Didnt turn out the way I expected. Also ended up with a crooked nail that they wanted to argue about. Didnt turn out like the picture I referenced.very disappointed.

I was a bit apprehensive because we are not from the area... but much to my surprise, I was EXTREMELY pleased. Not only was Kim professional, quick, but very detailed oriented. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered without hesitation! I will definitely be coming back!

I went yesterday and for me to now be informed the manager did my nails is upsetting and to say you can take a look and fix them i paid 80 for you to do your job the first time 🥴

Danny the nail tech was so friendly and fun to be around he did my nails so good and quick and was great vibe I recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area and there very affordable

Love it, went here every week for a year with amazing results every time(I change colors often) The owner and his wife are so sweet. Even remembered me after moving out of state over a year ago. Went to get my nails done while on vacation just this Saturday and once again amazing work. Makes me wish I had the money or time to drive from Georgia whenever I want my nails done.

I have been going there for a couple of years now and I really love the service. The staff are very friendly and I love my pedicures that I get there. I have been to several pedicure / manicure places around Jacksonville and have not been satisfied but I am extremely happy with Top Nails!

I asked for gel and they put acrylic on my nails and charged me for gel. My nails are chipped and one already broke off and I got them done a week ago! Not impressed

First time going here & last! I was getting a fill in and the guy was about to paint my nails and I asked if he could file a nail down a little more. He practically yelled at me that I needed to wait that I shouldn’t be picking at my nails... very unprofessional. I’ll take my needs elsewhere!!

Woman told me not to come back because my eyebrows are “hard to do”.

Excuse my fat feet, anyway I was very please with them they did a great job with my pedi even after my feet have been destroyed from a hike. They fixed my nails from the damage done at the last salon and were so accommodating to everything I asked!

Do not come here. They try to upsale you while telling you they cant get the nail tip to fit on your nail. Then cut it too short to actually give you the nail style you requested four times. Theyre also rude. I walked out with nothing done and time wasted.

The service was OK, but the quality is less than adequate. I got my nails done Saturday and here it is Tuesday and my nails are already coming lose around the cuticles. This is the worst Ive ever seen. Im going to call them in the morning and see what they suggest as a solution. I will update my review accordingly.Update: I went back on Wednesday, they acted like it was my fault that my nails were coming lose. They fixed my nails by applying clear polish over the damaged areas. Now its Saturday and my nails look so bad that my normally non observant husband told me that they need to be removed and a fresh set put on. So Ill be going else where to get them done.
