I recently walked in to OP Nails for a pedicure and they were able to help me right away. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I only had a basic pedicure, but I wish I had time for more. Jimmy was my nail technician and did such a great job. He was extremely friendly and gave the best foot massage. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent pedicure - tons of color options (both gel and regular) and a huge menu of services. I really like their new scented specialty pedicures - mine had a very fresh fragrance that was pleasant throughout the various treatments. My nail technician was wonderful and precise, plus the leg/foot massage was fantastic.

I have been going to Jennifer, the owner, for 6 years. I love the work she does and she has the best spirit!!I would recommend her to anyone!!😁They recently remodeled and updated all the pedicure chairs and nail stations as well as new lighting and paint.....I feel like I’m in Hollywood when I’m being pampered!

Very unprofessiona!! These people are nice to some and extremely rude to others. Sat in the salon over 3 hours to only get a Pedi when I came for Pedi and fill. Waited 1 hour after getting Pedi . I was told the lady in the first booth would do me once done with the lady in her chair. She finished, got up and walked to the back and never came out, after 20 more minutes of waiting, I got up and paid for the Pedi and left with nails not done...I would never go there again.and I never spend under $100.00 for service... These people have gotten too comfortable with being RUDE

Kim always does a great job. Consistent and fast! The salon is attractive and cheerful. Especially the big wall murals. Not only all that, Tommy changed my flat tire and put the spare on, because he didn’t want me to have to spend money on towing and insurance deductible. Above and beyond service!

Do not go here if you want dip!!! The polish was chipping and falling off within the first week. Called and they wanted to see the nails. They only redid the nail that had clearly fallen off and when asked why they wouldn’t redo the others cracking and chipped, she stated that that was normal... which has never been my experience ever with dip. I always find it lasts 3-4 weeks. I will not being going back ever and you shouldn’t either!

I came in just for an eyebrow wax, and the technician was the absolute sweetest! Kept up conversation the whole time, which distracts from the inevitable pain of waxing. Very efficient and my brows were shaped perfectly! And, the price was very reasonable, which made me able to give her a better tip for great service. The facility is clean, large, and pretty, and you have your own room with a door for waxing privacy. I just moved to the area, so this will definitely be my new go-to salon!!!

My husband and I went to O P Nails to get our nails and feet done and enjoyed our experience there. He recently passed away and I wanted to get my nails done before the Funeral. That Sunday they were closed for the Valentines weekend, but the store owner opened up just for me. I never will forget this, it meant so much to me.

As soon as I walked through the door the manager lady starts yelling for me to earn my hands. She wanted me to use the sanitizer, which I did - but kept yelling for me to wash my hands like I was dirty. Yet these nail places do all kinds of dirty stuff all the time - with or without the coronavirus.Then later she starts yelling at me in front of everybody that I came too late and theyll never do this again because she had to get home to her son. The shop is supposed to be by appointment so she should have said that that I should have to reschedule for a different time or day.She acted like just because she was speaking another language I didnt know that she had been yelling at her husband who was doing my nails about me.Very unprofessional. Theres a nail shop on every corner. Ill take my business somewhere else now.

I have always enjoyed patronizing this nail company. I wish I could give a better review but I was extremely disappointed to find that they had up charged my 12 year old daughter without speaking with me 1st. I was there for that very reason. I asked for a very short nail set to deter her from biting her nails. I decided to get a pedicure while I wait. The staff and atmosphere was professional as usual but they were not very friendly.

Wonderful experience, wonderful staff! The staff did an amazing job pampering my mother-in-law and I for her birthday! They conspired with me in keeping the surprise that all of her services were covered and we both received the royal treatment! Lovely, peaceful environment. Warm, friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

I LOVE coming to this facility. I am willing to wait for long periods of time to get my nails done here. I always leave happy. Any time that I can, I stay loyal to this facility. The staff is friendly and the location is unbelievably clean. I highly recommend OP nails.

I visited the salon early in the day, and was very happy with what was probably the fastest full set Ive ever had. Theres a huge stack of magazines (easily over 30 issues) and comfy chairs for waiting. An impromptu group of 4 arrived and were quickly accommodated, as they have quite a few booths. Be prepared to struggle to get out of the parking lot if youre trying to go West when you leave @ certain times of day, when the Nora area is very busy.

Came to Indiana to visit and thought I would treat myself to a spa day with my cousins. Love this place they are very clean and attentive. Served us water as we sat down for our pedis. I was excited to see they had many options for pedicures as well. I chose option number 5 and it was exactly what I needed. I had to tell her a couple of times to get the shape of my gel nails right but they in the end they turned perfect.

Yes it is true they nickle and dime you for something small such as different polish on 2 fingers but in the end ROSE did an amazing job and she took her time to make sure every nail was perfect and even cleaned under the nails(as my usual nail salon does not). I will be back Rose has made a new client out of me. Downside is they do not have a tip line when you pay with card.

I would give a zero if I could. I went in yesterday (7/21/17) for a simple polish change. This is the first nail salon Ive been in where they charge extra to clip and file your nails. Every other salon Ive been in its been included. The gentleman that painted my nails has carpal tunnel. He missed the sides of several nails. When I spoke up for him to correct, I was told that it was due to my cuticles in need of cutting. They must think people are fools. Theyre all about money and provide poor quality service. How does the cuticle prevent your tech from painting the entire nail bed when his hands cant stop shaking??

This is the only place I will get my nails done. The selection is crazy. If you can think it up, they can do it. I have very sensitive skin and after explaining a gentle hand was needed on my nail beds my gel set was just about perfect. I even sent my mother here for get weekly mani.

Went today Sunday 6/10/17 at a few minutes before they supposedly open at Noon. Waited fifteen minutes but no one bothered to show up!! Drove 10 minutes east to Mi Nails & Salon. They open at 11am which is also convenient.

Sadly, one of the worst pedicures Ive had in a long time. I went in there last night and the older man who did my pedi could care less about doing a good job. His only goal was to rush me out of the chair so that he could sit and read a book. Im not even sure he gave me a full pedicure. The soaking water was freezing cold (yes, I mentioned this to him several times) which ruined my experience from the get go. And he put SO much polish on that even after waiting 40 minutes for my friends gel manicure to be done, some of my toes still werent dry! I didnt even realize how awful my toes looked until I stepped outside of the dark salon. I dont go all that often for pedicures but when I do its a special treat and unfortunately I wont be wasting my money at this place again.

Worst quality nails ever. I’ve given this place several opportunities, and several different techs a chance at this shop.The aren’t capable of properly, painting nor shaping coffin or stilleto shaped nails. If you like the basic manicure or pedicure, then you’ll be fine here. Anything up-to-date or in style is not a great option here. Absolutely trash. I’m looking at my nails now completely cringing.Of course, the option is open to coach your nail tech through how you’d lile our nails shaped. But chances are, they’ll ignore your input and do whatever the hell they want or please. Save your money.

They are professional and clean and very helpful and patient with my handicapped mother. Its still important for her to feel pampered and they helped make that happen.

I asked for ombre dip nails, which is what I got. They are super cute and they took the time to help me figure out which color combinations would be best for ombre. The only thing is I asked for coffin, i just wish she took the time to define my shape because they do look round. Not to mention, its less than 24 hours when I got my nails done and one is already lifting, on the verge of coming off. I couldn’t get it fixed because they weren’t open before my flight, and I couldn’t come in later on because I will be in a new state. I also asked for a clean up around my eyebrows. But instead got a shape and a arch. I already have thin eyebrows and the arch she created didnt help. The shop has good intentions, the techniques aren’t up to par though.!

Jennifer booth 1 on the right side is absolutely awesome. She takes her time and takes care of you. I love her. I recommend that you see her!!!!

My nails turned out pretty well, although a bit short, but not nearly as good for my daughter. She left with a smudge of polish between her fingers. However, they did hang onto my phone that I left while paying.

Quality work clean environment so if these are qualitys that you stand on a place where you wont get fungus. Ask for Jennifer she is a great nail tech that takes bride in her work

Worst place ever! Every time I come here I regret it. The place I love across the street had a 35 min wait. A bit long for me usually. So in hopes of getting someone good I go across the street. Ive been doing nails for 5 years and I know what it means to cut the cuticles and shape the nails. I like to treat my self every once in a while. The nail shape is completely horrible I told her Square but rounded on the edges and they are all uneven. On top of that I push my own cuticles just so I know that they would cut them when I got to the nail place. She decided to play pretend while cutting my cuticle. Got zero cuticle off. So disappointed. Not only that but there is gel from the previous time still on my nails so I know in the next three days the ones that have polish underneath are going to start lifting and half of the polish is all over my skin. So time to go back to the salon and redo them myself

If it would allow me to give zero stars I would. I never write reviews, but I just had to let others know this place is a rip off. 45 dollars for a pedicure with gel, yeah thats normal, but at least give a legit pedicure!! The guy clearly did not know what he was doing. Or maybe he just didnt care! Then to top everything off, the guy couldnt even give me a nice paint job. Lumps and Gel polish all over the place and doesnt look neat at all! I was scheduled for a pedi and fill-in with gel polish. If they thought I was going to let them touch, even look at my nails after that bogus pedi, they must be crazy. Two words: They thought! Two more words: never again. Three more words: THEY BLEW IT!

Awful. I went in for a full set, and its the worst I have ever had! My nails were shaped uneven and crooked. My nail tech didnt show good customer care. While filing my real nail with the drill he went over it so many times it burnt my nail (no apology) and he asked the length I wanted which was pointless because he filed the whole nail away. The paint was sloppy and thick in some spots. Not to mention two of my nails just popped off and it hasnt even been a week. It was my first and last time. Wasted $35

I went for appt. On tuesday. Had been told Jennifer and her husband were on vacation. Guy that did them was ok but skipped steps that Jennifer always did. Heile,who is leader now,according to her, just walked around and supervised. Guy that did my nails told me Jennifer was no longer there,heile came over and said no,they were on vacation. They then had a conversation in vietnamese. I couldnt understand the language but I could understand the body language. Sounded like she was letting him know to shut up! Conversation went back and forth for a few seconds then he said nothing else. The price went up also. I called back and heile confirmed. I know they dont want to lose their clientele but they lost me and my brother. They lied to me. I think the guy who did my nails was telling the truth but was silenced. Not cool! Told me maybe 3 weeks Jennifer would be gone so Ill call back and see.this was per heile. I dont care what they did but lying about it is definitely the wrong way and then after they were done they charged more.never said anything up front. It was 45 for gel fill and cut down.

Awful and racist. Ill never go back. They hate black people. They made me wait forever. Then they told me I was too dark for a certain nail polish. Im like what the heck. Racist foreigners. Squint eyed Devils.

I’ve had many of pedicures in my lifetime and I can say this one, by far, is the worst place I’ve been to. The lady cut my nails on the sides which caused open wounds. I left there to get my fingernails done at another place just because she seemed like she had no clue. Save yourself and pick another place!
