I’ve never had a disappointing experience here! For the price and value, the techs are very nice and always work hard and do a great job. I’ve come here before multiple times and always leave feeling great about my nails and toenails. Their Royal pedicures are awesome!

I have been coming here for 5 years and I keep trying new people to do my nails. What I asked for vs what I got. Both pretty colors but I paid for ombré that was covered up with unicorn dust. One is elegant and soft the other is trendy and fun. They ARE NOT the same. I was here for 4 hours.

I’ve been going here for awhile but today was my first time going to Olivia and I LOVE MY SET! I showed her what I wanted and she executed it exactly how I wanted. She will definitely be my go to for now on!

I usually leave nail Blvd very satisfied however this experience was horrible. I went in for a fill in and a nail replacement. Instead of replacing my broken nail the nail technician, Le glued another nail onto my broken tip and layered acrylic on top. She also did not remove the gel nail polish I’d had on and instead put acrylic on top of the gel. After the fill in was complete I could still see the old color of my gel polish. I had to ask several times for the polish to be removed which she never did. The acrylic was unevenly laid and the nails are all different lengths and shapes. $100 down the drain.

I used to go to glitz & glam (right across the street) until my SNS dip was starting to crack within a week. Someone had told me about this place and I gave it a try. It’s my 5th time coming back to place and I’ve been so impressed with the retention on my nails. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and not once have they cracked as much as the other shop have. I’ve had 4 different techs do my nails/gel pedicures and they always do an AMAZING job!

My nails are only a week old. ALL of my nails are chipped. I asked for ombre SnM nails. These arent it. I paid $95.00. I uploaded a picture that I showed the nail tech for reference.

Booked an appointment for liquid/structure gel nails. Sat down, had to tell them I wanted liquid instead of powder they wanted to give me, then they kept trying to push me to get something else because apparently two people there knew how to do liquid gel. It LOOKED good, but the application was really bad, and I broke a nail off within five days because the apex on these nails do not exist. I paid a lot of money for this, and I end up disappointed.

You need to understand how the prices work, BEFORE you get your service. They have different prices for different polish types. It can be daunting trying to learn their pricing! I had my nails done a few weeks ago and the polish came off within a few days! When I went back, and got hell polish, my nails are gorgeous and the polish is gorgeous!!

I walked in and got bombarded by the staff arguing. The front desk person was just nasty to the staff. It was really disorganized . The communication was horrible. She was not a nice person. She has been there for quite sometime now and always works the front desk. She seemed very dominate towards them. Listen I don’t care if she is the manager or just the front desk check in. How rude of her to talk to the staff the way she did in front of customers. I have never seen this place so disorganized. The arguing continued the whole time I was there. Le was the one that did my eyebrows and she was so very kind and apologetic. Very sweet spoken and the only one that was nice. The staff didn’t deserve this kind of behavior. When I first saw the front desk all she said was sign in and have a seat. Never asked me what I was coming for or a hello how are you today! I couldn’t believe what I saw in there and all the customers including myself were looking at each other like we all wanted to get up and walk out of that place. I will not return here. This place was a lot better awhile back. Horrible customer service.

I have been going here for over 6 years. Never had an issue, until today. I went on Friday to get my fill in ( my regular nail tech Leah left, so I had to go to someone new). On Saturday morning 2 of my nails chipped. No biggie, I went that same day for a repair ( they were busy) so I went back on Sunday and they repaired it. Monday mid day the same 2 nails chipped AGAIN ( along with a 3rd nail). I went back on Monday after work. After it was fixed ( which this time it was done by a new lady, who says to me that the nail tech who previously did it did a poor job) the manager Diane says that I need to pay. Ridiculous, I just paid $55.00 3 days ago. Then she went to say that it was my fault that they nails chipped! I will not be going back. The other manager however Ms. May, is the sweetest person ever.

This is my go to for nails, I always have a good experience (of course there are some times the synergy isnt there with other nail tech) but they always do a good job and I usually like to mix up my designs.The only complaint I have is, Im not seeing them sanitize the equipments as much as they should especially for these times. Theyre good with making sure everyone has a mask and they have clear barriers but working with nails i wouldve hope they constantly sanitize and clean their equipment regularly.

Nail Boulevard is a great nail salon. They are very profesional and clean. They always offer you something to drink and it has has a wonderful atmosphere. All of the nail techs are great but by far my favorite technician is Nina. She is amazing! She does such a meticulous and beautiful job that I cannot even find one negative thing to say about her work. She is also sweet and funny. I definitely recommend both the nail salon in general and Nina who is my absolute favorite tech!

Great nail technicians. 1st time going and my experience was great

The first time I came on a Sunday and I did wait a while. I did not feel like the lady wasn’t very thorough with her work but the pedicure still looked great. The second time I had Steven and he was so thorough and did an amazing job! Will be asking for him for pedicures from now on!

I love this place. Years ago it was half the size and my dad used to take my grandma with dementia there for pedicures and they were the absolute best with her. They were super patient and worked with her. Today theyre double the size and I still go here because its always amazing. While they appear frequently busy its because theyre honestly the best. The wait is never too crazy and the workers never make you feel rushed. From the work they do to the customer service they present with, theyre seriously my favorite.

I sat for 30 mins to watch the employees go back and forth with someone who didn’t want to do my pedicure… unethical behavior belongs to the BBB

Julie was very detailed and friendly. I enjoyed my pedicure and foot massage with green tea sugar rub! I will definitely come back if I can afford it yay.

The only reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because lately every time I have been coming they dont have the colors Im looking for. I have been coming to this place for the past 3 yrs and they were good before with the variety of colors but now the last two times they have all new colors and Im one of those people that stick to 3-4 colors because I already know what colors look good on my skin color. I came in today and its summer so I wanted a neon coral or some kind of neon color, and they have discontinued all neon colors so I was forced to pick some color Im really not happy with. I mean we are in Florida why would they get rid of all neon colors. I dont think I will be coming here anymore. The last visit I had SNS and the guy that did my nails was cutting up my cuticles and making my cuticles bleed, when I told him he was hurting me he said havent you ever had SNS done, this is how it is done. Not happy with the service I got last time and not happy with the nail colors they have this time. They just finished my nails and I know I told the lady 4 times I wanted gel polish and she didn’t listen or understand me and put regular nail polish on me, now I am really disappointed. I went and complained to the manager/owner of the place and she said they could redo it but it was 4:40pm already and I had to run out to take my daughter to work so I asked if they could fix it tomorrow and she said yes but instead of me paying extra $15 it would be an extra $25, really!!! Wow now Im hot because they messed up, they are the ones that hire people that dont speak English or understand English but instead of saying Im sorry for the inconvenience we will fix it at no charge they want to charge me extra because I have to run and come back tomorrow. What a rip off, not going there again well thats after they fix my nails tomorrow. So many other nail places to go to and they think they can have crappie customer service because they are always busy, not cool.

I really love this place because it has SO many SNS glitter colors! However it is more expensive than most places of similar atmosphere and skills. The pedicures are about $15 more expensive than places at the beach for the exact same thing, maybe even less massage. The nails are also $10-15 more for glitter colors. They charge to take off gel polish which I’ve never seen at the spas at the beaches. Getting hands and feet done here willCost $120 at least.*edit update so $70 on a full set with some glitter it’s just acrylic with gel polish. Less than 2 weeks later it’s coming up. I have spent less and gotten more.

This was my first time at this location. When I walked in I was shocked 😲 at the amout of women present. I had a full set and a pedicure and manicure 💅. Dennis did my fingernails and Victor did feet. The experience was so good. I enjoyed the conversation with both men and they had my nails looking 👀 awesome 👌. The one thing that caught me off guard 💂‍♂️ was the price $. My total was $99 dollars 💵 and I was looking so crazy at my bill. I was wondering what happened to the $40 I use to pay. My daughters could not stop laughing at me. They said,mommy those days are over. I couldnt do anything but laugh. I will return to Nail Boulevard awesome awesome job.

Katie always does an amazing job on my nails. She is Phenomenal and always provides excellent customer service. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The tech for my soak off and full set was completely rude, complained about how long it took to do my nails because I asked for Acrylic overlay over my natural nails. The tech beside her continued to make rude remarks about how I should cut my natural nails and then said I should be charged $1000 because of what I wanted. My nail tech also continued to complain about how the one beside her kept getting done faster but started after me. I paid, all while my nail tech stood over me to watch how much I would tip. I walked to my car and then called to speak with the salon owner or a a manager. The receptionist told me I had to tell her what happened in order for a call back to only say that they were just joking and I shouldn’t take it seriously. I only came here because my nail tech is currently not feeling well. Please trust me when I say I will NEVER come back.

Friendly and thorough service for a fair price.

The quality is great. Nail techs are over booked and never ontime for appointments. Ive been a customer for years yet they still treat me like a walk in. If you have no plans for the day and dont mind sitting in a nail salon waiting all day ... Go for it!

They do a good job, but it is frustrating when you make an appointment and your manicurist is late because they gave her a walk-in or her previous appointment was late. Also it is always so hot in there and they still require masks. Turn on the AC, it’s summer and Florida!!

Nail Blvd is a great establishment that I always go to to get my nails and feet done. I always book my appointment with Olivia because she is the best. She encourages me to try new styles and makes my visions of what I want come to life. I have been going to her for the past three years and she has never disappointed me. Wosrt Gel Manicure In My History Of Gel Manicures. While The Service Was Good, The Polish IS NOT! Paid $30 For A Gel Mani On A Saturday Evening, By Monday Morning Completely Chipped Up On Multiple Nails, By Wednesday, Polish Completely Peeled Off. Complete Waste Of Time & Money.

Went to get my nails done the other day I was there for 4 hours first person did my nails didnt know what they were doing I didnt get the shape that I wanted so I was moved to another chair where the work is decent but all of my Jewels are falling off BECAUSE IT WASNT POLISHED JUST AROUND IT I havent had my nails done longer than 3 days and their disaster now Im very picky about my nails so now Im wondering if ill give them another try

I was a walk in, I did not have an appointment. They were ready for me in less than 10 minutes. They put me with Alex for today’s service. She is AMAZING! Alex was very attentive to details and was very gentle with my natural nails. I would suggest anyone and everyone go see her for their nails!

It depends on the tech, always crowded, techs are more concerned about what they are being tipped or paid than doing a good job, my last tech rubbed me the wrong way, I started going back to this dhe begining of the year and I was reminded of why I stopped going.

On the fence about where to get your nails done? Stop looking, and check em out! To get the best experience do the following (I’ve been doing it for the last 8 years): 1. Call ahead and make a reservation (unless you don’t mind waiting). 2. Ask that Ms. Le gives you a Royal Pedicure. 3. Arrive on time and enjoy a free beverage (water, soda, wine, etc), a marvelous one hour pedicure (free from any up selling). You can thank me later! Enjoy :)

Two stars because they do have a large selection of SNS colors but that is only positive.Negatives: As a matter of needing my nails done and Nail Blvd is closer to our home then our previous salon, my sister and I gave this salon a try. On 1st visit, after one week our nails broke easily but I figured Id give them another chance so I went back. (you do get a bad job every once in a while.)Re second visit: after one week my nails just started popping off one after another with no effort! My sisters nails are breaking and chipping as well. On top of this, Nail Blvd charges the same price for SNS fill in as they do for a new set. No discount. All other salons charge less for SNS fill in after initial start. Pictures attached are of both me and my sisters nails. Will not return.

I walked in for a color change to white gel and its been less than a week and my toes arent still white . I know for a FACT i paid for WHITE GEL but that is not what I received. I will never spend my money here again. Clearly I was not valued at this establishment or my money would have gone to what I paid for.

I have been going to Nail Boulevard since I moved to Jacksonville 6 years ago. Just 3 years ago I received service from Olivia and still continue with her. She’s quite amazing with her professional mannerism. She very pleasant and patient when I receive my services with her. Also not to mention she does Beautiful nail art. I always have a pleasant experience when I get my manicure and pedicure with Olivia.

So my original review was high and I loved this place. It was my go-to nail salon. Well not anymore. The last 2 times I went, my experiences were not so pleasant. I have very sensitive skin and feet so certain things are not just uncomfortable but often painful, and until the last 2 times I was there, the ladies who worked on me were very kind and patient with my needs (which is the only reason why theyre getting 2 stars vs 1). Unfortunately the last time I was there the woman who did my pedis was not so nice... Not only was she extremely rough with me but she laughed at me when I said it hurt AND she didnt do a great job on my nails. The woman before that also wasnt very friendly and didnt seem to care when I communicated what I wanted as a customer. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately this will be my last time at nail Blvd. service has gone down, my nails were rushed, poorly shaped and polished. What a waste of time and money.

I’ve been here twice and I only have good things to say. I get very regular pedicures and Miranda is the absolute best! Very clean, great colors to choose from, and taking all the precautions in this time of Covid19. Miranda at Nail Blvd is now my go to even though I’ve moved across town and it’s further. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I made an appointment for a full set for 3:00. I arrived ten minutes early and I still waited 45 minutes. Then, I picked out a simple regular polish to use. Hannah said she would just use gel but didn’t tell me of any added price. Then while performing the service, she proceeded to cut a fair chunk out of my cuticle, left the drill on my nail too long and hurt me with it too. She was nice about it but at the end the total was $63. This full set wasn’t worth the time, the pain or the price.

I had a pedicure by Le today. I’ve been to them many times but she hands down does the best massage.I came here after going to another nails salon for a long time and will never go elsewhere. I’ve been going to Nail Blvd since 2014 and love the shop and especially Olivia but also many other great nail technicians!

I was at Nail Boulevard today, June 4, 2020. I was there for several services and had the opportunity to watch every single employee completely sanitize their work area in between each customer. They have ingeniously built dividers between each chair while getting your manicures and pedicures and in between the customer and the technician while getting manicures. Every single worker had on a mask and many even had a mask and shield. All customers are required to wear masks as well. It’s probably the safest i have felt since the beginning of this plague while being out. They took the time while closed to make some beautiful improvements to the salon as well. So happy they are open and care so much about their customers and employees.

I have been going here for years and I am pleased with my results every time because of my nail tech Olivia. So if you are thinking about stopping by go see her !!!

Best Nail salon Ive been to. The staff is very friendly and always offer beverages. While it does take a little longer than another nail place I normally go to, Nail Boulevard does a much nicer job, especially with just my regular nails. I dont leave disapponted!!Im also very thankful to know that they are not letting people in without masks!

Best nail experience from a guys perspective. I got the Herbal manicure and spa pedicure. Friendly staff and received appt within hours. Care and effort was put into the services. I will definitely come again.

**LONG POST ALERT**Apparently it depends on your nail tech ... I used to go here exclusively because of the quality but moved to a different area for awhile. Ive gone here twice now in the past month because I work in the area and both times happened to get the same nail tech (Hannah).The first time, I got a simple Almond-Shaped American Full Set with a heart design on the ring finger of each hand. She did GREAT on the shape and i appreciated her suggestion of getting American rather than French as i originally requested, but when it came to the design, she just couldnt get a simple heart done. she drew it and re-drew it on the same hand about 3-4 times before settling. it wasnt the worst so i just dealt with it.Fast forward to yesterday, I went in for a fill-in and waited somewhere between 30-45 minutes to be seated (they were slammed at 5:15pm on a Monday). I happened to get Hannah again. I showed her a picture of what I wanted,which was a deep red base coat, with a glitter overlap outlining the cuticle (similar to the picture attached). She informed me this would have to be done as gel, no other option. When I asked her why, or if I could choose different colors to prevent the $15 gel upcharge (to a $20 fill-in just for glitter), she told me no, theres no other way to do it if I wanted it to look like the picture - it has to be done as gel period. Ive had the same thing done to my nails at other salons NOT as gel with no problem and told her this and she proceeded to argue with me and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager about it. At that point, I no longer wanted anything done, so I just got up and left to prevent any further discord.

P.L. is absolutely amazing. I went in with a set I just wasnt happy with, and he said I got you... I love my nails, they are exactly how I wanted them. If your nails are something you take pride in, go see P.L. you wont be disappointed.

I had gone there a few days ago and today I had to go back not because there was something wrong but because I need them shortened for boxing and they did it and only charged $15, normal fill is $20, they have good pricing and work very good and fast.
