Although the guy was doing it pretty fast he did a good job .. I definitely doubted this place at first but gave it a second chance n wallah liked it

I have been patronizing this establishment since 2005. The husband always does my nails and he has always remembered the style and design of nails that I prefer.The wife does EXCEPTIONAL brow shaping.

I have never had my feet scrubbed until the skin came off! I didn’t feel it as I left, but when I went back the next day for a refund I got accused of having thin skin. Never had it before!! I also never got a sorry - from the technician or the owner.

Ive been going here for years I love my nails and toes kenny and his wife both have me looking nice all the time.

Poor customer service. Neither nail tech asked what services I wanted during this visit upon me entering, nor did they respond to me providing what services I wanted. Not my first visit to this place but definitely my last and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. During this visit I sat waiting for a little over 30 minutes for a tech to become available, just to be told were not doing that service today. After a few customers walked in and walked out after sitting for awhile and not being acknowledged. Her attitude was poor, value or consideration for not only my time but other customers time was awful.

The reason why I gave them two stars is because Im from Wisconsin and when youre doing nails you put the tips on first and then proceed to cut them down before adding the acrylic they added the acrylic on top of the tips before cutting them down

Friendly staff, nice decor and had a good experience with my wife.

Came in to get a pedicure and the guy told me i was to big to sit in the chair, he told me it could not hold my weight i was very embarrassed he said it in front of the whole entire nail salon ...i will not come back or recommend this place to anyone

Went there a few weeks ago. Got nails and feet polished with gel polish. Within a week my nails began to peel..I didnt return because of illness. This is the second time this has happened. Decided to try them again. Their excuse was my nails may have been oily😲. This has never happened at any other nail shop. I went there out of convenience but will never return. Atmosphere or the techs are warm, friendly or pleasant.Very disappointed 😞😞 Will never return

They Getting Higher And Higher. I Went Last Week and Got My Nails Did. The Lady Charger Me $35. This Week I Got My Feet Did. They Charge Me $47. Thats 2 Dam Much For Ur Feet .H.He Do Good Work. Now I See While They Dont Have The Business Like They Used 2. Costless.

The man with the lazy eye is so rude and his attitude sucks ! He has no patience and he hates his job ! First of all he wanted to charge me 35 for a refill Because of the shape of my nails and Gel, but his price board states otherwise 18.00 !!! So I said fine I will just get regular polish which he stated would be 25.00 .. I get to the colors they are all ugly !!! I’m still nice and pick a color I get to him he says he can’t use the one I picked . So I asked since Your polish is not usable can I just use the ones behind the counter he made this big deal I ended up leaving without my nails polished, and I’m really upset like I hope they shut this place down . I hope no one ever comes here mind you I’m 6 months pregnant he was acting like the hormonal one. People should never come to this place everything about it is dry!!! & Dark . I wish I would have read the reviews they are so true ! They are NOT friendly at all !!! I paid my money and they pretty much threw me out because they had all ugly colors sooooooo rude and nasty to me for no reason . I’m also calling to get and inspection on this place utensils don’t look clean at all .

Stay away from this place, just as others have previously posted. I was in the area and decided to get a pedicure. They charge you $5 additional to remove the polish you already have on, then $15 extra if you bring your own gel polish. No other shop charges you extra to use your OWN polish. In and out in 20 mins, super rush job....NEVER AGAIN

I frequent this nail salon often is right off of Lem Turner and the little Plaza I like this place very much the people there are very nice place is very clean the very Curtis and I go there every chance I get to get my nails done.

First time visiting. Nicer than I expected inside. Will visit again. Wonderful service.

Came here to get my nails taken off the man tried to do it with q nail and was hurting me and I asked can I get them soaked off and he said they dont soak for and it was high cuz everywhere they charge 10 plus they soak

This is one of the worst nail salons. Had a fill in and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but my fill in was horrible. My nails were bleeding and my hands are so sore from the guy being so rough. The paint on my nails isn’t even dry after 3 times of sitting in the dryer.

THIS IS THE WORST RATCHET NAIL SALON IN ALL FLORIDA THWY DONT USE CLEAN UTENSILS HE WENT AT MY FOOT WITH AN ACTUAL CHEESE GRATER.... THEN THERE CARD MACHINE WENT DOWN RUDE ASAIN WOMEN DEMANDED FOR MY PHONE AND I HAVE AN IPHONE X which is more than all of there chairs combined worth. After being in for five minutes in the pedi chair this is what I experienced..A chair that I put on high speed moving super slow VERY poor and was told thats how the chairs work. NO thats not how they are suppose to work..two of my toes hurting like hell..DONT I REPEAT DONT GO!!!

Been coming here 6yrs and never had a bad experirnce,no they dnt talk much but they are kind ppl n its clean and peaceful there no fighting and no drama i prefer all my ftiends here.....

Ok pedicure too short for deluxe..did not do all that well with the pedi...probably wont fo back unless no other choice which is why I went in the first place...was a Saturday and my other choices were all filled up...
