Had an oil change there in Nov 2020, by April after 1,300 miles noticed a series of oil drops on my garage floor. Took the car back to Valvonline and they said it wasn’t coming from the oil filter or the oil plug. Took the car to Crosstown Auto, they degreased the engine and added a dye to the oil to determine where the leak was coming from. After 100 miles of driving went back to Crosstown Auto, they said the oil pan plug area was leaking,but they couldn’t just put in a new plug because the aluminum oil pan plug hole had been cross threaded. Took the car back to Valvoline with the old oil pan and showed them my receipt for a oil pan replacement. After about 2 weeks and consultations with other Valvoline Mangers I was offered a full reimbursement. I paid for the engine degreasing, which was fine with me. Everything turned out for the best, I will still use Valvoline for future oil changes, but will advise them to be careful when reinstalling the oil plug on my Audi TT and tightening with torque wrench to 22 lbs. I’ve spoken with the owner of this location before and he is a good guy.

Great service and FAST!!! Noah was very attentive, confident and funny as hell! This was my first oil change with my “new” old car and he had good advice and info on my “luxury” car. Good service this far. And employees are professional esp. the manager. Been there twice since moving to Minnesota in 2019. Used to go to Grease Monkey Oil Change store in Denver Colorado for 29 years for both of my cars. The only difference is that Grease Monkey would clean your windows and vacuum your car whereas Valvoline Instant Oil Change does not offer this service. Anywho, no biggie tho. They do offer military folks lots of love too!!!!

Nice place to get your oils changed good atmosphere if its something you need to your car if you dont have it right then and there they dont pressure it you to get it but they recommend you to get it thats why I like going to this place get you in and out.

I went to this valvoline the other day, i thought all was fine but i heard a metal scrapping against the ground on my way home. i called and they knew exactly what was wrong and said they could fix it if i came back. perfect. all was good until the girl working tried to say that we didn’t have skid plate bolts to begin with, which is untrue because my car has never sounded like that and we have been driving it all around for three months since our last oil change. she then “found” bolts lying around and said they had extras. likely story. i didn’t like the lack of professionalism when trying to accuse us of not having the bolts rather than owning up to their mistakes. which i was not upset about anyway, mistakes happen, but don’t blame us for your mistakes.

After having a bad experience at a nearby Valvoline, I decided to give it another chance at a different location. Every worker at this location was so nice and professional. They won me back as a lifetime customer!

This is my go to place for oil changes, nice staff who shows they love what they do. I came to get my oil changed on Sunday January 5th but failed to realize they closed at 4pm (I arrived at 4:06) but instead of turning me away they stayed open and took care of my car and were so nice about it! Great group of people!

Great service, nice employees and they explained everything you need to know about what they doing to your vehicle. Price kinda higher then other places but they also are faster then other places and when they send you coupons you end up getting an oil change for $13 bucks! Cant beat that!

2000 tundra, I went in for an oil change. There’s a rock guard and they had to remove that to get to the oil. Well today I went to do some work and I see stripped bolts and they didn’t put one screw back in.They didn’t even tell me at least that they messed up. I’m never going back to this valvoline or any valvoline ever. I normally do my own and I’m going to continue to do so after this. This was the first time I brought this truck in for an oil change and it will be the last.

We got our oil changed at a valvoline in fridley last week and today there is a puddle of oil in the garage. Took it to this valvoline because it is closer to home. The manager Alex gave me and my husband zero grief. Just said pull it around and we will fix the issue. BIG PROPS to alex and his crew for superb customer service!

I hope these guys see this they replaced my battery and oil and got my car runnin better than ever. You guys are the best.

This location is great! All of the locations are fast (thats kind of their deal), but this one is super quick! They arent as pushy as some locations about trying to sell air filters and whatnot, and there usually isnt a line.

This would be 5 stars if it wasnt for corporate policy, the people and service was top notch. I just cant abide them having a company policy to charge $15 extra for me supplying my own oil and filter. Yes, you read that correctly, its $20 for a conventional oil change where they supply oil and filter, but if you bring your own and save them the expense of supplying it they charge you $35 instead. Will not be back until this is changed, nor will anybody else I know.

Ive been to a few of their locations and this is my new favorite. Andrew was ridiculously efficient and honest. Took maybe 12 minutes and there was no hustle for a new filter or a higher priced oil. I said the wrong kind and he said that oil is optional and not required but merely suggested the benefits as to why some people choose it. Because I didnt feel pressured or hustled I decided to get it. He was informative, polite, and diligent. Those are the pillars of success in a positive human interaction. Well done sir.Valvoline, it would be beneficial for you to bring Andrew up to a training role for the surrounding locations so their reviews can go up too.

Been here a few times, about half the time my air filter isnt put back in correctly, not a big deal, just a pain in the a** to drive back and have them properly install it. But last week my wife came in for an oil change, only to have it drain out on our garage floor.

Went in there for an oil change and a air filter went home to find my air intake was completely destroyed all the factory clips were broken and the hose was hanging off I went back asking for compensation they said they didnt break it but my vehicle was Im good condition before it was brought in. They wont give me compensation I have contacted a lawyer and will be pursuing a lawsuit on this store wouldnt recommend for anybody! This happened at this location!

~$65-$70 for just a synthetic blend oil change of less than 5 quarts. Thats outrageous! Thats double the price of any synthetic blend oil change you can get at most garage shops. Yea, I wouldnt recommend.
