s very professional.I only trust her.Sophia she does wonderful work. I highly recommend her to anyone. I don’t know about anyone else ther, but she’s tops in my book.

Arrived on a Friday 20 minutes after they opened for a pedicure. I did not have an appointment. Had a short wait in the lobby & the spa chair. I enjoyed the back massage though. The girl did a great job! Loved the paraffin wax, hot towels, my choice of fragrance etc... very happy with the color. I will be going back. Was given a punch card before I left to earn a reward.

Horrible customer service.

I called at 3:00 and asked what time they might have available for a pedicure. I was told 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:50 to pick out my color. I was put in a foot soak. Its now 5:40 and Im still left soaking. The water is now cold and my toes are wrinkled. Ive been left soaking for over 40 minutes. I wish they would have been honest with me about the wait time. I would have gladly came later. But here I am trapped in the foot soak. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

I have patronized Nail a couple of times. I would say that the girls at the nail saloon does a great jobs. However, I have realized that when it comes to Ninas African American customers, there are not treated as well as her Caucasians customers . I have watched her greet and speak to each and every Caucasians customers as they walk through the doors, and at the end of her services she thank them, mostly by name. However, that is not the same with her African American customers. My most recent trip to the Nail Salon, I was not greeted when I walked in. However, the customers that came in after me, all were Caucasians, where greeted with a hello. Also, at the end of there services they was thanked. On one my recent visits I heard her reference one of her African American customers as ghetto, because the customer was asking her the cost of each service and the owner stated that, she needs to go to the hood to get her nails done if she can not afford our services. A word of advised to the owner, Please get over your racist bias. Every time I received your services I was nice polite and I left a good tip. I have observed this situation with Nina on several occasion, not just one. Treat all of your customer with the same respect.

This was a good nail salon. It changed owners 3 times already. I really enjoyed when Nina still owned the place. The service is mediocre and not worth the price. I wasnt impressed at all.

I love this place and all the workers. I’m always greeted by my name when I arrive. We talk and laugh and have a great time always. Nina and her staff is like family to me they treat everyone the same. And if anyone wants to know I am a proud African American saying this because someone said Nina treat blacks differently and that’s not true

This Spa is NOT the same since Nina and Hannah left. It’s like they took all of the talent with them. I waited over an hour for a mediocre pedicure from a tiny girl with hardly enough muscle to massage my calfs. The shop has brought in dip powder in an attempt to make up for Nina’s skill. I’ll be going to another spa from now on.

Got my nails done there for the first time. Employees seem really nice and polite. The nails are pretty cute and stylish too.

Nina Nails is awesome. They are reasonable and make sure you are happy with their service. The pedicure is done proper and will leave you feeling relaxed.Highly recommended and will return. By the way the chairs are massaging chairs.

This was an awesome experience! I called at 8 AM to ask if they open at 8 or 830 and they told me to come just come on in. Hanna and Karrie (hopefully i spelled their names right) worked together to fit me in. The last place I went, messed up my acrylics. My nails now look phenomenal!! So happy I found a place i can stick with!

Omg this was a great experience they opened up early in the morning before the other places do and the tech I had was amazing from the pedicure to the waxing of the eyebrow. The owner was there working and just as pleasant as the others Kerrie was the tech

I am fan of Ninas and received good service there for three years. Unfortunately, todays appt was not up to their usual quick service. I waited 15 min for my appt. Then, I sat in water for 30 min before a nail tech was available. My mani-pedi looks good. I am very unhappy about the 45 min wait for my appt.

Very clean and he did not rush my pedi. He took his time and did an excellent job.

Terrible service. Sat there over 40 minutes with my feet in the water and they serviced others before my daughter and I. NEVER going back. Learn to treat everyone the same!!!
