Came here with my niece and my sister for a littleGirls Day while we were in the city for my birthday. Alex did my nails and he did AMAZING! The other ladies that helped my niece (she is 11) we’re both very patient and gentle with her. We all three got dip nails and they look fantastic! I got my eyebrows waxed and the tech did an amazing job too! We will definitely be coming back. We live 1.5 hours away, but worth the trip to come back here!!

Carly did a great job and was very pleasant.

Prices are fair, the pedicure and polygel were good, but it took forever.Had a pedicure, and then had to sit in the chair for about an hour if not longer just waiting to get my nails done. I arrived around 11a and didnt get out of there until well after 3p. It was quite ridiculous. There was a lady that was sitting next to me who has an appointment and she wasnt greeted, offered a drink, didnt have water in her pedi bowl, and just sat there for a very long time. People were leaving because they were waiting so long.I wont return. There are plenty of other salons that dont take over 4 hours for a mani/pedi with fair pricing.

This is the ONLY place I’ve gone to for my nails since they’ve opened! They always do such an amazing job, they’re so accommodating & they’re always so nice. I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door and their quality work shows how they take their time. My go-to is a dip manicure & I’ve never been disappointed!

I was totally under-whelmed by everything about my experience at this salon. I had made appointments, but still waited 30 minutes for a pedicure chair. After being seated, it was another 10 minutes before someone came to fill the tub. The technician was friendly enough, but the service lacked attention to detail and I never received a massage, which accounts for at least 50% of the enjoyment of a pedicure. The callouses on my feet got a cursory scrub with a pumis stone, but not the level of attention that the upgrade to a signature pedicure promised. Overall, not a great experience.

PERFECT customer service! I love they know my name when I walk in the door when I arrive. Having great looking nails when is just a bonus! They are very sanitary so working in the medical industry that is what Im always looking for so I give them a for sure a thumbs up!!

Came in for a mani & pedi. Was told 30 min wait. Then was asked to sit in chair 1. I came with my daughters, too. They sat in 2 & 3. They got served while I waited. An older lady came in after us and she was seated & served before me. Some gentleman came to tell me that this old lady who we watched walk in the establishment get serviced before me, that she has been there already for her nails and she waited an hour to do her toes. Smh so I left. Sad how they cant even admit they were wrong.

Ive been here before and had q great experience so I made an appt to get a dip before going out of town tomorrow. Sadly even with making an appt for 10am, there is still only one tech here and two gals needing pedicures and Im twiddling my thumbs 15 min into my scheduled appt.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to they messed my nails up and used old gel nail polish the lady left dust under my nails and I am never picky about my nails but this was just ridiculous.

Excellent atmosphere! Love how friendly everyone is and all the customers were talking and enjoying themselves. I went there Saturday and had an AMAZING pedicure and got a beautiful ombré dip nail set. I am so in love with my sets and will be returning!

I had a gel nails Manicure done. It barely lasted a week when multiple nails started lifting. I called and was told to come in. I went in and the technician started peeling off the gel, even the spots that were stuck. He did no reshaping and put gel on. They were so thick and lumpy they looked worse when I left then when I went in! A week later I couldn’t stand it and went somewhere else. They had to soak them two and three times to get whatever it was off. They had no idea what the stuff was because as they tried to get it off it was chipping off like a powder substance.

Very professional and friendly. Wide variety of colors and services.

Although Alex didnt do my nails, I thought he was talkative and charming. I plan to have him do my manicures from now on. I loved the selection, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were very accommodating to mine and my friends requests. I will definitely be back for another powder dip!

I had tried this salon once before and was not happy after leaving. It had been several yrs so I thought I would give it another shot. I had dip powder done and I left with color all over my he skin of my fingers. The guy didn’t offer to remove the color from my skin. Very unhappy with the service I received.

The lady that did my pedicure was not very detailed. She barely scrubbed my calluses and didn’t give me a massage for my feet or legs the worst pedi I have probably ever had. The lady that did my nails was different and she did an ok job.

This is the only nail place I will go to. I recently moved from California and wanted to find a nail place that was as good as my place back home. After reviewing Yelp reviews; thought I would give this place a shot; and boy was I glad I did. They do an amazing job on everything they do. I have had my nails dipped, pedicures & full sets each service has exceeded my expectations. They remember you by name and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!!!

Best nail place around! Not only am I happy with my nails each time, they are super competitively priced! I always call to make an appointment so I dont have to wait and Im never particular about who does my nails because each technician is a rock star! My mom and I come ever few weeks and we love the Nail Place. They even serve wine! Highly recommend!

My first visit here was phenomenal. Everyone was super friendly, the space was clean and well lit, and the prices were reasonable. Looking forward to my best visit!

I went in for powder dip ombré nails. Everything was going good until we noticed one hand was grey and the other was black. The nail tech asked me if I was happy with them and I said no I want them darker. She looked at them confused, put another layer of topcoat on and nail serum. Then looked at me and said “okay were finished”, offered me only $5 off... Didn’t fix my nails, one was crooked, and another snapped off in less than 24 hr. Will never be going back and wish I could get a refund. Tragic.

This is the best nail salon I have been to since moving to Mo. 3 1/2 years ago. I have been to a few others, some good and some not so good. The Nail Place is very clean and well run by friendly, courteous staff. It is my Nail Place of choice now. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My family and I have been customers since they first opened. Looking for a great, clean, experienced salon...this is it!! The best part, most of them speak English which is an added bonus. I have to say though, I happened to be one of the customers waiting when a lady came in and got bent out of shape because they told her she would have to wait to get her one nail fixed until the 4 customers before her to got done. Apparently, she left a bad review (as she could) because she was going to have to wait.... not sure what planet she’s from to think she was more important than the four of us waiting. I appreciate a business that is treating everyone equal. I understand sometimes things don’t always go the way you want. But to leave a bad review and threaten them with telling everyone that they are a bad business. Well, as a business owner myself everyone has bad days. Just remember that when you’re leaving a review. I personally have had no problems and have been going here a year now! I will continue giving them my business.

This place is the best!

This place exceeded my expectations for experience and quality of services; i enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere is clean, open, and staff was incredibly friendly. Asking if the water temperature was comfortable, if I wanted a beverage, they even have this neat polish shaker device that mixes up the bottle to ensure consistency for application. I received the deluxe spa pedicure and slchose the green tea sugar scrub, smells divine.

My most favorite nail place! I have definitely found my forever nail home. They go above and beyond to make sure my nails are always perfect. I have never left disappointed. Alex, you’re doing amazing sweetie :)))

The technicians do a great job on your nails, however my appointment was at 4pm and didnt get my feet in the water until 4:45... almost 5pm.

I have been here a few times. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the customer service provided at all.The reason I came back was to see if I was convinced to stay as a customer. I always feel like the main guy there is annoyed to serve me and who I come with. A few customer service etiquette classes could probably help him with his attitude. I will not be going there again simply because of the lack of customer service. Nail job done by him is okay, the ladies that do pedicures have always done a great job though. Except for one who also had an attitude problem. If you want my business, I expect to be treated with respect and made feel welcomed. Because of the lack of both I will have to find a different place that will have no problem making me feel like I am wanted there and make me feel happy not annoyed when I leave.

I really like this cute little nail place. Its not crowded the service was delightful. The services I gotten was Mani & pedí. The only reason 4stars is the lack of massage was done for the service I had done. Will go again to see if it get better if not then need to find another nail place.

I had a pedi when they first opened & was not happy with it. The polish smudged when the girl was helping me put on my flip flops. She seemed so put out for having to fix the polish on my toe.I decided to give the place another chance because I needed 1 nail fixed. I called and asked the wait, they said no wait. I drove there— I live 1 mile away. The man looked at my one nail & said 20 minutes. You have to wait behind all these people... I guess my one nail wasn’t worth it & he’d get more money from the people that walked on behind me.Horrible customer service.

I loved my nails and felt that Annie did a great job, better than other places I have been in Kansas City.Good practice is to make an appointment so you have a gaurenteed service. So I spent $55 for a French Tip pedicure which resulted in a subpar paint job, bleeding big toes and still having dry skin on the bottom on my feet. I would excuse some of this nonsense is I had great customer service but that was also lacking. If I was you I would definitely take my money elsewhere where you can easily get more bang for your buck. Won’t be visiting again.

Awful customer service, rude if you request anything. They definitely know how to make someone feel unwelcomed. Will never go back. Last time I was there the man filed my skin down and some how I always walk out bleeding.

The place is nice. The service was not the best. I took my 80 year old mother, niece and 3 year old daughter to get mani and pedis and they seemed highly annoyed that my 3 year old was there even tho she sat nicely and did not bother anyone. She didnt get a pedi just painted her nails which the gentleman helping her had very little patience to do, and they charged me for her just putting her feet in the water! I have been to other places that do not seem to mind lil ones there and will be going back to them! Not this place!

Come home to find my little sister crying because they ripped her skin off while doing her eyebrows. The skin under her eyebrows is literally gone! Already scabbing over and may have to go see a doctor because of the damage they did. Went back in and showed them, never gave a refund, only excuses as to why her skin was ripped off. She’s done her eyebrows multiple times in the past at different places and their excuse for this happening was her “sensitive skin”. The BBB will be getting a call about this horrible business.

My friend and I made an appointment for 12:30, we got there early, I got seated for my pedicure at about 12:40, which was fine, but my friend who was getting a set didn’t get seated until 1:30, she had a girl finally start on her nails, and just randomly got up and left to do a pedicure and told her “someone will be with you” she then waited another 30 minutes. I got a mani and pedi and was done by the time they just started glueing tips on her. And the guy who was doing her nails was on the phone the entire time dealing with a complaining customer. I also got a deep cut on my pinky from their file, and got cut on three other fingers and bled. Awful experience.

Always have excellent service and lasting manicures and pedicures from here.
