I have never had to wait! The best pedicure I have ever had! Everyone is very friendly, they have beautiful nail colors and excellent prices! I give them 5 stars 🤩🤩

I would like to State that on my African-American female 29 years old. I am a retired veteran of the United States Army and currently a Doctoral student . You would have never known that if I wouldn’t of stated that. However, the color of my skin got me discriminated against today without knowing my background or socio-economic status . Today I asked for longer nails but I was told they do not do this service . So I asked what is the problem if I’m paying for the service. The nail- technician that was preforming my service looked over at the other one and they begin to speak in their native tongue. My nail tech then cut my nails.After she cuts the first one she says well you would have had to pay 65 dollars and starts filing . I said money is not an issue I clearly asked for the service . Then I looked around and realized I was the only African American in the spa . It sunk in that I was being discriminated against. I guess I did not fit the description of someone that can afford 65 dollars . I said out loud to them both I have no problem affording this service . The second nail tech then walks over and starts cutting them and filing angrily. I’m going to put emphasis on how hard she jerked my hand around the whole time she filed . I sat and watched peacefully because I know the pen in mightier than the sword . I paid for rough treatment, discrimination and rude behavior. I paid for the service and I even left a tip because I’m actually in school to become a Psychologist. So I had to work on some things to be able to sit peacefully. This behavior was interesting to see from another minority group . The passive aggression and hostility was something that I’ve never witnessed because I served in various countries amongst diverse people . I am hoping that one day nail salons are more diverse and I hope this assist in making that change . I hope this company learns to never judge a book by its cover . You also need to a sign up that discloses this length policy . Lastly, I am writing the BBB and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I wish there was no star to leave because this behavior should no be acceptable in any establishment .

The gentleman that did my pedicure was a bit rough. He used the tool to lift the nail on my big toe and clipped the end and yanked it out. When he went to retrieve my color choice he came back with gel paint. I had to tell him that I wanted regular polish. Then he comes back with the wrong color. When I objected he thought I wanted gel nails again. I finally just let him use the wrong color because he didnt understand what I was trying to tell him. The paint job was poor and messy. Today my big toe is sore and red. Now I have to deal with a possible infection. I will definitely wait for an opening at my regular place next time.

Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Very busy. Located in a good area with lots of other stores. Great place to go walk around, shop or get lunch before or after.

Been coming here 8 months faithfully every 2 weeks and today I had to wait over an hour after checking in and two individuals came in 45 minutes after I did without an appointment and were serviced before me. After I brought it to their attention they just sat me in a pedicure bath to wait. Needless to say I left without any services performed. Employees here are allowed to choose who they will service and who they won’t.

They did amazing on my nails and on my mother’s nails. We both got acrylics and they make them look and feel so natural. Finally found a good place I’ll definitely be going back to!

This was by far the worst pedicure I have had. I got the deluxe pedicure. While cutting my nails, the nail technician nicked my big toe skin so bad she had to hold pressure for almost 3 minutes and it is still bleeding after leaving the salon. When the event happened the lady acted as though nothing had happened even though I jumped in pain and it was bleeding she just held pressure. I have never had such a painful nail clipping experience. When the massage portion happened it was so brief I sincerely did not think it was the massage portion. Rather than a massage with lotion or the oil my legs were rubbed raw using the sugar scrub. I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting a decent or relaxing pedicure.

This is the only place I will go in Jacksonville. They ask questions as they’re doing your nails incase you don’t like something and want it changed. This is a very clean nail salon and all the staff is very nice.

This is the best place in Jacksonville, in my opinion. I love their acrylic nails and their pedis. Van is my favorite nail tech, but all are pretty decent.I usually get pedicure option D and it’s amazing. Good massages, lots of care and tons of great colors to choose from!

Dont bother going here. You should just do your own nails. They take forever and look like a child did them. Bad bad bad.

My usual nail place has been slipping with their quality so I was looking for somewhere new. I came here for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. nice, clean, calm environment. Nails done exactly how I wanted. Ladies very sweet. Good quality nails and great price. I was paying 55 for okay-ish nails and here i paid 40 for the best set I’ve had in awhile. You feel welcomed not like another customer that just needs to be done.

I went here last minute after work to get a quick mani before a job interview. Amazing customer service! The ladies are all so sweet. And really took the time to make my short nails look great. Its comfy and bright inside. Overall I had a pleasant experience here. Cant wait to come here again!

I love this place! This is not your typical spa-like nail salon so dont expect the awkward silence like other salons in the city. Everyone is super fun and personal! They know your name, your stories, your family. Its like meeting your friends every 2 weeks. I even make some acquaintances here due to same nails schedule. The nail job is always decent to great. If you have any problems just let the front desk know and they will fix it right away. They always fix your no chip for free within 2 weeks, no question asked and no hassle, as long as you have your punch card to verify the date. Now this you dont see everyday at every salon. I will never go anywhere else because I know people here will always take care of me, one way or another.

Ive given this place many chances. Unfortunately, their quality seems to be wavering. I went today for a shellac manicure. She only did one layer of topcoat (every other time theres two applied) and she didnt file the any rough edges. After she had me wash my hands and then went on to another customer. She didnt do any massage, did not apply any lotion, nor did she apply cuticle oil after drying out my hands with rubbing alcohol and the uv curing. It was definitely a half done manicure to which I will no longer be returning to receive. My last time there, the gentleman who did my nails continually ignored my requests about what I wanted and the manicure began to chip within a couple of days.This place used to be my go to and offered top quality care. I do not know what changed, but it isnt for the better. I would love to continue business here, but only if they go back to offering the great service that they used to.

I love there work! Only let the women do your nails. This one guy did my nails and I had to get them redone the next day. The women know what they are doing and are so helpful and fixed it right up!

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. They had a great personality and did an amazing. The atmosphere at the shop was nice. Will definitely be coming back!

Honestly horrible I went in for a pedicure and left with my feet looking exactly the same as I came in besides a new polish color. Staff was friendly but didn’t want to do their job. When I told them about what I wanted they told me to go buy my own supplies and do it at my house because they won’t fix it. Honestly don’t go to this shop I’d go to the shop literally right up the street less than five mins away from that place.if I could give it zero stars I would.

This place is full of sloppy employees, dirty equipment and he used old files on my nails with drill heads not cleaned. Yes he broke out a drill to do my cuticles after having to tell him twice that they still looked bad! Basic manicure and gel was purely disappointing. I have bubbles in the gel and unfortunately have to look for someone that can do a proper manicure before slapping gel back on my nails. How hard is it?????

This is the second time they’ve done this to me. I have asked the lady in the front and I’ve looked at the prices in the menu and when they have charged me they have charged me more. It’s ridiculous!!! If they have really changed their prices then they need to educate the receptionist and update their menu. Second time I have felt scammed. Please verify the prices before you get anything done or go to a business that is legitimate.

I paid to get the deluxe pedicure and was not impressed. The massage was not good or relaxing, I felt like she did a rush job. The polish job was rushed as well! This was my first time here and will be my last. I basically wasted $31.00 dollars.

I actually did not care for this place. I feel like they were rude by not speaking English. It always seem like they were talking about myself or my daughter instead of to us they were talking around us. I never got greeted I was overcharged they cut my nails down way past where I asked and then told me it would grow back. I havent been back since and I will never go back. They just dont seem to care about their customers they just care about getting money. Moving customers in as fast as they can with doing half the job right. When you question the money they get all upset and say they provided a service now you pay. Good luck to those who go there

Nice clean nail salon.

I called ahead and was told they werent busy and wouldnt have to wait only to find out when I got there that it was a 45 minute wait. Once I got there i wanted to get my eyebrows waxed which was only 10 dollars to what theyre poster states. While she was doing my eyebrows I told her that there was a patch of hair on my neck that was really small in one spot that if she could use the wax tape and get rid of it. It literally took an extra 15 seconds to do and was so small I could have just went over it with a razor myself. Anyways I find out that my bill was 35 dollars. When I asked why my bill was so high she said it was 25 dollars extra for my neck which is a number she made up because it doesnt have it listed anywhere. Also its not like she waxed my entire neck it was a single spot. Very over priced, out to get your money. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Came here for the first time to see what they could do to help. The salon has massive selection with color in shellac & dip powder. She was so methodical and efficient. & took her a great time on my pedis. My pedi are perfectly shaped. I would come here every week. & love her from now.

Mixed review. My daughters and I went to get our nails done. The gentlemen that did theirs did a pretty good job. The one that did mine did a horrible job. We had acrylic nails done. Mine were not only uneven and didnt reach the ends of my natural nails, they had black lines in them. And were not even at all. We will not be going back.

A hidden gem! The man who did my nails was very detailed. Very reasonable prices. The salon offers several different options of its services depending on how much you want to spend.

Tried this place twice for dipping powder technique. The technician was rough and rude; went back the second time giving technician benefit of doubt. She even complained about me in Vietnamese to the other staff members! Other staff were friendly, kind and great with their cleints. Not that it would matter to the owner, but, I will not go back again.

I went here 5 days ago. I tried to go to another salon that I like much better than this one anyway (had a bad experience here once already) but they told me there was going to be a 45 minute wait, and being in a hurry, we decided to try to come here. We got put in the spa chairs almost right away, then sat and waited....for 45 minutes! My friend that was with me had her pedicure started after about 40 minutes, then when they finally came to start mine, I had to get up and leave. Had I known it was going to be a wait, I would have gone somewhere else....I dont mind waiting....if I know Im going to wait. It is terrible business to leave us waiting for 45 minutes, with not even being acknowledged. I will never go here again.

Went here a week ago with my friend who was visiting me from out of state. We got pedicures together. They have a list of what you would like as in just a quick pedicure or scrub and massage or more extensive pedicure. The chairs are massage chairs and the whole place is relaxing. My friend and I got the second one up from the quick pedicure which included the scrub and massage. Her water was extremely hot when filling up and mine was ice cold but the gentleman quickly corrected it. From what my friend said the gentleman is great at doing pedicures and she didnt have any problems with him. The lady who did mine cut the side of my foot mildly with the tool that takes off the dead skin. She said that it was a new tool and she had forgot. She put alcohol on it which is what I assume it was because it burned very badly and I was in tears. She did that about 5 times and my husband and friend said she did that to prevent an infection. The lady felt really sorry about cutting me and offered a free design. I told her it was okay and that if she really wanted to she could. The design she did looked great when she was going it but now you cant even see it. White on top of dark purple does not turn out. Overall I really wanted to get my toes done with my friend before she went home. I was ready to leave when she put the alcohol on my cut the first time. She did seem sorry other than she did not speak English very well. My friend enjoyed her pedicure and they place is really nice. Not sure though if I will go back.

They legit over charged me. I paid 50 dollars for something that should have been 35. They added on a whole bunch of stuff without saying anything. Never again.

TERRIBLE. Went there for an acrylic set. The woman blatantly did not listen to me as I continued to describe to her what I wanted. Not only was her method atrocious, she used unclean tools, and drilled excessively into my nails and cuticles. My nails are twice the length I asked for, not the shape I wanted and are still really sore. Im going back to my normal salon tomorrow morning (aloha nails) and getting them removed. Avoid this place at all costs!

I used to go to the place in Wal-Mart but they always cut the sides of my fingers...so I started going here and never had an issue, they are nice, relaxing environment, and always done in a decent time. I will only go here for now on.....

Over priced. I got acrylic set with just one color painted. The whole time she kept asking if I wanted my toes done when I said no the first time. And then asked if I wanted my brows done. My pinky nails are super long and a xouplet nails are crooked and thick. Went the other day and theyre already grown out. I will go somewhere else next time.

Today was just one of those times where you just know as soon as you sit down you walked into the wrong place. Ended up going here so we didnt have to wait 45 minutes somewhere else. Long story short VERY careless. Messed up just about everything you can mess up. My sister had somebody else that cut her up pretty bad he did recognize it and apologize. I talked to another lady when my nails were drying and she said they were normally in there. She pointed out the only ones shell let do her nails but you just never know who will end up doing yours. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Went in for a fill and a pedicure. Noticed later that evening that one of my toenails had not been painted. Went back the next day to get it fixed. And had to wait for over half an hour to get one nail fixed.

I got a full set acrylic nails. I wont be going back there my nails are all uneven not straight at all the acrylic on some nails are so thick and others are too thin it looks like my 8 year old painted my nails, nail design looks like crap very unhappy with them! For the price I could have bought the stuff to do them by myself and probably would have looked better than what I have now. Gonna be embarrassing when someone says let me see your nails but will tell them where I went and warn them not to go there.
