I couldn’t wait to get in to see them. They always do such a good job. My toes feel and look great. They have done a great job converting their place for COVID-19 precautions.

Was quoted $25 for gel polish which I thought was awfully cheap. Throughout the whole service, the owner continued to complain about the other salons in the Indianapolis area. That they charge too much, that their service is not as good as here, that they dont know what theyre doing … etc. When it came time to pay, they charged me $35. I told the owner I was quoted $25 from the beginning and he insisted that they dont do anything under $35. My nails dont even look good.

Best in the business. I no longer live in Indy, but when I come home to visit family, I ALWAYS get my eyebrows done here. In fact, I dont go anywhere else. Sam is the absolute best. Gentle (as gentle as eyebrow waxing can be) and incredibly thorough. Top quality!

The sign shows hours of 9am-6pm Mon-Sat. I have been waiting since 9am for the shop to open. Its now 9:12am. I called and there was no answer. They were one of the few shops listed open at 9am. Very unprofessional. I am on a tight schedule.

After going to three nail shops and leaving disappointed I came across Sams and Im so glad I did! Very clean and relaxing shop, beautifully decorated, and a really nice polish selection. They dont offer gel nail services but have the option of a gel nail look by using the OPI Shine polishes (additional $5). Thats what I requested and I LOVE my nails! They look just like gel nails! So altogether my services came to $35. I will be coming back!

I was an out of towner looking for a good salon when I walked into Sams. The male came to greet me and when I asked about color he said no. When I asked about gel polish he said no. When I asked about stilettos he said no. He said we dont want to do that. After this brief conversation he turned his back and walked away from me. So I turned and walked into a better salon.

Clean, friendly & professional. They did a perfectly adequate job. I didnt feel like they had a very big selection of colors to choose from. The massage portion seemed a little rough. But overall my feet & those of my boyfriend (who was getting his first pedi) looked good. I just moved to this side of town & this is the first place I tried. I will probably try others but would definitely go back to Sams.

Worst place EVER!I first called to see how busy they were and I was told you come right in they had no customers.... and Sam the owner in which I had spoken to was right, as I was the only customer. I was immediately greeted by his wife who had set me down and was showing me gel color palettes.As I was choosing a color, Sam and his wife were bickering back and forth. I had to actually interrupt their bickering to see if they had regular polish to match any gel polish and I was told no.I was already feeling down because it was my husbands second anniversary of his death. So all in all I ended up paying $10 have them take off the gel polish they initially put on me a couple of weeks prior.Very unprofessional and I will never go back!

Good customer service but he did not listen to what I wanted....... he did what he wanted so I had to go to another shop and pay more money to have it fixed

1st time last time...wanted to charge me an extrs 20.00 more for gel polish w mani. Mani was the worst I have had. Owner kept pressuring me to pay before he even finished my mani and still had pedi to do. Owner stated massage was not included w mani because I wanted colored nail polish. I will not return....

They were fantastic!!! Took three of us five minutes before closing time and did fantastic pedicures!!! Friendly and thoughtful!!

Horrible and embarrassing! Before I could sign in on the clipboard, he stopped me and said we dont do gel nails here! I wasnt even getting gel nails! But since he greeted me in that matter, I just walked out and didnt explain the services I needed.
