This was my first visit to Clover Nail Spa. Helen was so nice and accommodating to my needs. I had communicated with her previously about the nail art I wanted and the type of nails. We ended up doing acrylic and the nail art. And my gel pedicure was very relaxing.I love my nails. I have never been happier with them in all the years I have been doing them. I am a customer for life now! Thank you so much Helen!I would recommend this spa to anyone.

First time going here. I usually go to place near my house but wanted some extra fancy pampering. These guys didn’t disappoint ! Super nice, funny, had some personality so it wasn’t as awkward as I usually make it haha. I’ll be back here from now on for my fancy treatment. Love my nails. Feet feel great. I didn’t catch the name of the guy that did my hands but I’ll find him next time I come as he’s my guy for the job. They are super busy on weekends so I’d try for a weekday if you can fit it in

CUTEST NAILS EVER! My nail technician is Nana. She was so wonderful. This was my first time straying off the original square shape nails. I decided to go all out with a new shape and design. Nana slayed my entire look! I’m super impressed.

Tyler did an amazing job on my nails! Even though he was busy managing the salon, he still made sure my nails were done to perfection. He will keep you laughing and engaged while you’re in his chair. Definitely Schedule with him or John!

They did good and took their time. I had a friend go too though and her dip wasnt the best and she had to request another clear coat because her nails were still rough,but overall a good experience. They were nice and accommodating

Clover Nail Salon opened up right next to my house and I was so happy when they opened. I met the sweetest nail tech Trina and she is beyond amazing at designs and custom work. Also, the owners and staff are sweet, funny and personable. Once you become a regular they make you feel apart of the Clover family. This is the place to go in Chesapeake hands down.

I was so pleased with my nails. I was serviced by Helen and she did a fabulous job. She took her time removed the cuticles and shaped my nails so nice. There was no ridges or uneven nails. Thank you Helen for taking care of me today. I went to another salon before clover nails and they did a poor job with the dip powder. Im so glad I switched salons. Again thank you!!!! I go there for the pedicures everyone Ive been to there did/does a good job. The place is nice and always clean. They stay busy I always make an appointment. They are proces reasonablely. I love that they are open Sundays and as late as 7pm.Be calm when they bring out the hot stones lol.

It was almost a year since I had gone to have any services done and Vee remembered me immediately. I had only gone a few times to see her before having to take a break from going. It was the best feeling being remembered and not just another face. She always does amazing work and extremely sweet.

Tyler was very nice and did a great job. He was friendly and talked with me through my visit today. I was able to walk right in and the facility looked pretty clean.

Been over a week and my gel nails still look as great as day 1! My daughter had a regular manicure and one week later, not even a chip in the nail polish! Great service, great people! Definitely will be back!

We called while sitting at another salon that was really rude to us. The gentleman who answered the phone said absolutely they could fit us in. There were 3 of us. They were kind and did an absolutely amazing job fixing what the other salon did in the past. We will be returning there. The nails are beautiful and the treatment was amazing

Very clean and organized. Pretty spacious nail spa. Not crowded during the weekday mornings. I got the hot stone pedicure and it was awesome. Helen did my fill in perfectly. I’m eight months pregnant and I felt so relaxed here.

First impression was not great, the first woman who was doibg my nails (shellac manicure) asked the shape is wanted and ibtold her natural, just match the shape of the cuticle. She was very rough from the start and hardly did anything to my nails before she asked me to wash to get ready for polish. I am very particular and was very unsatisfied so I asked for someone else to do my manicure. A gentleman named Tyler finished my manicure and did a great job, understood what I was asking for with the shape and even went back an cleaned up my cuticles where the other woman was very sloppy. He also did a great job painting them, in the end I was very pleased with my manicure thanks to Tyler. (I have no idea what the original womans name is...) I also got a hot stone pedicure done by a young woman name Mi who did a great job! Overall I am very satisfied but I will difinitely be making an appointment with specific people if I got back!

First time here! It was such a great environment and atmosphere. Eddie did my pedicure. The customer service from the salon was great. He was so amazing with me and my the pedicure. He has great conversation. He’s handsome and most definitely takes pride in his work. I definitely recommend him and I can’t wait to see him again in a few weeks 🤍

I had Danny, he took his time and made sure everything was perfect, even when my flip flop came off walking to the dryer (I just got regular polish with the hot stone pedicure) he came and closely inspected to make sure it didnt get messed up and when he noticed one teeny tiny spot he came back and fixed it.💯 Will be back!!!

This place - I have nothing but good things to say! Ive been coming since March or April of 2021 every 2/3 weeks faithfully - Ive not had an issue - theyre always polite when greeting or servicing, theyre personable, they enjoy what they do!!! Im not sure how long theyve been in business but I can tell you one thing if they say the wait is an hour or something longer its simply b/c theyre providing the absolute best service to EACH of their guests. This place is AMAZING and I hope they ever change! Ill be in this AM as a matter of fact! :)

Never again, I spent almost 200. Getting all done up and had to return the next day because my polish was peeling off. They said oh its not dry. I had to waste 2 more hours of my precious time just so they could tell me that they forgot to charge me for my nails done the day before. Not were sorry for the inconvenience nothing.🤨

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop. I will NEVER return here. They tried to rush me out without providing the full service. Then tried to charge me the full price for the service!! The customer service is very poor here and I only went because they were open later than my original place. Paint job on my toes was also very even and looked like a 5 yr. old did them. Thank god I actually have a place that provides exceptional service every time I go !! Stay away!!!

I’m in town visiting and a lot of salons turned me away because my nails are very long. After visiting and calling multiple salons Clover nail Spa assured me that they could fix my nails. I made an appointment and came in the next day. Having long nails, I’m very used to spending a couple hours in the nail salon at a time. Spending so much time with a customer could become overwhelming and obviously time consuming. My appointment was with HELEN and not one time did I feel rushed. She took her time and was very professional! Once I move here I will be going to this salon from now on. All of the staff is friendly and very respectful. This salon is updated and very clean. I would recommend this nail salon over the rest of them in this area.( I had two nails fixed, and one replaced. Ive been three times, the first time I had a wonderful experience with my mani Pedi. Second time was a couple weeks ago to get a full set, and they were done fairly well, but I had extra acrylic under my nails and they werent all shaped the same. Yesterday, I went to get a fill, and it started out great but as people walked in to wait, he started rushing through it, and my nails have bumps in them, and the edges are rough, and the skin is cut along my ring fingernail.

I found this place by accident and I am so happy that I did. Now it was a little wait but it’s worth it. My nail tech was Lin and she is definitely one of the best I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look for my birthday and she crushed it. I definitely will be back.

I got my nails done here yesterday after reading all their good reviews and let me tell you... they did not disappoint! My two girlfriends tagged along and we all got a mani pedi. I got dip powder on my hands and regular polish on my toes with their signature pedicure. I will say it’s a little pricey but not unreasonable and definitely worth the money. The gentleman that took care of my nails, I think his name was Tyler, has such an attention to detail and literally had us cracking up the whole time. So personable. The place is so nice and clean! And the massage chairs for the pedicure was AMAZING! They definitely know how to take care of their clients. I will definitely be going back and telling others to come here!

UPDATE: Came back for a fill and design, and the attention to detail and design were beautiful, but I did feel like I might’ve been overcharged for this visit. I got charged much more (without explanation) than when I came in for a full set with shape and design on all nails. Because the attention to detail was on point, I didn’t question it, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth..PREVIOUS: My friend and I had a great experience here. We were greeted promptly when we came in on a Sunday, although I would’ve been happy to wait. Eddie gave me the nicest hot stone pedicure that I’ve ever had, and he was also super friendly and professional. I then got my first full set with Devin and he was great too. He took his time and made sure that I was happy with the result. We’ll both be back for a fill in !

Highly unprofessional. Was booked for a 930 appt 2 weeks prior, which is routined and was put in my calendar. I showed up almost an hr early before they opened only to be told, sorry I already have appts and am booked, can you come another time or day?! As Tuesday’s are my only option/day off I could not and was shoved off to another nail tech, whom was rude and clearly did not want to assist in resolving the issue. No one made it a point to help or better the situation with empathetic and helpful customer service. As a customer service manager who has been in the business for over 15 years, I was baffled by their lack of care or concern so I ultimately walked out and will not be returning. With so many nail shop options I don’t feel this business is run well or sanitary, for that matter. I only continued coming due to one nail tech who did a decent job on basic designs but for the quality of service and lack of cleanliness I would rather take my business and quality tips elsewhere.

I have been here a few times with no problems ..but I had the worse experience ever the salon opened at 9;30 and got there about 9:15 only to find the place packed. I was told the wait was about 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes got my pedicure after the lady finish my pedicure she was told to start someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done which is absolutely crazy. Not mention I asked for a spa pedicure that theyhand you a pamphlet with a price that said 38 dollars and they charge 58 dollars for a pedicure this isridiculous several people left. I will not be returning here 🙄🙄🙄

They refused service because my 1 year old niece cried all of 2 mins. I have been to several nail spas before with crying children throughout my life where the moms were allowed to calm their child and go about their business. My nail tech did a good job on my toes but the owners need some lessons in customer service.

I had my nails done by Helen and the experience was lovely. The locale is very clean and the atmosphere in there is pleasant. Everyone wore masks and they were up to COVID regulations. My nail tech was super kind and attentive and did my nails exactly how I wanted them with a marble effect! I would 100% recommend this place and will be coming back for sure :))

I wish I could give this nail salon a negative 1 star. I called Thursday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Friday morning at 10:00. I arrived a little before 10:00, and it was already packed. I added my name to the list, which doesnt even have a space for appointments or walk-ins. I waited I know 10-15 minutes, no one ever asked if anyone waiting had an appointment, so I let the guy know that I had a 10:00 appointment, and he was so unconcerned, so I left, found Love Nails on Crossways Blvd, and had a wonderful gel manicure and pedicure. Clover Nails is the worst.

It was my second time going today and I’m highly satisfied with my nails! Helen did a great job and on top of that she was super quick and sufficient. 10/10! Can’t wait to go back!

I went today as a walk-in appointment. I was sat down with Helen today and was given a full set, and I was given an ombré. She does an amazing job at keeping her focus on your nails and always is sure to keep your ideas in mind when it comes to what you want with your nails. She is also very gentle and is sure to not do anything to cause any pain. In general, she makes me want to make sure I come back in the future for my nails! I also got my eyebrows waxed, and she was sure to be extra focused on this as well! I LOVE this place! Such a nice atmosphere and such nice people!

Worse place I’ve been to in Virginia. It’s quantity over quality for them. They will put you in a chair and start your nails but move on to someone else so you’re just waiting with half your service done. They rush doing your nails not caring if they are hurting you just so they can get your money and move on to someone else. It’s not everybody though it’s mostly just the one lady in the front on the far right. If you do decide to go here go to one of the MALES only!

Nails were ok but rushed and had a few flaws. Service was not great. Girl did my nails and didnt hardly speak to me which was fine but she was chatting away in her language as she did my nails to her coworkers. It seemed a bit rude.

Get an appointment and they make you wait for walk ins. When they ask what you want they tell you no problem, but you find out they wont or cant do what you want done. If they actually do what you want they do an excellent job, but only had that happen once.

It was fabulous!! My techs name was Tony!! My nails are absolutely beautiful, he was also very courteous and meticulous. Will go again....no question! .....i have had another visit, with my daughter. It was wonderful once again. Tyler this time, but just as presice and awesome!! GO THERE!!

My first visit my pedicure was great and my nail tech did an amazing job with the quality. (He sat in back row, 2nd from right) His shaping capability is top tier. However my gel polish began chipping the next day. I returned to get just one nail fixed because the polish had come completely off. Helen and Devin were very nice. They recognized that several nails needed repair even though the polish had not completely chipped off. Clover fixed my entire set and apologized for the inconvenience. I will definitely be back. Great customer service is very important to me!

Absolutely the worst place to get your nails done! Technician kept hurriyng me to pick a color and didnt do my pedicure as long as it stated on the description. So unprofessional and rude! The other tech didnt even want to do my full set because according to her my son was crying too much. Never coming here again!

Love the customer service, professionalism, and the environment. However I do believe they are ripping customers off regarding the pricing. I came to get a fill and they tried to charge me extra for my “length” and not my shape. My nails are medium length they’re not even long. I literally had them call the guy Tyler who normally does my nails and he said verbatim he didn’t charge me AT ALL for my length.I paid for my pedicure and tipped then walked out! It’s not about the money it’s the principle. I have been living in this area for 4 years and going to Anthony Vince nail spa. I have NEVER paid for my length or shape. So now this salon will miss out on all my money for simply over charging. Make sure the businesses you give your hard earned money too have the services you need AND integrity behind the people who provide them to you.

The nail tech that serviced me must of been new. She painted the gel into my cutiles so instantly it started peeling the next day. And my toes were incontinently painted... disappointing.

I have experienced many nail places, none Ive ever been happy with. Clover nails is the best nail salon Ive been to in all of my years getting my nails done. They do such good work, I came in with 2 broken nails, a cracked nail & 2 nails that were just awfully shaped by the last salon, my nails are the grey ones done by Helen who was exceptional. & the other 2 are my daughters. :)

I came in for a fill. My nails are short and just regular square shape. I was charged $41. She tried to say she cut down even though all she did was make make my sides more tapered. When I look at the prices a fill is 23+. How I got to $41 I have no idea! I will not be returning as this is a ripoff!

I just walked in and stood at the counter for 3 minutes. No one greeted me or asked what I needed. There was a lady standing at the counter writing something, of course I didnt mind waiting until she was done to be acknowledged. But she walked away from the counter once she was done. I will never go back, glad I hadnt spent any money there again. Pedicures were only mediocre any way, just a convenient location.

My daughters recommended Clover nails to me. I went today and absolutely love them! Prices are reasonable and Sarah was on point!🎯

This place is a hidden gem! The place is pristine and the technicians are all professional. The service is top notch and my tech, Emma, is absolutely wonderful! She has magic hands!! I have never left unhappy and my manicures/pedicures last forever! I always get compliments on my nails! No chipping or lifting like Ive experienced with other salons. I travel almost 30 minutes to get to the salon and its 100% worth the drive! All of the services are luxurious! So much bang for your buck!

Let me tell you this place gets really busy but when you make an appt they get you back on your appt time even when they are super busy. This nail shop instantly became my go to place after searching endlessly for a mani/pedi home. The environment is so relaxing and gives you an escape. They move quickly and get you in and out while still focusing on the quality of their work. I highly recommend Clover Nail Spa to every woman out there! I’ve been living in Virginia for a little over 2 years now and it’s taken me soo long to find a good nail salon. I went here on a whim one day because it was close to my house and I have been coming for a few months now. The atmosphere is great and my nail tech Tyler is phenomenal. He’s patient when i’m indecisive, doesn’t rush and he’s personable! I would highly recommend to anyone. They’re amazing.

My daughter & I went in today for mani & pedi. Atmosphere & people were very kind & welcoming. My 7 yr log gettin her feet done and tech kept saying she needed gel on her feet. I said that not what she wanted. After about 3 mins going back and forth he stopped asking. The same gentleman did her gel nails & no sooner than we got home & ate the gel polish on one hand had started peeling off. After the shower the other hand did same thing. Now I have to drive back down there and have them redo her nails be/c I paid to much for 2 people. I gave 3 stars b/c they did an excellent job on me but not my daughter.

I really like the details given to building the nails. The nail technician (I believe John is his but weve given each other nicknames because of my facemask) didnt seem to skip on the process or be skimpy in service. I mentioned that I was coming from Suffolk Va because none of the salons that Ive gone to in Suffolk other than one in another part of Suffolk Va (where I dont live) and they only have one technician in there who can DO NAIL ART ; anyway he did pretty good. Well enough to convince me that I can get most anything Id like. I liked everything except a black line going across the nails without the art.

Absolutely enjoyed my visit. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Had John for my mani/pedi definitely recommended him! Will be back!
