We have been renting through this company for a little over a year. The staff has been very helpful in trying to find us a place that works for us and our budget. They, to the best of their ability, help us with anything that is wrong with our rental. Their front desk customer service personal are very friendly and goes above and beyond to help clients. This is the best rental company I have worked with by far. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I paid for an application on a house they knew they were renting out and then tried to apply for another one that has been listed for a while and is still listed but they said theyve been holding it for someone else thats been wanting to move in for a while but still hasnt moved in. Ive been looking and Im ready with money and everything to move in now. Probably shouldnt have a house listed for people to waste time on trying to get it if its not available!

Office personnel are very polite. They take electronic payments or checks. I was only taking in a check for a sick friend of mine so I dont know how they are as a landlord though.

Lets see when I moved in it was warm out and you said youre house was livable and in good standing Ones it started getting cold I turned on the heat and my first mouth it was over 500.00 Because the heat wasnt working right I called in Nov Twice no answer then in December I said I wasnt going to give a payment Intel something is done about the heat I was using 2 space heaters to try in stay warm and at Dec,24 the furnace stopped and found out that it did not have any heat ducks at all and I could go on with lot more wrong with this house so Dont tell me I Am the bad person when youre renting out houses that are bad for people to live in.... I have More to say and will be letting everyone know soon the house put my health in a bad spot and my dad got sick and ended up in the hospital because of the house....like I said I will be letting Everyone know here soon More

CLS team has been great staying onto of collections, repairs and placements of tenants. They help me put quality tenants into my units.

The house I was renting was falling apart. I submitted multiple repair requests which were ignored. The garage door stopped working and was too heavy for me to open. The porch had a large hole in the roof (pictured) which they wouldnt fix, and the chimney is visible leaning. The carpets were stained and the kitchen floor damaged when I moved in, but I was charged for replacing them. The area under the sink literally had a large hole that went down to the basement and I was instructed to just put something over it.

My experience with CLS as a first time renter has been pretty good. Ive had some minor issues with the house that took quite a while to get fixed, some of my concerns still have yet to be addressed. Other than those small things, I absolutely love my little house and calling it home. I will not hesitate to rent from CLS again and hope to renew my lease soon 😁

The staff was rude to my friend, Crystal, when she tried to rent from them. She posted a negative review, and they asked her to remove her it because they could not remember her. So, not only are they rude, apparently, but poor record keepers, too. Their attitude online turned me off to their company completely. Will never rent any property from them or any company co-owned, managed, or otherwise operated by them.

I have been dealing with Complete Landlord Solutions for the past 6 years, the are by far the most friendliest and easiest people to deal with. Whenever I need something they are on top of it. The professionalism they have is by far top notch. I will not even think about using another company to handle my rental properties.

My husband and I rented from them for a year and unfortunately have to relocate now. They were fantastic! Any maintenance request or problem was taken care of very promptly. One day our dishwasher stopped running and it couldnt be repaired. We had a new one installed the very next day.

I returned from work one day to find my water quit working (I am on a well). My wife called into CLS and it took less than 20 minutes for a technician, James to show up to our home. James was highly professional, friendly, and he went to task immediately. Within a short period of time, James had diagnosed and fixed the problem. James could have stopped there, but he chose to go the extra mile by going out and getting another well pump pressure switch to replace the old, corroded one. Our water works perfectly now and because of Jamess extra effort, I have the peace of mind knowing that it most likely wont give us any more problems in the near future.In the years of renting, service has always been a bit hit or miss. This is not to say I have had any problems with CLS. In fact, the service from all of their staff has been what I would call exceptional.For anyone looking to rent in the Terre Haute area, I would highly recommend CLS.

I have worked with Jared for nearly a decade. He is a quality property manager. I live distant from my property so it is especially important to know and trust my property manager. My property is an older bungalow, built with quality and I want the quality of the property preserved.Jared does an excellent job with communication of issues and solutions regarding my property. I like competitive pricing on major repairs and purchases and Jared gets this done for me even though it is extra work for him. He provides photos of on going work that enable me to keep tabs on progress.Jareds fees are very reasonable for the services he provides. I am especially impressed with the quality of the renters that Jared is able to attract. He does thorough checking and screening of prospective renters. The bottom line result is that I typically get multi-year renters for my property who do not leave a mess when they move on.I also have property near where I live. Oh how I wish that Complete Landlord Solutions was available to manage this property for me. I have been plagued with poor tenants, court cases and significant repairs/rental downtime. If Jared was managing my property, I doubt this would be the case.Another big plus is the CLS maintenance department. They can handle many minor repairs and even some major repairs at very reasonable prices. Their work is of the highest quality and they are very productive and cost effective.Thanks Jared and everyone at CLS for taking such good care of me and my property. It means a lot to me!

Decent landlords and lower quality housing in some places.

Claimed apartment at 3115 N. 22nd was safe and wonderful location. On my first night the house next door burned down. Then my tires were slashed when my car was confused for the meth house next door. Hostile neighbors tried convincing me not to involve police (I wonder why) but the nail in the coffin was finding out the place was a former meth house. Is 0 stars possible?

Is Jared the same man who worked for University Apt on 14 Popular ? The same place where they never answer the phone you had to leave a message for them to call you back . It’s took days or weeks to fix a toilet . A rude lady at the desk who took your money and didn’t apply it toward your rent . Friends who was taken to court after University Apt close down for non payment of rent . But when he went to court it was Complete Landlord Solution that was wanting money . So how can a business close one day and a complete different real estate sue him . #dontrentfrom#completelandlordsolution

Felt I should save a bad review until I moved out, but I wouldnt want another tenant to go into a lease without reading my experiences with CLS.TL;DR for anyone just glancing: management gave us 15 minutes warning before showing apartment, maintenance is unable to fix many ongoing issues.***Im genuinely worried that this negative review will affect how we are treated when it comes to getting our security deposit back, but I will review that process after it occurs.***-My biggest concern is their breach of tenant rights while arranging for our apartment to be shown. They tried to leave a message with my roommate 15 minutes before someone was shown the apartment. I never received a phone call, despite being told I was contacted. Regardless of whether or not they made a good faith effort to contact the tenants, had we both gotten phone calls, calling 15 minutes before a showing can in no way be argued as reasonable notice.-When they were confronted about the issue they became combative.-Secondly, the maintenance crew is terrible. We moved in to find that there was a pre-existing mouse infestation, evidenced by finding nearly 10 old gluetraps around the apartment, as well as mouse droppings and mouse holes all around the apartment. Its clear that they were aware of this problem, and rather than actually fixing the problem, they just threw more gluetraps at it.-I called and asked them to pay for an exterminator, but instead, they sent the maintenance guy to come and put down more traps, several of which were found to not even be baited.-The maintenance crew still have not been able to fix a light socket that repeatedly burns out bulbs.-CLS has a reputation among students that I only learned of after signing the lease, so heres a warning. Everyone Ive spoken to about CLS has had issues with the company taking advantage of students who dont know their rights as a tenant.Hopefully this review serves as a precautionary tale to anyone looking to lease with them, especially the lower rent properties.
