Last weekend was my first time using this nail place, and it was my partner’s first time ever getting a pedicure. We both went in for pedicures and were very satisfied with the quality of customer service and with the services carried out.Beautiful and friendly atmosphere, and friendly nail techs. We were greeted and assisted right as we came in. The place was clean and well maintained, the menu of their services was clear, detailed, and easy to read.We both got the Royal pedicure, which is $35, and was well worth the money. It was one level above the basic pedicure and included a sugar scrub, callus scrub, massage, hot towels and rocks, to name some things. They brought my poor feet back to life! My nail tech also helped me pick out a better color to use, and I love it.I enjoyed my time laughing with my friendly nail tech and interacting with surrounding nail techs as well. My partner basically fell asleep in his chair from being so relaxed. 🤗 I wish I could remember the nail techs’ names, but it doesn’t seem like you’ll go wrong with whoever you use at this location.

First time there & as I Immediately stepped in I was greeted friendly by Thomas (who did my nails) he did an amazing job, his attention to detail was spot on and he took his time, My nails feel like natural nails they aren’t thick or have any lumps! He also did an amazing job with the design I showed him. I recommend stopping by!

Steven did my pedicure and I showed him a photo of what I wanted, he did an Amazing job.I love, love, love it!Not only did he give me a fabulous pedicure, he found the exact colors I wanted and did an excellent job on the artwork!5 stars 🌟

I wish we had nail shops as good as this in Texas. I was in Florida for a visit and very glad I chose this place to do my manicure and pedicure. I got so many compliments on them and here it is week 3 and they still look like I just got them done!

Nail Tech had an attitude cause he could not find my color. Then he told me he doesn’t have time to wait on me to choice one! Never get my money again! Promise you that!!!

I went into this nail salon today to get a fill in, and one solid gel color, with a little glitter on top as you can see when it was time to check out, the nail tech tried to charge me $50 and when I mentioned to her about the $50 asking her was the filling $50 she said oh no,its not $50 how about 45 so when I asked her about the $45 I asked so what was the 45 for, she say she charged me for length, as you can see the length is a normal size nail, I got a regular fill in with a coat of gel which I know that gel polish is $5 and she then explained to me that she charged me for length,gel polish and design on four fingers she also explained to me that my last visit for my fill in and design on all 10 fingers was $50. I explained to her that I only have four fingers with Polish not a design,and they still charge me $45 I gave them the $45 with no argument because I know they try to stereotype black people and come up with all kind of excuses to call the police and try to break their character down so I did The classy thing paid for it and left peacefully to charge me an extra $22 is dishonest business because I believe a regular fill in at this business is $18 and if you get more than three polishes at any salon is the extra $5 I truly believe that my fill in with the gel polish should have only been no more than $25 this is dishonest business and I no longer will be coming back to this greedy place ever again. The picture with the orange manicure when I left the salon no later than 10 minutes the manicure gel began to lift and all polish started to peel off when I went back to solve the issue the owner began to argue with me when I was trying to solve the issue I simply told her I wanted the Gel taken off and another coat put on because it seems as if all the Gel was coming off all my nails she began to argue with me and asked me to come back tomorrow I came in on time to my appointment on a Friday came back Saturday to have them fix it and she wanted me to come back Sunday she was very rude and not professional she wanted to argue with me and did not want to satisfy me I personally had to come up with a solution this is not the way you run a professional business you must be a problem solver arguing is not a problem solver.

Ive been coming here over a year after going somewhere else for about 7 years and I was happy with them. I initially was a walk in but now I schedule all my appointments with Susan. Susan does the best pedicure peridot! I believe she is a foot surgeon on the side. She is kind, courteous and professional all the time. I have found my Nail Spa and Im very pleased. Continuous Blessings upon your business and thank you Susan for the excellent foot care~

This is my FAVORITE nail salon in Jacksonville. Lily is my girl but anyone in there is good! Good quality, plenty of options to choose from, good customer service, just overall amazing.

This was my first time at this salon and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, I got a manicure with gel color and 2 (TWO!) days later it started chipping. Normally, it lasts me at least a good week or more but not this time. I spent $33 for a manicure that looked good for a day. I dont think Ill be going back.

This was my first time going to this nail salon, I sat with ling ling, she was moving a lil to fast when clipping my nails which scared me and because she was the boss she had to keep getting up while doing my nails they were getting packed but my nails and toes turned out lovely!!! I’ll be returning on a much slower day. I recommend going on a slow day and sitting with ling

Unless you have an appointment u gonna wait!! But they try to get u out fast !! But they need to update there jell color nail polish they look like they been around for ever !! And there prices are a bit high I guess because of the location !!

THEY GAVE ME A TOENAIL FUNGUS !!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE THEY DONT CLEAN THEY STUFF ! And I’m not the only perosn that has got an fungus

Ive been coming here for almost a year seeing Lily exclusively. Shes the BEST but everyone in the salon is great & will do their best to strive for the look youre going for.

My nails were cut even & I came in with a broken nail & they didn’t even try to match my other nails & my nails start breaking a few days later & gel polished chipped all the way off

My acrylic nails are real lumpy and uneven my total came to $90. My card was charged $115.96. Why would I give a $25 tip when I just paid almost $100 ? Anyways I did not right a tip they did refund money but it’s the principle behind it. And it’s real rude to say my boyfriend when in actuality he’s my grandfather but like I said they’re horrible don’t go here

I have an awful toe nail due to injury. It is always sore and grows weird. Susan is the FIRST TECH EVER to take her time and help my poor toe. It not only feels better but looks better! I feel great to boot! The staff is always professional, and the salon is super clean. Single use items are disposed of. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I know the laws and regulations. I wont go anywhere else.i buy gift cards for friends and family and plans girls day here!

Nicely updated nail salon and day spa. I had gel manicure and deluxe stone pedicure. Chairs are wonderful. Many talented nail techs. I had two working on me at the same time. Efficiently finishing in less than 2 hours. Great bling art stamps jewels etc. Waxing also great. Location great and hours wonderful.

My boyfriend and I came in together to get pedicures. The lady started on his feet and I sat and waited for about 20 minutes. No problem. Until another lady comes over to work on mine and she just acted like it was a race to see who finished first. His toes and feet feel baby smooth and mine feel like a child came and played with them. After she finishes ME first she washes all the lotion off my feet... Well thanks for drying my feet out until I get home to put more on. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Definitely worth the $ ( even though it is priced fairly) I made an appointment last minute & got in within the hour I made it.. been saying for a year i needed a pedicure, had a toe surgery a month ago n finally decided to go, with my 7mth old. I had Nina, she & the whole staff were amazing to me & my baby. I breastfeed while there & felt 100% comfortable.. Lily did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. All around an amazing place.

They do a decent job on nails so I decided to get a gel pedicure and it was TERRiBLE!!!All my nails were different shape so I ended up fixing it at home myself. I had to point out to her pieces of dead skin that needed to be removed. As I was at the register paying I felt something on the bottom of my left foot and when I looked it was an area that wasnt even touched with a piece of skin hanging off. This was first time I didnt tip a nail tech. If you guys are gonna change $50 for a pedicure you need to properly train your employees!

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had. I loved the leg mask, lotions, and soaking salts they used during the treatment. The massages were phenomenal. I left with great looking toes and relaxed feet.

Wonderful feeling. I went to Bellezza Nails Spa for a pedicure. The man(sorry I forget his name) is simply the best. I swear that I received the best pedicure of my life. It was so good that I had to get a manicure too. I only got the Classic mani/pedi but I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. You really need to try this place out.

Fantastic job and super clean. Uses bags for the pedi bowls and brand new files and buffers for nails for each person. My regular polish manicure lasted 7-8 days before it started chipped. My new favorite place.

I have found the nail salon of parthalon.The facility is clean, staff is friendly, quick service, and quality work.My girlfriend and I almost fell asleep in the chairs while getting classic pedicures.Pricing is great considering everything you get! Were definitely coming back.

Bellezza Nails is absolutely amazing. Friendly clean and professional environment. My nail tech is Thi and I absolutely love her. Ive been going to her for 11 years and she always seem to amaze me everytime. I tell her to freestyle and she has always done a magnificent job. My nails have never lift or broke since Ive been going to her. I moved to Orlando and I and my husband drive just to see her.

****COMPLETELY DISHONEST ****Took my daughter in to get a full set. The price was $25.00 and she decided to go with a French manicure. The man insisted that she get an ombré because it was acrylic and that it wouldn’t look right ( she could’ve polished them a solid color) He did not inform us of any price change. Got to the register and he said $55.00. The price wasn’t even on the list anywhere to show us the price for an ombré. I understand that it’s an additional service but, to get to the register and then double the price is very unprofessional and they should have at least honored the mistake. Will not be going back there or recommending because of that.

I received exemplary service at Bellezza Nails Spa. I love this salon. It is conveniently located for me not to mention, the staff was incredibly welcoming and did an amazing job with my full set. I have been back a few times since my first service and I will continue to return for many more manis and pedis.

Far from the best acrylic nails i’ve gotten.. extremely disappointed. Three stars because it seems like my nail tech might have just been sick and had an off day but i have nail polish all over my cuticles and the shape is uneven and each nail is shaped differently... which is sad because i got charged $5 extra for the shape.

Didn’t even get acknowledged when I walked in. Multiple people were seated before me (walk ins as well) my nails are crooked and sharp. Asked for a heart and got a design that a 3 year old could’ve done. Needless to say I’m not impressed.OH and the nail tech argued with me saying my nails were acrylics?? No sis, they’re just gel. Confused why a nail tech couldn’t tell that difference. Should’ve left then.

My gel fell off 4 days after getting my nails done. The guy when he was cutting my cuticles, he went in to much and I started bleeding a bit and he didnt even cared.

Mediocre at best. The service was nice and friendly, the wait was not long, and when I accidentally smudged a nail they fixed it. However, the gentleman working on my nails was very rough and made me bleed. He also sighed and rolled his eyes when he had to fix my nail (again, my fault) I got a gel manicure that turned out very smudged and looked like something I could have done myself.
