The pictures probably don’t do any justice but the paint was chunky and not cleaned up. When I asked to clean the nails up they act like they couldn’t see the problem. Never again!

I had a pedicure and was one of the best I have had. I chose not to have my toe nails polished. Everything else about the pedi was excellent. Steven is the one who did the service for me and he was excellent and thorough. My feet and lower legs felt great and looked so much better. Great visit and I will go back. My 2 granddaughters had their nails done for the first time and they were both very pleased. Their nails looked great.!

Love Eva nail and spa. Been going there for years. The energy in there is great the owners are hilarious, the nail tech are awesome!!!!!

Usually its all good, but damn they just didnt care this time. Nails all different sizes, some didnt even cover my real nail leaving a visible gap . Done with this place.

The only place I go for my pedicure. I go to Ten. Shes knows how to scrub my feet the way I need them to be scrubbed.

Horrible!!!! I asked for simple white tips with pink clear almond shaped nails after waiting almost 2 hours. I got elf hats instead. The tips arent blended in the acrylic at all. They claim this is almond. I even showed a picture. The tech got an attitude with me because she cant do what I asked for . Gel polish was not included in my fullset. Crazy. She wasnt going to put a clear coat on my nails either. She gave me regular polish that smeared all over. My 5 yr old could have done a better job. I was very calm and told her my nails were ugly. She didnt care. Please dont go here unless you make an appointment for Eva. The husband talks too much & they take 2 yrs. Waste of time and money.

I will never be back to this establishment. Customer service skills are awful. Eva did a full set on my nails and 5 days later a nail broke. The guy continued to tell me that after a week a fill is needed, but when I would get a fill they would say every 2-3 weeks. Eva is very unprofessional and will rush on your nails. I got square nails and they were wide and bulky. If you want a pleasant relaxing experience, don’t come here and let Eva touch your nails. The lady that does pedicures does a good job, but will almost force you to get gel. I forgot to mention when I called to complain the first time Eva hung up on my face. I plan on getting in contact with the BBR about this horrible establishment.

The atmosphere was laid back friendly staff very professional services. The lady Ten was amazing she did an awesome job on my pedicure and manicure.

I used to love going to this place because they were close, did a good job on gel polish, and I can only wear gel nails due to my profession. But am now looking for a different nail salon. The overall service over the years has gotten worse among other things. They do a horrible job then blame the customer. I didnt polish my nails.. and according to gel nails its supposed to last two weeks not a week or less. They talk as if its my fault and told me stop being cheap to pay for dipped acrylic nails, which cost more. Said why be so cheap, get dipped,etc. When I always paid for my polish changes even when it was their mess up. And it should have been free.

Just very rude and does not follow the only being 5-6 customers in the shop due to COVID-19

Frank is great with nails. But hes a college student so hes not available all the time. The staff is friendly as well.

Entire coating fell off in big flakes within a few days. Heavily pressuredto purchase extra serices. We wont go there again.

Their service is really cheap. Theyre very friendly. The only things that I didnt like were that:1) They work in a hurry to not lose other waiting customers, so the work ends up looking awful. This happens almost always.2) Also If youre there for only nails, theyll try their best to get you to get some other service like pedicure and eyebrows. It is uncomfortable to have to tell them no every time.

The older man rushed on my nails. I have been here plenty of times in the past yesterday I went, and the man did my nails horrible. Didn’t take his time at all. My nails looked sloppy. If you do go go to eva herself or her daughter not the man

After arriving AT closing time N refusing to LEAVE w/o me Gtn my nails DONE too?... I had a wonderful TIME w/my Besty Cuzn... Mtg Ms. Eva Who wasnt taking NO 4 any answer possible after reopening her doors?! LOL and was MORE than gracious to the Tomboy Cuzn who COULD care LESS abt mtg her feminine side... LOL was an experience DESERVING of a 5 Star rating. I received a PAIN free set of gorgeousness that shines like glass!

Nails 7, Pedi 7, Individual lashes 1, Prices 10+, out of 10. Freindly people. Defently will go back and try doing nails and pedi with different staff. Prices are unbeatable. Huge variety colors of nail polish and gel polishes.

Dont go here its a waste of money ido what happened this used to be a decent place to go but i just paid $74 for a pedicure ans set that looks like I went to a school and had it done pure trash my coffin nails arent even shaped they look horrible and my gel is all.lumpy and sides of my nails.not even painted when i said something the lady just got a attitude so I paid and left but i will not ever go back there again.

Been with eva for a few years Im satisfied with the designs prices and the cleanliness of the nail spa.. Pretty good i would recommend to anyone

Never disappointed after getting my nails done here. Havent had to go anywhere else for the past few years.

I wont be going back my nails were uneven and steaky and the job was so messy...and when she was doing my toes someone came in and asked for her she speed threw my gel process and didnt give then enough time under the light so the gel peeled that night .

Dont let the chunky guy work on your feet you would think with him being a male he would have a lot of good strength in scrubbing your feet during a pedicure but hes lazy and doesnt use the same techniques that most of the other people that give pedicures use

My white tips was not done right you can clearly see but the lady act like she didn’t see it . I hate my nails so upset I have to get it redone because she didn’t want to fix the problem polish all over my skin complain she put oil on it and try to buffer the nail with clear coat on it .. when I was coming to sit down she rush someone in the chair .. if I can give it 0 starts I would never again horrible service .i would not recommend
