I had called a week before to see if my appointment for my 6 month cleaning could be moved up as I wanted to go out of town. They were fully booked but put me on their wait list. I received a call and text 5 or 6 days later letting me know there was a cancellation that morning. They were exactly on time and I was out within the hour. The staff is always friendly and accommodating! I don’t hate going to the dentist any more!!!

I want to thank the staff at Tahoe dental arts for getting me in quickly and taking care of all of my dental needs on such short notice. I always felt super nervous about seeing dentists since I was a kid because of some painful experiences, but after visiting Tahoe Dental Arts three times (an extraction, a teeth cleaning and a filling of cavities) now I’m much more relaxed about it. I appreciate the friendly and experienced staff and doctor, price is also reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Looked in the mirror Wednesday a.m.; left side of my face was swollen. Picked up phone book and proceeded to dail a dental office. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and politely explained appointments were being scheduled 1-2 months out. Dr Has receptionist was the only person who asked if there was something wrong and could she help. Thier approval rating has SKYROCKETED from that point. Fabulous Experience!!! Yes, in a dental office!

Staff is super friendly I got there and they already had my insurance already and pulled up. Didnt have to wait took me in right away.

My boyfriend Jerry and I both go here and really like and respect the doctor. We think he is super smart and knowledgeable of modern dentistry. I just had an appointment with his new hygienist, Anita, today. She is warm and gentle and very good at what she does. They also send you reminders so you dont forget to show up! The doctors personal assistant, Alex, is always professional and nice to talk to, as well. Five stars.

Before I found these guys, I was at another dentist and was not happy. Lets us call that dentist Dr. Ratchet who agonized over every single detail.Not here! They are efficient, problem solvers, quick, and friendly. The whole staff is professional and polite. I was able to book an appointment and get in by the following week. I provided my insurance ID card (the wrong one) via text but they were still able to find my dental plan. It is a sigh of relief to work with a practice who knows what they are doing and with a doctor who hired intelligent folks.I can only say, Thank you!

I just had my wisdom teeth extraction, both top and bottom. Thank God it went smooth and painless. I am such a baby when it comes to any type of pain. But this in and out tooth extraction went well. Aside from that, the staff took care of me, from the front end lady Ms. Emily, and the assistant of Doc. Ha, ( Im sorry I forgot to ask his name) but he made sure I will be fine, he went through the process of the procedure and even shared his own personal experience with me. This is a new Dentist for me, and I have hada few very pleasant experiences with Dr. Haand his employees.

I was nervous when I first got there ( not my favorite place to be) but the staff there were very warm and made me feel at ease. Was my first visit to this office, just moved out here. The only thing I wish they had there was the faster full scan X- ray machine. But the staff there are great!

My wisdom tooth was giving me terrible pain and turns out it was infected. The Doctor pulled it out and my pain went away! Awesome staff from the receptionist who I believe was Emily to his assistant Alex! I have always had problems with the dentist but I feel good about going back to this place. I was such a baby when he was about to pull it out but Alex and The doctor both calmed me down and at the end I was like thats it? I made a big show for nothing! I truly recommend this place! After 40 years of having my teeth cleaned, Anita (my hygienist) explained many aspects of my dental health which I had never had explained to me!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tahoe Dental Arts. They used to be really good but in the past year GREED has taken over. He will constantly push X-RAYS on the patient to collect $$$$. What finally pushed me over the edge was bringing my kids in for a teeth cleaning, only to find out the hygienist was not there and he expected a dental assistant to clean my childrens teeth!! I asked to reschedule for when a hygienist was available but he wouldnt let us leave without getting X-RAYS... WILL NOT BE BACK!! DO NOT BRING ANYONE YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT TO TAHOE DENTAL ARTS.

Never have I walked into a dentist office and felt comfortable, until now. All the staff, Sandy, Susanne, and Dr. Ha were friendly and comforting.It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist. I required a little extra work, the hygienist was informative and did her best to make me comfortable.I have to go back to get a cavity filled, but Im looking forward to it after the experience I had today.

It wasnt very helpful at all, I was charged $130 for them to take one x-ray and tell me (what I already knew) that I need a root canal I cant afford and cant sign up for a plan because I dont qualify for any. I left feeling more hopeless about my oral health than when I went in. I hate the dentist and this visit made me feel like there is no hope left to helping me.

First of all, I really liked their receptionist that’s what I call great customers service, very well spoken polite, patience very friendly and nice.Knew exactly how to and what to expect before hand. I heard her talking on the phone and amazing way to communicate.My Doctor was SUPER!!! You pray for this kinda doctor, while your at the waiting room. He was Patience with me, very professional but FUNNY. He was very thoughtful and considerate of me as a patient.I’m glad, I found this place.Denise Redman

Very good. Procedure was done with skill and healing was rapid and complete. Minimal wait after arrival before treatment, thorough covering of treatment options. Costs were fair and clearly presented. Very satisfied with my experience.

Dr. Ha is an excellent dentist, and unlike most dentist [i.e., who need to refer you to other alleged specialist, which double your dental bills and consume more of your time ], Dr. Ha can handle virtually all of your dental needs [i.e., root canals, implants, etc.] in a single location for your convenience, and Dr. Has support staff are also all great. In summation, dont waste youre time with any other dentist, oral surgeon, etc., in South Lake Tahoe. Just go to Dr. Ha.

I highly recommend this place because everyone is so friendly and professional and i needed some work done and i hate any kind of pain and Dr Ha and Alex made it very comfortable for me...i was also made aware that i could appy for care credit to help with the expenses so i wouldnt have to worry about paying my bill in one lump sum...😁

A sleepless night due to a toothache had me wondering if I needed to cut my vacation short and go home. But I took a chance and called Tahoe Dental Arts early this morning.Thank you Dr. Ha for seeing me so quickly. Root canals on vacation are no fun, but Dr. Ha took care of everything. Now Im enjoying a beer and ready to ski tomorrow.I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. His staff are super nice and Dr. Ha is a wonderful dentist.

My teeth have always been important to me, but have been so self conscious to smile because of the decay, and broken teeth (in recent years). I broke my (front) tooth off even more and went to Dr. Ha, he made my smile perfect again.
