I’ve only come here twice (so far) but both times were amazing. Q and Alex did a great job. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they made my nails look perfect! This location is close to my work and my new go-to nail salon. I’ve read some of the poor reviews for this salon and I’m absolutely shocked. I’ve gotten nothing but great and friendly service and beautiful nails from this place. They are honestly one of the only salons I’ve been to that do nail art EXACTLY the way you want it.

Not for natural nails. I specifically asked for someone who was familiar with keeping the integrity of the natural nail. Within two days two of my nails broke after my manicure (which was gorgeous by the way). I was concerned during the appointment about the technique involved and j mentioned that I’ve been having my nails done for quite sometime and have never had a metal electric file used on my nail beds. After the first two broke I decided to go back in and request them to be cut down. She cut my nails so short on one hand that my nails were tender and she said she asked me how short to cut them. I was never asked. I said I was never asked. I kept asking her what she thought would be best for my nails ani was looking for advice on what to do now that they have been filed so thin. She said whatever I think is best. I’m not the professional so I was asking her input. My nails are now so thin and tender and look so bad. I am sad they look like this and cannot wait for them to grow out and get handled better by a salon. Additionally I paid for both service even though if the technician wasn’t so harsh on my nails on Monday, I wouldn’t have had to return on Thursday. Thursdays manicure left my nails looking even worse.

Ive been coming to Lavish for the last two years and recently has been seeing Tram for my gel manicures. She did such an amazing job. My nails feel like model nails. I love this set of design. She said it would be a challenge doing the ombre on gel but she nailed it. I love the atmosphere and love the music that they play at the salon. If you have not tried Lavish, you need to do so, as they are the best in the area!

I got a lady named Rose who did my nails today and it was not a good experience at all. I had to ask her so many times throughout the process of my pedicure and manicure to keep fixing things. Also she rushed EVERYTHING. I’m sure other techs are great but I’m just basing this off of the experience I had with her. Not happy at all. And she really didn’t care.

This is my first experience and I love it. I received great information about different types of services that prevent chipping. Also Hannah recreated a design I found on pinterest. Im a new permanent customer.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in today for an easy gel polish change. The lady Mary rushed me to pick a color while grabbing at my hand while I was looking at their mountain of colors that’s completely unorganized. She rushed through in exactly 15 minutes and slaughtered my nails that I had just got done at another salon the day prior (where I just didn’t like the color). I didn’t say anything because I was so rushed to get out so she could get back on her phone, but when I went to pay and she said 25 dollars for a polish change I nicely said “could you repeat that” thinking I heard her wrong. Never in my life have I paid that much for a simple polish change! Especially for her to change my polish in 15 minutes and mess up four of my nails so bad I actually had to go out and buy a nail file and make them even myself after. I will never go back but I wanted new customers to know about my experience and reconsider this “lavish” nail salon.

Mary did my pedicure. Great massage. When I asked her to take extra care when cutting my side nails she was patient and took her time. There was a miscommunication about the polish and Mary went back and repolished my small toes the right color again no issues. This has been the first place I have found since moving to jax that has been this good with pedicure and fillin. Cole did my fill in acrylic as well as cut down and reshape. He was very patient with me from my previous bad experiences he cut my nails two different times to ensure he gave me the correct length. Cole also shaped my nails two times to give me the shape I requested and he didn’t cut my fingers or burn me at all. Very patient and I never felt like they were rushing even though I was the last client of the day and it was late. I do believe I’ve found my new home salon. Great experience!!!

I really enjoy getting pampered and getting pedicures here. I love the fact that with the deluxe pedicures you get to choose your own scents. I have been coming here since they opened last summer and have seen them grow with clients and nail techs. Everyone here is always so friendly and patient. I have witnessed clients being rude and demanding with their staff, yet the staff members try their hardest at pleasing all the clients. I can definitely see that this is a team effort at this salon. Im so glad that we have Lavish in the neighborhood.

This is my honest review and my experience with Lavish Nail Lounge. I encourage you to take your time to read what other people are saying regarding their experiences similar to mines. On Sunday, September 1, my father walked my daughter into Lavish Nail Lounge to get her 1st set of acrylic nails. Lavish Nail Lounge did a horrible job. See the pictures for proof. The gentleman who did my daughter’s nails did a horrible job! On Monday, September 2, I went back to Lavish Nail Lounge with my receipt, to address the issue (in a very kind and professional manner). I spoke with one of the “managers” and advised her that I did not want a refund, however, I requested that they redo my daughters nails. The “manager” examined my daughter’s nails and had the audacity to say, that she didn’t see what was wrong with my daughter’s nails. She implied that my daughter messed up the polish job and that is why her nails came out the way they did. I was completely baffled by the “manager’s” response and was extremely shocked that she would even insult my intelligence by making a comment like that. Again, I kept my composure and remained completely calm as I always do. In my mind, I already knew that once they attempted to fix my daughter’s nails that we would never return back to this business again. Moving forward, if you look at the pictures that I provided, the nail tech did a poor job, he did not file, buff nor shape my daughter’s nails neatly at all. I want every consumer that is reading this review to understand something, businesses like Lavish Nail Lounge charge $30, $40, $50 and $60 for services and rushes through their work. They want our money but do not provide quality services. We need to stop giving and investing money into businesses like this, who provide poor quality, rushed work! All they ended up doing was re polishing my daughter’s nails. The acrylic was not neatly put on her nails, nor were they filed or buffed correctly. Originally, what I asked them to do was to completely redo my daughter’s nails and to provide quality services. Meaning, soaking the trash job off and giving her a new set of quality “Lavish Nails” as to what the business is called. In return all they did was just re polish her nails and sent us on our way! Never again will I give this business another dollar. I encourage you to really evaluate this business before rendering services here. Take your time to read other peoples reviews to see if you come across similar situations or experiences like mine. If you end up giving them a try, do not allow them to give you poor quality services, demand quality services. We as consumers work too hard to pay for poor quality services. Lavish Nail Lounge does not provide Lavish Nail Work. We will never return to this establishment again!

I got a fill in with gel polish last week, I loved my nails at first. But now a few days later my polish is already chipping. I have never had this issue before with gel.

Came in for a regular manicure and pedicure and I will not come back. The lady doing my nails did not clean them up until I asked and it still looks very unprofessional, like I did it myself! The nails are not filed nicely. Not cute! Zero stars for craftsmanship.

Edited review. I’ve had to go back two times because my gel mani kept chipping. My first visit was amazing (picture) with one nail tech it lasted 3 weeks, then another tech did the next one and it lasted 3 days so they fixed it for free. It happened again with another tech where it chipped after 5 days and so I went back for them to fix and the nail tech blamed It on my nails which was unnecessary if you guarantee them to last 2 weeks they should last at least 2 weeks.

My sister in law and I stopped in to get manicures and a fill for her acrylic nails. We ended up getting that and pedicures and let me tell you.... :) I live in Lake County which is two and a half hours away. I come up to see my sister in law every other weekend. I will continue to come back. I love this salon! Hands down! Ever since my main salon in Lake County closed down due to the owners leaving the USA to go back to China I havent been able to find a good replacement. They are quick to get you assisted in what you need, do a quality job, and the atmosphere of the entire salon is wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice too! I came in today with a friend and got a fill with gel polish and a pedicure. My leg is burned from the pedicure (actually burned, raised and painful). I should have walked out then. My mistake. The man doing my nails flooded my cuticles, the acrylic is already lifting only a few hours later, almost every single finger is cut up and sore. I couldn’t even make my kids dinner because of how painful my hands are. I had to order them food. I will never come back to this place. I should have waited until my regular salon was open. At least I know I wouldn’t have burn marks and cut up fingers.

I didnt like the way my nails were done, and the nail tech walked away without a word. Then another associate came over only to laugh at the terrible job! HORRIBLE service!

This place is nice but when I got home and realized my pedicure color was weird and looked half on/half off I went to have them repainted the next day and they charged me for it. They could see I wasnt lying about being there because they take your name and phone number when you come in but they didnt care. I wont be coming back to this place.

I was a little skeptical on getting a pedicure as I have never done it before and didnt quite know what exactly to expect. The wife talked me into it and I figured since Im on vacation why not?All I can say is wow! The environment was very nice and definitely had a high end look to it. Employees were great, they knew it was my first time and catered to me to make sure I was comfortable the entire time . this was my first experience and I will definitely be doing it more often.

Absolutely disgusting place. I was concerned I was going to get an infection from their overused nail drills and files. The files had powdered nail residue leftover from other poor souls that wasted their money at this place. Never again.

I hate getting my nails done because it usually hurts, or feels thick and clunky if I elect for acrylic. Kathy did a beautiful job on my SNS manicure. They’re thin and pretty but still feel really strong. I might be coming around to the idea of keeping up with it. Thank you 😊

Yes the salon is beautiful and fancy but the gel manicure never lasts!!! I get gel all the time and since I moved to FL I started going to this salon and the gel never last a week. At my old place the gel would last 2-3 weeks. Here my nails chip witching 2-3 days and the whole thing comes off within a week. Poor quality products. Also the guy who works in the front is very rude. Time to look for a different place. Very disappointed

Ive been wanting to try this place out since moving farther away from my favorite nail salon. Yesterday I decided to give it a go. I called ahead so I knew there would be a 20-25 minute wait. I brought my own polish but they have a huge (HUGE) selection of colors for regular polish, gel polish, sns etc. The layout is different. There are three stations/seats right at the front door, there are 4 chairs and a small couch for those waiting and a check in stand where you sign in. Past a half wall there is a long white leather(ish) couch the length of the wall for pedicures on the right, another grouping of massage pedicure chairs along with left wall and a few more stations for nails in the middle.I needed a little quiet me time so I brought my headphones and settled into my pedicure chair. I chose the basic pedicure this time b/c in my opinion if the basic one is great then you know the upgraded ones will be great. I thought the pedicure was good (not great but worth the money) the only issue I had was my water was on the cold side. They tried to warm it up but it was still just luke warm.After my toes were dry I moved to one of the nail stations at the front door for a new full set. Ive been looking for a place that could do as well as my old original favorite salon and Ive found that place at Lavish. My nails turned out spectacular and it didnt take him long at all which I totally appreciate.I will be a repeat customer for sure. My total was $53 for a full set and a basic pedicure. Very happy with the prices.

Came here with my girlfriend and we were quite pleased with the service as well as the cleanliness of this place. There was no wait sumce we got here around 5:30pm on a weekday. The salon is huge inside and there are two types of chairs, the typical ones with the massage on the back and the other one is just fancy leather bench with the bowl at the bottom to soak our feet in on the other side. The decor is all white and gray yet lovely and very modern. I love the beautiful chandeliers in the center and front entrance.The back massage felt great on the chair, my water could have been warmer but the lady didnt ask so I just let it go. There are a variety of pedi choices to choose from so I picked the lavender scented one for $35 (I think). We were offered complimentary wine as well, they have 2 options of either white or red on the day I went.My tech was sweet but she kept asking many questions while I was trying to relax, kind wished she wasnt as talkative. She also only massaged each leg for around 2-4 minutes, and I was expecting a lot longer.The whole experience was great though, my foolish lasted for almost 3 weeks. I would recommend this place if you like to pamper yourself!

I have been to every salon on Bartram and this is my favorite. Clean and reasonably priced and they always do a great job. Plus I like the fact they speak English more than their nationality language which makes me more comfortable. Salons that speak in a language I don’t know makes me uncomfortable.

I love this place. I went on Sunday but it was very busy! That speaks on its own. Since I live nearby I just went after work last evening. The gentleman who did my S & S nails was delightful and very skilled at his work. The only thing I dont like is when I first started going they always wanted to work on my fingernails when I was getting a pedicure. That may be fine for most people but whenever I finally make the time to go to get a mani-pedi I want to RELAX and not have to juggle switching feet and hands to accommodate the person working on me. But as long as I let them know that I only want one service at a time they are very accommodating for me. When they work on both at the same time they would always turn off the massage chair so it wouldnt move me around so much. That stunk, I love the massage chairs while getting my Pedicure. That to me is the relaxing part for ME! This is definitely my nail salon a choice now! Give it a try, you will be glad you did.

I come on a weekly basis for manicures. The last review by Jeannie is both funny and ironic. If youre getting a manicure its common sense that it doesnt last long. I could get gel and it would last for a long time but I choose to use regular polish. In return I have to return sooner and be more careful with my nail polish. Of course the toes will last because we dont use them as tools and they dont come in contact with water as often as hands! I was in the salon when this same lady was being rude and venting about the polish even after they repainted them for her. Lavish is 45 minutes away from my house and I would still much rather stop by here from work than going to the salon near my house.

Lavish is definitely one of the best nail salons i’ve ever been to. They are my go to place for all my nail and toe needs. Not only are they reasonably priced, but their work is amazing. I’ve gone to other nail salons, pay the same price, and a few days down the road my nail chips, cracks or peels off. Every time i’ve gotten my nails done at Lavish, they’ve always stayed intact for 2+ weeks. 10/10 recommend!

Let’s be honest...most nail salon names can be a bit misleading. There have been countless times that I’ve walked into a place with words like “royal,” “paradise,” and “luxury” in the name only to walk out feeling like none of those words remotely applied to my experience, but Lavish Nails delivers on its name.The salon is beautifully decorated. The chic white furniture is always clean and the products are gorgeously displayed on shelves.There’s always great music playing, they serve wine and the staff is always attentive, friendly and upbeat.Speaking of the staff, they always use fresh liners and tools for every client and they do a fantastic job on my mani/pedi every single time. I get compliments on my nails at least once a week!

My new go to place for mani and pedi’s. The people here are friendly and professional. I love that they have different scent options for the foot soak and that they practice good hygiene as far as using plastic bags in the tubs to soak your feet and sterilized tools. They are also very reasonably priced for the type of services they offer and deliver. I am so happy this place is close enough to home and I can say with confidence they have earned a loyal customer in me and I will be happy to refer friends and family to come here. Today I showed up with less than an hour left before they were scheduled to close and they did not turn me away like other places would have. Went there for a pedicure, the lady never scrub my feet and did a very very poor job . And to think they charge $25. For a pedicure that’s not really a real pedicure. All they did was dip my feet into the water and polish my toe nails. I could’ve did this myself . I went to plenty other nail places that only charge 17-20 dollars and does a wonderful job than this pathetic place. I walked out of there and my feet was still hard at the bottom from the dead skin they refuse to scrub and scrape.

Worst manicure I have ever received. The guy right up front, third chair, filed my nails so fast it hurt, I should have stopped him right then. He cut the cuticles down and cut three fingers on the side and I bled. I had to stop him and ask for someone else to finish. He never apologized and actually stood there expecting a tip. What a joke.

The first few times I went to this place I enjoyed it. However, the 5th time happened to be the worst experience. They had me waiting for +3 hours and keep telling 5 more minutes.After I had been waiting another client asked if they had time to do her nails and they completely ignored my service and started working on her. The last time I was there, my pedi started lifting and chipping after a week. No big deal.. A few days ago went in for pedi, then decided to get the basic mani. Within 24 hours the clear polish begins to lift and chip off. I went back to show them what happened. The manager stated he couldnt guarantee the regular polish. I showed him I use normal polish on my toes and it has never lifted.. He never apologized and made it our like it was my fault for choosing not to use gel polish. I had been going every 4 to 5 weeks, now I will never return.
