I went with the dipping powder for my nails and since my real nails were short they had to put tips on. The nail techs was so gentle with my nails since they are very thin and kept asking if I was ok. So cute! My nails are the perfect length. Beautiful shop, very comfortable seats and great nail art! Everyone here is awesome, they are very friendly, clean, newly remodeled shop, and they provide great service!!

I went to get my nails done hours before closing and my experience was horrible. ROSE did not soak my nails off she put new powder on my nails OVER the old powder she kept questioning me asking me if I’m sure that’s what I wanted as if I didn’t know what I wanted. She stopped doing one ladies service to rush and do mines. My nails were bulky uneven color over color just terrible to the point I had to take them off the next day. I went for a full set and was leaving within 20 mins of being there that’s how fast my service was rushed. I would not recommend huggge disappointment!

The first time my daughter and i went there it took them about 1.5 hours to do a pedicure, full set.......it took fooooorrrreeevvvvver and so i didnt have time to get my mani done on the same day with them. I wasnt pleased with that but i decided to give them another try a few weeks later. My full set mani was faster but some nails were crocked and i left with tears in my eyes out of frustration because tge entire time i had to say this one is way longer than this one. Can u fix this. This is uneven and many more things. And one of the nails came off the very next day Still its close to my home so aftrr i tried and AMAXING salon out by the airport called The nail lounge and they did an Absolutley perfect set but much further away and a tad bit more pricey, i decided to grt luxery nails one last shot wiyh my daughter. We walked in at 2:45. Only 2 people in there but also only 2 people working. I tell them what we want and the main gal says 45 minutes. So i say okay we will be bavk at 3. She says no. 330 . i reminded her that 45 minutes would make the appointment at 3pm and that was fine. She then said okay okay. 315 so it was like, okay... Will be bavk at 315. We went to the surrounding shops just trying to pass time and then went back a few minutes before 315 to make sure no one took our spot. When ee got in there we were hardly acknowledged and i said its 315 and we are back. no reply. However....the customers in there were not the same people in their there as before...so she finished the people that were in that time gap and started someone new. So...about 7 minutes go by and wr still were not taken back to evsn sit and out our feet in the water so i told my 6 year old nevrrmind babe. We will go someplace else tomorrow. We dont have time to keep sitting here. AND THEN the lady said you want pedicure? As if she wad ready right then to take us bsck. And i said yes. I did but u said 315 and we waited around and came back and we are still wIting so were good todat. Yhank you. Shes like wait wait...you want pedicure right?? I said hace a good day. I understand if ur busy and we need to wait. But dont gace a customer waiting and then they comr back and have thrm wait some more to brcUsr you started someone else. If wr needex to come bavk tomorrow wr might have and done somthing else for 1.5 hours today. Definitely wont be back. 3 bad experiences was enough for me.People, TRY THE NAIL LOUNGE!!! Great customer service and their nail techs are talented and flawless!

I went here for a fill, the guy rushed and complain the entire time. He didnt drill off all my old polish instead he put acrylic over it so you can see the old polish. Then he did not take the acrylic all the way over my nail which caused my nail to crack and break. The gel polish peeled so horribly. Waste of money. Im never going back

Ive been going to rose for over 10 years. We are all human so no place or person will be perfect all the time. I can say that this establishment greet you with a smile and respect. You get What pay for.

Went yesterday for a fill & as I sat & waited my turn I heard a female worker being rude to another customer. She became so rude the customer decided she no longer wanted the lady’s service & that she’ll go elsewhere. That was very unprofessional on that workers behalf & not a good look on the shop.

This nail salon is in a nice community shopping Center however there is only one nail tech service seen everyone with no help. After three visits of waiting hours to be serviced I’ve decided to go elsewhere. While waiting several other people were waiting as well and several people left after waiting hours also. if you have all the Time in the world this is a great shop for you

I dont like coming to the shop because it is clean the ladies there are real nice and polite they talk to you with respect and I love that its a nice atmosphere

I absolutely love going to luxury nails! Rosé is amazing when it comes to waxing and color powder. And I cannot forget miss Mandy! OMG she will have you falling asleep in the pedicure chair while she’s doing your pedicure and massaging your calfs and your feet. The Whole staff is super friendly and amazing!! They also have a reward and promotion program!

Went in for a good pedicure and manicure. Only ended up with only a pedicure because it took the tech and hour and half to complete the pedicure and I had to cut it short due to me about to miss another appointment. They were not apologetic.

I love going to luxury nails they were very perfessional and fixed my nails that were broken. And saved the rest of my nails which are real. Thank you so much.

Need soap and paper towels in bathroom. Dont use plastic when doing pedicures. Can tell they are more about getting money than customer care. Nice staff and loved my nails, but not sanitary enough for me...didnt use new tools.

I came in at noon on a Saturday and the nail tech wasn’t in yet. That didn’t bother me too much I know life happens. Then I get in and Rose was the one who did my nails. I felt rushed and watched her only do 3 hands before they locked the door telling people they were closed. Not professional if that’s what you site advertises. I don’t care for the shape and the lack of detail on my nails. The shop was clean looking but $40 is a lot to feel rushed and not like the shoe of your nails. Not to mention I kept mentioning the shape. I felt ignored while voicing my concerns. Best part was the color and the dip powder she talked me into. Not sure if I’ll go back tho.

Really nice salon. Came here on a Saturday and there wasn’t a wait! The pedicure spa chairs have massage remotes and it was well worth the extra money for a foot massage! Very thorough and clean. Also decided to get a manicure and they did just as well as they did my toes! Would definitely come back here it’s a nice nail place to go to in this part of town :) give it a try! Very nice workers.

Rose seem distracted today she keep looking around she wasn’t paying attention to my nails she was rough with my nails.I’ve been getting her the last few times I visit and she does not do a good job with my nails

The lady quickly yelled cash. well just so happened I only had just enough cash to cover our service. No tip. Her loss. (Shrugs)

Rude, unprofessional, poor service, and dirty salon. The staff is quick to take your cash and insult you, but refuse to give proper customer service and make sure your nails live up to your expectations.I found it funny when the lady said to not come back as if Im a committed client of hers. And you know they insult you in their native tongue.Save your money and avoid this rubbish place.

Today I went to this nail shop at 1:50pm and I was told to return in one hours and they would get me in. I returned as was requested and still waited an hour and a half for a fill. Once in the seat I explained how long Ive been waiting and the nail tech response was some people wait 4-6 hours Do you still want your nails done? REALLY!!!!!!!! NOT THAT WAITING THREE HOURS WASNT PROOF ENOUGH GIRL BYE NEVER AGAIN. THIS SHOP IS TRASH BLACK PEOPLE WE ARE THE REASON THEY ARE IN BUSINESS DONT LET THEM TREAT US ANY KIND OF WAY.

Started coming here to get my nails done however the quality of their gel polish is very cheap the first time my gel peeled off I I thought it was just the color I chose nope second time the same thing happened so I came back and told Owners son and he thought it was funny.. Rose is the one that did my nails so I told her I’d pick another color she told me I needed to get the same color??? Also tried arguing with me about the quality of the polish I advised her I’d been getting my nails done over 20 yrs and I’ve never had gel polish peel off bottom line I had Rose take the polish off.. I’ll take my business elsewhere these ppl are very unprofessional and they simply don’t listen to their customers! I won’t ever come back here to get my nails done again!

Worst service ever! The lady named Rose I believe the shop owner had the worst customer service skills! NEVER AGAIN went for a simple polish change. Seeing I was in a rush to go out of town at the last minute.......So After being Initially told it would be a 40 min wait. It unturned into bring 2 hrs after numerous people jumping in front of me for full sets. And to answer the question your thinking probably..... NO the did not have appointments they walked in after me. Then when asking WHY she stated full sets only being done be specific ppl.MAKES NO SENSE, if they can apply FULLSETS they can polish nails. THEN I WAS RUSHED THREW AND NOT EVEN A WEEK BARLY LATER MY GEL POLISH IS CHIPPING.... never again save your money people

Went to the shop to get my feet polished today..6/19/2020 and the technician was very rude...i had to tell her to put a topcoat polish on my nail...the terrible part at the end she just snatched the nail spacers from between my feet..i was shocked...that was my first visit and it will be my last..

I spent 2 hours in this place just for a fill, only to be bounced around to 3 different stations with 3 different techs. They were rude & didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. They had more customers than they did staff. I tried them Only because theyre local, but Ill never go back.

Went for my first mani and pedi and to get my eyebrows done. Eyebrows are perfect but my nails are crooked paint has lumps and paint isnt even. Sucks to be my first time but at least I know I wont be back. They should just do eyebrows 🤷

Horrible I’ll never go again after waiting 2 hours to get a pedicure I sat down and the lady did a rush job on me didn’t even want there runny polish that comes off in a week. Sat and waited to get a fill and after three more hours they told me to come back the next day. Rude and horrible customer service. My11 year old get a pedicure and wasn’t satisfied either. I drive from Independence to get my tootsies done by Mindi. These women actually give you the attention you deserve. Well worth the drive and the money! Everyone is super friendly and they always do an amazing job. I’ve gotten a million pedicures but there’s is the only one I’m willing to drive for. 😆💕💅🏼🤲🏻Update: 12/8/20Mindi is still my favorite. But everyone is so sweet and professional. They take care of my grandmas gremlin toes and my bfs monster feet. Real troopers and a good price.

Ive been going to Luxury Nails for more than 2-years. My experiences as well as my adult daughters has been excellent. We have our favorite nail technicians that do a great job each time. If I cannot get to them for a pedicure, Id rather wait until I can get there. Matter of fact, will be there this weekend! I liked the work they do but I wish they will speak English when they talking to each other. Makes it uncomfortable not knowing what is being said.

I went to this nail shop on Saturday for a pedicure, by Tuesday the polish had fallen yes fallen off of my toes. I picked the polish up as it was in whole pieces and took it to the shop on Wednesday. The owner Rose looked at me as if I were lying when I had the entire piece of polish in my hand. They treated me so rude and slopped a polish on my feet. I then said are you not going to clean them up and they asked me what is wrong with them, I said you are right and I will never come back .HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE and they need to invest in new products.

The worst experience ever. I was the 1st customer today @ 9:30a and the lady that started on my nails had no clue what she was doing, wanted me to wait 30min for another tech then once I was finished I hadnt been gone 1HR and the fill part had started lifting. Then was told if I couldnt come back today or tomorrow then I would have to pay again
